A half-marathon SuNDaY of
dance in all
of Katrina’s
favorite shopping
stores around the Metro
Area.. sure places like Barnes and
Noble’s Book Store.. the Earth Store
in the Mall.. Dick’s Sporting Goods..
Spencer Gifts.. Sidewalk Dance ‘tween the
Mall and Best Buy too and perhaps Winn Dixie..
Publix.. Target.. And sure last but certainly not least.. A
Store in what ‘they’ name me as ‘Legend’ as the Walmart
Pensacola Metro area ‘Dancing Dude’ too.. and Nah..
i don’t count all the Back Yard Sun and Sand Dance
as i don’t care to even wear a watch doing that
activity of free nor all the Dance at the
Military Gym as i find that Strength
training has destroyed three of
my 160 Dollar or so
Nike GPS Sports
Watches
that they finally
quit making for new
or repair or at Old Seville
Quarter as i can’t get a Signal in there
either and yes the watch doesn’t work perfect
as sometimes it doesn’t measure all the miles
as far as actual speed goes but never the less
and actually more considering my Maternal Grand Mother
spent over a Decade working 12 hours a day as a Waitress 7
Days a week watch what she did DO is much more FucKinG impressive
than an average of a little under 6 miles a day of Dance for 48 months
in just 4 years now but true.. sure genetics inheritance and overall human
potential as some people sit watching NFL and College Football sTiLL on tHeir
butts fixated at screens and other sports and some folks just FucKinG Do iT NoW
And Waitress
tHeir ass off for
a living or those who
are clowns who are financially
independent who do everything they
WiLL do particularly after they get out of hell
too for 66 months finding the value of bringing
a smile or a muse in whatever it takes to share
a little bit of heaven with others when found now isreal..

there was no Internet then and vast expanse
of learning potential
in arts and

away from routine and rituals and yes even
scientific methods of past.. one of the few outlets
to greater human potential as there literally were few
doors to human potential were yes never the less and a little
bit more potential on creative TV shows and Songs of Musicians
too.. bringing hints more than just rote facts memorized in school

neuralgia from wake to
sleep for 66

‘suicide disease’.. as yes for me
it was like a dentist drill without novocaine
except in my case it was my right ear and eye
affected where in effect using my hearing and seeing
as sensory tools to navigate the world were effectively
shut down by this pain where after 33 months locked in
my head with pain and losing all nuance of emotions too..
and even a memory if i had ever laughed or even smiled
as the catch 22 that memories are emotions and
emotions are memories too and of course
the sense of smell is attached
to emotions and most
all other
senses too
as they surely
are too as the whole
package of our humanity
is as we navigate the obstacles
of pain and numb and ecstasy of emotions
and senses too in the beyond rainbow colors
of life as reality of existence too now for those who get
to go to heaven now like this too as their personal multi-UniVerses

comes we have the opportunity for change and to grow or stay stagnant in
the obstacle and just basically die as life.. and i sort of did that for 33 months
before i found a way to transcend the pain and numb just a little through free
verse writing on Thanks Giving Day of 2010 as that eventually becomes around
12 Million Words and the other efforts including a longest long form poem in A
history of human kind in the now almost 50 months since i recovered from the
pain and numb of living in hell 66 months as that “SonG oF mY SoUL”
now exceeds 5 Million Words and as of the “LioN KinG ShoW MusT
Go oN 2017” as MacroVerse Number 797 of that larger effort
and Number 127 of “Nether Land Bible 2017” in what
comes soon to a 16 month effort with that

arising higher toward just a little

all was pain and numb that a new chapter would start in my life

quit making tears with Sjogren’s Syndrome.. and Dysautonomia..
as heart rate no longer synched with blood pressure then too where
i couldn’t make it once around the block without almost passing out
as blood could no longer make it up into my big head then and it
wasn’t funny at all then.. anyway.. it make the issues of Autism
and Depression and stuff like that in my life seem rather
small then.. sure.. Mania no problem unless it goes
so high that all senses and feelings become
excruciatingly ‘light’ where ya can’t
even scream and get ‘it’ all
out then too.. anyway..
here’s the thing.. if me being
a canary in a coal mine or otherwise
known as a fish not accepted in the Aquarium
can find a Calm Center Peace of Transcendence
and Ascendence of a somewhat Category 6 of
Human potential eye of calm azure blue tropical
beach bliss with yes the Chi/Qi/Ki Force 6 Winds now
Required to leg press 1020 LBs 33 times on a very difficult
parallel leg press machine at age 57 with my arms raised in the
air like a ballerina even if my smell is now altered with the gym
smelling rather strange too.. just imagine what ‘normal’ you can do
without any of these obstacles of innate and environmental issues of difficulty
now.. or perhaps that is the total incorrect view of the situation as just imagine
would we have any Beethoven Symphonies if he had not lost his hearing or any
Van Gogh Paintings if he did not suffer from his potential dark struggles of life too..
best part of it is
achieving heaven
now even in the
greatest storms
of life’s
obstacles
now.. fact is it’s
possible and if nothing
else and even if you can’t feel
hope.. yes.. it’s reality.. it’s real and at least reason for hope..
true sometimes you have to start with a reason or a dream
a seed for a tree of life with the fruits coming 66 months later or
53 years later or however long it takes for positive change to happen next..
thing is.. if most foods taste not so good and even bad and most things smell
not so good and even bad there is so much more human potential to achieve sTiLL
that i might never achieve without this obstacle and difficulty too.. i could get scared
i could get angry and then i could get depressed next and move into perhaps more pain
and numb and even a deeper depression too.. or on the other hand i will write and transcend
all difficulties of life and dance free verse and do the same too for that works the same to
transcend ill brain manufactured odors the same as it does for the pain and the
numb that the brain creates too.. in other words while it’s true i am the
flesh and the flesh is emotions and senses i am the will i am the
self that transcends matter too.. and am matter too..
moreover i am energy and force

beyond
the limits
and the expectations
of the contractions and
distraction named can’t.. so
did being the kid who couldn’t
speak until age 4 and made fun
of mumbling prevent me from graduating
11 out of a class of 381 in high school.. then did
having a nervous break down from my first depressive
manic episode in 1981 at age 21 prevent me from graduating
with three college degrees.. did being the last kid picked in sports
teams prevent me from finishing my Government Career as an
Athletic Director of a Military Installation.. did the fact that the boys
called me girl and the other F word and the girls called me skank
for being ugly as they saw me in middle school prevent
me from eventually marrying a lovely woman who
never seems to age.. and did the people
who made fun of me for being
weak and having bird
legs and running
and walking

pointing
and laughing at
me prevent me from
public dancing 8000 miles
this week.. in 48 months too.. now
or the people who said i wrote like a robot

me when she passes by my shadow kicking why don’t you take the
towel with you to Seville Quarter to dance with too.. then i say.. ah..
the towel and i and gravity are one with God  NoW but i didn’t say as speak

ability gives me in pleasure too.. and now as i’ve mentioned before
the challenge first from a virus as a common cold in losing my smell
now for several months is the altered smells that are not so good of
all human made smells that is my actual reality now.. and i cannot say
it is better than not smelling anything my friend but still best news of all
it is not a dentist drill like pain in my right eye and ear for 66 months then
that was impossible to get away from.. wake to sleep.. how fortunate are we
to have science now where epileptics like my wife are no longer burned at the
stake.. and Autistic Children are understood to live a world within even though
they have trouble showing it on the outside still.. it took me over 42 years to meet
another person who couldn’t touch man made materials without great discomfort
and i’ve never met or heard of a local person who actually experiences human
made smells as altered experience of life.. sure.. losing smell common in old
age and with colds too.. but the best thing of all is the science that explains
what it is so no one calls me demon possessed.. not so hehe.. as
surely i too back in the day could be burned at
the stake for that too.. my friend.. life is
relative so relative to lifting

For those who find ways of staying lit up they still light up.. just basic accounting in positive or negative
action that leads to positive or negative consequence but life is not a science project with
a five step method alone or a simple math equation of 2 plus 2 for in the art of life

pleasure parts of that experience in imagination

days where all i longed for was
