   silly Dark Muse on YouTube.. we are sort of agreeing
   on the fact that the urban/suburban clown fad
   ruse is surely overblown.. but of course..

   Well.. back from the brand spanking new introductory visit to
   my New Psychiatrist after a long 14 Month period of not being
   assigned one since my first Psychiatrist who traveled with me
   through the dead zone of hell from 2008 through 2015 well.. for 7.7 years..
   to be precise.. left his practice.. inspired by me.. he said.. to teach movement
   therapy down in South Florida further away from the pharmaceutical fixes that
   he had been entertaining for folks with issues in the Air Force as a reserve Major
   for the area Air Force Base.. and thanks God.. the New Dude was great friends with
   the old dude so he took his recommendations from the old shrink in how i deal with
   my Asperger’s Prometheus brain of super sensory sensitivities and fuller Empath Angel
   Affect of Feeling everyone around me too.. yes.. through Dance AkA movement therapy..
   a recognized therapy for emotional regulation and sensory integration for folks on the Autism
   Spectrum that i first self-prescribed for me.. all innately.. instinctually
   and intuitively.. way before they started talking about
   it.. as an actual effective therapy in clinical
   practice on a widespread basis..
   so.. he got the full
   Fred head history
   and the body parts
   too.. along with the 6000
   miles of Dance Story and the
   12 million words of writing since Thanks
   Giving day of 2010.. yeah.. the part about
   me not speaking until age 4.. folks mistaking
   me for a female.. like the McDonald’s cashier
   around age 12 in middle school… where he
   said.. hmm.. there ain’t a dam thing about
   you that looks androgynous now.. sure..
   stuff changes.. yeah.. i look more
   like Batman and Superman
   than Sheldon Cooper
   or the stereotypical
   presentation of Asperger’s
   nerdy wimpy boy/man now..
   yeah.. in terms of movies.. currently
   playing at the theater.. the Ben Affleck
   playing a Super dark hero with Asperger’s
   on that show.. that i highly recommended my
   New Psychiatrist go see too.. to see how they
   are portraying folks with Asperger’s at the theater
   these days.. as Bond hero.. Batman.. yes.. a super
   hero to the max in real life too.. in the actual movie
   named ‘The Accountant’ for a most unusual way to
   portray the Autism Spectrum now.. anyway.. when
   i told him about my negotiations with Store Management
   to get a license to dance there.. no.. not a license to kill.. hehe..
   he said.. hey.. i’LL write you a dam prescription to dance if they
   ever give you a problem for what you must do to be comfortable
   in this world and your skin too.. to mitigate.. your Prometheus Fredenstein
   Brain issues everywHeRE you go in the general public for Dance StiLL NoW..
   so.. anyway.. he told my wife when meeting her.. well dear.. to be honest we don’t
   get folks as unusual as Fred in here.. but i must admit he is most unusual in a cool
   way and sure you must be a hero to be his wife for close to 27 years now.. not in words
   did he say that but he did have a look that said he was amazed that anyone could keep
   up with me for decades on end.. and still be sitting pretty like an eternal teenager too.. so
   yeah.. he made me feel like it wasn’t so bad after all to be weird like me.. more like the
   Movie.. ‘The Accountant’.. and as my current psychotherapist still treats me since 2011 now
   too.. wHere they seem to think.. i have more in common with Mozart and folks like that
   than anyone they’ve ever met on the FucKinG Planet Earth now.. yeah.. baby.. i was.. AM
   born to be this way.. i AM weird and i don’t Give A F what anyone thinks or feels about
   who i AM now.. as i accept myself for all of who i am.. and if other folks don’t like it
   they can go on what ever merry or not so merry way they are on for now.. and
   as the new guy identified too.. some folks would Judge me based on my
   Law Enforcement and Military general look and not see deeper into
   what it means to have a Fredenstein head.. it is what is.. and
   the Munster’s were alWays one of my Favorite T V families
   then now.. too.. yeah.. just call me Bond.. Baby..

   It was really interesting in a Synchronistic way.. wHere the movie..
   ‘The Accountant’ came out the week of my appointment with
   the first psychiatrist in over a year.. in my entire regional
   area.. even willing to see a person with Asperger’s
   Syndrome.. who takes my insurance.. as
   many Doctor’s have no idea what it is
   fully.. nor have any idea of how to
   help with the symptoms of
   issues associated with emotional
   regulation and sensory integration..
   to put it more clearly.. there really are
   not any drugs that work well for many of
   these associated human variance issues..
   in innate way of being human.. as biodiversity
   goes on in God of Nature’s Animal Kingdom that
   includes the weird variety of humans too.. anyway..
   as that movie about Asperger’s said in clinical way2..
   who is to judge what normal iS in terms of overall survival
   of the homo sapiens sapiens species as such in total hand
   to hand cooperation in maKinG the whOle human soup work..
   as far as gaining subsistence.. including.. shelter and reproductive
   success.. as well.. this Famous Muhammad Ali pose that’s kinda hard
   to see on the Bright Beach as such with the red gloves.. played an
   Integral pARt in the Movie.. ‘The Accountant’.. in that it was a puzzle
   of this iconic photo of Muhammad Ali that the younger version then of
   Ben Affleck As Super Dark hero.. as much more autistic child.. couldn’t
   find the last piece of the puzzle and really freaked out.. and sure
   that’s how my life was until July of 2013.. came.. and i Rose out
   of the dead zone then.. alWays ‘A’ piece missing it seemed then2..
   self-actualized now.. in Yoga Unity WiTh God complete..
   Weird or not.. Balance WiTh God iS i For iSReaL noW2..

   at me this morning .. and to celebrate getting this

   Doctor is at least as cool as my last one iN

   as now.. i floated in sand as air and water in
   reverse with my Athletic shoes on as moon dancing
   surfing on God’s Sands one Beach as me living lifE noW..
   like a Butterfly who doesn’t even have to Sting when he or
   she floats with God in feats even greater than walking on water
   with a surf board these days.. all i need is feet.. that feat a move

   The Wife Katrina said.. as she purchased ‘this shirt’ for me
   this week for dance that i would receive many more dances
   than if i had worn my ‘Insane Clown Posse’ Shirt and
   i must admit the American Indian Girl.. with the
   Patriotic War Paint and feathers did
   the dance trick and treat
   sAMe toniGht..;)

   WeLL.. surely Life is Magic.. as i mentioned
   i haven’t seen the original Charlie’s Angels
   at Seville in quite a while.. and that sooner
   or later they would pop-up unannounced
   and there would be smiles and hugs
   of dance iN Joy.. and sure enough..
   the earliest member of Charlie’s
   Angels.. named Chelsea.. who i’Ve
   been dancing with.. running now close
   to two and a half years.. and very first
   regular dance hall mate in the Summer of
   2014.. pops-up unannounced and the joy
   of dance is on for fun.. once again so free and happy..
   as dance friends do make me.. all sMiLes as such NoW..:)

   A Trip to a New Psychiatrist.. A day at the Beach.. and all night
   of Dancing and finally a trip home to record it all in two Facebook
   Video Slide Algortihm production assisted ways to remember all the
   emotions through visual images of the day.. sure.. literAlly 5 hours of
   Beach and Dance Hall DanCinG.. and additioNally noW thouSands of more
   words written in the SamE Day too.. along with Travel to the Beach and
   always an opportunity to learn about liFe.. smARts.. and EmoTions.. from
   Shrinks of liFe too.. the Inner UniVerse of BeinG HuMan IS As expansive

   says that zero point loss
   of emotions is rare and almost
   limited to the Autism Spectrum for the
   young child who has the light in their eYes..
   and one day is suddenly dimmed with no motivation
   to connect to others.. as the psychiatrist says in total clarity..
   memories are emotions.. and the language associated with those
   emotions is not primary but secondary as guide posts of cognitive
   executive functioning in abstract constructed human symbols to
   enrich the emotional life.. NOT TO TAKE AWAY FROM IT.. AND
   YES HE’S THIS GOT THIS CORRECT.. as not only have i read
   about this.. i participated with other folks on the Autism Spectrum
   directly in written text communication on the Wrong Planet website
   specifically designed for folks on the higher functioning part of
   the Spectrum who can at least communicate in monologues of fAct
   finding ventures mostly away from human emotional written text
   of symbols covering the heARt of LIFE away from machine cognition
   mind.. of how standard IQ measures of data download and lectures
   in school mold our minds more machine than even human these days
   in so.. so many ways of life away from the social empathic cognition
   that colors life farther.. so much farther than even rainbow colors as
   metaphor of emotions than black and white FucKinG Data download noW
   oF liFE iN school aWay from humanity and painting liFe with many colors
   fuller of God aS Nature that lives within sAMe as Gifted by Greater Nature
   as all that is.. yes.. i literAlly spent everyday for around 33 months or so..
   from wake to sleep writing with those sadly mostly emotionless numb human
   creatures to escape my dentist drill like pain in eye and ear.. to avoid
   the necessity of ending my life.. with what is technically named as the
   suicide disease.. type two Trigeminal Neuralgia from wake to sleep then
   for all of 66 months.. where the first 33 months.. i could not even read
   or write or listen to a word.. without intolerable pain.. i got used to hell
   in an attempt to escape it and success came with me gaining my emotions back
   on A path of poetic language back to HeARt.. then.. back to eXpreSsinG HeARt
   oF EmoTions as SpiRit finALLy reborn as butterfly out of mid-life autistic burnout
   of regression no different really than those little children who lose the light of
   their life at age 2 or so.. that seems like a puzzle piece that has no clue to be
   put back toGeTher as liGht oF Humanity more fully as colors of the Winds of God
   as gifted to Sentient Star DuST pLus hUmaNiTy as LiGht of Rainbow Human EmoTions

   Good morning gigoid.. three days late to comment i am arriving
   as the last several days have been jam packed with mostly
   blue sky and flesh and blood activities… including
   seeing a new Psychiatrist with the usual
   extra long version of a Fred-talk.. and
   dancing.. floating.. as a winged
   seagull in reverse with
   Athletic shoes on
   in deep sugar
   white sands
   for miles and
   miles on endless
   horizons of beach..
   then home.. then dance with the usual
   writing to accompany all of that accompanied
   by a new world Fred record per se of only competing
   against myself in replacing eight 45LB plates with
   Four 100LB plates and adding a couple more 25
   LB Plates on my parallel leg press with arms
   raised in sky moving from 930LBS to
   1020LBS now for 33 reps..
   where the ‘fellow marines’..
   didn’t make a sound
   while finishing
   this
   feat
   and when
   i started out i heard
   a strange popping noise
   from underneath my feat
   but thank Goodness.. hehe..
   nothing broke.. and nothing hurts
   after the high of that is over too with
   accompanying ballet and martial arts dance
   using all the Nautilus Machines as sparring partners
   too.. anyway.. i make the best of what i came with
   with no limits.. and a visit to a new psychiatrist
   had been weighing heavily over me
   now for 14 months.. as there
   is always the possibility
   in logical terms i could
   go back to hell..
   and sure..
   i want to make
   sure my life is still
   saved if i ever go there
   again.. although i personally
   with no logic at all have 100% faith
   i will not as long as i stay away from
   the machine of the system that enslaves
   the human heart away from human into
   empty machine itself.. and there was
   no psychiatrist in the range of 50
   miles of home who would
   even accept new patients
   with my insurance until the
   one i found that i visited this week..
   most of them will not see a person with
   Asperger’s as they have no drugs to fix the
   problem.. whereas my new doctor after he heard
   i had negotiated a dance for mind and body balance with
   area public stores actually offered first and wrote me a prescription
   for a somewhat license to dance within the realm of the laws that protect
   Americans with Disabilities as an act to insure everyone can mainstream
   with their accommodations into society.. including a wheel chair as
   dance.. people in my area are surely ignorant not to understand
   that our emotions and senses are regulated and integrated
   respectively through the art of movement.. little autistic
   children spin and flap as a form of dance to innately
   instinctually and intuitively do this in a world
   that is highly stimulating or not stimulating
   enough depending on the kind of
   Autism a person has
   as its just
   a label
   like all others
   for the neuro-diversity
   and general bio-diversity of
   the human condition.. anyway..
   just catching up.. as i always look
   forward to your art of wisdom here
   to riff off of.. as creativity when set fully
   free in stream of consciousness writing

   So.. yeah.. A ballet-like dancer.. weighing in at around
   230LBS.. Leg Pressing 1020 LBS noW in parallel way
   at 33 times.. hmm.. don’t mistake grace for weakness
   hehe.. and yes.. the rest of my body is accordingly as
   strong as that.. and has.. lET’s juSt say.. a great deal
   of stamina to keep going as i did ballet on
   sidewalks moving that mass..

   hmm.. it feels really good to be able

   be careful of is not to run into anyone and even

   run into me.. as i am anchored solidly
   to the ground in balance.. but when

   as yes.. i work-out as hard as an Olympic Athlete as well..
   when i’m not painting a Sistine chapel and more with words..
   a symphony as such.. that relatively speaking not many folks
   even know is going down.. well.. epigenetics and neuroplasticity
   in adaptation to struggle for change.. makes.. or breaks us weak
   or strong.. i pick the Lucy show and no.. not the red headed version..
   the one of branching out more.. online and the real world too.. in hU
   man potential.. no limits.. no expectations only more as i continue to

    Well.. as i continue to build this Nautilus shell..
    less and less it becomes necessary to seek outside
    inspiration.. but of course i am not a small sea creature
    that works alone like that.. i am human therefore i must branch
    out further than my own autistic shell that is tempting to revert back to
    too.. but not a place for being human.. anyWay i’ll do both.. as the motto
    of the Nautilus Logo of my University of West Florida goeS in Oliver Wendell..
    Holmes speak of build thee more stately mansions.. and it’s funny.. on the last
    day of three degrees of that school.. feeling accomplished without a clue of what
    i would do next.. having no idea what kind of work to do for money.. no idea that i would
    work close to two decades in a Military Federal Civilian Service Bowling Center rising up to Manager.. then support assistant
    for a Captain of the NAS Pensacola place of employment in a reduction of force.. back to
    Community activities Director and then Athletic Director at end of that quarter of a century
    career that started earlier at age 16 as Janitor cleaning stuff up and picking up the
    loose ends as such then with the addition of Book Store Clerk and Research
    Associate in Archeology at University towards graduation with a full load
    of school with these part time jobs after i already succumbed to
    one break down.. not understanding i was on the
    Autism Spectrum with a touch of bi-polar then..
    as that diagnosis complete was not even
    in the books then of shrink school..
    as sure… i exceeded by social capacities
    of life in stress and my condition became
    disabling but only for three months.. and i came
    back stronger than ever before then.. and anYway..
    as i left school.. i knew i was gonna do something no
    one had ever done before and sooner or later they would
    say yeah.. he graduated from here.. i have no idea how i knew
    that then.. it was just intuitive.. and although what i do here is beyond
    the comprehension of 99.99 percent of the population at hand where i live
    at least.. iT doesn’t lesSon the fAct that i am all i can be.. in appreciation of this
    gift and these gifts of life both dARk and liGht.. and the 66 months of hell.. yes..
    literal hell in a life threatening break down of mind and body balance soul from
    ending fight or flight stress that i could not escape for the last 2 years of my
    career culminating in that hell from January 2008 to July of 2013.. is the
    source in darkest nights of soul that BrinG this explosion of creativity
    and productivity here.. like a big bang from total darkness..
    as above so below.. i reflect the creater whoLe of
    aLL i can see.. and all of this is both a prayer and a tribute
    to God.. even if God that lives within is the only one who listens
    and speaks as the Ocean grows bigger and bigger as beyond
    the archetype of Nautilus and even what Oliver Wendell
    homes was speaKinG about coMes
    trUe in a new old age
    of Freedom..

    Fair.. like she’s looking at the most amazing thing oF all
    that she can relate to as the child who was thrown in black
    water river at Carpenter’s Park when young and told
    swim or sink.. learn to FucKinG swim..
    hmm.. yeah.. tough
    makes tough

    enough as shy
    as Katrina can be
    she is very tough when
    need be.. drill sergeant style
    as such.. born into the wild of
    struggle and what comes as strength with
    survive.. and sure.. she would have to survive

    you see..? both Katrina and i are considered
    legally and medically totally and permanently
    disabled with she having a condition of almost
    Daily Epileptic complex partial seizures that leaves
    her out of this world for a short period of time and
    then disoriented for up to hours and even losing memories
    of her entire life or weeks or falling down in stores.. thank God
    only one time so far.. with only one Grand Mal Seizure that
    was life threatening when she was in Labor with our child
    who lived 51 days.. and me.. not speaking until age 4
    with Asperger’s Syndrome not diagnosed until
    middle age along with Bi-Polar syndrome
    where my lows are much more
    difficult to deal with
    in death-like
    state than
    the highs
    that can be managed
    with Dance along with the
    super emotional affective sensitivities
    and sensory spidey man Autistic senses too..
    as long as i do not exceed the limits of what
    i can handle as stress including being made into
    a cog in society’s machine.. that i am simply not evolved
    by God to do.. in an all natural neuro-diversity and bio-diversity way..
    you see.. we are those Boot Strap folks that so-called Republican evangelist-like
    Christians look at as totally normal.. ’cause from the outside she could
    be a fashion model.. and sure.. i could be a law enforcement officer..
    even FucKinG sheriff.. as i am mistaken for both law enforcement
    and military for years now everywhere i go.. just ’cause i walk
    tall.. broad and strong now.. with obvious FucKinG fearless
    as Bruce Lee can get now too.. but i work
    for that in stimming ways no different
    than Ben Affleck in what he did to
    gain fearless Balance in his life..
    in ‘THE ACCOUNTANT’ movie.. now..
    except he as actor went a step
    further and took amphetamines
    along with his strobe lights of
    rock hard music.. and see..
    that’s why i go the distance
    and climb a mountain high and
    higher to be free.. as i’m not here
    to move mountains.. i’m here to climb
    them higher and higher.. and if this all
    ain’t a FucKinG real human miracle now of
    Son of Man More.. what the FucK iS it then..
