   Pain is an interesting thing..
   Even Breathing..
   Even Living..
   And there
   are nows
   for some
   where life
   is not interesting
   at all.. perhaps they
   are working.. working..
   just a part of a machine for
   another.. day.. starving or even
   starved for emotions.. moving..
   connections.. and creating..
   yes.. i’ve been without
   all this.. except for
   the food part..
   as i always
   had something
   to eat.. but something
   to eat is rather empty
   too if one cannot enjoy
   the food.. i’ve been there
   too.. hmm.. i took a nap
   on my mother’s recliner
   and what i learned
   long ago..
   is the best
   way NOT to aggravate
   Severe Degenerative
   Arthritis in the neck
   is to keep one’s head
   straight ahead.. and never
   ever get tense.. stay loose
   so muscles do not constrict
   the degenerating parts
   to come greater
   inflamed..
   anyway..
   i am reminded
   clearly of the side
   of the head that feels
   a little like a big toothache
   on the left side of my entire
   head.. as those nerves and muscles
   in neck are connected all around the head
   too.. anyway.. i have the will to make the pain
   go away.. i would explain how i could do it.. if it
   wasn’t entirely a non-verbal process of power inside..
   and i can bring the pain on at will as well.. but of course
   i choose the former.. and get my head straight and continue
   zero tension.. fears.. anxieties of life as comfort comes and
   stays again.. my friend.. The Body keeps score.. it really does..
   as science shows there are receptors for happy neuro-chemicals/
   hormones in peptide way in every cell from head to toe.. as vagal
   nerve equivalent of Kundalini rising or falling from Brain to gut
   spreads the good news positive feelings… or bad news
   negative feelings.. inside.. outside.. above..
   so below and all around in almost
   infinite connections from
   neurons to cells
   all around
   a human
   now..
   lots of
   self healing
   as the body
   remembers
   positive or negative
   feelings as a way
   of future life.. now..
   more for those who can
   escape the almost unavoidable
   constant sometimes fight or flight
   stress that spells the insanity of modern
   society.. away from moving.. connecting..
   and creating.. in touchy feely human way..
   Sure.. just more evidence that some
   folks live in heaven.. and
   hell can be very
   difficult to escape..
   glad your pain is subsiding
   friend.. and sleep is certainly
   a recovery way for that too..
   and with more
   sleep means
   sometimes
   less dopamine
   the creativity chemical
   but the trade off for less pain..
   is fair enough.. overall.. i guess..
   Emotions motivate me for creativity
   from sadness to joy and more than that..
   Pain forced me to write for 33 months..
   can’t say most of it was creative..
   but lots of facts explored
   in 5 plus million
   words to that
   point..
   and before that
   for 33 months i could
   not write.. or read.. or look
   at TV.. a computer screen
   without intolerable pain..
   and nature or even
   colored photos
   too.. or even
   anything..
   bottom line..
   yeah.. those were the
   hardest months of all
   in Fibromyalgia.. Severe Arthritis..
   Sjogren’s Syndrome.. Dysautonomia
   Coat Hanger pain.. and sure some
   more odds and ends of extreme pain..
   including the worse pain known to mankind
   from wake to sleep.. aka Type Two Trigeminal
   Neuralgia that i’ve oft talked to here too.. before
   of course.. and no.. no drug of any kind.. not even
   opiate associated drugs would touch that pain
   AT ALL.. AND I suppose i could HAVE gotten
   MAD at Nature.. but nah.. i just whined and
   couldn’t cry with no tear of relief..
   for two years.. until
   everyone got tired
   of hearing
   it.. never
   understanding
   how much i needed
   a gun to end it all..
   and i remember how frantic
   i was one morning when i couldn’t
   find our Cat Arthur as he was kinda
   my only nuance of any kind back to emotions
   and i couldn’t help but to have the kind of human
   empathy.. of just how bad my wife.. sister and
   mother would feel if i ended my pain for good..
   and bad the same.. Catch 22 from
   hell and back
   and hell
   all around
   my friend..
   Perspective..
   and i suppose i am
   just as joyful as hell in
   heaven that i can make this
   FUCKING PAIN GO AWAY..
   WITH WILL MY FRIEND.. AND WILL..
   OF THE RELATIVE HUMAN FREE TYPE
   IS THE MOST POWERFUL FUCKING MEDICINE
   IN THE WORLD.. sure.. the higher power of God and
   or nature in us same.. for those of we who find a
   way to tap it.. make it real.. and practice
   a healing way of life that has
   no equal in the world
   of medicine..
   or whatever
   that is weaker
   than the power..
   the potential of human
   will.. Free Will is the Will
   to control how one feels and senses
   in mastery and integration of that whole..
   And with that.. Heaven is now.. as it ends
   and begins in how we feel and sense the
   world at hand now.. with no one really
   who can add anything to that
   but challenge
   and a
   Win again..
   for those who
   master life.. my friend..
   Anyway.. again.. there is
   always hope even if one can
   never feel that emotion when
   there is WILL that NEVER EVER GIVES UP..
   AND TO END HERE.. my great aunt Jettie
   at 94.. as crooked and crippled as any
   old person one might see..
   with arthritis from
   head to toe..
   could make her
   pain go away at 94 without
   any drugs either.. she gave me
   a hope of that potential umbrella
   of life to me then.. and now it’s
   open wide my friend
   and the
   rain of
   pain never
   stays now..

   Well.. my friend after reading
   the entire blog post beyond
   what was on your Facebook page..
   i can certainly see your truth here of
   how hard it can be to connect to other human
   beings in this brave new world we live in..
   but nah.. i think you are far from
   alone.. alone.. in this problem
   of not having any intimate
   friends in flesh and
   blood life who
   you can
   share anything
   with and be all of who
   you are without personal
   judgements against you once you
   be you.. and after working eventually
   25 years at the same place.. generally
   speaking with the same folks.. generally
   speaking.. with the last year and a half spent
   in a leave status.. as i rarely ever did a sick
   day.. and barely used my vacation days..
   as workaholics real is what i was then..
   working almost every Holiday for years..
   all my friends i ever had were at
   work.. working at a Cheers
   like Military Bowling Center
   for almost two decades
   was a delight for
   real.. as a person
   on the Autism Spectrum
   who wanted to connect oh so
   bad.. but as soon as what ran
   like a freight train out of my mouth
   in flights of thoughts from A to Z..
   that was that.. and sure
   it was hard to find
   friends for
   many years..
   but at work i could
   smile with my contact
   lens eyes and
   pearly
   white
   teeth.. and that
   was enough for folks
   to smile back at me and that
   was enough even if we never did
   anything outside of work together..
   sure.. my wife.. alWays my saving grace
   from being oh so.. all alone too.. at home
   my friend.. And when i left work.. sure.. i was
   the commodity that lots of folks looked to.. to
   help get the job done.. but close to zero contact
   to the rest of humanity was what i had then for
   66 months to come.. and i was too ill to really
   connect to anyone anyway.. even if
   they took the first step my
   way.. my friend..
   Anyway.. this ain’t
   gonna help your flesh
   and blood loneliness at
   home.. and you don’t really
   know me in flesh.. but it is fair enough
   to say you touched my heart with
   this story.. and i cared enough to
   leave you this long note..
   and sure.. i’m even
   named a legend
   by the general
   dancing audience
   in public now after
   5555 miles of doing
   that in the growing on
   34 months now at the
   end of this month since
   i got well.. and my 101th
   month celebration now since
   i died as life.. but i still miss the eye to
   eye connection that i no longer have with
   shades my friend.. of Bowling Life then..
   so i made up for it with words and
   steps the best i can.. best wishes

   more.. in producing adults who don’t give a FucK about
   other adults.. and with the exception of the ignorance about

   bombings and such as that.. there are those
   Rafiah Jesus’ that still do walk the
   earth over there too.. and

   allow more women to stay
   at home with children.. but sure
   that is changing too.. the best thing
   my mother did for me.. like it or not..

   stabilized on the earth..
   when one looks at the biggest
   picture of earth coming back from
   space it is clear as Mother Nature God Pie
   that human cultures as whole are cancer
   upon the Earth as living God whole

   my life would surely
   be more warm
   and fuzzy
   in an extended
   village raising a family
   as i am a very nurturing person
   like my mother too.. as learnEd
   man from birth too.. but nah.. God
   has other plans for me.. as humans
   have a responsibility to God oF aLL

   comfortable survival but the comfortable survival
   in empathy of all of God’s evolving continuing creation

   but her God fearing parents forced her into a heavy
   handed decision to abort the child.. truly
   sad as my cousin wanted the baby..
   but mom and dad had
   the TRUMP card then..
   as it didn’t fit the
   overall family plan..

   Then my cousin had a child
   who was profoundly disabled.. not
   much different than a Down’s child
   and my cousin Loved that child just
   as much as my mother loved me from birth
   as well.. and that child is a young woman now
   who is a happy blessing to all who she meets
   in the world now.. helping her father in his
   business the best she can too..
   Love
   is REAL
   WHEN PRACTICED..
   BOTTOM LINE MY FRIEND..
   FEARLESS AND UNCONDITIONAL..
   NEVER INDIFFERENT IN THE HUMAN

   Ah.. the rises and pitfalls of being
   a social animal with an opposable
   prehensile thumb capable of writing
   a written language.. thereby.. recording collective
   intelligence.. and creating culture in all its heterogenous
   and homogenous ways of sames and differences noW
   in one melting pot of what is.. hmm.. well.. science
   shows that some folks are more liberal and not
   afraid of change.. the nomads as it were and
   is still for some.. and there are others who
   are more closed minded and tend

   fought tooth and nail to live..
   there is a non-spoken respect
   in male way of that that some folks
   have no idea exists if they haven’t been
   on both sides of the coin.. my friend..
   it’s called privilege.. both innate now
   and earned.. in yes.. nature.. nurture
   including challenge too.. and sure.. the outcast
   understands better once he or her is secure in his
   fate.. the other outcasts who are lost and alone where
   her or he were before.. the fact is as evolution shows.. generally..
   primates like humans who are social live best in generally
   speaking homogenous groups where most everyone
   looks and behaves the same.. and that can
   range from a Bonobo free for all love in..
   to a covered mosque from head
   to toe.. but yes.. it is part
   of the social animal
   nature to
   adhere
   to social
   rules as generally
   speaking too.. in all the history
   of humankind now too.. to be outcast
   historically meant to frigging literally starve to
   death.. be beaten.. tortured and killed and that
   remains the solid truth still in some countries now..
   i stand on the side of freedom wherever she blows..
   however.. i live in a nice homogenous neighborhood
   where generally speaking everyone fears hell.. has guns..
   and generally speaking will not kill their neighbor over fear
   of both God and State.. and then there are others who kill
   for God over both fear of God and state as same.. a
   strange brew we humans are when we
   live in big countries and

   down we never were..
   some of us must conform

   have to.. and we go it alone with
   strong dissent as the same infrastructure
   of society that causes wars.. is the same
   infrastructure of society that allows freedom..
   as always a mix of dArk and liGht but sure if
   God came to Earth he or her would have to
   be a Devil’s advocate for all ’causes as to be
   the advocate of humankind whole is never to be the same..
   in either what the other considers as daRk and ligHt.. i have
   full freedoms in life.. there is nothing that i desire that i do not
   have.. and for the rest there really is no choice but live and let
   live or die as is.. but sure.. i dissent as any Epic Devil’s Advocate

    And per last note/Facebook status thingie..
    The photo collage below that wife Katrina made
    me for Father’s day.. included a couple of blog posts ago..
    without specific mention made per the photo.. is from the
    Fall of 2009.. where my Uncle took me to see
    my Father and his twin brother.. as there
    was no way in hell i could drive to
    Tallahassee.. so we had a quick
    lunch.. and nah.. no real
    indication i have 19 invisible
    disorders in this photo.. including
    the experience of the worst pain known
    to humankind.. with a grin pasted on..
    baring my teeth.. without shades..
    tolerating light long enough to
    look like a ‘normal’ person
    without shades in
    a family photo..
    that yes.. i’m using here
    as case study evidence for
    what was said in the previous
    Facebook status.. and this was actually
    technically a few months after i officially
    retired disabled from Government Federal
    Service with 25 years of actual paid active
    service.. of which the last year and a half..
    was in a paid sick leave and annual
    leave status.. as i rarely ever took
    a sick day in the 23 years before
    i got sick.. or even visited a
    Doctor once.. as i was the
    epitome of health before
    never ending chronic
    two years then of
    flight or fight work
    related stress
    almost took
    my life totally away
    and made 66 months of
    Living invisible hell as real
    as hell can get.. even technically
    one can say on the scale of pain
    worse than what can be burning fire..
    Anyway.. i Loved to work.. and used to
    have dreams that i could do any kind of
    work as for the first 33 months.. i could not
    use my eyes and ears effectively for anything
    without intolerable pain.. and finally tolerating
    extreme pain looking at a computer screen with
    light turned all the way down in brightness
    and contrast.. a few inches from the
    screen as prescription lens focus
    only intensified the pain..
    to intolerable levels..
    so yeah.. i did that
    in writing millions of
    words for pain escape..
    yes.. for 33 more months
    then in a total of 66 months
    before the God of Nature took
    all the pain away at the end of
    July 2013.. on or about the 22nd
    of that month as is still complete
    in written blog record of course
    too.. everything in remission
    for Doctor’s purposes except
    for the Autism in Asperger’s
    way and Bi-Polar Disorder
    that went undiagnosed most
    of my life that i have dealt
    with mostly in extreme
    lows and a few periods
    of uncomfortable highs
    after long periods of flight
    or fight stress in school and
    work.. i work like an Olympic
    Athlete to stay balanced.. and can
    do it as long as i am the one in control
    of my life.. and not many folks can understand
    this challenge unless you have walked in shoes
    as incredible as mine.. in both liGht and DArk of LiFe..
    Seriously.. not likely that many folks have survived
    the invisible hell.. i for one did for 66 months..
    as i could not find even one person online
    who even had experienced type two
    Trigeminal Neuralgia from
    wake to sleep at
    any time
    at all..
    it’s really
    lonely when
    you are the
    only one who
    can relate to your
    own living hell as death as life..
    But i never gave up.. AND I’M HERE..

    the REAsON OF REAL HELL AND HEAVENow..:)

    Hi Leah..
    first of all.. like to say
    i received both of your emails..
    a day late from Germany.. but never
    the less received them.. this time on the
    first try.. with sMiLes.. and ah.. you’ve brought
    to my attention several of my special interests..
    the weather and how that affects happiness
    and overall distress… as well as work
    and politics which of course are
    all interconnected in ways..
    as where the weather is
    mild and comfortable
    in general of course people
    are happier with less distress..
    more likely to socially cooperate..
    and if they are so-called ‘savage
    enough’.. they will even dance naked
    freely around a comfortable fire and
    sea breeze at night.. ah the potential
    bliss of the human condition.. all
    covered up in some places too..
    But the human condition as
    nicely illustrated in a Ted
    talk by Jonathan Haidt
    on YouTube that i will
    share with you again..
    if i haven’t already shared
    it before.. says it all in terms
    of human internal conservative
    and liberal weather in nature way..
    of open vs closed minded thinking
    and doing life in exploring the liberal new
    or staying the same conservative way of life..

    And then add in the difficulty that modern global economics
    continues to bring of Machine and Information Technology
    doing what humans used to do as comfy life-long social
    roles in jobs that are now done by the machines that
    replace human ways of body and mind by
    Information technology where humans no
    longer need apply as nicely addressed
    in this video that i may have shared
    with you before.. too.. at least
    if you saw it on
    my blogs..

    Anyway.. these dreams and fears
    some folks have of a New World global
    order.. are not a part of human nature
    at core.. and the UK exit from the
    European Union phenomenon
    mostly as polls show still
    over fears of migration
    of African American
    and now Syrian
    Muslims..
    same as the
    fears of conservative
    leaning folks here in the
    U.S. about Mexicans and
    Muslims in a change that is
    too much for them to handle
    in ways of fears that their social
    roles and freedoms of same may now
    have to change.. change.. change.. oh
    lots of change.. so hard on conservative
    leaning ways of nature and nurture of
    human beings.. and that increases with
    age.. but not necessarily as the mind and
    body that continues to adapt to challenge now
    and change in the environment over a lifetime
    doesn’t stagnate as much into a closed minded
    and body way of being.. Einstein.. a great organic
    specimen.. as well as study of his organic brain
    after death showed no visible signs of so-called
    aging.. and of course the physical effects of
    exercising an entire life accommodating
    much challenge like swimming across
    a bay towing 60 boats behind a
    person in age decade of the
    60’s is well documented
    in case studies like
    Jack LaLanne.. the
    father of the gym
    rat age in the United States..
    an incredible individual for case
    study.. who died at age 96 from
    basically refusing to go to the doctor
    early enough with pneumonia.. sure
    a life of feeling bullet proof as the regular
    pasty middle-aged football watching mall
    sitting pot-bellied 50 year-old can be ran
    around circles by a 70 year old man who
    keeps the wild side up to speed as nature
    will have with all wild things.. who must
    work to eat in sTiLL.. both mind and body
    balance way.. across the life span..
    and yeah.. in my personal
    experience.. a lead life
    guard i managed
    from behind
    a computer
    at work
    with my belly
    leaning more and
    more over my belt then..
    as Athletic Director in
    Federal service way
    at the Navy Station..
    much more than now me
    at close to 30 Lbs heavier
    than then.. as Ape vs..
    domesticated
    human me
    then.. more
    yes.. MORE Now..
    anyWay.. this lead life
    guard at 65 years of age..
    did ballet and construction
    work.. a Vietnam Vet.. and
    retired Parole Officer after
    30 years at that and no.. not
    a body builder dude.. but he could
    dam sure out swim and outrun every
    dam college sitting student life guard
    out of the late teens to early twenties
    group.. and this guy was the most balanced
    and smiley happy guy i had ever seen for a 65 year
    old dude.. and it reminds me of his fellow 65 year old
    maintenance worker who was a retired master chief
    in the Navy.. who used to say he needs to act
    like a 65 year old man.. he acts like he’s
    still a God Dam teen.. but the fact
    was he had more energy than
    a ‘normal’ teen today..
    and a secret i was
    yet to earn..
    in doing the
    same without lessons
    in ballet and martial arts
    like dance.. where Gravity is
    now my best friend.. and i Fucking
    float on land like a bird out of a cage..
    and i have the advantage.. as i ain’t doing
    this for a competition like the lead life guard
    did in theatrical position of ballet.. just for fun..
    just for Jonathan Seagull joy to see just how much
    higher i can fly than the now before.. as everyday i
    innately.. instinctually.. and intuitively.. earn and learn
    a new move.. i never FELT BEFORE.. and that is key..
    FelT.. AS FEELINGS THAT ARE ALWAYS SENSORY IN
    NATURE AS WE FEEL THE SENSE OF IT.. ARE
    EMOTIONS SAME.. WHERE MOST FOLKS
    THINK EMOTIONS ARE IN THE
    HEAD AND NOT FROM
    HEAD TO TOE..
    and the truth and
    light is Emotions and
    Senses swim from head to toe..
    and can be like the water and
    the air.. of bird and fish in human
    same.. AND YES.. this is where only
    poetry can describe the bliss i feel.. my
    friend Leah.. out of a cage and aquarium
    into air and water same.. so yes.. in just 34
    months of doing this.. i have attained a state
    of happiness.. that only Yogi’s and such as that

    OF A FUCKING SOCIETY AND JOB GONE INSANE WHERE
    i was slave to both the mechanical cognition of computers
    and the social requirements to supervise anywhere from
    30 to 130 employees.. depending on if i was filling in for
    the Department head too.. or helping him do the
    fine details of his job too.. the same administrative
    office.. use to have 40 or so employees down
    to 4 or 5.. and the big square brain
    with screen of extension of me
    sitting on my desk 24 inches
    from my eyes.. 8 hours a
    day.. of sitting
    human
    hell..
    where there
    was no Fucking
    escape from all the
    stresses coming from
    all directions everyday..
    anyway.. i wasn’t cut out for
    that and i really don’t think most
    any human iS in terms of social and
    mechanical cognition multi-tasking
    every work day all day long.. so yes..
    as you relate about a book talking
    to happiness being a vocation..
    Happiness is my way of life
    now.. and i find it in
    moving.. connecting
    and creating..
    just the
    way i like
    to do it.. no more
    and no less than the sweet
    spot of now.. and you know there
    are two extremes of human personalities
    the schizoid type that one could see in that
    guy ‘Fnord’ on the Wrong Planet that expressed
    little to no human emotion or magical thinking
    on the Wrong Planet.. and that Woman
    ‘Cockney Rebel’ who literally/figuratively
    imagined that she
    was actually
    Cockney
    Rebel.. but she
    could express emotions
    and emotionally connect to
    people where that was totAlly
    out of Fnord’s Ball park of human
    being.. AND OF COURSE HE BELITTLED
    anyone with imaginary beliefs.. but the
    difference and bottom line is.. they were..

    happy in their life.. MUCH MUCH MUCH
    MORE THAN HE WAS BOTTOM LINE..
    for people who scoff at human
    creativity.. they must have
    never experienced the
    joy that human
    imagination and
    creativity can
    bring in moving..
    connecting and overall
    creative ways of being human..
    i remember still clearly when i lost
    all my emotions but fear and constant
    adrenaline response to stresses of life
    that eventually made life one big
    stress of death as life..
    Baker acted
    after close to
    40 days with
    no sleep on suicide
    watch.. so Fucking exhausted
    and dead inside beyond what i could
    ever humanly imagine was possible..
    and watching the schizophrenics in there
    with their imaginary lives and grins
    from ear to ear.. and being
    so fucking jealous
    that i wasn’t
    fucking crazy
    like that too..
    and so fucking logical
    in fucking hell then that
    i had to find someway to kill
    myself to escape all the pain..
    Well.. with great effort i’ve earned
    my way to crazy with exquisite logical
    control.. and i’ll never go back to sane
    as long as i am the one in mastery of
    regulations of my emotions and integration
    of my senses.. as i always feel like i’m on top
    of the world.. never wear anything but shorts
    in 18 degree weather and can stand any
    temperature extreme where some folks
    say Florida is one of the hottest
    uncomfortable feeling places
    of all in combination
    of humidity
    and heat together
    around 100 degrees
    mostly in Summer heat
    index too.. BOTTOM LINE MY
    FRIEND IS HUMAN POTENTIAL
    IS CRAZY GOOD FOR THOSE BRAVE
    ENOUGH TO PURSUE IT AND BECOME
    SUPERMEN AND WOMEN TOO.. no different
    than Jack LaLanne.. or the lead life guard where
    i worked.. Too Fucking amazing for other folks to

    you may not kNow the Resurgence
    but i saw it yesterday.. and what
    about Beyond Independence Day..
    you know that day that the
    right to life and liberty
    and the pursuit of
    Happiness was secured
    for us.. of course unless you

    suffering from an illness or enduring
    some other kind of human disorder or
    even just different genetic way of being
