with my friend Lala Rukh also known

was my good friend who

Well.. yeah.. here comes a whole ‘nuther string
of Facebook memories beginning with this one
from three years ago in quotable text.. and yeah..
i know i probably share my own stuff more than
most anyone else on Facebook.. but it’s true i’m kinda
literally a big deal in terms of actual quantity of words written
and steps danced.. both in poetic artistic ways of being..
and considering how controversial my art could be
observed particularly in my very conservative
place of origin.. i never really thought
many folks would want to
associate with me as so-called
Facebook friends.. as speaking an
unadulterated human truth not tainted
by modern religions and cultures of dark..
isn’t exactly a way to win friends of group think..
but anyway.. i figured long ago.. this was an excellent
free storage disk in ways of Facebook for back-up of
writing the longest long form poem ever.. success
on that so sure it’s still all worth it..
as i’m doing this for the very
long term record.. not any
short term likes.. shares..
followers or whatever is the
flavor of the cultural moment.. when
you do something no one else has ever done before..
let’s just say sooner or later it stands on its own merit..
history proves this time and time again now.. even when

guilt.. where anything less than Virgin can be unworthy too
like sex soils a female body part and not a male one simply

in the act.. with more prospective sires is seen as self esteem that

is effective in treating
joint pain..
and speaking
of joint pain the Lovaza
i take for natural high occurring
levels of triglycerides.. which is basically
just concentrated fish oil in fewer capsules
is approved for treating joint pain in pets but
not in humans.. go figure.. the pharmaceutical
industry and all.. but seriously very little to no joint
pain for me through the day.. and the inflammation
associated with Severe Degenerative arthritis is
close to null for all i can feel of it anymore..
i like Natural therapies.. much more
than synthetic ones and will always

empathy of my feelings with
the despair and chaos that can
be the human being in groups this
way out of the order of balance in life..
but thank God for strong enough people
like you who do it even through the personal
hardships that come through that service for
others in the toughest jobs that humans can
hold to help others come out of the abyss
of life.. sometimes the only person
who can save us is the one

lust and love among our

that is immensely more civilized
in peaceful nonaggression and
non-violent ways as compared
to domesticated human beings

killed in bloody wars for
territory and subsistence

large populations
still living in the snow
and desert ways of non-abundance
in natural resources of life STiLL noW2..
and even wolves are much more peaceful
in the wild than when domesticated under

to have complicated culture to live in balance
until the quantity of humans becomes insanely
large out of balance.. So anyway.. of course i didn’t

young Pacific Islander friend.. might have got a Fredache
from that as i so often even give my wife when i go into Fredetails
with her too.. in eXtreme ways like this.. wHere someone can
just stop reading if it becomes a little too much instead
of the increasing pace and sometimes volume

to an 11.. and went
from a mid 50’s score

online test to a 95.. Dr. Jekyll
to Mr. Hyde i went in technically
what can certainly be identified as
Bi-Polar disorder in case study way
down to sleeping 2 hours a night from
then to Nov… some rather hypersexual
activities in some ways too. then in
particular that i had never done
before.. and of course the
intense driven focus
of writing hours
on end still..
and of course
where religiosity
without religion with
a focus on God of nature
without any formal boundaries
became my all encompassing
focus and special interest
per Asperger’s Syndrome
too.. but seriously i
was born this
way.. and
have been
somewhat high
for decades before with
years ‘tween.. of the darkest
lows that continued to get even
lower in cycles yet to come in my
early twenties way back then..
i keep it in check with
a dance of life..
and we went
on a River adventure
and i didn’t get to really
dance for hours today.. for
the first time since i can remember
in probably over a year since i was
sick over a year ago.. so here are all
these words.. as if i am not totally
physically exhausted most all
the time from dance

like a bomb
of mind too..
but i do it with
ease and it is nothing
of the extreme manic feelings
mixed with non-stop adrenaline
that i had during those two years
of fight or flight stress before
i hit the bottom of hell
in 2008.. in a text

syndrome

human exhaustion
from head to toe..
anyway.. back to dance
tomorrow for at least
a half marathon of that
in stores.. ’cause Lord knows
if i skipped more than a few days..
i would explode through space and
stars.. and probably get up over
240LBs too.. as i am back
up to 233LBS now..
but still much
more fit
than i was
this time a year
ago.. as my nude

and a great motivation that
is to prove.. epigenetic potential
is real from head to toe.. in vitality
way.. and to stay fit as a practice of

months after
the pain.. yes miraculously
suddenly went away on
July 22nd on or about
that day.. was not nearly
as bad as what my Mother
thought the Jesus went
through.. until
the book
she purchased
on the crucifixion
said yes.. my pain
was worse than that too..
as she handed me the book
before she read it.. and i turned
to the God dam single page that
said that in black and white..
but it didn’t matter
as she still

my pain as less
