Well, since you ask, and hopefully Gnostic Bishop will not mind if I share a little more of my ALL ENCOMPASSING SPECIAL INTEREST with you here, here it is at mile 2000 in August at Pet Smart in a very short clip taken by my wife.
This was this year in August at almost 12 months and now in at a little over 15 months I have logged in over 2700 miles that is also documented on my blog by way of NIKE GPS sports watch.
What I am overall attempting to illustrate on my blogs is the ALL NATURAL HUMAN POWER OF BELIEF IN ONE’S OWN POWER TO HEAL THEIR SELF OF ILLNESS when the doctors give up hope as they did with me with 19 medically documented disorders.
I suffered through type two trigeminal neuralgia for over five years, which is the worst pain known to mankind that never ends except when one sleeps. It is like someone drilling one’s teeth without Novocain but in my case the pain was in my right eye and ear where I lost effective use of my eyesight and hearing for those 5 years as well.
I also suffered from Sjogren’s syndrome where my eyes quit making tears, and that was like swimming under saltwater with ones’ eyes open that finally the immune system modulator Restasis worked well enough after 8 months so I could come out of an almost completely dark room.
Additionally, I suffered from Dyautonomia and Vaso-Vagal Pre-syncope where I could not walk around the block without almost passing out or even eat a meal without almost passing out, as my autonomic nervous system no longer effectively controlled my heart rate and blood pressure in synch.
I was born with a congenitally fused T-6 vertebra in my neck that precipitated early onset Severe Degenerative Osteoarthritis in my spine and I was in constant severe pain from that along with Spinal Stenosis and a ‘side order’ of Fibromyalgia.
The Autism Spectrum diagnosis was the least of my worries, along with Severe Anxiety, Anhedonia, Alexithymia, Coat Hanger pain (associated with Dysautonomia), ADHD, Moderate Carpal Tunnel syndrome in both wrists, Congenitally Severe Deviated Nasal Septum and Chronic Inflammation of Associated Mucosa, Severe Depression, Shingles, Severe Insomnia with the severe pain disorders where at one point I went 40 days with one hour of sleep each night for 35 of the 40 days with the aid of a powerful alpha blocker, and none for the last 5 of 40, and trust me when they say that withholding sleep is an incredible torture they are not kidding.
The actual record for totally sleepless nights is 264 hours, which is 11 days.
Overall what I experience had to be as bad as that, as every second seems like a thousand years of literal human hell by the end when I attempted to drive myself to a bridge and fling myself over it somehow, and did not have the strength to get out of the car to do it.
My sister found me at the bottom of the bridge and I talked her into taking me to the bank of the river and I wanted to jump off in the shallow end but still there was no strength to do it.
She drove us 80 miles an hour out into the country and threatened to kill the both of us, as she did not want to live without a brother, and I SAID NO, AND then Ativan was my savior for sleep at the hospital with 4 milligrams per day to knock me out of pain for sleep.
I was addicted to Ativan for 5 years and got off it at the point of my MIRACULOUS RECOVERY at the end of July 2013, that WAS described as such as A REAL RELIGIOUS TYPE OF MIRACLE BY MY attending professional who was Catholic.
The doctor gave me no chance of recovery at the start of this, and there were several other diagnosed disorders too, that most people would complain about, but are nothing compared to the ones above.
I believe in THE HIGHER POWER OF HUMAN NATURE THAT IS A GIFT FROM Mother Nature and can be found within a human being if they NEVER GIVE UP TO FIND IT.
THE WAY it works is beyond words as it is through instinct, intuition and extremely complex powers of cognitively controlled healing that one can FEEL WHEN THEY ARE CONTROLLING IT.
For instance, when I woke up this morning with numb hands from carpal tunnel syndrome I made the numbness go away instantly with my cognitive will, and FEELING THAT CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED BY ME AS A ‘GOLDEN’ FLOWING WARMTH ALL OVER MY BODY THAT I CAN USE TO HEAL ALMOST ANY PAIN OR INJURY AT WILL.
Perhaps it is endorphins but I’m not quite sure how that would make the numbness in one’s hands instantly go away.
There are still limits but I continue to overcome them as I practice this all-natural power of human cognitively controlled healing.
If there was a Jesus, he likely tapped into something similar, and tried to share it with others, and they probably thought he was crazy or possessed or whatever else and of course they likely killed him, because of it, overall.
That’s nothing new of course per what has happened to so many other folks who are much different than the herd, like Epileptics being judged as demon possessed per historical record too.
And there are Yogi’s already that science now evidences who tap into to these healing powers through self regulation of bodily functions. Yogis can control their brain waves, and bodily temperatures to even generate steam off of robes in icy waters.
I believe that mythologies and the metaphor of ancient poetry houses elements of truth about the potential of human nature that people have hidden in fear of losing their life per literally sharing them in the historical past.
We are past that now, in free countries, so we do have the potential to share, if we can provide evidence to other folks that THIS is real and not a pipe dream.
But sadly material reductionists don’t often believe that this innate human potential can be real unless it is served up in a science book somewhere.
Science is catching up but they are still far behind of what human being can do when set free from the lies of limitations and expectations of our culture as is.
My testosterone is also that of a 75-year-old man recently measured at 277.
Here is a recent video proving I can lift 810 LBS on a Nautilus Parallel leg press free weight machine at my military gym.
NO MARINE there can equal that feat, me at 54 and them in their 20’s.

I can do it because I HAVE ELIMINATED ALL ILLUSORY FEARS, AND in doing so I have tapped into powers of the human mind that truly can only be believed with evidence like this per result, as I cannot show someone how to use their mind like this, as it is internal nuance of feeling controlled cognitively that cannot be adequately described in words.
And finally here is a funny but true testament to this higher human potential as this current blog post documents around 115 photos of me with 20 something year old girls at one of the top 100 dance clubs in the U.S.A in the last 36 weeks and going on 37 later tonight, where I have been doing this 3 to 4 hours at least one night a week at the club.

They are not happy to be with me cause I am good looking, they are happy like that in the photos as they are with a ‘so-called now legend of dance’ in my metro area.
My wife is too fearful to take videos of me when I dance much faster and complex than this, as she has never witnessed it before and can still not get used to watching it, to date. And I suppose she is afraid I will hurt myself, but it is second nature to me now, or perhaps first nature that the historical restraints of culture allowed me to miss. 🙂
But the young folks in my OVERALL METRO AREA are not afraid, and have videotaped literally hundreds of store dances and shared them on Facebook all around my metro area. One could call almost any store in my area and ask them if they know about the big guy with shades who dances everywhere he goes, and yes, THAT WOULD BE ME, A ‘so-called legend of dance’, in North Florida.
I started walking in reverse to escape back pain and it worked, and I got permission at stores for reasonable accommodation for disability and I also noted it was a necessary stim for Autism, and almost every store administration has been understanding, and yes, my wife is a serious shopaholic, and with her epilepsy I have to drive her everywhere she wants to shop while I keep the pain away, and entertain the metro populace with always new and innovative dance. 🙂
During my stint of 3 years here before I was healed I just wanted to find someone that shared the depth of my darkness that could give me some kind of hope that someone somewhere had overcome anything like this, and I never found anyone anywhere on the Internet that even experienced the CHRONIC TYPE two trigeminal neuralgia during all waking hours.
So it was just me and Mother Nature True and no one else, as I could NOT CONNECT WITH ANYONE IN REAL LIFE AS I LOST ALL MY EMOTIONS ALONG with the pain disorders as well.
I go to the trouble to DO this NOT TO DRAW ATTENTION TO ME, but with the HOPE THAT someone out there in the reading audience who may be experiencing something like this right now will gain a spark of hope JUST NOT TO COMMIT SUICIDE NOW, AS SOMEONE HAS MADE IT THROUGH SOMETHING WORSE THAN THEM AND survived.
THAT I OWE TO Mother Nature True, and trust me, if one finds this power within he or her to HEAL THIS KIND OF SUFFERING, they TOO, might consider it THE SAME GOD THAT I DO, PER ALMOST unlimited human potential, for those who truly seek it, have faith that it exists, and never ever give up until the empty or true feelings of hope come IN finding it through HUMAN WILL AS TRUTH in their life.
It is the gift of instinct of Mother Nature true, fully utilized as higher power of human being potential.
And yes, they might be passionate about sharing the story as I am too, and I find the deficit of empathy here horrifying when people complain when I do.
But that it seems is part of the Nature of the Beast of Autism that was nothing like the other disorders I had per challenge in life.
The overall condition of Autism certainly added to the stress, per the later work environment I was in, and likely that stress was the origin of many of the disorders but as long as I was in a Niche that worked it was not a big deal to me, to meet that relatively small challenge in life, compared to everything else I have survived in life.
Thanks for bearing with me, if you made it this far, and thanks for seeing me as a human being and treating me that way as such, as it seems like a limited attribute here at times, as sad as that may be.

My Father was in law enforcement for 46 years, and actually was the longest serving Deputy Sheriff in Florida.
He didn’t talk much, in fact not at all to my mother for the first 3 years of my life that he stayed. He almost never expressed emotion except for when his cat of 20 years died and my infant child died.
Before that I wondered if he was a psychopathic leaning person, but he was probably just a mix of law enforcement and likely somewhere on the Autism Spectrum; particularly considering my sister is diagnosed on the spectrum and my mother is the opposite from the Autism Spectrum as always a great reciprocal social communicator.
Interestingly though, even though I was way too wimpy most of my life, per anxiety, to ever be a cop, and I do chalk part of that up to never being taught the survival ways of patriarchy by a Father and instead with the all estrogen dripping influence of an all female family, my overall look has been consistently mistaken as law enforcement in much of my adult life.
Even in plain clothes per shorts and T-shirts I have been respectfully approached by others as how are you doing officer, and now that I have learned to un-domesticate myself and walk much more smoothly and confidently I get those comments even much more now at age 54, and people still think I’m in my 30’s to 40’s and one much older gentleman that knew me from my neighborhood told me young man you should join the local Sheriff department as they need someone like you.
It is truly a privilege to ‘look’ like a law enforcement officer and perhaps I have that so-called Aspie Hall Monitor look, ha-ha, as I have always been able to get away with stuff like dancing everywhere I go in a martial arts ballet style of dancing THAT HELL NO, HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT one of my African American 225LB highly muscled neighbors could get away with in almost any store.
Truly there is privilege in LOOKS AND PERCEIVED CULTURE.
BUT PER scientific study African American Males have the highest levels of self-esteem than any other American Demographic.
Factors cited that make the difference are both confidence in sexual prowess and the ability to defend oneself; yes, nature does still rule.
While I am well past the age of worrying about sexual prowess in the wild, as a noted martial artist expert now, with absolutely no lessons taken, there is a confidence of knowing one can handle one’s body in space and distance that brings a style of walking tall that tells folks you do not want to mess with me.
Confident species stay alive and species that are not confident do not stay as alive.
African Americans are mixing with everyone in the reproductive game, and the darker pigment of the human race is expanding as we talk now.
They are confident enough to do it, and win the oldest game of survival in JUST DOING IT as my friends at NIKE say.
Meanwhile white folks have among the lowest rates of fertility, so math 101 rules again.
And yes, it helps to avoid illusory fears in life, and one of the best ways to do that is get comfortable in one’s own body, and walk like a Tiger on the Savannah, smooth graceful, and POWERFUL.
THE OTHER CATS do take notice, and yes, even the human ones. 🙂
I respect cops and have never had problems with authority IN THE REAL WORLD WHERE LOGICALLY APPLIED.
IT’S the best way to get by in all areas of culture as culture wins the game of law, for folks who are intelligent enough to survive in this way, too.
It’s like the old saying, give to Caesar what IS his, AND comply or die CAN apply too, as history and current news reports do show.
To me the mix of human nature with all cultures is fascinating as it does STILL play out.

In the history of humankind there have been both patriarchy and matriarchy leaning cultures, and the key to balance in life is to know that gender roles other than who is on top and who is on bottom ARE largely culturally derived.
I am neither afraid to sexpress.. hmm.. I mean express both my so-called masculine AND feminine nature in all its innate glory so I fly free without stress of whatever the hell people want to think fits the gender roles of cultural norm in effect at this time where I live.
And yes, obviously, I look masculine on the outside but my brain is totally balanced in sex gender ID as neither one nor the other, and yes there is a cool test for that here:

The secret to true power of the so-called masculine survival side of human nature is actually in the feminine side of grace and loving ways, as the positive power of basing TRUE strength in unconditional love and grace is what martial artists have been doing in the east for thousands of years.
And then, these martial artists easily kick the butt of equal size boxers in the west when introduced to that style of fighting, as folks who box tend to muscle their way into fighting more than floating like a butterfly and stinging as a Bee like Muhammad Ali and me.. he HE.. in real life too. 🙂
The thing I like about the new age of women per equality as a feminist ideal, per the younger crowd in the rave dance halls of life is many of these girls are neither afraid to express their masculine or feminine side in balance and are wild like me.
Meanwhile, most of the ‘little boys’ are still doing it the way their red state daddy’s taught them in be a ‘big’ rigid stiff man style instead of letting grace flow WITH gravity of GOD aka Mother nature TRUE WiTH the power of unconditional love, which yes, in part, is a culturally derived NEW THINGY FOR SOCIAL ANIMALS.
Anyway, as they say the proof is in the pudding of the mix of life AS is.
Well, actually no one said that but me, ha-ha!.. as far as I know…. until now…….

I am 54, and OBVIOUSLY one of the few guys that has this basic concept of human nature figured out AT THE club I participate AT (one of the top 100 dance clubs in the US) and the girls come flocking every week to dance with me.
AND I never approach the girls, AS I’m just a married dude practicing my own style of martial arts/ballet dance there every week, as the RAVE music is a DRIVING FORCE for my 3 or 4 marathon hours of work-out there without a break or even a drink of water, as one who moves in FULL balance conserves energy even at ‘warp speed’, as metaphor too.
And funny as it may be, some of the same guys who had the WTF look per my style of dance at the beginning back in the end of March of this year, are now coming up to me and almost begging me to show ’em how to do it, and I tell them I have no idea as I just let all of what I am flow, and never need a lesson from anyone but what I let go of my human nature FULLY EXPRESSED WITHOUT ANY culturally derived ideas of gender poles.
But nah, I tell them the much shorter version of that there, in ‘sheep’ talk. 😉

HMM, Another weak attempt at personally attacking me.
I speak for no one but the truth, and sometimes that means having few friends and sometimes that means having many friends.
That depends on if one hangs around people who speak for themselves or the crowd.
AS ALREADY stated in this thread and in many other places on this site I CURED THE MOST DISABLING RECIPROCAL SOCIAL COMMUNICATION DIFFICULTIES OF AUTISM THAT YES I AM PROFESSIONALLY DIAGNOSED WITH THAT I CAN PROVE THROUGH PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE IF NECESSARY, THROUGH MUSIC AND MOVEMENT THERAPY.
IN MY CASE, SPECIFICALLY A STIM, YES A STIM, OF DANCE WALKING A STYLE OF MARTIAL ARTS/BALLET STYLE OF DANCE WALK ON average 7 to 8 miles a day, now approaching 2800 miles in a span of 16 months, yes, everywhere I go in public, and yes, LIKE THE old TV show Cheers PER my entire metro area is my ‘bar’ AS METAPHOR and ‘everyone now KNOWS my name’ as the big dancing guy with shades.
Not only that I have zero social anxiety now and lead a group of twenty something year old folks in dance SOLO at one of the top 100 dance clubs in the U.S. per Old Seville Quarter in Pensacola, FL.

But as also noted, as I CURED THE MOST FUNCTIONALLY DISABLING ASPECTS OF MY AUTISM PER RECIPROCAL SOCIAL COMMUNICATION DISABILITY THROUGH THE ART OF PHYSICAL INTELLIGENCE, MY SCORE ON THE AQ scan for Autism went from 44 to 45 in June 2013 to 11 later that summer, and additionally my score on the Aspie Quiz went from 195 to 92, and my score for the EQ Emotional Intelligence test went from the mid 50’s to 95; AS A direct RESULT OF IMPROVING MY PHYSICAL INTELLIGENCE THROUGH FREE STYLE MARTIAL ARTS AND BALLET THAT REQUIRES ABSOLUTELY NO LESSONS AND IS entirely Instinctual and INNATE.
Additionally, I started writing free verse style CREATIVE poetry that science shows CAN BETTER CONNECT HUMAN EMOTION WITH LANGUAGE and CAN increase the intelligence of HUMAN EMPATHY, both cognitive and affective.
THROUGH THE evolution of human beings, AS OF about 12,000 years ago, humans STARTED BECOMING MORE SEDENTARY as a result of Agriculture and larger civilizations per social group unit size, where the sidewalks of life become much narrower as metaphor.
Humans have been DEVOLVING INTO MACHINES OVERALL, since then, as they become more proficient at sitting still AND BUILDING MACHINES TO MOVE FOR THEM.
While as foragers, our ancestors constantly moved through distance and space for survival in 360 degrees of movement for foraging everywhere they TRAVELED.
RESULTS OF OUR NEW SO-CALLED MORE INTELLIGENT WAYS OF STANDARDS IQ LIFE IS THE steady LOSS, IN THE OVERALL general population of physical intelligence, including emotional regulation and sensory integration THAT AGAIN IS DRIVEN BY PHYSICAL INTELLIGENCE THROUGH THE CEREBELLUM, and associated neurochemicals that impact the vagal nerve that runs from brain to gut orchestrating emotional feelings throughout the human body, AS WELL AS balancing harmful stress related neurohormones circulating through the blood stream per chronic SITTING STILL tension increasing STRESS until THE BODY FINALLY IF IT EVER DOES MOVE TO BURN OFF THOSE DAMAGING STRESS HORMONES OTHERWISE deleteriously impacting EVERY BODILY SYSTEM THAT ALLOWS HUMAN BEINGS TO LIVE IN THE LONG RUN WITHOUT LITERALLY DYING FROM CHRONIC STRESS AS SCIENCE NOW PROVES DOES HAPPEN TO HUMAN BEINGS, WHO live with chronic NEGATIVE stress and do nothing to CURE (remediate symptoms) THAT.

And anyway, I’m more of a Honda fan than a Mazda FAN as the H is a symbol for the dichotomies seen throughout nature and the mind of man moving from the symbol of 11 to the interconnected whole as balance in nature as H and or the alpha numerical value of H per standing tall infinity 8 in infinite flow of unity, per the left hemisphere and the right hemisphere of the brain working in Yin and Yang synchrony, and hopefully one day the left and right hemispheres of the earth will also work in balance per the neurons of the earth that are by continuing metaphor animals, including human animals, WORKING TOGETHER IN BALANCE TO MAKE THE WHOLE DAM THING CALLED GAIA, BY SOME FOLKS, WORK AS A balanced LIVING FORCE, both inanimate and animate as such, as the swirling golden spiraling electrons continue to orbit around the nucleus and even smaller units of golden spiral patterns do the same per golden mean of 1.618 from below in Quantum Physics to above in our MACRO Milky Way home.
If GODzilla could talk, maybe he AND or she or WHATEVER would say something of THAT NATURE. 😉

So in other words, truth can be found in metaphors of all types, ranging from Zeus to the patriarchal masculine basic survival archetype/innate instinct IN ALL most all healthy HUMAN BRAINS AND subconscious and conscious MINDS, as modern science now also validates the work of Freud, and other social animals as well, found in the warrior tribal GOD of Abrahamic religions, and all of this is part of human beings innate need for existential intelligence by way of all forms of human abstract language both verbal and nonverbal GOVERNED BY THE TRUE GOD OF MOTHER NATURE TRUE.
‘WE’ are all connected is the bottom line, and there are many different human languages and symbols for Universal and limited truths of Mother Nature True aka GOD, thanks to ‘our’ relatively new and still evolving way of neo-cortical control for remembering the past and making decisions on that experiential information to forecast the future for so-called rational decisions to enhance the chance of successful overall survival.
To exclude any of them as woo, is the height of woo per innate human nature Governed by Mother Nature Woo, I mean true or perhaps woo too, as fiction is governed by human logic per making sense, but nature and true REALITY is NOT RULED BY HUMAN LOGIC PER MAKING SENSE, only humans are small ENOUGH AND ‘smart’ like this to limit nature in this way, per their ways of ‘imaginary science’, at least on earth as far as ‘we’ know. 🙂

True, if more people could and would understand that the gender polarizing ideals of culture and religion setting roles of strength and fearless as separate from roles of grace and love per masculine and feminine ideals IS contradictory to balanced innate human nature as whole, at least a few people could and would have a great life with peace of mind.
This a similar philosophy per what all great philosophers have been aiming at per simple human balance that our so-called lesser animal brothers and sisters live life as, per my CAT hugging the brown grass on the Winter Solstice Moon night or rolling in the Hot Summer Sand on Summer Solstice SUNday.
I embrace the feminine and masculine aspects of my being in balance, as well as all other seeming illusions of dichotomy in life, and follow the ways of so many truly successful philosophers of times gone past that still LIVE in NOW. 🙂
Meanwhile, males particularly, suffer the stiff and narrow walk down Super-Wal-Mart Aisles terrified of looking up at a nearly 230LB muscled middle-age man dance walking a free style of mixed martial arts and ballet, with shades like an FBI agent, albeit shorts and T-shirt in Winter. 😉
Meanwhile, the females videotape me, with their smart phones, of the younger freer kind and ask for my picture with them and at times dance with me, even in public stores.
Perhaps, the males will learn to dance free embracing the grace and love that can mix with the fearless and strength of masculine and feminine as one balanced human.
And who knows, maybe it will make it easier for them to meet females at a much earlier age than my age at 54. 🙂
