like a Doctor’s Handwriting.. Looks like Chicken Scratch at best.. or perhaps
a Five Year-Old Child Printing.. there is Just no way Handwriting by
Pen and Ink will keep up with the Speed of my Mind.. hehe..
anyway.. Katrina has Beautiful Cursive Penmanship and
She writes long Eloquent Messages
in Cards to Loved ones.. With Small
Talk so Easy to relate to…
honestly.. if i could type
them i would too..

but as soon as
my Hand Hits the
Page with a Pen..
it feels like Kindergarten
again.. as i just do not like
the Slower Speed of the Pen.. hehe..
my Mind Just Moves way too.. fast.. sometimes
early in the Morning i use one finger on a Smart Phone
to type to practice patience patience patience and focus more!
In this way Technology is really amazing and Helpful as it may turn
Chicken Scratch into something more like Art but True Chicken’s Paint

And it’s true until i started writing i did not
say much but i smiled with bright eyes when i worked with the
General Public all through the Day/Night.. for Decades People used
to ask me why in the World i was so Happy and in Fact even though
all i did was Smile with Everyone and Kindly serve out rental shoes
to Church Groups at the Military Bowling Center i worked at close
to two Decades.. the Church Leader’s told me they had never seen
a Better Example of A Christian.. yet.. i really didn’t do anything but
Smile with all the Customers like each and everyone wore the Face of God…
Well.. the Truth was and still is.. i was and am Just Always Happy to See them…

Some people say a “Down’s Child”
is not Worthy of Existence.. but it’s
true they are Smart Enough to Smile and Spread Love…

conservative and afraid of Different.. i wear Shades at Church these
People have seen me Dance in Public and for some it makes them very
afraid of me.. plus i sway a slow Dance All through Church when i stand
as my Legs literally will go Numb if i stand totally still.. many People will
avoid sitting next to me.. or avoid Shaking my Hand during the ‘Lord’s Prayer’
but there is a Young Man With Down’s Syndrome who always turns around
and shakes my hand and every other Person’s Hand as if He is Shaking
God’s Hand

Person is…

Never be too ‘Crazy’ to Love…
Nor will i ever Now be afraid to
Smile and Shake Someone’s Hand..
That is a ‘Disability’ i will never be ashamed of..
Sadly.. there are some People who view it that way..

NO; People do not always do Kind and
Nice Things for other Folks for some kind of Intrinsic And or External Reward.
The Intrinsic Rewards are Neurochemicals by name of Dopamine and Serotonin; most commonly named.
The Greatest Intrinsic Reward is Oxytocin; the Warm And Fuzzy Kitty Purring Feelings one will come to Feel
in Autotelic Ways through Bio-Feedback; and Self-Generate Like the Other two Neurochemicals Mentioned above
and of course that extends to Endorphins; and the Rest of the Feel Good Human Cocktail of Neurochemicals
And Neurohormones too; This Ability often comes through the experience of Meditation and Autotelic Flow;
either Still or Moving Meditation in all the ways that comes with additives like Music that Move Human
Emotions that are literally combos of the Neurochemicals and Neurohormones Mentioned above and
more of course; It’s Very Difficult to Control and Subjugate and get them to Volunteer to Give up
their Freedoms through the Cooperation/Control of the Empathy that Oxytocin Brings in ‘Group Think’ this way.
That’s the Good News.
The Bad News Once Again is some folks
do not experience any intrinsic rewards no matter what they do; more commonly termed as
Anhedonia; a lack of the Ability to Feel Any Pleasure at all except for Frigging Pain and at even
worse Just plain Numb where all of everything is ‘Piece of Paper existence’; yeah that’s the place
that some folks seek pain to self and others to feel anything at all; voila, ‘the reason’ Psychopaths
REAL GENETIC PSYCHOPATHS EXIST; all they feel is the pain of others; the Adrenaline; the Raw
Adrenaline is all the Pleasure in Life they feel; whether that comes from their pain or the pain of others now.
Let’s get back to the Good News again. Some Folks Have a Moral Code; doesn’t mean they get any intrinsic
or external reward, necessarily; they Just do it for the reason that they Know it is the ‘right thing’ to do; of course
that varies depending on Life Experience.
So, in other words, while past Rewards, surely relate to Moral Codes in terms of what is Harmful or Not Harmful
to what one’s behavior Effects the Lives of others; those Moral Codes may continue to exist without any external
or intrinsic rewards at all. There is only a code; a written code within that is pure Reason as Pure as it gets
when one might feel something if they harm someone else; but they do what they always did before;
Just because it is the Code they still Live by now; moral or not for how that may be relatively viewed.
Human beings at core are not driven by rationality; they are driven by instinct of Emotions and Senses first;
as Science now shows.
So, in other words, if you want a Society or Self that does the Most Good for others as that relatively
comes like Free Will In Moral Codes of Self and Others; You Garden Humans for the Feel Good Neurochemicals
and Neurohormones that Motivate Altruistic Behavior the Most.
‘Houston’; we have a serious Problem; particularly for Rocket Scientists
And Other Folks Who Remain In Mechanical Cognition, Losing their
Propensity for Social Empathic Endeavors of Life; yes, including
Altruistic Acts Now; as Use it or Lose it the Empathy Muscle is no different than Biceps, overall.
“Screen time” without the Human Face to Face Reciprocal Communication
touch; including Hugs, and Holding Hands and other Human Animal Mammal
Acts for Oxytocin Bonding Like that Naturally reduces the Propensity to experience
the Warm and Fuzzies of Life that Bind and Bond Humans together; Human Mammal
Social Animals Lose their ability to Feel the Oxytocin Experience this way that ‘Normally’
Drives Human Altruism too. Basically, they lose their Motivation to Do What Humans Do best
to Survive and Thrive; they Lose the Natural Intrinsic Reinforcements that Cooperation, Normally Brings.
It’s Like Small talk; its not an Intellectual Endeavor of Complexity to Increase Dopamine; or necessarily
A pecking Order activity to increase Serotonin; although it can and will be a Pecking Order Endeavor too.
What Small Talk does best for folks who are born and bred to enjoy the Human Oxytocin Experience is deliver
that Intrinsic Reward for Gluing Humans together now.
But here’s another real ‘Cooker’; one must first Define; relatively speaking of course; What a Good Person
is; for it is true People Will Bond Empathically with this Powerful Oxytocin Neurohormone over the Most Harmful things
That could Possibly Happen to others they view as different and not part of their ‘Oxytocin Tribe’; Meh; all you have to
Do is Look at Politics today and about 25 Percent of the General Population that is both Church going and Republican
to See how that is working out now for the future ‘good’ of this Country now; sure, it would be great for some Folk’s
‘Code of Morals’ if Gay Folks Lose their Civil Right to Get Married now; but Harmful as Hell for the folks who would
Lose that Lawful Right Now. Again, It’s all Relative; it really is; Humans Though the Creation of Cultural Norms
of Morals Will Create Heaven and Hell too and say it’s Good and Right too; Meanwhile, little Children
have nightmares of a ‘Boogieman’ they may wrestle with all made-up as Culture/Religion of ‘Do Right’ for
the Rest of their Life and consider themselves a Good Person for suffering with it too. True;
for them at Least, Pain becomes a Pleasure in Life too; for some of them all they really feel too;
Yeah; It’s Like Euthanasia; some folks surely ‘purely’ believe in “a Religion of Suffering for the ‘Good’ of Suffering”
In a lot of Ways ‘Human Morals’ and what
they Define a ‘Good Person’ and ‘Good Actions’
is Are Seriously Flawed but again Reason Number
1; Humans are not Rational First; they Operate First
through Senses and Feelings; bond a Human With the
Powerful Oxytocin Neurohormone; and they will even
Follow a Person who taunts them Publicly that they will
Follow them if they shoot someone on 5th Avenue knowing
the whole time that they are not rational; and their Religion really means nothing to them;
as Politics is their Real God; the Pecking Order of it all; Love is not their God; as True at least
far from it; in terms of 16,000 Plus Lies and Just total non-sense that makes no rationality at all.
It’s Sad to Garden Humans that way.

A Quick Trip over to Frank’s and Xenia’s Places of Poetry..
as the 293rd Dance Week Night at Old Seville Quarter is finally
coming tonight after a 3 Week Hiatus with the Flu and Bronchitis
complications.. Perhaps gigoid’s Place of Aphorisms from the
sages of the Ages just depends on How the Hands of
the Clock continue to Run until readying for Dance!
Anyway always a Joy to Dance with all the Cool
College Age Folks as they Surely understand Fun!
Seeing in Darkness.. With Seasonal Affective Disorder
the SAD Situation i used to endure in Decades of my Younger
Years i couldn’t imagine ever having any problems seeing in the Light
particularly Colors as Darkness was always the Foe of my Moods then..
66 Months Like A Vampire not able to use eyes for Lights and Colors
And the same for Ears particularly the Right Eye and Ear then as that
applies to the Sound of Music.. since recovering the use of those
Eyes and Ears from the worst Pain understood to Humankind
that Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia.. yes like a Dentist Drill in
my Right Eye and Ear for 66 Months from wake to sleep then..
i’ve taken over 190,000 Photos now with my iPhone
Since July of 2013.. the Pure Bliss
of Being Able to Use my Eyes for
Light and Colors again
not only regaining
the ability to listen to
Music but even able to
Sing Again so Free Without
Fear and Dance In Public Fear Free too…
it’s hard to imagine now that something as small
as a Scratch on my Shiny SUV would bother me when
i saw that imperfection across from the Building i worked
at for More than a Month before i got used to Seeing it.. the
way i knew my Soul was finally cured of the Maladies of Gratitude
was when we drove our new Car after recovery into a Parking Lot and
a Car-Load of Children Slammed their Door into our Car Denting it a bit
And Scratching it on the Side.. well.. it had absolutely no effect on me although
Katrina was very upset.. as not only had i lost effective use of my Eyes and Ears
And Emotions if i had ever felt a Smile in my life or a laugh too.. i had the privilege
of laying on a Hospital Cold Table after a full 40 Days in the ‘Lent Spring’ of 2008 with
almost no sleep Just an hour each night with an Alpha Blocker for all the other maladies
i was diagnosed with later.. to get my Heart rate to slow down then enough to go to sleep
as Dysautonomia.. would not allow the Blood to Get to my Brain my Autonomic Nervous
System out of whack.. not allowing me to get to sleep.. gasping for breath each moment
i dozed off.. no sleep for the last 5 of 40 days.. sure i was already having some kind of
Seizures close to Death.. laying on that Cold Metal Table i heard the voice of Katrina
and my Sister in the Background for the one thing i hadn’t lost then although
i could not feel it was the Love of them and my Mother too.. thing is i
already had it all.. but at one point all i thought i had was a scratch
on my SUV.. ‘they’ put me down at the Hospital with 4MG of
Ativan.. i really didn’t think i would be coming back
but i did and i had the rest of the 66 Months of
Hell to learn the gratitude for all i Lost in Life..
when i come back the Hell was
still there but i came back
and i finally slept
and Ativan
Surely
became my
escape in sleep from
all the Pain/Numb other wise
it would have been Death then
the Blessing the Only Blessing
as in some places Death is Heaven
Death is Just Heaven… so i endured
the rest of 66 Months of Hell.. and i suppose
those i meet in Life when i Dance now .. they would
Dance too.. if they saw the Darkness in Light and Colors
and the Pain in the Sound of Music.. appreciating every Color
of Life.. every Note of Music.. and after Losing my Smell later from
a Cold Virus.. during Heaven every Taste and Smell too.. i still can’t
touch my Pants or most any other Human Made Object as Tactile Sensitivity
associated with Asperger’s Syndrome has made that almost impossible my Entire Life
but what i can
do is Touch a Smile
And Bring one too.. for
what i’ve Learned is all
the Colors of the UniVerse
And Beyond exist in one Smile shared….

off too.. hehe.. but true it wasn’t any Different when the last
Time i Encountered the Flu at age 26 as i was empirically
Measured as 3 Times Weaker in Leg Strength then..
as i just did not think i would ever move over
500 Pounds as that happened all after
Reaching the age of 53 to the
Max now still of 1520 Pounds
at a 90 Degree Angle for
8 Reps as Yep i still
have the same
small issue for me
at least with Arthritis of
the knees as i did when i was 26…
Life is Strange i Felt like 78 same
age as my Grandmother at 21
and Like a 1001 Plus from
Ages 47 Thru 53 and
Now when i’m
not sick
at least
i feel no Age at

Days of Hell in the Spring
of 2008.. Forty days with almost
no sleep and 19 Medical Disorders of which
the worst was Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia
like Dentist Drill Pain without Novocaine.. except
for in my case it was in my right ear and eye as that Hell
on Earth lasted from wake to sleep for 66 Months and sure
i did get 1 hour of very cardboard shallow sleep to slow my
Heart down from Dysautonomia with an Alpha Blocker to do that
at least but even that tragic and somewhat dark ‘comic’ relief was only
Good for 1 hour of sleep each night for the first 35 of 40 days for the
last 5 days.. nothing worked at all.. until i finally gave in and went to the Hospital….
i didn’t wanna go and that Ignorance was almost the end of me then.. Doctors don’t
bother me anymore
in fact.. i get to teach them
a thing or two about living
in Heaven now.. the Price of
Hell for 66 Months to get here
but worth every second that felt
like a thousand years where all was
time then and now time doesn’t even
exist for me.. as that’s real reality anyway now
in Heaven at least away from time.. time.. in hell….
And every SHade of Purgatory Greys.. in ‘those’ places too..
Oh yeah.. also in Honor of my Mother Passing away last February
22nd.. 2017.. where her ending Lent was 8 days starting on Valentine’s Day in a death bed surviving as long as she could with no food or drink.. with some morphine to pass ‘the time’.. But True.. with Stage Four Cancer undiagnosed from toe to head she lived her
