Retired Athletic Director too at age 49 after finishing up work on sick leave at
Age 47 with my beautiful current only Wife Katrina who never aged then either..

low enough with the struggle of Dysautonomia to sleep at all with
the pain then including Fibromyalgia.. Sjogren’s Syndrome.. like swimming
in salt water with eyes wide open as they quit making tears.. Severe Degenerative
Arthritis in Spine.. Spinal Stenosis.. Dyautonomia Associated Coat Hanger Pain.. yes..
around shoulders and neck too.. Fused Vertebra Found in Spine precipitating some of
that issue early from Birth too.. PTSD.. Alexithymia.. Anhedonia.. and Associated
Severe Depression and Severe Anxiety and Mood Lability eventually with
no Moods at all.. yes.. some Panic attacks where i was sure i was dying
too all associated with that.. and yes at the end of that 40 days
with no sleep at all the last 5 days as i only got 1 hour
the first 35 each out of 40 days.. i went to jump
off a bridge but too weak to get out
the car.. my sister finding me
Miraculously at the Bottom of the
Bridge somehow knowing exactly where
to find me then.. so much wanting to get out
of her car and drown the pain in shallow Board
Walk River then.. she Driving me on a country road
80 miles an hour telling me then she couldn’t live without
a Brother.. she’d kill us both.. and me saying then no please
don’t do that it’s only about me.. and just praying for the courage
to kill all the pain two years after that with what science names as the
suicide disease too.. until the day two years later where i had a metal chain
from my Work-out Machine and a Bicycle ride and a Tree picked out on the name
of a Road that my wife had never mentioned before in conversation then.. and then
that same night she woke up and said that was weird.. i dreamed Granny was still alive
and we were hanging Christmas Ornaments on a Tree off of the side of that road.. then
in Spring 2010.. and it’s true that Dream probably saved my life then.. as it reminded me once again

and ‘Normal’ of course as it’s almost impossible to avoid unwanted
Feelings and Senses of Lust when aroused as such from the Natural
Environment as such.. so it’s true it was beyond Nature for any Bible to suggest
that this Discordance of Bodily Response to Lust as that relates to Intentional Cognitive
Desire of Pleasure is a sin for that’s just how Humans roll when Healthy and Normal after

before.. hAha.. and it’s also the 10th
Anniversary of my own 40
Days of Hell in the Spring
of 2008.. Forty days with almost
no sleep and 19 Medical Disorders of which
the worst was Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia
like Dentist Drill Pain without Novocaine.. except
for in my case it was in my right ear and eye as that Hell
on Earth lasted from wake to sleep for 66 Months and sure
i did get 1 hour of very cardboard shallow sleep to slow my
Heart down from Dysautonomia with an Alpha Blocker to do that
at least but even that tragic and somewhat dark ‘comic’ relief was only
Good for 1 hour of sleep each night for the first 35 of 40 days for the
last 5 days.. nothing worked at all.. until i finally gave in and went to the Hospital….
i didn’t wanna go and that Ignorance was almost the end of me then.. Doctors don’t
bother me anymore
in fact.. i get to teach them
a thing or two about living
in Heaven now.. the Price of
Hell for 66 Months to get here
but worth every second that felt
like a thousand years where all was
time then and now time doesn’t even
exist for me.. as that’s real reality anyway now
in Heaven at least away from time.. time.. in  hell….
And every SHade of Purgatory Greys.. in ‘those’ places too..
Oh yeah.. also in Honor of my Mother Passing away last February
22nd.. 2017..  where her ending Lent was 8 days starting on Valentine’s Day in a death bed surviving as long as she could with no food or drink.. with some morphine to pass ‘the time’.. But True.. with Stage Four Cancer undiagnosed from toe to head she lived her
Last Several Years of Life dying Naturally with visits from her Children of Love.
