of forwards and reverse dancing in our metro mall

December 21st in celebration of the Winter Solstice..
(the Nike GPS watch battery gave out at 20.6 miles)

But anyway.. i’m not the first to do the
Dance Walking thingy..a Kool guy
started that
trend last year..somewhere else
anyway…
So in recognition of the factor that some new folks might
look at this..and not care for my lengthier post style…

Well.. I’m kinda hot blooded these days.. to quote the great band Foreigner .. (but not quite in the way they talk about IT) .. so I haven’t had to wear long pants yet this year (in Florida) …

As a person diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum in mid-life..before that i truly lived life as a timid soul..and even like a soft animal caged with lions and tigers.. But in the logic that often comes with higher functioning Autism.. i then learned that the only two innate fear of humans are heights and loud noises…. Well knowing that fact was particularly liberating to me… i let all the illusory fears go and now i am as free as any other autistic leaning animal of nature… Moreover than the lack of illusory fear..it’s just nice to be free.. Happy 2014 to you friend.. as well..:)
You should check out one of my favorite DJs…Brant Hansen on a national station Air1Radio. He has Asperger’s, a is a genius. I love his humor and how he relates to humans. He is very open about he and his son’s autism.

I don’t know when he was diagnosed but he is one cool human being and he fact that he holds a public position & informs the public about himself and other amazing topics is just a beautiful thing.
