then with my Body and out of sorts with even Navigating
that Body through Three Dimensional Environments that
i for one give Credit too for Being More of a Sitting Still
Human Doing Lectures through Reading Books through
Attached to Screens or Just Sitting at a Desk in School/
Work as of course i received as a self-fulfilling Reward
Praise for all of the Sitting Still Scholastic
And Working Solving Problems practically
Divorcing my Body from mY Mind
except during 3 Work-outs a
Week for an Hour
that was
far
from enough
of Actually a Free
Movement that wasn’t
organized and pre-planned
Already by the Work-out Machine
i came to use.. in other words even
Working out i became More Machine
than Human Art of Being in Moving and
Thinking Freer in Positive Ways of Thought too..
i will have to say other than Public Speaking a Terror
of mine then for Decades Dance was even Worse than that
and being comfortable too enough with my own Body to do
A Nude Art too as all of that was Extremest Adventure Therapy
for me and Oh Lord it worked and i can now Public Speak as i even
did that at My Father’s Funeral without any practice at all and Sing in
Public Solo too along with all the Solo Art Dance now.. of course Mileage
Varies according to Model and Make of the Human Being concerned as far
as individual Potential Adventure Therapies too.. but to move out of the Box

People who truly Believe that Physical and Emotional Intelligences are inferior to Intellectual
Pursuits of Standard IQ are Inherently Lost from what even actually Counts Most in Life; namely,

Oh yeah and to answer your Question about the Marathon Run that Photo of the Rather
More Slender Man.. hehe.. yes literally 70LBS Lighter at age 22 in my Senior Year then of
College in 1983 is actually not a Marathon but a Bay Bridge Fun Run that as i remember
was actually only a 5 Kilometer Run that is only 3.1 Miles and somewhere between that
and 4 MPH i travel when Full on God Speed Swirling Twirling Around In Public Stores of
Dance now.. I ran for about 10 Years through my 20’s and actually Played Tennis
10 Years through My Teens and what i learned most from each activity was
Eventually Tennis Causes Tennis Elbow from the same repetitive motion
And Running as a very limited movement in one direction makes
Chronic Knee Problems and Hips Problems too.. so i started
Using Low Impact Machines at the Gym but in doing that
i lost some bone mass in my Legs as i was no
longer working with Gravity the same..

Run or Machine

on aTreadmill
or Elliptical and other
Fixed Motion Machines too
But a Work of Art wHere Each New Move

but as in all of life that doesn’t always stay the same.. hehe.. for this go around

hehe.. as i don’t go by just the rules of
before.. hAha.. and it’s also the 10th
Anniversary of my own 40
Days of Hell in the Spring
of 2008.. Forty days with almost
no sleep and 19 Medical Disorders of which
the worst was Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia
like Dentist Drill Pain without Novocaine.. except
for in my case it was in my right ear and eye as that Hell
on Earth lasted from wake to sleep for 66 Months and sure
i did get 1 hour of very cardboard shallow sleep to slow my
Heart down from Dysautonomia with an Alpha Blocker to do that
at least but even that tragic and somewhat dark ‘comic’ relief was only
Good for 1 hour of sleep each night for the first 35 of 40 days for the
last 5 days.. nothing worked at all.. until i finally gave in and went to the Hospital….
i didn’t wanna go and that Ignorance was almost the end of me then.. Doctors don’t
bother me anymore
in fact.. i get to teach them
a thing or two about living
in Heaven now.. the Price of
Hell for 66 Months to get here
but worth every second that felt
like a thousand years where all was
time then and now time doesn’t even
exist for me.. as that’s real reality anyway now
in Heaven at least away from time.. time.. in  hell….
And every SHade of Purgatory Greys.. in ‘those’ places too..
Oh yeah.. also in Honor of my Mother Passing away last February
22nd.. 2017..  where her ending Lent was 8 days starting on Valentine’s Day in a death bed surviving as long as she could with no food or drink.. with some morphine to pass ‘the time’.. But True.. with Stage Four Cancer undiagnosed from toe to head she lived her
Last Several Years of Life dying Naturally with visits from her Children of Love.
