   Follows but yes the real Flesh
   And Blood Love when
   Angels come
   all naturally
   at Your Side
   of Dance and ask

   things that make them Happy

   Is it any surprise that “Christianity Today” published the Paragraph Below in 1968 and Southern
   Baptists are on record supporting Abortion as Late as 1976 and not officially reversing

   Light Change whatever Reality they Co-Create through rarified Abstract Constructs
   that meet the Current Colors of Group think that bond Human Groups over
   Common Rarified Abstract constructs as the bottom line is no matter if
   those Ideologies Created make any F in Sense or not, Apes are
   much Stronger together to make Subsistence work including
   Food and Drink and Shelter and yes enough Mates to go around
   for each and every Male so they stay satisfied enough for some relative
   way of enough Peace and Harmony to make insanely Large Groups of Human
   Beings Work out of Anarchy as ‘they’ say and of course ‘they’ is the Group Think
   of whatever Tribe of ‘Human Slobs’ is doing the best they can and will to survive
   and even thrive these days with Walmart all one can eat sugars fats and don’t
   Forget the Free Porn on Screens Hidden from the rest of the Folks Looking
   at it in all the First Baptist or whatever other reality makes Private Closets
   For Human Nature to actually thrive in that way whatever it takes too to get the job done.

   be Handing out Effective Birth Control Free at Masses around the World for those who
   don’t have affordable access to Birth Control and they surely wouldn’t be discouraging
   it for that’s the best way to reduce unwanted Pregnancies as Catholic Mexico where still
   Abortion is illegal doesn’t make Abortion any less prevalent than it is in the US; difference
   being there is more Misery and Suffering and Permanent Disabilities up to Death still for
   the Mother’s Involved in Unsafe Abortions like anywhere else in the World that Dark Stuff
   Binds Folks together rather than what actually does the least Harm for all. And yes, there
   is that other smaller bit of fact still that Abortions actually Decreased then when it became
   legal in the United States; as yes, Planned Parenthood works; emphasis now on Planned
   of course and not one night stands for the Teens at the First Baptist Church, or in Junior
   College when the Young Women then leave the Christian School and find the back
   of the Junior College Male’s Pick up Trucks, too ; Yes, as Science Shows too, what
   you can’t have you’ll want and do even more in terms of Intermittent Gratification,
   too. In other words, cover it all up and just take it all off that much faster at first
   opportunity. It’s true as Science shows too this level of Excitement often ends
   Wedding Nights Before they begin in Covered up Muslim Marriages that are hotter
   than ever in Intermittent Gratification Covering Decades of want want want Human
   Nature. It’s true too when folks don’t get Sex it’s on their Mind almost constantly
   where other wise they might be doing something else in Creativity and Productivity
   too; Get Her Done as ‘they’ say or Her too as that goes too; hehe where I live now at least.

   If anything, the Trump Meme Proves that the Majority of Human Beings who vote
   in Certain States and Localities are far from Rational as Science Shows we all
   Vote our Decisions in Life first with our Emotions no matter how we rationalize
   reality after the fact and it would be nice if the ‘Current Little Dictator’, would
   have a Change of Heart but there is that Factor of Oxytocin and the reality that not
   all Human Beings experience much of the Warm and Fuzzy that Oxytocin Born Healthy
   and Normal at Breast and Hugs and Kisses from ages 0 to 4 at the most critical Period
   of Human Development for Love to Fruit as Garden Ripe, otherwise what we get now
   is Trump, Trump and more Trumps to Vote for Trumps in all the ways that emptiness
   gets filled in life too for it’s true people use many substitutes for Love but there is
   nothing as filling as feeling as the Warm and Fuzzy Mammalian Reality of Love
   that is born and bred and Nourished from first to last blink of life totally filled up.

   And that’s the other thing, if one really wants to reduce Abortions, one raises Hope
   and Love and Nurturing instead of Warriors to kill in areas of Scarcity to Fight to the
   Death for Subsistence up to Mates too by Further reducing all the tears of
   empathy that small Egalitarian Groups of Humans; yes, less than 200 in
   a ‘Cheers’ Village, where everyone’s name is ‘Norm’ and you are Norm
   and she is Norm and we are Norm and Us as Norm Loves the Human
   Condition enough that the last thing in the World Us Will do is
   Abort Humans in all the ways that comes in an Environment of
   Abundance in Warm and Fuzzy Love. Mileage Varies by Model in
   Love of the Human Vessel and Vehicle Housing Love and yes also
   Make of the Car too, whether it is a Trump or a Good Cop Jesus, hehe.
   Those of us who stay Warm and Fuzzy, Thrive; those of us who don’t,
   struggle for the rest of our lives; Human Nature 101 my Friend; Love or Die in all the
   ways Suffering and Misery Loves Company or the other Warm and Fuzzy place of
   Joy Does Company now. in the Sense of Warm and Fuzzy, there a lot of Bald Humans
   where I live; particularly the Males whose ‘Big Daddy Trumps’ told ’em Boys don’t Cry.
   But as Far as Guns and Roses go and living or dying in Life, if they do not now have the
   Biological Tools For Love, I will continue to Live Love and sadly watch them Die as a Living
   Emptiness that Life is without the warm and fuzzy thrive of a Dance and Song that Loves.

   It’s true my Friend, some folks literally cannot see Love; model and make of car in tow.

   40th Year High School Reunion Tonight now
   Synchronistically at the Metro Facility NoW iN
   A Place Called Old Seville Quarter.. That I have
   Been Celebrating Free Style Dance At with all the
   Cool College Age Folks for the last 222 Weeks now
   As it’s True.. the last 20th High School Reunion i went
   to and the 10th one too.. i was not Dancing at the Time
   of either Reunion and I actually sadly got Intoxicated with
   Beverages to alleviate the Social Anxiety then. .. Oh Lord now a total
   Life Sober Without A Beer or even A Cup of Coffee or even A Cigarette
   And or that so-called Whacky Weed that Folks Smoke is so much Better
   Drunk
   On God
   And Dance
   And Song FReED
   For we are born all
   Natural with all the Love
   We Can and Will Give and Share
   With A Dance And Song of Life that
   Moves and Connects and Co-Creates
   And most importantly reaches out
   For the Human Hugs of Love in

   except for the Amygdala Fear Center
   of the Brain where this Anxiety
   Place of life and all stuff
   Generally related
   to Fear shrinks
   while the rest of the
   SmArt Parts of the Brain
   Generating the Mechanical
   Cognition of Laser Focus and
   Greater Short Term Working Memory
   And Longer Term Memory too and even the PaRTs
   now Related to Social Connections and Arts BecoMe
   Super Charged as even in a still form of Meditation
   where folks don’t move the Real Lifelong Benefits
   of Meditation now in General are Science Assessed
   Specimens of Brains where the Meditating Left Overs
   of a Brain in a 50 Year Old Person reflect the Youth of
   a 25 Year Young Brain as it is True Still that Moving and
   Still Meditation reduces all that is
   Fear and in General Anxiety
   And Stress of Life and
   As Science Shows
   Chronic Stress
   at the
   Extreme will break down
   every bodily System effectively
   Reducing the Life Span and killing
   us dead way before our ‘normal’ other
   wise born on Expiration Date.. So in Metaphor
   Basically Put Meditate at least Still and Best a Free
   Style dance to avoid a Sour Milk of Life now instead of
   Cream and Honey.. And Frosting on a Cake that does not
   Melt and go away like an other wise Beautiful McArthur Park
   hmm.. there is a Song by that name that will go nicely with this
   too.. hehe.. and by the way a Free Style Dance just 3 times a week
   according to Research can potentially reduce the possibility of getting
   Alzheimer’s by 70 Percent and additionally reduce the risk of getting other
   Dementia Neurological Diseases as well as avoiding Parkinson’s Disease too..
   Anyway Dear Sohair thanks for Turning me on to the Kiki Dance originating in
   India some 60 Years ago.. perhaps when the Traffic in the Streets is not so crazy
   as it is now and perhaps the fact that folks just do not do an Art of Dance here
   as a way of life in Public the way I do for it is true this area where i live in is
   assessed by Social Scientists as the Number one Hardest place for anyone to
   break out of the Mold of Group think/do doing with Multiple Military Bases
   where Conformity is always a way of life and Fundamentalist
   Christian Churches in the Record Books for the Most
   Per Square mile too all buttoned up to the
   Top and Covered up except it’s more
   like the old Movie ‘Footloose’ as
   at least in Egypt Folks
   are doing the
   Public Kiki Dance and
   yes i guess it’s true one
   can’t help but to Dance
   like an Egyptian when in Egypt now too..
   as there is a Song Walk Like an Egyptian by
   the Bangles and Perhaps i’ll use that instead
   of the theme song to this as “McArthur’s Park” is a bit
   overdramatic for something as Light Hearted as a ‘KiKi’
   Dance as Drake the Canadian Hip Hopper helped start
   the New Dance Craze with his song ‘KeKe’ and while it can
   potentially be dangerous to step out of a Car Door while it is
   Moving and Dance on the Highway and almost impossible to
   do on an extremely busy Road.. Traffic wasn’t likely nearly as Bad
   in India.. 6 Decades ago.. it would have Great Benefits if everyone will
   do a Free Style Dance in Life to enjoy all the Fountain of Youth Benefits
   when it is done Freely without any guidelines or instructions other than
   Balance two Feet as one Pure Positive Force oF LiGHT iN MiND and BoDY
   BaLanCinG Force increasing as one plays with Gravity and Masters that Gravity
   in a Float on Terrestrial EartH thereby once again regulating emotions and
   integrating senses in a Bio-Feed Back of Dance that can and will make life
   more like a Peaceful Harmonious Beach within or the very Calm eYe oF A
   Kat 6 Hurricane with so much Resting Energy to stArt back up Winds of
   even more incredible output of LiFE Bands of LoVE SpReaDinG HeaVeN
   Out Ward As Winds oF LiGHT iN HuMaN Form and Essence of Dance

   There was only one Jesus who ran on the option of Feed the Poor and that was Bernie.

   There was only one Adversary of Love who ran on the option of Feed the Rich and his name is still Trump as he continues to do this as we speak.

   And Yes there was the ‘other one’ but she didn’t refuse to feed the Poor.

   Either you Give the Homeless Person the shirt off your back or you are not a ‘Christian’ it’s as simple as Love if the Homeless Person even wants to wear a shirt in the Coldest of Weather that is still not the Original Greek Definition of Apocalypse that means lifting the Veils of Ignorance of the Frozen Weather away From Fearless Unconditional Love For all ‘they’ will we know we are ‘Christians’

   from the God of Love

   In other words, I agree with you that ‘Intellectual Pursuits’ are limited and Standard IQ is no
   Substitute or Measure for the Most Important Kinds of Intelligences and i Emphasis Kind as
   Emotional Intelligences Develop Hand and Feet in Dance and Song of Physical Intelligences too That are iNtegral to Emotional Regulation and Sensory Integration too as far as a Human Being Even having the most Basic Intelligences for Survival of Being Comfortable in their own Skins as These Emotional and Physical Intelligences have and always will be the most Important Kinds of Intelligences for any Social Animal that and who requires Cooperation from the Other Members of the Species to Even Survive and yes of course Reproduce at Base Level of Being.

   So, in short(S); Sitting Still, overall, is one of the Greatest Functional Disabilities and a rather
   New one in terms of fixated in front of Screens Most of the Day. The Effects of that
   are Far Ranging and Perhaps the Best one oF aLL For all of Nature is a Decrease in
   Reproduction in Raping the Resources of Home Earth, Taking so much more
   than Giving as Now the ‘Technologically Advanced’ Youth in Japan are no
   longer even interested in Having Sex in Growing Numbers for the
   Most Basic intelligence of all to even Survive at all as “Clean up
   Crews” in Japan are a Growing Business Scraping the
   Remains of Elders out of Apartments with
   No Real Social Connections at all yes
   A Greatest Functional Disability
   And ignorance is that of
   Emotional and Physical
   Intelligences now as Tool of Standard
   IQ or Human we come to be what as we feed ourselves as next.

    was walking anywhere in Public alone for i felt out of sorts
    then with my Body and out of sorts with even Navigating
    that Body through Three Dimensional Environments that
    i for one give Credit too for Being More of a Sitting Still
    Human Doing Lectures through Reading Books through
    Attached to Screens or Just Sitting at a Desk in School/
    Work as of course i received as a self-fulfilling Reward
    Praise for all of the Sitting Still Scholastic
    and Working Solving Problems practically
    Divorcing my Body from mY Mind
    except during 3 Work-outs a
    Week for an Hour
    that was
    far
    from enough
    of Actually a Free
    Movement that wasn’t
    organized and pre-planned
    Already by the Work-out Machine
    i came to use.. in other words even
    Working out i became More Machine
    than Human Art of Being in Moving and
    Thinking Freer in Positive Ways of Thought too..
    i will have to say other than Public Speaking a Terror
    of mine for Decades Dance was even Worse than that
    and being comfortable enough with my own Body to do
    A Nude Art too as all of that was Extremest Adventure Therapy
    for me and Oh Lord it worked and i can now Public Speak as i even
    did that at My Father’s Funeral without any practice at all and Sing in
    Public Solo too along with all the Solo Art Dance now.. of course Mileage
    Varies according to Model and Make of the Human Being concerned as far
    as individual Potential Adventure Therapies too.. but to move out of the Box
    of Fears
    in this
    way
    can and
    will surely
    Bring soon an
    Ultimate Greater
    Reward of Fearless
    with Zero Anxiety in
    the Eternal Now wHere
    Love Emerges easier in
    of course somewhere between
    an Alpha to Theta Mind Wave State of Being
    too while one is engaging in the most Terrifying

    Involved in Slower Twitching that also will eventually Lead to Ergonomic
    Injuries as Movement that is restricted too. Smiles, and obviously here now I don’t
    Practice All what I Preach as i do Literally Sacrifice my Health in Some Ways to Pursue
    A Meditation of Free Flow Writing Streams.. as Yes Writing in Stream of Consciousness

    not too surprising for the Nature of the Beast of those In Power And Status Ruling Over Others Subjugating them
    With Illusory Fears and Empty Promises Controlling their Basic Freedoms; Particularly Reproductive Freedoms as Core
    of what it even means to Live and Reproduce a Family or not; to choose a Suitable Mate for what Attracts one Best for Potential Reproductive Success
    Abundance Leads to Greater Relative Free Will Under the Umbrella of Human Love in Empathy and Sympathy and Compassion that is Real in Giving and Sharing Free too. Whereas, Scarcity Leads to Subjugation and Control of
    the Freedoms of Others Living in a Misery and Suffering where the Empathy and Sympathy and Compassion

    Chimpanzees and Bonobos are Separated from each other by the Congo River. The Separated Bonobo Great Ape Species are Peaceful due to a Plentiful Ecosystem and Mates where Sexual Activity is Plentiful and Mixed in the Population as an
    All Natural ‘Tool’ for Bonding and Diffusing Aggression among most all ‘Group Members’. Chimps, on the other hand, Across the Congo, where Resources for Subsistence, including Mates are not as plentiful, are observed as participating in fratricide killing their own over food and reproductive rights and other Warring Ways of ‘Great Ape’ Life.
    Meh, as far as Human Beings Capable of Peaceful Coexistence; it’s So Safe and Peaceful and Harmonious where i Live
    that i can practically Leave my Doors open; Credit all the ‘Conservatives’ and their Stock Pile of Guns, too as even the most
    Hardened of Criminals would be Foolish to Enter one of these Dwellings in Stand Your Ground Land and 4 Wheel Drives.
    It’s True that Humans like Bonobos do better in Peace and Harmony when everyone gets their Fill of Food and Drink and Shelter and Mates.
    But it’s also True, Generally Speaking that Humans who are not evolved to be fully Acquainted in a day to day Recognition of Familiarity of Working together for Common Binds and Bonds over Subsistence Gaining Activity Full of Meaning and Purpose; and in Particular Humans with their Natural Ability to Enjoy Co-Creating Holy And Sacred Feelings and Senses about what they share in Common; including the Cultural Byproducts they co-create together as Edifice of Symbols too;
    yes, it’s true Humans have difficulty getting along if one gets A Village of More than 200 that also my not be Homogenous in Cultural Binding over Commonly Shared Bonds; even as far as Physical Similarities too. Some folks are Afraid of Different; It’s just a Natural Science Assessed Fact of Life. Some folks are not (i.e. me; not so much age least).
    Yeah; it’s True, there are a Whole lot of Individual Humans with all Kinds of Stress in the United States where I live
    too, who can’t figure out how to live according to the Finances they have and enjoy what they have. But the
    Truth is if you figure your own sh88 out this is one Hell of a Party to enjoy now; Works for me, at least
    but not until i figured my Sh88 out on my own. Anyway; Credit the Forefathers and the Constitution
    of the United States as it works for those who figure their own sh88 out and Beat any Negative issues
    Now in the Systems at Hand. it’s not that Hard, Just Fearless Love Dance and Sing now within your

    the Capstone and the Eye of Wisdom at the top of the Pyramid of You. Maslow Agrees, at least too, with Ascending
    and Transcending Love for all too just a notch above the Self-Actualizing Now of Figuring yourself out and what
    You Will To Do Best Under Love too. And yes of course it helps to do your Best not to Harm others as Love Works Best
    in Living a Life of Happiness that way in Peace and Harmony too. But Again that’s for you to figure out; As not part of
    Uncle
    Sam’s
    Contract
    at least for now with
    you if you are Fortunate
    enough to live where Freedom
    of Happiness is even Possible in
    A USA of Peace and Harmony at least for Freed You;
    Again this works for me; if it ever does for you that’s largely up to you.
    The Grace of Balance; yes, Literally Balance is one ‘Male Issue’ that
    Technically Leads to out of Balance Minds and Bodies in never truly Developing
    A Balance of Body and Mind in an Actual Physical Free Dance of Life that actually Regulates
    Emotions and Integrates Senses as this Deficit Basically arises from Males who rarely if ever Participate in Rough and Tumble Play and Outdoor Team Sports that do require this Dance of Balance Naturally leading to Emotional Regulation and Integration of Senses; As Additionally, A Non-Verbal Language of Fearless is An Attraction Factor that Science Shows Attracts Women most of all.
    This part is rather simple and complex; A Greatest Negative Factor of “Men’s Issues” is a Failure to Develop the Innate Instinct and Intuition in Non-Verbal Language that Makes a Dude a Chick Magnet everywhere they go; To sit still in Class and to Stick to Screens at Night in all the ways that moves one while sitting still is no way to become a ‘Real Man’ who Women will even notice.
    As an Anthropologist Participant Observer in the Art of Free Style Dance in Public now for 9699 Miles in 59 Months
    Starting at age 53; with now a Documentation that yes Class I can empirically prove now with over 2000 Smiling Ear

    not born with that Propensity and or Gardened that way by a Loving Hugging Mother; and yes, other Family
    and Peer Support As Science now shows how one may not even have/develop the ‘Wiring’ to Feel the ‘Warm
    And Fuzzy’ Pet of a Cat; And yes a Greatest ‘Male Issue’ as far as this real life deficit goes is never
    Gaining the Ability to make a Woman Feel as Warm Inside and Fuzzy as a Cat Purring
    too; just waiting to please one in every which way and loose as far as that stuff goes too.
    People who truly Believe that Physical and Emotional Intelligences are inferior to Intellectual
    Pursuits of Standard IQ are Inherently Lost from what even actually Counts Most in Life; namely,
    Still A Fearless Unconditional Love for when one is Filled up; and yes ‘Feeled’ up in that Nation
    of Human Being Within; the Rest of the Cake of Life is simply Icing (Heaven) but sure; being
    Financial Independent erases the other Part of the Sour Lemons out of the Sweeter Lemonades to; heHe..
    In Shorter Terms too, Social Status through Purposeful Meaningful Subsistence Gaining Activities Full of Meaning
    And Purpose are High on the Priority Lists of Males who Feel and Sense Life is not Worth Living and basically S88KS.
    Clearly Defined Social Roles and Purposeful Meaningful Subsistence Gaining Activities Full of Holy and Sacred Senses and
    Feelings about Success in Life Naturally Brings an Easier Gait and Taller Posture in life; reference the Fearless Non-Verbal Language in attracting the other Gender, too, if that pleases you too.
    It all comes down to this;
    If you can’t do that Stray (Stay) Cat Loving Strut; you lose.
    And that Folks has Little to do with any Book Learning at all.

      Oh yeah and to answer your Question about the Marathon Run that Photo of the Rather
      More Slender Man.. hehe.. yes literally 70LBS Lighter at age 22 in my Senior Year then of
      College in 1983 is actually not a Marathon but a Bay Bridge Fun Run that as i remember
      was actually only a 5 Kilometer Run that is only 3.1 Miles and somewhere between that
      and 4 MPH i travel when Full on God Speed Swirling Twirling Around In Public Stores of
      Dance now.. I ran for about 10 Years through my 20’s and actually Played Tennis
      10 Years through My Teens and what i learned most from each activity was
      Eventually Tennis Causes Tennis Elbow from the same repetitive motion
      And Running as a very limited movement in one direction makes
      Chronic Knee Problems and Hips Problems too.. so i started
      Using Low Impact Machines at the Gym but in doing that
      i lost some bone mass in my Legs as i was no
      longer working with Gravity the same..
      A Free Style Dance is not only
      A Repetitive systemizing
      Science-Like limited
      Run or Machine
      Work out
      on aTreadmill
      or Elliptical and other
      Fixed Motion Machines too
      But a Work of Art wHere Each New Move
      Makes a Brain New Connection of Wiring now

    I lost my mother a little over a year ago and Fox the Cult it is And what comes to be Religion for Older Women as well as Men largely confined in their Homes in their Later Years, convinced my Mother that One World Helping each other was/is a Bad thing instead of the Goal of what it even means to be Human Holding Hands. Fox News Convinces Older Folks of a Religion oF Fear and Hate and Fox News is instrumental in Bringing Rise to an Ultimate Human Trump Card now for a Religion of Fear and Hate Most Sadly too and much of the Christian Church is Faux News now too; so far from a Religion of Love; so far from the Truth and Light that at Best we Bleed Love the same.     Sent me to a Hypnotherapist as a last Ditch Effort to attempt
    to relieve some of the Pain through Hypnosis as no
    Drug they attempted helped at all.. but come
