   Ugh; the Perfectionist I tend to Lean to; doesn’t like

   but Meditation, Does Reduce the Gray Matter of the Amygdala now;
   thereby reducing, now, the Reactivity of Fear and the Underlying Biology
   of that of course, too. Anyway, in General, from a Historical Perspective now;
   Occult was the ‘secret’ Language to transfer what worked beyond what Antiquated
   Religion suggested was Sin with illusory Fears of Hell, if one didn’t/doesn’t follow along with
   Guidelines to repress and be oppressed in Basic Human Nature as far as the Good News that
   Humans are innately born Altruistic at Birth and not Evil in Sin as Onward Christian Soldiers still pretend;
   And that a Sensual Dance was Evil in Foot Loose Ways of Fear, when it only drives Creativity and Productivity
   and Social Cooperation when come again as real out of the Sidewalks of Life that Repress and Oppress our Animal

   under Will; but ‘you’ better Do Love First if you really wanna do life like that for Aleister

   Expedition; so, while he talked about Love, he didn’t really do it much;
   so, it was basically just another verse for him in how he actually did

   Complexly, Connected, Wired Mind/Body. Anyway, for those folks who still insist that Dance and Meditation are Satan’s

   Suzuki that makes the Research Clear that just exercising three times a week in itself will enhance Gray Matter
   in the Neo Cortex for Greater Focus in Cognitive Executive Functioning Along with Body Building up the
   Hippocampus for Long Term Memory Greater Function too. For those of us who have been exercising
   all our life; and still retain our Youth Full Vigor from Head to toe; we already understand this from
   ages 12 and on and the such as that as we physically exercised in the real life out of Screens
   from the ages of a little child too; with the neighborhood kids in ball games around
   the block too; It’s only common sense and feel now that the reason so
   many Kids these days are on Psychotropic Drugs and in therapy
   is basically they don’t get off their butts in a day of the
   life of the 21st Century iN Screen-life and
   Button Pushers and Remote Control
   folks in a Virtual World
   that doesn’t even
   get a fresh
   more oxygenated
   Blood Flow to the Brain
   or to Burn off the Stress Chemicals
   of a Very Violent Video Game done in
   a truly ‘ignorant’ manner of Sitting still; when
   fight or flight doesn’t mean just moving one’s fingers
   to release what must be burnt off; So Chronic Tension/Panic Attacks don’t
   come from a Build up of Stress Chemicals in the Blood Stream; now, even
   in a sad very young age. If you really wanna get happy, get off the screens
   once in a while and just do a Happy Dance as a Religion of Life and even Sing
   along if you like to regulate emotions as the Dance Integrates Senses as well but
   still, if one believes that
   is an Occult Practice as ‘by God’
   Many Christian and Muslim Folks still
   are Terrified by both Dance and Electronic
   Music that stimulates the Mind and Body in
   Greater ways of Nirvana and Bliss; yes, one can
   just take a walk around their Block, if their religion

   to do that unless they are accompanied by a Family Man too.
   It’s true, it’s Hard to be truly Free even in a Free Country for folks
   who have forgotten or have never done a Happy Dance of Life; but for those
   who started and or remember and keep doing it or start for the First time now;

   Stealthy Moderator.. Bookakasha.. from the Wrong Planet Website who
   attempted to erase my existence there before.. when she was actually listed
   as a Moderator comes back at least long enough to tell me this go around..

   So.. i come back one more time now as i’ve met my Covenant of sorts in
   Writing a “Lenten New Testament 4 LoVE 2018” by visiting the “Wrong Planet”
   online to do just that that is just about as close to Hell as anyone can get online
   Devoid of the Essence of Love except for perhaps the ‘other place’.. yes.. the
   “Call for an Uprising Dude’s” Place on Youtube for that site fits more of
   the Christian Fundamentalist place without Love as the Wrong
   Planet comes close to doing too.. Anyway.. when writing
   any Book for all of God as Nature to leave any
   part out is really not fair and i dug
   my ‘Heals’ in Long enough
   to stay to get
   this job
   done and a little
   push out the door is not hard
   to do for the Wind is already at my
   back to leave long before i felt the
   Covenant itch to visit Hell online once
   again to get the folks input if any while i did my

   But if you do not want to address the topic at hand; and this is just another one of many
   Ad hominem attacks that I have received here in the last few weeks for my Neuro-Diverse
   way of communicating; as I do not fit the mold expected of how most communicate; what
   is the purpose of this Internet Site, in the first place; particularly, when the Forum is
   Philosphy as Philosophy through history is discussed more as Art than Science
   Still.

   On top of that; it’s not me that’s Breaking this Internet site. It’s already infected
   with Malware every time someone attempt to open up the site; but I’m not ‘naive’
   enough to dial up the 1-800 numbers; although, some members are ‘naive’ and
   some already suffer for the inefficiencies of how this site is currently operating.

   Case in point; Aspie Utah as it cost him 160 US Dollars to solve his problem
   and he left and isn’t coming back and even threw his ‘Wrong Planet Shirt’ away.
   It’s true; not everyone dislikes me here my friend. And some folks do understand
   all of what I write too; who have the appropriate Educational/Life Experience
   Background to do so.

   Anyway; i’ll go away; and perhaps one day come back
   when more open minds rule for all of what I do.

   It doesn’t make a whole lot of ‘logic’ to
   ‘chase off’ the remaining folks who even care

   Returning at 4:18 PM.. from a nice Outdoor Sun and Sand Balancing
   Ascending Transcending Ecstatic Free Verse Sand and Sun Dance
   as truly one of the best ways to shake Fresh Hell off for Fresh

   and goals get ahead of doing life now as i usually
   do not plan out 6 MacroVerses Ahead of now as i did
   with the last 6 of these MacroVerses after ‘iLoVENoWFReED’
   as “Facebook Profile Pic Bible 2018”.. Milestone of 1.3 Million
   Words or so is projected for around the Memorial Day Date Stamp
   with “6 Million Word Man Bible/Poem Man”.. Scheduled on my PHI-like
   58th Birthdate of 6.6.18.. along with 9300 Miles of Public Free Style Dance
   if the Good Old 57 Year Old Legs.. Particularly the Left Leg now where it
   Hinges all up holding still close to 240LBS stays enough on the mend then
   to do just that.. hehe.. sure.. i’ll do Faith as Love on this too for what comes
   what may will be as always now.. too.. for at least if the Dance were to ever go away
   i could still dance my Arms and my Fingers if Legs failed the rest of me for that.. it’s true..

   has the same Gray Hair Strand she had at age 21 as the Monsignor asked then
   for folks to stand up for their Loved one’s Birthday but yes.. never the less i changed
   the script to Silver Strand and received a few elbow Jabs from Katrina’s still uninjured
   Left Arm as it’s my Left Leg and Her Right Hand that is experiencing some malfunctions
   from Trauma’s as is for me Leg Pressing 1020 LBS when i was way too tired from doing
   that After Thurdsay Night Dance after already straining it before and Katrina all the way from
   3.26.18.. burning her right ‘paw’ on a Well Done BBQ Pan after the Dinner was done.. And
   A short stint of seizure came next where she rested her hand upon what would burn it next..
   true.. this 9 Week Lenten New Testament now still only approaching about 6 Thousand Words
   of the Last MacroVerse and 9th Week here has not been without outside challenges with the
   the Unexpected Death of my First Cousin and a Trip to the Hospital for a Niece to give her
   a ride too.. to Katrina’s Burn now to my left leg too.. but it is what it is and i’m glad
   enough to say this Cross is just about moving over the Finish line for now to
   come this Saturday come what may now too more.. and yes still

   Joy of Dance.. as Happiness does still live in Dance Halls oF Free.. true.. i would
   miss that if my Dancing Legs were to go on vacation away from Free but it’s also
   true.. i’ve been through so much worse in life where i couldn’t feel a tear or a smile
   more almost 5 Years then.. with at least a tear coming sooner than a 66 Month smile
   at the passing away of a Cat Sunny Boy.. Back Woods identified Son of Yellow Boy from
   the Wild Injured by another Neighborhood Cat then and finally a tear that brought strength
   to my legs again as my Heart Screamed out a faint Yell of i still live heaR.. it’s true.. i can feel
   Katrina’s Love inside my Home always now and that’s gift enough for sure for thanks of living
   now if everything else in life is taken away as True Love is my Home and i for one am Hooked on
   that Feeling regardless of what Dance or Song comes next.. anyway.. gym going is gonna be slow
   and careful tonight as i finally get to rest and repair a little with fewer goals to meet set forth for the
   Future.. it’s true.. all they are is milestones but the milestone of now is enough for me as Re-Tired..

   Link For Last Year’s Celebration of Katrina’s Birthday as epic
   one then.. as always a Feast and how one views life.. generally
   speaking in Intent of thoughts and Focus of Actions now is what
   Brings the Reality of next now new and improved or the other place
   perhaps older and stagnant from dusty and moldy ways of doing life the
   same or even worse.. viewing life in a more negative view as actions of focus
   generally speaking love misery loves suffering company more when life is like this..

   Anyway.. as far a Legends go i’ve already been to the bottom of the Living Dead as i related
   to nice Gym Assistant today.. Jolie.. as i told her.. yeah.. i have this problem i have a hard time
   feeling pain these days as i’ve already experienced the worst pain known to Humankind assessed
   as worst than Crucifixion named Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia like Dentist Drill without Novocaine
   in right eye and ear.. and it’s true i did too much last Friday with a spirit that is more than my body
   as that happens for some folks who have been to Hell for 66 Months from wake to sleep but you
   see i never fully gave up.. not even during the First 40 Days of that pain back in this time frame
   of 10 years ago.. where only One Hour of Shallow Sleep was provided by an Alpha Blocker
   to slow my heart rate down for with Dysautonomia.. blood pressure no longer worked
   properly to get the Blood to my Head and even through all that pain with
   19 total Medical Disorders.. including Sjogren’s Syndrome with eyes
   no longer making tears like swimming in salt water too
   with eyes wide open and Spinal Stenosis with
   a side of Severe Degenerative Arthritis
   in my spine along with Fibroymyalgia
   and Coat Hanger Pain with the
   Severe Depression and
   Associated Anhedonia and
   Severe Anxiety and Alexithymia.. Fibromyalgia
   and Panic Attacks and PTSD and Coat Hanger
   Pain in Shoulders and Neck Associated with Dysautonomia
   too.. the worst pain of all was losing my emotions for when that
   happens there is no longer a feel of a cat pet and no reference point
   to a memory of a smile or laugh as memories are emotions as that
   can and will be like all is time in a second of a Thousand years in
   Hell as Piece of Paper existence and it’s true i have a well
   equipped Home Gym that I drug my living dead
   carcass in through most all of those sleepless
   days even if for just 3 minutes to try
   to feel anything but almost beyond
   intolerable pain then to
   piece of paper
   Numb
   existence too..
   nah.. i stopped going in that
   room long ago for that was the
   first suicide dreams as option to
   escape from what is identified as the
   Suicide Disease then with the horrifying potential
   of Harming the ones who have loved you so much by
   having no choice but to escape a pain most folks cannot
   even imagine is possible for a Human Being to Experience
   as Imagine a Dentist Drill with no Novocaine lasting 66 months
   for what would you do in existence like that to pass the seconds
   and the minutes and the hours and days and months and years
   of Hell Never knowing if you can make it through even the
   next second of torture more to come.. it’s true..
   i was Legend of Pain Before i Became
   A Legend of Heaven within
   my own God Heaven
   now.. and it’s
   true.. for all practical
   intents and purposes it’s how
   God lives within from wake to sleep
   and more that Counts Hell or Heaven now..
   it is what is and it’s much better to be a Legend in Heaven
   but sadly some folks fail to ever work for it to achieve this
   state of God Happiness within but true if they ever go to Hell on eARTh
   they may appreciate the other place more even if they were tHere before..:)

   auditory thinker whereas it’s true about 50 Percent
   of Folks on the Higher End of the Autism
   Spectrum also termed as
   Asperger’s Syndrome
   cannot do this with non-verbal
   Learning Disorder which basically
   means they can and will mostly only
   Navigate the World in the Abstract Constructs
   of Words out of the realm of visualizing it as we
   Movie Maker Minds often do in a Sing Song way
   of relating the World too.. Natural Poet as we can
   and will do too once we find the Tools like a Computer
   and Keyboard that has a beat and rhythm not unlike the
   Percussion of a real Piano too.. it’s true.. i Hear a Song always
   when i type now.. but true that’s not the way everyone experiences
   Asperger’s Syndrome nor with the Extreme Spidey Senses as God
   Knows whoever wrote that Comic must have been able to relate to
   what it’s like to have super amped Senses and even Empathy
   in Emotions of Feeling Social Contagion of life in how
   others experience life too which is
   far far away too from others
   on the Spectrum who feel
   little to nothing of empathy
   of how others might feel.. it’s
   kinda easy to tell for an empath
   has almost no ability or want to hurt
   others as it’s just like hurting themselves
   as part of the Whole Family as one Love..

   be so hard to experience life with everything around you
   hitting you at once at Least there is at least the possibility

   went away as Science overtook the Art of me..

   i used to inhabit when i lost my ability to Navigate the World
   Visually with the Severe Eye Pain and the Auditory Abilities shut
   down with the Severe Ear Pain too of Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia
   from wake to sleep for 66 months.. it’s true.. Huge Polls there indicate
   about 95 Percent of the inhabitants are Introverts so i was surely
   the odd person out as a visual and auditory pattern thinker
   Extrovert who no longer could effectively use eyes and ears
   who changed over to Clark Kent too.. but hey.. i used to
   hate any book without pictures

   Learning Disorder may never be ‘converted’

    Hi Shawna.. very kind of you to ask about
    Katrina’s Burn as she is a rather tough bird as
    far as making her own way independently but pain
    is definitely not her thing and as i asked her this morning
    she had three notes for me that were yes it’s healing and
    it is still raw and hurts as My Sister who lives close has been
    coming over and Changing the Bandages as Katrina has seen
    how i wrap packages and she’d rather not be wrapped by me.. hehe..
    moreover as far as Medical Care goes even with two insurances
    we’ve been having problems with who is gonna cover
    what and what won’t be covered and what
    is limited but that’s surely better
    than what happened to
    Katrina’s Niece with no
    Insurance
    after she
    suffered with
    complications from
    asthma.. did the minimum
    stay in the Hospital and was
    then discharged without any of
    the follow up therapy and drugs required
    to fully get well but never the less she made it
    through but of course my Second Cousin could have
    gotten help through Medicaid for her Opoid Addiction and
    Bi-polar Condition if not for Governor Scott and other So-Called
    Holy Rolling Right Wing Crusading Christian Soldiers insisting that
    the masses pull up their bootstraps particularly if they are homeless
    and have invisible disabilities like experiencing hell between their ears
    with no bandages and that’s one great thing.. there is nothing like a Pretty
    Woman as a Damsel in sistress with a Bandage on her arm to have the other good
    side of Down South Good Christian Men and or Women offer support to ‘one of their own’
    per say and do.. as that’s been great everywhere we go.. although there have been plenty
    of jokes about her trying to knock me out and breaking her hand.. hehe.. yes.. even at Catholic
    Church.. anyway listening to Paul Ryan pat himself on the back for the CBO Trillion Dollar Deficit by
    Giving Welfare to Big Corporations in the way of just another ‘Bush Tax Cut’ that did the similar to take
    us down the eventual Tobacco Road of an other wise thriving Country with the additional welfare of unwarranted
    Wars to rebuild Countries we Structurally Tear down with Destabilizing Entire Regions for Coming Decades of
    continuing costly chaos too.. just so Crony Military Industrialists will profit Greatly over 100K or so plus
    Innocent Deaths of folks who live much differently in response to Environmental Scarcity of Desert
    Life with little resources Naturally available.. yeah.. like water that basic staple of life.. to finally
    get to the point it really gave me a sense of righteous indignation for going to a Church
    that at least visits prisoners on death row and doesn’t believe in Killing other
    people for an eye for an old testament eye.. and feeds the poor all
    around the world the best it can but to my chagrin
    supports a party led by Ryan that did it’s
    very best to take Health Care away
    from potentially 24 Million
    Americans
    in what
    Paul Ryan
    said was his
    biggest failure in
    restoring fiscal responsibility
    keeping in mind that he and his wife
    will have guaranteed Government Subsidized
    Health insurance for the rest of their life but it’s
    true if the Country Fails that will meaningless to his
    Children and Grandchildren and so on and so forth as
    they may need to learn Chinese.. it’s true my Friend one can
    either
    serve
    Love
    or Material
    Stuff.. but sadly
    people still don’t get
    the idea that God and Jesus is Love..
    Perhaps they should burn the idols and
    go directly to Love and not collect 200 Dollars for passing go..
    Anyway.. Katrina grew up without any water and food and fortunately
    the Folks from her Church gave her Mother Raising a Family of 6 by herself
    some free hand-outs as Paul Ryan back in the Romney Days was hoping it would
    one day be against the law for Single Mothers to Have children as Local Onward
    Marching Christian Soldiers who own Radio Stations have suggested the same where i live
    and sadly in my own Church Deacons have suggested that Single Mothers are not fit to raise
    Kids and compared Homosexuality to the Evil of Hurricanes but i must admit with an Email
    to the Monsignor i single handedly put a stop to that ‘ever’ happening again but nah.. it didn’t
    stop my Monsignor from suggesting that with Obama leading the March for Gay Folks to get married
    this had become a Country the Church could no longer Recognize applauding the introduction of the
    Man who ran against all 3 through 11 Verses of Matthew Chapter 5 in what used to be known as the
    Beatitudes that at least those folks recognized as a Good thing to do who provided Food for the
    Poor Woman who raised
    a wife who would
    eventually
    save my
    life
    for being
    able to handle
    being with someone
    in hell with the invisible
    disability of Hell that no one
    else and not even her could recognize
    as truly just that.. i suppose my friEnd that
    we do have to pull our bootstraps up for in the

    that last blink of life..

    i was already Fearless enough to Dance
    in Public for Experiencing what Medical Literature
    Assesses Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia from wake
    to sleep like a Dentist Drill in my Right eye and ear without
    Novocaine for an entire 66 months as yes Science assesses
    my Torture all Natural of Life as Worse than the Humanly Delivered
    Torture of Real Crucifixion now still.. no three hour or three day Gilligan’s
    Island Tour of Hell for me then.. yes.. a total of 19 Medical Disorders that
    acted as a life threatening synergy of illnesses from wake to sleep for all of those

    before the World no matter what other wise seen flaws may be it’s just about impossible to fear
    anything else in life whether it be speaking in public or dancing clothed in public

    from April of 2015 through the 3rd Month of ’16.. yes March of 2016 through
    the 31st of that Month and in doing so for all those hours of what eventually
    accumulated 338,630 Words over the Course of a year Keeping in Mind with

    Dancing April Rains

    “Dancing April Rains”.. Yep it’s True it rained in many more than
    just one way back three years ago in 2015 as my Dance was suffering
    a bit from a newly grown spare tire in the middle then although i was
    about 10 Lbs Lighter then albeit that was when my all the way
    up to close to Half a Ton Leg pressing Career started too
    as it took me close to a year to get up to that
    level after i started doing Martial
    Arts Kicks with the Rest of
    My Dancing Routine
    in Ballet-Free-style-like
    way too Keeping in Mind that
    Bruce Lee and Muhammad Ali
    Did Ballet to become both a Butterfly
    Float and Bee Sting too as by God it’s just
    another way of Doing Tai-Chi overall too particularly
    when it is done slow and fast and medium speed now too..
    i was determined to never go back to Anxiety Land that erases
    all that is good about LoVE iNcaRNaTE so in some ways i really
    went all the way in my Dance too in Rains of Fully Passionate
    Creativity come what may be too.. for it’s True it’s not the
    Form that really counts but the Essence WiTHiN all
    things too but it’s True of course the Form

    Society even
    work and

    now people are no longer
    getting married and raising
    children with male and female influence
    too.. and they are no longer sticking together
    as even a small village will do to actually get things
    done for cooperation and survival and potential thrive now too..
    And next thing you know people turn to Drugs for they have lost the
    Warm and Fuzzy Feeling of Connecting Humans together as Innocent
    Love will do.. and then what comes next is people get Desperate and
    Look for Another ‘thing or person’ to replace what bonded them
    before.. and OMG Goodness that is in what comes to be
    real evil then as folks will Follow a Most Despicable
    Leader with no honor or integrity if he/she
    Promises to rescue them from
    their Disintegrating Way
    of Social Life
    and sure
    then one
    will be in
    what is happening
    in Western Cultures that and who no longer
    share common bonds of Life in Language
    and Culture and Religion to get life done..

    Hi Sohair Back from a Busy all around
    Public Dance and Shopping Excursion
    while Katrina continues to do her best
    to shop with one Arm too as she is still
    Recovering from a Cooking Related Burn
    on her Right Hand now but otherwise
    she successfully Celebrated
    Her Birthday Late today
    with her Brother
    His Girlfriend
    and me
    too of
    Course at Dinner
    And now i am Back to
    Finish what really is coming
    Close to a 9 Week Subchapter
    4th New Testament Close to 300K
    Words as i’ll be Happy to finally get that done..:)

    Goodness Sohair.. i must admit
    that longer Response of Mine
    was a little Longer than what it needed
    to be just to really relate the importance
    of Religious Bonds in Binds of Tradition as
    A Glue to keep Society working well including
    Common Words Like Allah for A Supreme Being now
    And yes while Tradition works great
    for this it’s not easy for
    newer Prophets
    to come
    with New
    Information to
    Help out as History
    Shows Tradition doesn’t
    often welcome New news no
    matter how good it might be
    As Tradition does Glue Folks
    together to get Life done well
    enough for Survive yet as Prophets
    who are kind often offer a way for
    Thrive of Life now for those who
    might otherwise suffer with Traditions
    at hand too and that is why many Prophets
    are said to help the Outcasts of Society as Generally
    Speaking for Innate and Environmental Reasons they
    just don’t fit in with either Society or the Tradition that
    Glues the Majority of Folks together in Common Bond now..
    Anyway.. the Glue of Tradition the Muslim Religion Does Bring
    is surely a Positive Impact for Societies to Survive overall.. particularly
    when in areas of Socio-Economic Scarcity where Strict Rules keep Chaos
    that might
    otherwise
    be a reality
    Away from Survive now..
    Many Folks do not take More
    of the Variables in Consideration

    Instance in Very Hot and Arid Conditions

    see really as any True Original Art Co-Created
    by Human Beings.. Lorde is surely an original and

    working very Hard in Systemizing Science ways
    Creating Avenues for Original Art to Run Free now
    And totally by pass the ‘middle men’ oF Art wHeRE
    Art can and will be Done for the Love of Art
    with no one to bow down to to be
    Restricted in anyway that
    Reduces the Potential
    oF A SouL to
    Evolve
    iN JusT
    one LiFETiME NoW
    too.. Where Truly the
    QueeNKinG Bees of Art
    Will Dance and Sing Free and
    the other thing i Love About Lorde
    is not only does she own her Art as Original SonG
    Her Dance is Spirit Driven within and she doesn’t
    allow folks to choreograph her SoUL in Moves of Art too..
    True.. we do need more Lords in the World with an E for Ella too..:)
