the pleasure is in the giving;
not the receiving,
and the
success in that
is reported in the
‘eyes of other males’..
through words like
“every woman who comes
up to this counter looking
into your eyes, leaves
‘dripping’..”;
30 or so years ago, when
i ‘live’ behind
a ‘service
counter’;
to words a few weeks
ago at a concert when some
young men tell me, “you cast
your net out at
the bar
when you
dance
and leave the
girls
‘dripping’..”..;
Okay, that’s not something I will
have ever guessed either time;
I just want
to
make ALL THE
PRETTY GIRLS,
AND ALL THE GIRLS,
IN GENERAL,
SMILE,
and see
bright
eyes,
as that is enough for me;
that other ‘STUFF’ RARELY

And sometimes December’s Spirit is the youngest of all.. even in crippled legs

My Aunt teaches me that lesson of the ages at 94..
when her spirit is as young.. as
ever.. and mine is at least 104 at 47…
So.. now i return that favor to folks in life..
who are much younger than me.. in chronological
age.. of flesh.. but not me.. my Aunt now..
back to 16….in heart and spirit..
with soul.. older..
as ever….can be for me…
Perhaps I read too much into this..
but i see the strong black women
abandoned for a dream of
another ‘color’ of life that does not match
what one should be happy to be comfortable
in a culture that respects one’s brothers
AND SISTERS AS BEAUTIFUL AND
ALWAYS WORTHY OF LOVE…
The strong black matriarch of a black or white woman
will always be a Goddess to me.. with smiles too…
The rhythm is in the hips.. after all..
with all females i know… now…
One thing that always amazes me about the life in the ‘west’..
of country westerns is how agile the actors are in their bodies..
to meet the demands of a hand on life…
Truly missing from mine then.. as mostly a pen and pencil pusher..
with instructions on how to move..
To be wild and free and ride in tandem in taming the wild and free..
is the greatest life of all..
no doubt i know for now.. with just a taste of it..
in my life…
The storm of love precedes the spirit of the heart and soul
that continues to ride the oceans of love..

A great story of a psychiatrist becoming a poet..
we do need more poets.. overall.. in the field of medicine.
For me.. i do my best NOT TO THINK.. when i write poetry..
just letting what comes flow from the finger tips of beyond..;)

Amusing Bricks…
True for me too..
and i develop an art of muse..
as intensive as any writing i do..
JUST for that…
Where muse becomes science
and science becomes art…;)
But i study from ‘the masters’..
WITH A TOTALLY OPEN MIND
and body in balance..
and NEVER PAY-mind to the naysayers in life..
As the art of creativity is the ALL the reward in itself for me…
Truly that’s freeing.. with no limitations and most importantly
no expectations…
A total 180 degrees turn from the perfectionist who has a fit
when his wife moves ‘his bricks’ out of line.. a few years back..
And I do mean literally.. as i put those BRICKS IN LINE…
Now ‘my bricks’.. spiral like a Nautilus shell wherever
they care to flow.. and at times.. when revisited
by an approximation of that mechanical
sidewalk mind..

keep walking

There’s no doubt;
‘she’ can do the job.
And her name recognition is almost Universal.
That’s a plus, as she will be remembered at the ballot
BOX, if nothing else, by the majority of Americans who
do not give an F about politics, at all, paying politics,
rarely any attention, at all.
There are too many other things to do,
instead of worrying about a
relative political soap opera that is
not going to change that much
no matter who goes into highest office.
But I for one, will never vote for anyone who lets
religion and all things associated with that rule their
life.
And that is what almost any Republican Presidential
candidate, with any ‘real pluses’, to get ‘Tea Party Support’,
and the like, is truly all about, at core of all vital policies
effecting all of the country’s constituents, including
those who have the ability to
THINK
FOR THEM
SELF..:)
Hillary is going to win.
Mark my words, now; it’s as simple as that.
I could be wrong; but I doubt it, seriously, as
a life-long special interest of all things politics,
until it gets too boring, for even me, to look at, NOW.

The world can be a scary and complex place, until one turns the ‘T.V. and Video Games’ off,
and yeah, school and work for profit too, if possible, in fairly rare circumstances, these days.
And yes, particularly the ’25/8′ fear mongering news shows
of all varieties that now comes in spawn, by ‘911’.
It’s all about getting a ‘rise’ out of folks to make money;
No matter what the cost of human freedom THAT incurs in flesh and blood life.
Oh GOD, electronic devices CAN be so addicting without even truly producing anything
of interactive REAL IMAGINATIVE CREATIVE VALUE with one’s mind AND BODY IN BALANCE.
When I am young, as is a common cliche, among folks my age, back in the black and
white TV of 3 channel days; the household is a prison and the STREETS OF FREE are nirvana,
per imagination and creativity set free, wherever ‘she’ desires to go, in paths of feet and/or
bicycle tires.
Truly, the imagination and creativity of human being is what sets human being apart
from most other animals, and of course the social cognition of cognitive empathy
more fully developed along with the practice of flesh and blood connection AKA
emotional contagion that is part of affective HUMAN empathy.
‘Fat’, is a rare thing when I am in my teens. ‘Wirey’ teenagers are the norm and
NOT THE exception then.
NOW, according to some studies one-third of all school age children are assessed
as type-two pre-diabetic; anti-depressants and other psychotropic drugs for
so-called ‘NOMAD SPUNK’ AKA ADHD, are sky-rocketing in prescription RATES
FOR Adults and Children; AND truly sad is around 50% of the entire adult
population is on some kind of medication for chronic
pain.
And that’s not counting all the illegal ways of drugs, including
the most common legal one, Alcohol, to escape a reality of
pain, chronic stress, and overall human EMOTIONAL
suffering, IN A BODY ‘separated’ from the mind,
in imbalance where EMOTIONS ARE NO
LONGER REGULATED, SENSES ARE
NO LONGER INTEGRATED,
AND the now recognized, BY SCIENCE,
SIXTH SENSE OF PROPRIOCEPTION AKA
‘seeing’ the world with one’s body are
no longer controlled by higher creative
physical intelligence to Dance, smile, LAUGH
AND LOVE LIFE; INSTEAD OF DRUDGERY, MISERY,
AND A FULL LOAD OF OTHER COMPLAINTS OF
HUMAN SUFFERING.
I am a free human being. I am not afraid to be
alive, and I do not feed my mind fear mongering
ways to become something I am not innately,
instinctually, and intuitively evolved to be.
And yes; that truly is FREE RANGE FRED.
THE FIRST ‘STEP’ to TRUE FreEdom,
is imagining and creating
something,
anything,
frigging
new,
from a
new dance
step
to a new
WORlD,
at least,
for me.
I for one, am ‘IN THE ROBES’ IN THIS

the more fully flesh and blood socially cooperative
human beings IN REAL LIFE, I AM EVOLVED TO BE AS
A CHILD OF NATURE AS IS, AKA GOD, FOR
NOW.
AND truly that’s just common sense, AKA Existential
Intelligence more fully sought, found, employed,
developed, and utilized in PRACTICING ALL
OF THAT CONTINUALLY NOW.
MOST people RARELY even
‘TOUCH’ this human potential

And that’s a travesty AND/OR
‘TREASON’,
against what it even means
to BE a human
Being FOR
NOW.
‘Ms. Nancy’ and so many other
fear mongerors FOR PROFIT
NO LONGER EXIST IN
MY UNI-VERSE,
AS I SIMPLY
DO NOT
ALLOW
THEM
ACCESS
TO MY MIND.
WE DO LIVE IN A FREE COUNTRY; WE DO HAVE
THAT CHOICE TO JUST FRIGGING
TURN IT OFF;
IN MANY CASES, at least, away,
from school and WORK.
And Yes, turning ON the innate, instinctual, and intuitive
ability for FREEST HUMAN IMAGINATION AND
CREATIVITY, IS TRULY THE ‘PHOENIX’
RISING FROM THE ASHES,
IN THE SO-CALLED ‘NEW
AGE
OF
NOW’.
‘IT’ IS NOT EASY; BUT IT IS
POSSIBLE, STILL,
FOR THOSE
WHO DO
NOT
GIVE
UP,
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE SOME
REFERENCE POINT, TO UNDERSTAND,
WHAT IS
TRULY
MISSING,
IN
LIFE.
Moreover, these days, ‘IT’ is Imaginative and Creative
Physical intelligence; the greatest human intelligence
of ALL, CULTIVATED THROUGHOUT THE AGES TO
STAY INVISIBLE FROM BOTH PREY
AND OR
PREDATOR.
Nah, IT does not come with an instruction manual,
and without the environmental challenge of REAL HAIRY
FLESH AND BLOOD PREDATORS AND PREY,
IT’S A GAME OF LIFE IN IMAGINATIVE
AND CREATIVE
PLAY THAT MUST COME,
IN FLESH AND BLOOD LIFE,
TO ACHIEVE THIS
HUMAN POTENTIAL,
NOW.
I suggest free style ‘dancing’, MOVING, ways of life,
in mind and body balance, for folks who are strong
enough to not worry about what others think about them,
when they do it.
It works for Napoleon Dynamite, and
OH GOD, It works for me, in the last
19 months of doing it now, for
over 3400 miles in the general
public, and in dance halls
too.
My autism, for all practical
intents and purposes, in
deficits, is wholly created
by culture, and escaped
though all innate, instinctual,
intuitive, imaginative, CREATIVE
PHYSICAL INTELLIGENCE IN
MIND
AND
BODY
BALANCE WITH MUCH GREATER
EMOTIONAL REGULATION,
SENSORY
INTEGRATION, AND ENHANCED
COGNITIVE EXECUTIVE
FUNCTIONING
THROUGH GREATER FOCUS AND
SHORT-TERM WORKING MEMORY.
There’s no doubt in my mind that
folks like ‘Nancy’ and others making
parents scared to allow their children
to imagine and create greater physical
intelligence in the freer ‘streets’ of life,
is at least one environmental factor, leading
to the so-called epidemic of new cases of
Autism, AND MUCH OTHER HUMAN DISORDER.
TO Trap a kid with Spunk in a ‘five-wall’ room,
IS TRULY INSANITY, FOR NOW
IN HOME, SCHOOL, WORK,
OR IN
THE
‘TWILIGHT ZONE’ OF
THEN.
I escape the TWILIGHT ZONE OF NOW,
SO I AM
FREE FROM THE DISABLING ASPECTS OF
AUTISM, AND 18 OTHER MEDICAL DISORDERS
CREATED mostly BY an ongoing
CHRONIC STRESS OF A
CULTURE GONE truly
