could fit on the machine.. but already got 4 one hundred LB plates to replace
8 forty-five LB plates with an addition of 2 twenty-five LB plates.. yes.. teeter
tottering over the edge making a work of balancing two Tai/Chi/ballet legs even
that much more difficult in practice of total BaLanCinG liFe iN this particular
exercise of yeS.. oNce agAin.. 1020 LBS total weight at 33 reps and what
is really great about modern technology.. is.. i can whip out pARt of the
proof in a heARt beat anywHere i go with smARt phone resource

ear buds and come to find out it happens too on my iPhone 5s
even without IOS 10 upgrade.. or perhaps it is my magnetic per

is setting the polarities of smARt phone off.. hehe.. anyway..
the battery is draining faster these days too.. so i took
both phones as back up.. and limited my selection
of music to my own history of MP3’s stored there
to suck less battery juice.. and still 80 degrees
on November 5th.. 2016.. on Biloxi Beaches
with an exclusion of respite in close
to gale force winds.. as
i guess another
somewhat
hot in the
day cold front
was/is blowing through..
and so.. i am dancing backwards
like a Seagull on terrestrial beach
with my wing spread arms floating
as surf spreads on shores at
peace.. and i go to the end
of a Dock that has space
to fly on boards.. and

out of this misery with the additional pain of Trigeminal
Neuralgia type two from wake to sleep.. like a dentist
drill in my eye and ear with no pain killer to provide an
ounce of respite then.. Sjogren’s Syndrome wHere my
eYes quit making tears like swimming in salt water with
eYes open too.. a side of Fibromyalgia.. severe degenerative
arthritis in spine.. some spinal stenosis to pepper that up.. and
an insomnia from this ‘perfect’ storm of misery and suffering to
last 40 days with one hour of very shallow card board sleep
with an alpha blocker to slow my heart down out of sync
just enough for that as at that time.. Doctors had
no clue to the fresh hell i was in then
for whys of diagnosis as such
other than try this
and that pill..
yeah.. one hour
of sleep each night
for 35 days and none the
last 40.. i just wanted to go to
the ocean and sink to the bottom
and never come back one with the
water again.. well.. moral of this whole
FucKinG iF yoU SeeK iN GoD Story.. don’t
give uP.. dreams of drowning forever can be
replaced with air of Loving God as One forever now..
and while i was doing this a man and his three young daughters
were filming me without fear.. as a Seagull was dancing around my
head who looked very much like this one in my sKIN.. it was a Kodak
moment
i guess..
as it’s not
everyday that
you see a law enforcement
looking 233LB middle age man
with an Alice And Wonderland shirt
on.. floating on A Dock of the Gulf
as a seagull on terrestrial land..
anyway.. perhaps they’ll

within political walls of bible in New Testament fashion too as already documented
in this Macro Verse of 718 fashion Beyond per se.. too.. of one who is not afraid to
expose both sides of the Janus coin of human nature and God sAMe iN TrUth and
liGht and DaRk too as one Force aS sKeYes of God within hUMan too..
anyWay.. one thing you can guarantee on Southern Baptist
Church gatherings on the Sunday Lawn of
wherever you go.. it is as rare as
