The fallen angels that stay in the in-between place and watch and know everything and are the harbinger of justice… all such theological references, in parallel considered to be the words of the dead man is an interesting concept. 🙂

Thanks HA.. for stopping by… writing at all.. is rather new for me.. and writing for prompts is almost brand new.. and the way i do it.. is just free association of ideas.. while i go into a kind of trance dance walking and listening to ‘mood’ music appropriate to the prompt…
But when it comes time to write.. what comes out of my fingers.. often matches no specific free association of idea i had before.. and i can only do it in a trance like mode.. truly effectively.. or shortly after waking from either a night’s sleep or relatively short nap…
And i rarely change anything i write after the fingers stop typing…
Not only that but it’s a rue feeling of ecstasy when i write.. similar to when i go into a mind state of trance when i dance walk and listen to music in general… most everywhere i go…
I guess the short explanation is it simply flows everywhere i let it go..:)and who knows what comes.. never me i know.. but comes is as is..what is..:) and that truly is the exciting part for me….that no money could ever buy or pay for adequately.. and that part IS for sure..;)
i could only hope that we would feel the pain of all that we inflict on others, you know…ha…i dont think i would wish a blood eagle on anyone…the taking out the lungs and laying them up on hte back until suffocation….oy…damn painful way to go….it is an intriguing perspective from which you come in this one sir….
Haha.. you called me sir.. did you do research on me and find out i was a Knight.. hehe.. i’m only kidding…;)
And yes.. the dream of a thousand years.. is that we would all do our best.. NOT to inflict hurt on others.. and certainly some feel this distinction better than other..
But human empathy in general.. although innate in varying degrees from strong to almost none in the affective.. emotional way..is not a static qualitative emotional state of human being..
We can grow our empathy and or love.. through many tools.. that are effective and yes ‘affective’.. but expressing it can be even a more difficult practice.. AND yes.. potentially honed in eventuAlly even for those.. with difficulty truly feeling other people’s feelings..
i know this personally as a person born innately with what seems like my mother’s brain.. heart.. soul.. and spirit as an empath.. who eventually.. me.. lost it all through chronic stress and disease.. but the fact that it all came back and more…
Shows me there is hope..
for all of humanity..
to
grow.. in human empathy and sacred unconditional infinite LOVE..:)
so i hope and pray for it too..
in confidence of evidenced personal belief and faith too…

And humans do create great metaphors for what they intuit and instinctually know about their reasonable life and emotional/existential lives too…
But the sad news.. is folks can go too literal on IT..
and literally kill each other over IT..aka as what they

I’m with you on the idea of ‘when one hurts, we all hurt.’ But I see it more as an aspect of our oneness, rather than God’s wrath. But maybe it’s all the same thing. Interesting thoughts on fallen angels.
And yes.. i agree with you here about the wrath being an aspect of our oneness.. as in the writing.. i indicate that others see it this way.. but not us metaphorical fallen angels and demons..

Sadly enough, @online, but never in the real world, I find that atheist leaning folks, are not that much different than the street corner preachers yelling at me to get saved or else, and those pamphlets on the urinals where people who are so-called concerned about my soul, threaten me with an eternity of burning hell, if I do not say their magic John 3:16 incantation, developed by the early religious leaders to subjugate and control the herd, with fear.
Truly I pay neither any real attention.
As GOD to me is the GOD of Mother nature true, that lives within me, outside of me, as above so below, with the same patterns of existence everywHere one looks with ONE that IS ALL aka GOD.
To me, I often personally see, both atheists and fundamentalist religious folks as one and same of the literally thinking mind, that sees no deeper often than eyes or ears.
I believe. I have faith. I have trust, in ALL THAT IS, AND I HAVE HOPE!
AND that’s ALL I need to continue to move mountains, yes, metaphorical mountains, in my life, at least.
I Go for THE REAL LIFE results, and I evidence THAT everywHere I go.

YES.. AND i’m feeling strong these days,.. per my last post and lifting 810LBS.. with my legs.. particularly after being totally and permanently legally and medically assessed as disabled for five long years.. where at one time.. raising my arms after eating,. meant almost passing out with dysautonomia.
It would be rather disingenuous of me, ironically at this point, to even suggest that there is not an higher power, in even jest…:)
As i have seen the true power of that force.. in real life.. up close and personal.. and even had it photographed of what IT CAN DO.. when used in tandem as one happy ‘thing’ working together..true..again.. tougher.. together.. as ONE..:)

I think the key is neither the Giant Tube Worm or man can see, respectively as such, man or GOD as anything, respectively as such, but Giant Tube Worm or man.
It’s hard enough for some men to see women and some women to see men as anything other than polar gender opposites.
And a big part of that is due to intellect, culture, and originally complex language.
The flea makes his living off the dog, but need not know his master, but never the less, without the master there is no flea.
So using that as metaphor, atheists in this metaphorical way are fleas, as well as folks who try to put chains on dogs, as fleas or men living on GOD, fundamentalist Christians as well, who amusingly try to put chains on GOD.
And yes, your metaphor makes complete sense to me, as it’s hard to prove the existence OR NON-EXISTENCE of something one cannot see.
Humans while often handicapped by intellect, culture, religions, and complex language, are special in this way, as they do have some ability to see deeper into truth than other animals do, it certainly seems.
And the truth and GOD are one and same to me, as well;) as Mother Nature True..2.:)
But more than likely all of this is gibberish to the ‘typical’ atheist walking the street, as the inability to see deeper than the literal in life, is truly, in my opinion, the inability to see GOD2.
So yes, in this way it is a self-fulfilling prophecy to NOT SEE GOD, wHere change is possible, but impossible withOUT change in attitude of emotions like belief, faith and hope, to forget an old path OR WAY, and FORGE a new path AND WAY to greater enlightenment as full human being, with all intelligences, including physical, emotional, and existential intelligence fully released and at play IN SEEKING RATHER THAN full STOP.

I’m impressed that you held yourself to only 333 words with this one, & stayed within the parameters of the prompt; good on you. Yes, metaphysically, we are spiritual brothers, on a similar journey, speaking in a similar language; but my autoimmune disease is prolonged (19 years now), so I envy your remission, rebirth, the return of your strength, the joy of your dancing. On the TV series VIKINGS, on the History Channel, last season, they depicted the Administering of the Blood Eagle. Odd, but the old Celtic warrior that still resides within me is not appalled by this tradition. If a man kills your loved ones, he deserves to die by your hand, slowly, painfully, so that in his forthcoming Life Review he will fully accept this a partial kharmic payment. You really ought to do commercials for Wal Mart; you do shop there a lot.

And i WILL HOPE that your auto-immune disease goes into remission too and you experience a similar miraculous recovery.. as during those five years.. although i kept going one step a time with WILL OF SURVIVAL..which was truly more like one word a a time,. almost as a complete shut-in behind a computer screen..in my bedroom.. Locked in.. as it were…
i had no emotion of belief.. hope.. or faith in anything during those five years.. the recovery of emotions through music at first.. of the only song that i own.. as creation of my own in piano.. back in 2007.. shortly before illness fell me…reviewing it finally in listening when my effective hearing was in use again finally in 2013…
Yes the start of the way back.. and finally those words and created piano music from time before led to songs.. led to dance.. led to complete remission of all the 19 medical disorders that inhabited 100 pages of medical documentation at the time I was assessed with absolutely no potential for recovery.. in this life i live…

And Sam Walton was very kind to create one great wide hall of a middle aisle for me to do free style interpretative dance.. yes.. about three times a week.. as truly my wife’s art is shopping through and through.. at every store.. she sees to love…
And that’s okay.. as her seeming addiction is what eventually generates now.. over 2500 miles of dance walking in metro stores wherever i go.. and truly new great connections with the folks who are brave enough to connect with.. me.. albeit mostly young folks.. who still dream.. big…

I found the comments as interesting as your poem and your poem reminds me of episodes of “Supernatural” which my husband (Bill, above) loves to watch. It CAN be amusing AT TIMES to watch human beings pontificate, yes pontificate, their dominance among other animals simply because they have abilities to talk AND WRITE.
Truly complex language and cognitive empathy is all that separates HUMANS from other animals and is the core basis for HUMAN’S complex written languages and cultures, along with religions that say humans have a RIGHT to dominate all other animals and the earth that holds those animals lives.
The truth is all things are connected and when imbalances in the interdependent relationship of all things, aka GOD come, bad things happen.
It’s not hard to see that, at least from ‘mid-space’ traveling back from the moon, seeing how the imbalance of strength in the virus of human cultures, which are NOT virus as human alone, are a cancer on this earth, and this is not by purview of fundamentalist religious folks, this is by purview of scientists and astronauts the same.
Many fundamentalist religious folks find joy in raping and pillaging the earth THAT is our home and lifeblood TOO.
In the big scheme of things, abortion is truly a blessing to GOD, nah, not the made up GOD of man, the TRUE GOD of Mother Nature that only holds balance and survival in ‘esteem’. That’s just a metaphor by the way, GOD is not man, alone, with anthropomorphic feelings alone, obviously, it would seem, for folks with eyes and ears, that CAN see and hear THAT.
So in reality per the balance of all there is, a bacterium, a fetus, or an Einstein all hold the same value for balance and life.
There are no differences in life, but life.
Killing a cat, a human, a HUMAN FETUS, or an ant tilling the soil for plants, is no different in the big scheme of things of Mother Nature True aka GOD.
But truly humans are out of control, so abortion, is just another one of Mother Nature’s true tools to take care of Mother Nature True’s ‘sense’ of balance.
Balance is truth.
Everything, and I do mean everything else, that humans have illusions for are just that:

Blabbering Pontification, including me of course, as no animal is excluded in True Mother Nature’s
“Children’s” ignorance of simply how IT ALL works together as ONE.
There are enough humans, more than enough, but humans have empathy, and ‘real’ humans per the empathic type do not ‘NORMALLY’ want to see a fetus killed as a fetus is a human, and no other species, and that is just Zoology 101.
Only humans are ‘smart’ enough to put qualifications on the VALUE of their own species or other species based on intelligence, and characteristics like talking and seeing oneself in the mirror as self.
That part is what leads to the cancer of culture destroying the earth and other species in a slow and tortuous death, not the empathy part, alone, that all social animals share to some degree, as what we describe as humanity as an empathic species, not the other stuff alone.
In much smaller human groups where resources are abundant enough, and sharing not collecting is key for survival, the child is the prize, not the virus. The cooperation of people, not technology, moreover, is what makes survival possible. Nor is culture a virus either, when in balance with Mother Nature True aka GOD. Those are the TRULY SMART HUMANS, the ones who SIMPLY LIVE in BALANCE.
The meek WILL INHERIT the earth, per balance, that part never changes.
Ask a roach OR DRAGONFLY, and IT won’t have to give you the answer. ITs mere existence IS the answer:
Survival in balance.
So far roaches AND DRAGONFLIES are truly smarter than humans as far as the most important skill of life, survival goes.
Will humans last as long as roaches OR DRAGONFLIES:
Certainly NOT LIKELY, when viewed from ‘mid-space’, per the BIG PICTURE VIEW.
But ROACHES and dragonflies are humble enough, to likely still, inherit the earth.
So go-ahead step on them, OR SWAT THEM, they already have a ‘plan’.
Meanwhile humans pontificate on whether it is right or wrong to kill their own.
But GOD already knows better, Mother Nature TRUE ‘says’, go ahead, please do ABORT, you are making problems here and ARE WEARING OUT YOUR WELCOME.
THAT PART IS CLEAR TO SEE FROM ‘MID-SPACE’ FOR SURE.
ARE HUMANS SMART ENOUGH TO FIGURE THAT PART OUT:
I HOPE they are as an idealist, but as a realist, again, the answer is growing clearer from ‘Mid-Space’, and once again that’s for sure:
OUR SURVIVAL AS ANIMALS/HUMANS, FETUS OR NOT, IS LARGELY UP TO US, AT THIS POINT, AT LEAST.
IT’S as simple as BALANCE, but WE MAKE IT SO DAM HARD TO DO.
