Series of Movies back into the LiGHT

that i bought from my Mother for 50 dollars a month for several
years that i drove to HighSchool as a Senior.. yes.. ‘they’ left
a note on my Car with a Drawing of me in my ‘High
Water Pants’ and Turtle Neck Shirt for i was
the spitting image of a Sheldon Cooper
or a Good Doctor from those
current TV shows
with references
to how i was
as a Child
as a Little Professor
with Asperger’s Syndrome then..
thing is in all three cases on TV all three individuals
on these TV shows about the General Autism Phenotype
of being human are successfully enough navigating their
niches of life to not really be severely disabled but sure
the condition makes their life one social challenge after
another to Navigate where Struggle is the name
of the game of that almost always my friEnd..
we watched three shows recorded on our
DVR about the “Good Doctor” who
is a Surgeon on the Autism
Spectrum in his 20’s
and that was

painful to watch for his adverse feelings
to getting help to Navigate the Social World and
particularly awkward and Naive Moments Moreover
with the opposite sex NoW in how that goes for folks on the
Autism Spectrum too.. so slow in the Emotional Intelligences
and Physical Intelligences and overall Existential Intelligences
of life that most ‘normal’ folks accommodate enough from a much
younger age to be comfortable in their own skin both alone and with
crowds of other folks too.. hehe.. i didn’t get the instruction manual on that
from a young innate age and i did not get to really even open it up by seeking
and finding the answers within until the challenges of overall life after 4.7 decades
also known as 47 years of 19 years of school with 33 years of work finally broke
me down

null

erased from humanity
like a ghost walking the
earth and mostly sitting in his
bedroom shut-in wondering why why
why he died and is still living here in skin..
it’s true that’s how bad it was and ‘they’ don’t

Cooper once he or her attains the age of 53

Release the Inner Beast. Be the Lobster. i Must say i agree with
Jordan Peterson, in the fact that our common Ancestor From a Third
of a Billion Years ago; the Lobster, is a major way of Life to Gain Self
Esteem, Fearlessness, and in general, yes, Better Emotional Regulation
and Sensory Integration and even the ability to Love others more Unconditionally
for it is fear that destroys all that is Good. Yes; to be or not to be a Loving Lobster.

of that was eventual extinction. True; one can see similar analogies in so-called

A Tough ‘Green Pill’ to swallow; but if successfully swallowed in enough Adaptation in Intermittent Reinforcements
now in life to Accommodate Challenge; even if, we are the ones to Manufacture that Challenge to escape the trap
of Constant Instant Gratification. Anyway, the consequences are still better NeuroChemical and NeuroHormonal
Balance in Ways of Emotional Regulation and Sensory Integration to achieve Nirvana and Bliss and the Kingdom
of Heaven within. True though, True Utopia is a life still of Intermittent Reinforcement; in other words; there is
No Free Trip to Heaven. Of course, I am Retired now and Financially Independent, so I have the ability to
create my own Social Roles without bowing down to anyone now. I go around the Metro Area making
Lobster poses; yes, standing upright; to the dismay of some of the Local Folks but more of a way
of Hooray’s by the Opposite Gender as such. Nope; no Group Identity for me; A Force
of one Loving Lobster, I’ve come to be. So, Understand one’s place in Nature as
Evolved to be and Co-Create the life you want with Relative Free Will
at the top of the Self-Actualizing Capstone of the Pyramid
of Flesh and Blood now. Works for me; and no, I do not
agree with everything Jordan Peterson Brings to the
Table as he has a whole lot of Science but is missing
just a tad bit of common sense, in my opinion;
For we are way way too much of a me me Society
to go the way of Group Identity now. Unless, one is going to
the Local Church as such. That too is losing its hold; and for those who
can handle the Finance as such it’s the best time in the History of Humankind
to be a Pioneer of one per SmART Ape Act of get all Together, now; Works for me.
If i had to still work for bucks; much much harder it would be; in some cases depending
on where one lands to work, almost literally impossible for this Heaven thingy to come true now.

such in Emotional Regulation and Sensory Integration with Moving Meditation; Free Verse Writing Meditation;

the Hierarchy is a real deal as there is no escaping our Nature and Neurochemicals and Neurohormones

According to Science, there is Mechanical
Cognition of which is Reason and Social Empathic
Cognition that is much greater associated with Emotions.
Additionally, according to science they don’t play together well in the
sense and feel; and yes, reason that when one faculty is used the other is repressed.
In other words, per the McDonald’s Cashier Dealing now with a Mechanical Cognition
of the Cash Register that eventually becomes almost second Nature like Driving a Car;
it still becomes rather distracting when one attempts to fully employ their Social Empathic
Cognition to provide stellar Customer Service. Of course, so called extraverts accomplish the
task usually a little better. While on the other hand, introverts may make less mistakes in the
Science of Cash Register; hehe.
A rather simple illustration this
is but truly according to science
this science applies to both the art
of life and the science of life too. However,
to fully understand it, one must more fully
experience the art of life that requires actually
doing the skills that come from increasing one’s
Social Empathic Intelligence as well. Interestingly, Science
Shows that humans are more dance than words. In other words,
ironically so, 60 to 93 Percent, depending on which Science study
that speaks in facts and figures as social reciprocal communication is
non-verbal language per even
a dance of the face that through
practice comes all natural kind of like
the cash register does with mechanical
cognition when that is the focus of life.
Is it any wonder that environment plays
a role in the difficulties of reciprocal social
communication for those with higher than average
verbal intelligence on the Autism Spectrum with difficulties
with non-verbal language; well, of course not as that is where
the old stereotype of the ‘Book Worm’ who navigates the World
in Word Speak comes from with difficulty finding their way out of
a ‘paper bag’ as that stereotype goes too as opposed to those who think
more visually and physically in visual spatial ways of getting around hands
on; and yes, hearts on too if one does more of the Social Empathic Cognition
Practice of life too. And here we go beyond what Standard IQ Measures of intelligence
do; they don’t measure physical or emotional or existential intelligence hardly at all and
truly that
is more than
half of our brain
and body of intelligence whole.
In other words, through the actual environment
of experience per epigenetic and neuroplastic impact
of effect of consequence and action motivated by affect
otherwise felt and sensed as emotions; we end up coming far
short of bringing to fruition more of our human intelligence.
Social Empathic Intelligence and Physical Intelligence and
really overall the Emotional and Existential Intelligences
at core are all now driven by the neuro-chemicals
and neuro-hormones that drive the connections
that spark us to do all we do from head to
toe are paramount intelligences for
even basic success in life.
So, as far as the environment
goes and our Human Innate potentials
as born on dates; all stuff in life is ruled
by use it or lose it as there is no escaping Mother
Nature that who is us too. One of the Greatest fallacies
of Human Language as developed into Culture and recorded
so-called collective intelligence that at core is a basic philosophy
of life are the long held beliefs that somehow humans are different and
superior to the rest of Nature; more specifically, the rest of the Animal Kingdom too.
Meanwhile, we’ve become
the tools more that are the
abstract constructs and the
associated byproducts of an
increasingly complex culture of many
parts that are away from our flesh and blood brains
from head to toe per not only say but do and even dance
and sing too. And as far as Philosophy and Science goes those who
write it down are the ones who historically control it the most; particularly,
in the Philosophy of living in what works or does not work best now. In other
words, hehe, ironically other than words; Philosophy is inherently biased with words
with language, obviously; and yes, culture too. In other words, other than words as far
as do do do life does, intelligence goes so much farther than Standard IQ ever dreamed of;
but of course as the original developers of the tests made clear from the get go; the tests
were designed to measure intelligence necessary to navigate western cultures based
on Language of course as the culture has been from the get go of collecting
words that provide some sense and feel of consensual reality that does
or does not work. What is missing and increasingly missing
for many folks is the intelligence
of a free dance of life
in non-verbal
intelligences
where Nature dances
free as us. This is an experiential
way of feeling and sensing free moves of life
in connecting and co-creating with others too;
and while dance is the general metaphor for this;
of course this applies to much more than just a literal dance of life.
This applies more to the innate instinct and intuition we are born with
as gift of Survival of our ancestors millions of years before we gained the ability
to write anything done on paper at all; for science even shows that our ability to
speak words at all is mostly an environmentally learned way of putting abstract
constructs in our heads as tools to better and sadly in some cases of intense
worry navigate the world better or for worse too. And this is where the
Reptile and Limbic Brains lose their ability to play as we simply
don’t use these faculties of potential and they wither away
and next thing you know you are tense from head to
toe as a result of a fight or flight syndrome
out of control with almost limitless
deadlines of to dos or not to dos
that humans are simply not evolved to do do now.
In other words, for many folks without the intelligence of a free
dance of life; life becomes as B**CH with a Stephen King IT instead
of the Garden
of Eden
that
Basic Animal
Homeostasis that
the much smARTer animals
with ART Bring to the table
of Masterpeace painting ways
of life as brush and paint and painting too;
all integrated as such from head to toe. The thing
about organized religions of meditation through the common
binds they bring through the politics of instructions and guidelines is
one is expected to follow even in movement arts like Tai Chi is these rules
and guidelines are by very nature Mechanical Cognition too; which in essence
defeats the essence of focusing on Social-Empathic-Physical Intelligence soley
as souly whole. So, in other words when ‘they’ say seek within and find; that means
do it without any
rules and regulations
and instructions from others
which quite Frankly or Fredly in my
case, hehe; may seem almost impossible
for someone who has already become lost in
word speak from a very young age spoon fed words
from birth. And in reality, gaining an illusion that they are those
words as the Buddha might say in so many words of whomever wrote
the words down as we know if there was a Jesus or a Buddha and or a Lao Tzu
chances are they didn’t write anything at all which leaves us at the mercy of second hand information
biased as such
for only
those
with the
Mechanical Cognition
of Words Speak away from
the Free Dance of Life that
brought the essence of simply animal
homeostasis with all the neuro-chemicals
and neuro-hormones in balance with the Body of
a Lion on the Savannah moving gracefully in half a tonnage
or so of Jaws and Claws totally relaxed in balance of a dance of moving
that conserves every energy and ounce of strength required for the fight and
flight of life when it comes for survival most; so that the thrive may last even longer
in the animal homeostasis of the Garden of Eden as such as metaphor too. Science
shows that even those who are successful in gaining mind and body balance through the
Science and Art of Meditation have Brain Scans that show a Brain that looks more like a 25
year old Brain when they are 50 years old and although they did not do a complete body scan;
duh, common sense dictates this fountain of youth applies to head to toe; even so much more
when there is a total free moving meditation
from head to toe even more.
After burning out with what is
commonly known in the Autism
Communities as Autism Spectrum Burn-out
after 33 years of work in tandem from the start
with 19 years of School and Three College Degrees
and some Graduate work close to the top of my class through
all of that literally named superman for doing it all together working
three part time jobs too; and named that later in Government Work too
as a valuable commodity to solve all the problems with reason meanwhile
while i felt like a Cat in trapped in a Cage in a Thunder Storm outside in pouring
down rain underneath a mask of little to no non-verbal language that indicated
Chronic and
Severe Stress for
two years until i met
the demise of General
Adaptation Syndrome of total
Human Exhaustion as the Cortisol
Chemicals going strong for two years
literally fried the myelin sheafs of my Nerves
as well as destroying the ability of my Nervous
System to synch my heart rate and blood pressure
to even get blood to my brain from toe to head; eventually,
falling to 19 Medical disorders, mostly stress associated as yes;
Auto-immune Disorders do come from Chronic and Severe Stress
over long time spans too. Anyway, the Air Force Attending Psychiatrist
who dealt with Combat Fatigue Patients from the Sand Traps in the Middle
East said that i was his worst case of Severe Anxiety that he had yet to meet.
Offering no chance of recovery; there was no drug he could offer that could
repair a broken systematic destruction of a human from head to toe in mind
and body whole. He spent over 7 years with me and did witness my
recovery too that came from first a meditation of
free verse poetry writing and then a free
dance meditation with no instructions
or guidelines or other so-called
wise rules for either the
Poetry or the
Dance of life
that eventually in the
words of some of the attending
professionals resulted in what they
named a real human miracle of recovery.
For me at least with much study to even understand
the recovery in words to relate to others it was obviously
the higher force of epigenetics in unlocking dormant and
not used Genetic Unpacking of DNA that has yet not come to be
or is lost in the Nueroplastics of life in Negative way too, in use it
and don’t use it and lose it ways of life over the span of decades of
Mechanical Cognition at work;
or in my case at first
the lack of
Mechanical
Cognition at the beginning
of my career handing out shoes
and getting really good with human beings
at a Bowling Center and losing my mechanical
cognition abilities i gained in school and gaining those
back with the introduction of computers into the work place
and eventually losing the social empathic intelligence conversely
that i had gained before. So, in short, when Studies proved this happens
this was no surprise to me as it confirmed my anecdotal life experience as
that applies to me with a greater propensity of course on the Autism Spectrum
as such too. Anyway, it was the environment that brought the diagnosis
for before the stress i had a niche that worked
which meant that i had not exceeded
my social capacity to get the job
done. But and a big but was
when the Job and those who mastered
me as Employers insisted that i do the Mechanical
Cognition and Social Empathic Cognition in Accounting and
Financial Management in Information Technology Support Assistance
for that was the commodity i was used most for anyway and then an
open door policy of helping my peers and other support workers and
supervising anywhere from 30 to 130 employees or so depending on
if my boss was in pocket or not as that went too. Humans are not evolved
to do both of these things at one time and particularly considering that the
new mechanical cognition associated with computers is a new later part of last
century human experiment too. Ha, and folks wonder why so many folks are on
Psychotropic Medication and every kind of pain killer too these days. Out of balance
means out of whack and means the mind goes whack whack too when the body is lost
out of the
equation
in a free
dance of life
alive for thrive
in Balance. Yep, this is
a long entry at the Wrong Planet.
Thing is; my Psychiatrist was impressed enough
that he said i inspired him to quit his practice and move
down to South Florida to teach movement therapy for he too figured
out what was missing
true; nope, not a drug
that worked but simply
being a Human who danced
again as Nature moving alive and free.
Perhaps Physical intelligence in doing the art of that
might seem ‘retarded’ to some folks but the fact is it is not; not
only can and will it be a literal science proven fountain of youth;
it
will

it not for we are Moving Nature too.
