of sadness then… There are different kinds of Depression
ranging from sadness and grief to a numb that is beyond
all fires of hell as back then sadness emptiness and fear
of never finding love again.. Early Spring Summer of ’80

like that.. anyway.. Lisa helped in a way to get me
out of there as then i did start to have a seizure as
the drugs they were giving to me were sending
my brief upswing of mania with no sleep for
three days into outer space passing
fingers through lighter flames
without harm too as

in the mental
place too.. yes Lisa
reported the seizure and
they changed the drugs and
they were ready to send me to
a bigger house mental place closer
to Tallahassee as ‘they’ say and my Cousin’s
Mother in Law who was also a City Council Woman
had the clout to help get me out.. for she remembered
when Fred was the first National Honor Society dude
brought into that High School Club as a sophomore
then.. thing is back in those days no one knew
what Asperger’s was and combined with
Bi-Polar neither of which i was
diagnosed until my
40’s and 50’s
was a strange
brew that
made me seem
like a Mutt Mix
of Mental issues then..
i threw away all the drugs and
had a successful Government Career
Full in Active status for a Quarter of a
Century 25 years.. then.. sure last year and
a half.. broke down in annual leave and sick leave too..
but still married successfully.. still married after almost 28
years now of doing that too.. saved enough money to buy a home
and bought a few cars too.. albeit i kept them all then for about
sweet 16 years old too.. so.. sure.. this is my revelation2.. it is what it is for now..
and yeah.. as many Autistic Children are i was both androgynous and bullied like hell then
verbally in Middle School.. taunted for smiling with the F word and not Fred by boys and
called Skank by the girls.. but it’s true some of them thought i was nice too.. as always
sure.. true.. mostly

as a Lady’s
man i will die too..
and it’s also true i didn’t
speak until 4 years old and it also
true i see the same God Face to Face
when i couldn’t verbally speak at age 3

NoW conserving energy as our ancestors did/do walking on the
rice paper of Lush Forest Floors invisible then to capture prey
and escape potential predator too.. but of course they are
drunk and i am sober it is very loud in the Dance Hall
and as Science Shows the average attention
Span of Human Beings these days is
a little less that literally that of
a Gold Fish and that’s

moving meditation
it brings
extreme
patience.. focus
and overall short term
working memory in greater
terms of Cognitive Executive Functioning
in other words ways if they traded in the beers and
other shots of escape they would not only feel a higher

with an hour of most any kind of exercise even robot like movement
on a treadmill my friend and science shows that just spiraling a doodle
on a piece of paper makes a greater constellation of connections in
the brain increasing potential creativity and productivity too.. where

when that spiral activity becomes a whole body practice
