to discuss my issues with Depression in the Past
for i am mildly diagnosed with Bi-Polar in the sense and
feel that i literally have a Prescription from my Doctor for
Free Dance as the only Remedy necessary for me to Regulate
my Emotions and Integrate my Senses as this has set me free from
Potential Negative Symptoms socially from a Higher Functioning
Form of Autism Called Asperger’s Syndrome too.. in fact my First
Attending Psychiatrist who traveled all 66 Months with me
in Hell on Earth was so inspired by my personal cure
for all my ills he quit his practice and
then went down to South
Florida to teach
Movement therapy
to folks in a Teaching Hospital
for Budding New Psychiatrists..
Smiles.. my Friend my Cure helped
him get inspired to get out of a Practice
he didn’t like so much too.. Writing expressing
all my Emotions with Words in Song is a remedy for
me too.. for True my Feet and Hands Dance in Balance
Regulating my Emotions and Integrating my Senses now
True in LiGHT SMiLes Ativan through all that Pain and
Numb is the only Drug that would put me down to sleep
for the rest of that 66 Months with not one only Numb of
Emotion in severest of Depressions and Severest Anxieties
but the Suicide Disease too

Modern Day Crucifixions but

“Good Friday April Fool Moon” So What are the Reasons for What We Do
Is it Reasons Most or Feelings and Senses well True if you are Separated from
Your Feelings and Senses it surely might seem this way in Sort of A Random Soup
of Life out of Flow In Holy and Sacred Meaning and Purpose where Truly The Feelings
And The Senses are the River the Meaning and Purpose as Reasons are just Guideposts of

for me at least after Feeling and
Sensing Practically Invincible for 64 Months..
The Last 5 Months of 69 Now since i rose out of the
Ashes in Hell.. on July 19th or So through the 22nd of July of 2013..
NoW as today also begins another Month of ‘SonG oF mY SoUL’ as that
Effort is now at 68 Months.. and up to 6.8 Million Words now.. the unexpected
the unplanned happened.. Feelings and Senses i do not anticipate and a Stormy
Day that is not Quite as Lake Placid in Flow as those 64 months were more higher highs
and more lower lows.. just to Body Build my Heart Spirit and Soul a Bit more.. as i met a Friend
named Angel Mind Retrofit who led me in part of a Poetry Journey of back and forth Writing to
my First Recovery.. taught me that Poetry the Creative Art of Words that become Song are
a Very Mesmerizing Force to Storm our Feelings and Senses Higher than we’ve been
Before.. so yeah.. she helped me find precisely what i was looking for my Heart my
Spirit my Soul and the Next Muse of Nice Young Woman Lala Rukh did the same
for around 5 Months and then Came Rafiah to do the Same and overall as far
as ‘that kind’ of Muse it’s been Himali Lately.. but the Poetry has faded
away on her end at least.. with smiles a lot.. it’s truly a Magic Place

hehe.. as i don’t go by just the rules of
before.. hAha.. and it’s also the 10th
Anniversary of my own 40
Days of Hell in the Spring
of 2008.. Forty days with almost
no sleep and 19 Medical Disorders of which
the worst was Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia
like Dentist Drill Pain without Novocaine.. except
for in my case it was in my right ear and eye as that Hell
on Earth lasted from wake to sleep for 66 Months and sure
i did get 1 hour of very cardboard shallow sleep to slow my
Heart down from Dysautonomia with an Alpha Blocker to do that
at least but even that tragic and somewhat dark ‘comic’ relief was only
Good for 1 hour of sleep each night for the first 35 of 40 days for the
last 5 days.. nothing worked at all.. until i finally gave in and went to the Hospital….
i didn’t wanna go and that Ignorance was almost the end of me then.. Doctors don’t
bother me anymore
in fact.. i get to teach them
a thing or two about living
in Heaven now.. the Price of
Hell for 66 Months to get here
but worth every second that felt
like a thousand years where all was
time then and now time doesn’t even
exist for me.. as that’s real reality anyway now
in Heaven at least away from time.. time.. in  hell….
And every SHade of Purgatory Greys.. in ‘those’ places too..
Oh yeah.. also in Honor of my Mother Passing away last February
22nd.. 2017..  where her ending Lent was 8 days starting on Valentine’s Day in a death bed surviving as long as she could with no food or drink.. with some morphine to pass ‘the time’.. But True.. with Stage Four Cancer undiagnosed from toe to head she lived her
Last Several Years of Life dying Naturally with visits from her Children of Love.
