i have ever seen and that is why i gladly accept

SMiLes Frank.. Thanks So Much for Stopping by a Long Long Long Celebration of
“11,000 Miles oF Public Dance as hehe.. i broke the Weekly Novel Barrier again at
40,055 Words and Blog Spot Balked at Publishing all the 300 Plus Photos so i had
to trim ’em down to about 200.. on those Google Blogging Platforms there.. hmm..
Oh Boy i Wish Tires for Cars lasting 80,000 Miles were as Cheap at $88 Dollars
a Piece for Dancing in Public 11,000 Miles but the Tread on my Nike Shox
Shoes lasts about 3 Months which averages out to about 100 Dollars
a Pair of Shoes at 22 Pairs now that makes around 2,200 Dollars..
i’ve been lucky to get the Last 6 Pairs on the Cheap whereas
it is time for New Tires for our 5 Year Old Honda Civic Approaching
Around 64 Thousand Miles of Travel now and truly at under 500 Bucks
the Car Gets off easy on the Price of a New Set of Tires that lasts well over
a Pair of New Nike Shox Shoes for just 3 Months and 500 Miles.. hmm.. not very
Good Tread Wear on my Shoes but i bet if i lost about 70LBS i might get more mileage
like i did on my Athletic Shoes when i was a Runner at 170LBS in my Teens and Twenties
as i do remember they lasted Close to a Year so much better Mileage at that weight and
Running Verses Dancing Lots of wear and tear on the shoes kinda amazing that my
Legs continue to get stronger as they sure did not promise that in the Health Leisure
And Sports Classes even though they could have done Research on Jack LaLanne
Instead of Basing their Research on more average Couch Potato Domesticated humans
hehe.. amazing what human Potential will come when Jack London’s Domesticated White

and when you Speak of Fear and Fighting it there is a key
there as Generally Speaking we Social Mammals more Specifically
Human are evolved to Spend most our Day in Animal Homeostasis
Balance in other Words not experiencing Flight or Fight Demands on
our Nervous System and overall Body Systems as Stress Related Hormones

of Human Condition Topics You Pursue on Your Blog as i am gonna try to get over there and catch-up too with you before i go Hiking as it is best to have 10 Fingers and an
iMac to Properly respond in inspiration to Your Blog Posts you Know
Life truly is about how we Humans Inspire each other lifting each
other up as Friends to go on.. hehe.. i started working out when
i was 12.. and so glad i did as i haven’t stopped in 46 Years
of doing it even when i was very very sick i even
worked out each day in my Work-out Room
at Home that is still all decked out with
Equipment but not nearly like the Military Gym
i work-out at with a Picture of that 1340 LBS i Leg
Press at the Beginning of the Blog Post 12 Reps now..
hehe.. that kind of thing if a person is a single man is nothing
ever to impress Women though as any single man is really missing
out if they don’t focus on their Dance Skills the most.. as being married
i’ve never approached a Woman to Dance Yet first in all the Photos now counting
2000 total in all the Blog Posts recording somewhere around 2000 Women smiling
with me in the last 5 Years at the Dance Hall as this was also the 5 Year Celebration
and 255 Weeks of Doing that too at the Biggest Metro Dance Hall.. and that is a very
small Percentage of at most 10 Percent of the Women Young Women who have danced
with me so haha.. there are probably 20,000 or so all together really literally you know
my Friend now that i am Financially independent i measure my Success and Rewards
in Life for the Smiles i Bring to other Folks in Joy and true my Blog Posts are a bit too
long for most folks to open up but really about 90 Percent of my Blog Posts are what
i have written to other Folks around the Globe that i simply copy and paste back
to this Father and Mother of all Blog posts haha.. the nicest compliment i’ve
received from the Women at the Dance Hall is the First Gay Young
Woman i Danced with 5 Years ago.. came back after she found
out i had become ‘famous’ with a viral video of me Dancing
in Public one of the Audience members took and said
to me in the Dance Hall if i was a Woman she would
want to marry me even though i was decades Older
then her just for the Joy of Fearless
Dance the way i made her

one time a very
Beautiful And Straight
Group of Young Women stopped
me and one of the Women said they
were looking down at me on the Dance
Floor and said that is the man i wanna marry
so fearless Carefree and full of Joy.. so yeah it’s
not always Money or Looks as yeah i am kinda old
that counts for Women it is also the Personality of Fearless
Joy they find so uplifting too so far beyond just Sexual Attraction
hehe.. as far i know anyway hehe.. hmm.. i love to have my Mind stimulated
most and my Spirit of Love ha! some men my age visit strip Clubs and i am the
one who
puts on
the show
as a very Fearless
Joyful Dinosaur still hehe..

that i wrote on the Second Anniversary of my Mother’s

The Lion Does not fear for he and or her have been Tested in the Battles
of Life not afraid of Challenge for they have fought their way through battles
yes it is like my Cat Yellow Boy who fought his way through his Territorial
Rights for Survival as opposed to a Domesticated Cat we had Named Moby
who was De-Clawed and set out in the Neighborhood to Fend for
himself when the Couple who owned Him had a Baby who
Became Allergic to him.. they said Moby would be
Okay for he was such a Big Cat but what they
failed to understand is a Cat must have
Claws to be able to Defend him and
or her self to Develop Self
Esteem and this is the same
Way it is with Humans we have to
Develop Back Bone whether that is keeping
Our Human Boundaries Strong for Survival
or actually having the skills that make us confident
in Martial Arts or such as that as we are simply evolved
to fight for life as instinct and if we don’t learn a way to do that
we will truly never have full Self-Esteem to Walk Tall and confident
wherever we go to be comfortable to handle our own Flesh and Blood
Body wherever we go as our greatest tool of Self-Esteem true people get
this illusion that we are not evolved as once Furry Social Mammals we do
Love but We do Survive too for whatever it takes to do that confident people
with Self-Esteem rarely get into arguments or fights as truly no one will bring
them down
to another

Doing Free Style Martial Arts
has made me feel more instinctually
and intuitively Confident that any other
Activity i have ever pursued including Status
Positions at Work there is no Self-Esteem like

afraid of anyone and every time a Strange Man came into
our Home Moby went and hid under the Bed.. that’s not a

issue of You are comfortable in Your Body in
Real Three Dimensional Space Yoga without even
ever laying a finger on anyone else will surely do this
and i am surely not into Martial Arts to actually Strike someone..
if You Walk tall and don’t slouch no matter if that comes now from
Martial Arts or Yoga the Key is still Mind and Body Balance being secure in
Yourself

or Martial Arts

will Bring Huge amounts
of Greater Confidence and
Self Esteem to most people you can
really see it on the Show on TV called
‘Dancing With the Stars’ those Folks are really

Song ‘Jesus Christ Super Star’ on the Piano back then in a Talent
Show so overcome with spirit a bit uncoordinated as usual in gait
when i left the Piano then.. the other Kids Laughed me off the stage
and True i was a bit Funny to look at with a Package of 5 Foot 10
at 120 LBS Skin and Bone with Long Blonde Bushy Hair kinda
like Napoleon Dynamite even when i was 16 as hey got the
Proof of that too and true still for most everything i do for
as ‘they’ say evidence or it just can’t be real… hehe but
True i ain’t no myth and true i may not be the real Scotsman
But true my Grandfather was Born in Ireland and for a good long
while he was a Catholic Priest too even providing Counsel for the
Pope at the Vatican last Century too.. not always of course as Voila
he broke the Rules fell in Love with a 17 Year-Old Cajun Grandmother
Girl From the Pews of the Parish Church he Pastored in Taylor County
Florida when he was 36 and like every Good Catholic Boy Waited to
Consummate the Marriage until she was 18 after they were married a
year too.. smiles at least according to Family Legend as it is said he was
also in the Socialist Circles with Einstein in New York New York as my Grandfather
became a bit of a Controversial Author showing some ties with the Nazi’s and the
Catholic Church too.. anyway it is said that he actually dined with Einstein don’t think
Einstein’s Creativity is contagious like that and of course that was long after my Father
Was Born as my GrandMother and he Didn’t stay Married Long and then She Married
a Jewish Cop on the Beat Hence a Life of Law Enforcement for my Father lasting 46
Years but not nearly as long for his Identical Twin Brother as He married into a bit of
Money.. and my Father Left my Mother for he wanted her to go to work instead of staying
Home with Us.. to make him more the Money Dude the Rest of the Folks in his Family aspired
to be and do.. hmm.. true it didn’t help me develop much of a Back Bone but what it do is made
me into Love Incarnate from a very Young Age until this Trump Town USA did their Best to Bully
the Love out of me and make me a Boy of Fear and Hate as Onward Christian Soldiers that way
were still killing Empathy from Boys in hopes of making them Potential Killing Machines as Warriors
Later some how not realizing that Old Testament Days are over and this is Paradise and not a
iF YoU SeeK IN GoD Desert way of ScarCiTY Tribal Warfare to Pillage resources of others

Haha.. Smiles and thanks so much my Friend Glad you found your way through
all the ‘Hotel California’ Doors of the Blog that seemingly Never Ends.. hehe

truly where i live is a Beautiful place and i haven’t really had

as Last year Katrina
burned her hand
and we used to go on
Nature outings with my Sister
for Photography and we just started
doing that this week after an entire Year
of Absence in doing it as it took Katrina 6 Months
to Recover as she actually had to go to a Burn-Unit
Hospital for a Skin Graft to her Hand as she Burned it on
A Barbecue Oven Pan while she was making Chicken and
had an Epileptic Seizure placing her Hand on the Hot Pan
after the meal had finished but not realizing she was burning
it the whole time now i have to watch her every second she cooks
even after she finishes now of course as Long as there is something
Hot around.. anyway really been enjoying your blog feel blessed to find

Last Night at the Big Metro Dance Hall From 11 PM till 2 AM with no Break not even a Glass of Water Marathon Challenge Dance for me there every Thursday Night last night was the 256th Week doing it since March of 2014 and i saw my Very First Regular Dance Partner There last night From 5 Years Long too she was one of a Trio of Young Women who danced with me Regularly who really looked like Charlie’s Angels From that TV Show and HAha Charlie was an older Dude in the show so i played That role as my Angels Chelsea.. Cortney.. and Maggie were the Best most reliable long lasting Dance Partners but hehe.. no one lasts 3 Hours of Spinning without getting Dizzy but me.. Practice Works Works And Works More.. HAha..!!..:)

once i compared her to
the Egyptian Goddess
Isis and she said that Woman
is not attractive don’t compare me to her..
every Morning when
she wakes up she
dares the Mirror
to tell her she is

all and at 49 Years of age
this Week the Mirror has just
about given up hope but perhaps
there is as i spotted a Gray Hair this Week
perhaps i will be married to an Older Woman
one day but until now my Dream just can’t seem to come
True.. anyway.. there is
nothing i can do for
my Wife in terms
of Housework
that will
Fulfill
Her Perfectionist
Needs therefore i am
Free to Do as i please as
she insists on doing everything her
way.. i have no real complaints but
there are days i do wanna get into the Kitchen just for fun

she will give up control and let me in to

Sister Was Dying of Cancer my Wife set

And that is when i Started my Dance Hall
Days and Danced the Beaches Night
And Day truly it felt good in a
way to be a Lone Wolf
Again then but only
parts of the
Day my Friend
i am not alone
When God’s Hand
of Nature Touches me
Never Will i Be Now for God is
Always Living Free in Nature with/in me..
Truly though Writing has been my Lone Wolf
Way there were Months when i only had one friend online
here and really none at all while i was ill for 66 Months where
all was Pain and Numb even when the closest to me at Home in
Family Way did their best then to try to make me feel Love but
Still one Friend and one Friend of God is more than enough For
i understand then for 66 Months what it felt to have none of that
Connection
at all
not even
the Beach
as Desperately
after not going back
to that place of Sanctity
through 23 Years and the
Stresses of Work there was
nothing left of my Soul or Even
God there for me when i tried in January 2008 at
the Beginning of my Long Illness at the Beach then
Sanctity is Always Present when God Thrives Within Free..

i am literally seriously as people have even commented where i
recorded it in Viral Video FB Comments the most Recognizable
Person in my Entire Metro

into the Comment area like a Fly on the Wall
And Got to hear how the Entire Metro area
assessed my Dance.. the comments ranged
from the Guy who is Everywhere who
is a Legend to oh Lord i’m Scared of what that Dude will do next..
i also have the Video but you have to be a Facebook User to actually
see it as it isn’t on YouTube that Video is on the Blog Post before
the one linked Below named “Poetic Muse on Fire” where i also
copied and pasted many more comments at the bottom of that
post too.. and Yep i was definitely on Fire in the Local Community
Social Media Arena then during Christmas Vacation where i became what
it seems like was the Topic of the Day more than Santa haha.. as such..

hehe.. as i don’t go by just the rules of
before.. hAha.. and it’s also the 10th
Anniversary of my own 40
Days of Hell in the Spring
of 2008.. Forty days with almost
no sleep and 19 Medical Disorders of which
the worst was Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia
like Dentist Drill Pain without Novocaine.. except
for in my case it was in my right ear and eye as that Hell
on Earth lasted from wake to sleep for 66 Months and sure
i did get 1 hour of very cardboard shallow sleep to slow my
Heart down from Dysautonomia with an Alpha Blocker to do that
at least but even that tragic and somewhat dark ‘comic’ relief was only
Good for 1 hour of sleep each night for the first 35 of 40 days for the
last 5 days.. nothing worked at all.. until i finally gave in and went to the Hospital….
i didn’t wanna go and that Ignorance was almost the end of me then.. Doctors don’t
bother me anymore
in fact.. i get to teach them
a thing or two about living
in Heaven now.. the Price of
Hell for 66 Months to get here
but worth every second that felt
like a thousand years where all was
time then and now time doesn’t even
exist for me.. as that’s real reality anyway now
in Heaven at least away from time.. time.. in  hell….
And every SHade of Purgatory Greys.. in ‘those’ places too..
Oh yeah.. also in Honor of my Mother Passing away last February
22nd.. 2017..  where her ending Lent was 8 days starting on Valentine’s Day in a death bed surviving as long as she could with no food or drink.. with some morphine to pass ‘the time’.. But True.. with Stage Four Cancer undiagnosed from toe to head she lived her
Last Several Years of Life dying Naturally with visits from her Children of Love.
