   This is Truly a Beautiful Poem with one of my Favorite Quotes From Alice And
   Wonderland.. Smiles and i must say you would fit that Role Well as you seem so
   Open Minded Full of Wonder and Amazement Always willing to learn something
   new in all realms of being Human.. in other words you don’t shoo anyone away
   who is very Different and Your Poem here surely is a Path to the State of Being
   that Is Truly Human Star evolving as Pinnacle of LoVE iNcarnate Self-Actualizing
   As Star of Love to give and share so freely to spread your light to others with Light
   enough to withstand the Dark of others and still give and share freely the Light of
   You and what a Beautiful Experience it is to watch from afar a Star Evolving this
   way toward Human Light of Love Incarnate to give and share so much more.. any
   way i was going to respond with one finger on a Smart Phone still half way ‘tween
   Sleep and Wake.. but this inspired me enough to get up with 10 Fingers to relate
   to what you write here based on my particular view of Life as all views are surely
   different for the one who will tolerate all views of life dark through light and learn
   a little bit more about being human always evolving toward light from dark along the
   Way the Rays of Love we Shine on others is surely a Greater Work of Love as Light that
   Lifts the

   Whole Love as
   Butterfly Wings Bring
   the Eternal Now that is the
   Only Real Forever now AFAIK And Feel/Sense of Actually Transfiguring

   to Give and Share oh my… if only the real Bread and Drink of Life is the Light of the

   Smiles Ilona maybe you will stay Young Looking forever like my wife but it’s true she’s been retired since age 33 so that is probably part of why she doesn’t age too much but she did have a lot of Stress when i was so sick for 66 Months as a shut-in in my Home with Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia.. A Nerve Pain that for me was like a Dentist Drill in my Right Eye and Ear with no Drug Relief from wake to sleep for all those Months along with a number of other Stress related Disorders then from so much Chronic to Acute Stress at work for 11 Years until the last 2 Years that were truly acute before i fell just about dead.. anyway.. all is good now been recovered from those Worst symptoms Now since Summer of 2013.. i really appreciate my health and i will not touch any drugs or alcohol.. not even caffeine.. as i appreciate everything about living as is
   Now.. i am Sorry You are Dealing with Sleep Paralysis and i Hope you will
   recover from that now
   as You Grow a bit older..
   one thing i know for sure
   is Miracles really do happen..
   no Doctor had any hope for me
   to Recover and i proved them all
   Wrong although they still worry i do a bit
   too much and am a bit too Happy but hey Dancing
   A Tight Rope is what Feels Effortless enough to me..
   i Think it is Great you Meditate And Do Yoga as i Do a Free Style of that…
   my Knees don’t like the Running now too much but oh boy/girl Do i Dance!..:)

   as that makes this 3.21.19 Day the 3038th Consecutive Day and Yep i’m still Writing Hehe.. a bit
   Tired But Still Dancing too.. as tonight makes for the 254th Dance Night Week with all the
   Cool College Age Folks From Old Seville Quarter as it seems i’m still doing my own
   Version of the Energizer Dancing Bunny Just in Time for another Easter Coming
   Precisely a Month From now too.. smiles ..i didn’t realize the World
   was supposed to end Yesterday.. i’ll have to Google that to
   see what’s up but my Goodness When i arrived at
   The Military Gym up the Big Hill where the Training Jets
   Fly.. the Moon Looked like it was just about as big as the Earth
   Colliding into us.. so i surely can see how our Ancestors Feared a Day
   Like Yesterday might be the End of the World up on a High Hill at least…
   Smiles.. i like to ‘think’ better put ‘intuit’ with Innate instinct and Intuition More
   on Fire in Fluid Intelligence over the Crystalized Intelligence We Gain as Spoon-

   as it Does feel a bit like i Dance A Tight Rope with You
   and i’m still Dancing at Least on it as that is how it feels to me
   as Happy for now.. a bit of a thrill with always a bit of a chill it seems
   like Tides moving in and out by Force of the Moonlit Night i’d give a Million
   Dreams Just to know/feel what You Really Feel… You Truly are the Moon to me

   A Forever Home
   For Another Cat
   And sure Filling that
   Old Bottle of Fred Back up
   Again as there is nothing Like
   Being a Super Hero with a Cat
   hmm.. true Captain Marvel also
   Had a Yellow Cat with Green Eyes
   but he was from another Planet me
   and all my Cats are Truly from here..

   Smiles Yellow Boy was the True Star of my Blog for 66 Months and so was Moby a
   Big Grey Cat until February 2016 and Arthur a Brown Tabby Since June of 2014 and even
   an Adopted Cat who Visited our Home Daily from Two Doors Down Tennessee whose Owners took Him away to their New home in 2018.. smiles he just Celebrated his 20th Birthday in February as His owners go to our Church and still tell us Tennessee stories.. for Yellow Boy that Little Fearless Yellow Boy was a Wild Cat who Lived in the Woods behind our Home for Two Years lightening fast he would dart across the yard with Wild Life smaller than him in his jaws.. one day when
   i was in so much pain and numb in the Dead Zone since 2008 back
   in 2010.. he was crying underneath our Shed for me to feed him
   one morsel of Food but truly he came to me to save both the
   Love of me and By God the Wild of me Yes the Call of the
   Wild to truly Become Loving both Loving and Fearless Wild And
   Free.. Science Suggests that a Feral Cat is no Different than a Wild
   Lion just in a smaller much smaller Yellow Packages in the Case of Yellow Boy..
   Smiles my Friend my Mother gave me Love but Yellow Boy Gave me what my Father
   never had time to do to become one with Nature Wild and Free Fearless on top of
   the Foundation my Mother already gave.. Yellow Boy Lived With Feline Leukemia
   in our Home as that was his Death Sentence for 10 Years of Life and when he
   wasn’t showing me how to be Fearless Wild and Free the Medicine of Love
   Attached to Katrina’s Lap truly was the Healing Force that kept him alive
   all those Years and by God if there are Real Saviors in this World who
   Never Give up on us they are our Mother’s and if we are lucky
   Our Father and if we are even more lucky our Spouse and
   Friends but true the ones who all of us will always be able
   to count on are our Furry Friends who see no Distance
   Space or Time no Nationality no Age no Gender
   no Sexual Orientation no Country no Religion
   only
   Fearless
   Free
   and Loving
   Unconditionally
   How far away our Abstract
   Constructs our Labels and Owning
   Everything on the Earth including Each
   Other has taken us away from the simple
   Fearless Free Love of Just Being Furry Like ‘God’..
   We used to have Four Cats to Love now none smiles
   my friend hence all these words.. as i pet you unconditionally
   and every one else i meet in life as my aim in life is to be more like Yellow Boy..
   sure ‘Fixed’
   but with
   Paws Out-Reached….:)

   Humans not unlike Monkeys Will Die at Birth or Suffer the Rest of their Life
   Empty without a Human Touch either Hairy more or Hairless with Smiles..
   i used to wonder why i go so Depressed in College Years never then a Real
   Problem in High School so many People you know you feel for years and years
   the Human Touch so real so real.. then College where most everyone is too busy
   to be a Friend True these Days in Bars a Hook-up is just about the last thing left of
   Shallow away from the Deep of Truly Loving Human Beings through Emotions so far
   past just flesh and blood.. After Three degrees that only provided Knowledge about
   the Human Condition with no truly Marketable Money Making Skills then i found a
   Government Job at a Military Bowling Center the best place of all circumstances
   for that is where i would meet a Wife Strong Enough to be here for me through
   66 Months EVERY DAY of shut-in Hell.. the same way my Mother was here for
   me back in the depressing days of College… yes.. severe Clinical Depression
   but it’s true i understand so easy now what caused it then i was no longer
   connecting with A Full Village of Flesh and Blood Human Beings where
   Books of School became my only connection to Love to Love at
   all and that surely was no Human touch.. anyway.. we Humans
   are evolved for hand-in-hand together there was never
   any Depression at that Bowling Center as long as
   i was Humbly Handing out Shoes to People
   And Spraying those Dirty Shoes as they
   were returned to me for the Next
   Human who i connected to
   with Eyes of Smiles
   People seeing
   i had
   3 University Degrees told me i was stark
   raving crazy not to be making any more
   money than i was making there but true perhaps
   they did not understand the Value of Smiling eyes then
   Where light moves one way and always the other way back..
   Smiles my Friend i have to wear shades for that eye problem i used
   to have as a preventative measure for it never to come back.. so after
   i was promoted past love into making so much money at work and after
   that almost killed me away from love again.. recovering i changed those
   Shades into Feet of Dance and Hands of Song and i will never stop Loving Now…
   Love Knows No SuFFeRinG as Long as Love Feels…. And for me at least as LonG as Love Dances and Sings..

    Around their Planet Like a Milky Way Alive.. Yes it was
    a Very Productive Week of Life Be in it “Life Is Better
    Everywhere Recreation Takes You” (LIBERTY) as
    an acronym for that.. that we used in Federal
    Government Work to Provide Greater Morale
    Welfare and Recreation to the Military Service
    Members.. but nope.. sadly i never did it for myself during
    all those 33 Total Working Years paying a steep price as already
    Discussed.. so now! my Productive Age! is a Golden Age of Fun!
    my only REAL
    WORK is Creating
    Smiles of Joy for
    others i do the best
    i can and will and usually
    i am successful with the Majority
    of Folks i meet even those with Frowns
    if i just keep Hammering Softly enough with a Force of Love

    were given all the instant gratification they Could hope to have to survive until they finally
    Lost their Social Roles and Fell apart and went extinct.. ‘Girls gone Wild’ as ‘they’ Dance
    And ‘Boys gone Soft’ as ‘they’ often Lament in ways of ‘Incels’ for Young Men and
    Young Women never finding any Emotional Connection ‘Tween the other
    Gender as that has gone mostly A Way with the ‘Dodo Heart Bird’ of the
    Internet.. So yeah.. minding my own Dance Last Night somewhat attacked
    by a Very lonely Spring Breaker so Desperate for
    Feeling something anything that she just

    it sounds Funny (witty if
    you get my dry humor) here..
    And Trust me it (Fucking) Really
    Does sound strange after 29 Years of Marriage too hehe..

    too.. for i had my day of that.. you know life is all about perspective huh some folks
    think they got it rough.. and truly they do but again.. it’s all about Perspective have
    You ever Been Lying in the Middle of the word Naked not able to move a Muscle too
    Words Gone from Breath that hasn’t Slept for 40 Days yeah remember this is ‘Lent’
    and it doesn’t always come and go that ‘fast’.. True in those Days of Lent in the
    Spring of 2008.. the Challenge was a bit more than Last Lent when i wrote
    a 250K or so Word New Testament finishing Just in Time for the Katrina
    to go to the Burn Hospital in Mobile Last April 20th about the Ending
    Date of my Lenten Hell of 2008.. she faced Losing Her Right
    Index Finger i already Lost it all in 2008 and was just trying
    to avoid the Worst Death Possible for i was
    already experiencing that then for
    truly what it is like when there
    is a Dentist Drill in Your Right eye and Ear from
    Wake to Sleep that no Drug will Touch You get the condition
    of Dysautonomia too where Your Heart Rate and Blood Pressure
    no longer synch and if Your Eyes no longer making Tears like
    Swimming in Salt Water with eyes wide open is not enough sure
    there are a Sweet 16 or so other disorders that would put many folks
    as a Shut-in in their Bedroom from wake to sleep or as long as it takes
    to recover in my Case 66 Months of Hell from Wake to Sleep yes an Alpha
    Blocker Slowed my Heart down each Night for the first 35 Days for a truly cruel
    Card Board Shallow 1 Hour Sleep with no sleep at all the last 5 of 40 Days and if You Can
    And Will Imagine what that state of being is when you’ve lost almost all of your Mind and
    Bodily Functions in synch in balance.. that is the future then i saw for myself not fitting
    in anywhere Hospital or Prison or Whatever Just imagining myself left Naked and totally
    Defenseless on the Edge of a Road Somewhere Just Food For Stray Dogs needing something
    to eat so vividly able to imagine all the torture to come with all the torture of reality then where a
    Thousand Years is the relative Equivalent in Hell of just one Second of Life where all is time and
    Eternity now is Hell.. Flash Forward here to
    the future now recovering still Now since
    the end of July of 2013.. and a quick
    note to a New Word Press Friend….

    the Darker Abyss and Grayer Areas of Life.. while Katrina was in the Burn Hospital
    I had a Friend then who was always calling me a True Saint and making it seem like
    i was so Perfect and in one same day and i don’t know really if it was her or Her Husband
    Finding Her Word Press comments but it surely didn’t sound like her but it could have been as i
    surely Understand Lots of the ins and outs of Mental Illness but i just don’t have a Bone in
    My Body
    to all of the
    Sudden to Extinguish
    someone from my Life
    but after Knowing Her for a Year or
    So that same day she called me a Saint
    She said what is wrong with You People
    Never Come back to Bother me leave me alone..
    i’ve seen Mental Illness lots more ‘scarier’ than the issues
    i’ve faced where hurtful things are said to harm other people
    That cannot be controlled as the Mind Changes to Dark by no
    Fault of their own just a propensity of Life that Chronic Stress also
    Brings out.. i don’t know if my Friend is standing tall from then or now
    or in a fetal position so cold and alone from all things in Life i am Human
    enough to hurt and i am strong enough to endure all of what it takes to be
    A True Friend of Love it’s nice to the feel the Glow but it takes Real Love to withstand the Cold..

    Devices but better yet no matter what as you assure me i understand
    there will never be a reason for you to run away from me for loving friends
    are forever who are free to come and go and give and share as much as they
    like but no matter how much time passes now till reconnect the warm affection
    of the heart will always be the same for friendship Love always gives and shares
    and does not need to take smiles whenever you feel rested and you want to be uplifted

    Smiles i learned the Value of Photos when i lost effective eyesight
    and hearing for 66 Months of course the Value of YouTube too when
    i could no longer Use my Ears to Hear songs either then.. all i could
    stand was a dimly lit screen on my Computer without colors true in a way
    Modern Technology Saved me from totally going nuts as at least i could
    write on a Dimly Lit Screen true the origin of 12 Million Words now online
    since Thanks Giving Day 2010 a Hundred Months ago now.. when i purchased
    my first iPhone5.. 6 Years ago in March of 2013 Lord God Knows it was like magic
    for the Retina Display was the First Display i could ever use to see colors again
    Without intolerable Eye and
    in General Nerve Pain in my
    Face my Wife had some photos
    of that Farm She Visited i could not
    go to as a shut-in in my Bedroom then
    and some other Beautiful Photos she took of
    Nature on Her Really Fancy Digital Camera too..
    finally Thank God i could see the Beauty of Nature
    on a 4 inch Retina Display Screen it’s True my Friend
    in a Way Steve Jobs and ‘Apple’ Saved my Soul Back to the
    Beauty of Nature then can you imagine how i felt to Stand on
    the Beach again when the Pain finally Went away in July of 2013
    and sure from that perspective it might be easier to understand why
    i dance and sing so much and have shared 170 Thousand photos online
    that will never be Copyrighted by me anymore than i would ever own

    Earth or
    anyone else
    as a Possession away from Free..
    What Beauty it is to see all as Free..

    Ear From Wake to Sleep for 66 Months that is Medically Unofficially termed as the “Suicide Disease” for it truly is that Bad even if one is very Happy before they develop the Issue as it takes everything away from You and all that is left is Pain and Numb no drug would touch the Pain and it’s really indescribable of how Bad it is as a Migraine is just nothing nothing at all for you know a Migraine will eventually end and the Pain of a Migraine is like Joy compared to that pain.. anyway it did end finally After 66 Months.. then i escaped my Bedroom Went to the Beach and Voila i’ve Danced in Public for 67 Months now in 10,994 Miles of Doing that and written a 6.6. Million Word Long Form Poem to accompany that and i remember you asking me how one does Dance in Stores well here is an example for you as i am celebrating the Last 6 Miles of Dance by
    Tuesday to reach the 11,000 Mile Mark as i have been monitoring
    my Progress by Video Since the beginning of this.. as perhaps
    i am getting Closer to reflecting the Smooth
    Motion of the Entire
    Milky Way
    with Smiles..
    remember i do weigh
    240 LBS at a little over 6 Feet
    Tall in Athletic Shoes and it does
    take Leg Pressing 1340 LBS Twelve Reps
    to Move a close to 59 Year Old Man like this..

    Okay i’m gonna share a bit of a competition of a 43 Year Old Dude in an actual Dance Environment mistaken for 60 Years- Old for he has a Big Grey Beard Like Santa.. it’s true in Highly Lighted conditions i look closer to my real age of close to 59 Years-Old now on 6.6.19 with Twenty 60 coming soon enough on 6.6.20.. but in the Dark i usually get a Mulligan of Close to Two Decades back to the 40’s or even 30’s or even some nights.. 20’s depending on How intoxicated now the Dance Audience is on the Dark Dance Floor.. haha.. but it’s the way the Mind works when you see a 240LB Dude moving a body the way i’ve practiced to make myself do with all the Blood Sweat and Tears it has taken me to get so far in this Human Potential.. Yes.. Remember i am also diagnosed on the so-called Autism Spectrum with inherent Motor Coordination and Visual- Spatial Difficulties as it used to bring me great Social
    Anxiety and Feelings/Senses out of whack that my Mind and Body Were not even Connected as i hated to even go into Walmart without Katrina by my side like A F iN Service Animal Haha.. yes..     we Feel this closeness Hugging a Stuffed Animal it only Means
    that we have Developed the Ability to Generate the
    Neurohormone Oxytocin of Comfort ourselves
    through the practice of Imagination of Loving
    Hugging a Furry Stuffed Animal Now too..
    Where Even if We just Look at the Teddy
    Bear We feel that Warm soothing feeling inside and
    i will tell you this a Big Big Big Huuuuge Problem with the
    Male of our Species in some Cultures more than others is this
    Neurohormone Comfort of Oxytocin is said to be for Sissies and voila
    Men Die Dead of Heart Attacks and Substance Addiction much more than
    Women Still so much Earlier Prematurely too.. yep i’ll go to A Disney Movie
    and Cry Like a little Girl when Bambi’s Mother Gets shot by a Hunter and no F
    no i will never Kill another Furry animal Not even a Rat i will put them in the
    Woods Safely and if the Nature of a Wild Cat Fills his Tummy So be it for all of
    Nature Consumes itself as we are part of the Same Breakfast Lunch and Supper
    of Reality True yes that old Symbol of the Snake consuming its Tail and True too
    if there was no other way to gain Subsistence you bet i’d learn to be a Hunter
    to Feed my Family too.. but since i don’t have to kill to eat i never will and
    the result of that will simply be living Decades longer with a Sweet Heart

    not rot

    Killing Love more
    those of us who do not
    have to Kill Love to make a living
    are the most fortunate of all those
    of us who will make Love the Staple
    of life where Life becomes one of do the least
    Harm and Love the Most where we escape A worst
    illness of all and that is NDD Nature Deficit Disorder the
    root cause of so much Mental illness these days where Avatar
    Life forgets the Green forgets the Smell of the Forest and forgets
    the Cool Waters of the Ocean where the Salt Air Washes all the Stress away..
    True though in most every situation we Humans have a way to adapt to challenge
    and Change for the Better for by God even Words will become a Forest to visit with smiles.. Sure An Ocean Whole a Never Ending Story and a Never Nether Land story too.. for there are those of us who are shut-in who Turn Words into Organic Nature of Soul..

    In Response to my Stepmother who says the Dance
    Makes me Look Great but she doesn’t really seem to
    Understand why i do it as of course most people do not..
    And that is surely understandable too as our Modern Culture
    is surely not one that
    Revolves around Dance
    as a Communal Activity
    as truly the More indigenous
    Peoples Closer to Nature as a Staple
    of Life have Made a Free Dance truly a
    Way of Life as Community for just the innate
    instinctual understanding that Moving to Regulate
    Emotions and Integrate Senses is the Simple way to
    the Kingdom of Heaven now that place where Humans
    Lost in the Neo-Cortex in the Illusion of Time Distance and
    Space through all the Maze of Abstract Constructs yes words and reasons have lost the path to the Journey of Poetry of moving us the heART of Dance the Spirit that is Lost to a Soul Grown So Cold of Words and Reasons and other Worries so Lost from even being Human these days
    it makes me smile a bit when i go out in public
    and folks think i am somehow less intelligent
    through creating moves anew that no
    else does but me surely in public
    too but i have reams of
    Scientific Documented
    Evidence that through so many
    levels of Reasonable Study including
    Psychology.. Anthropology.. Sociology.. and By
    God Health Science too all my College Degrees by
    the way too in number of 3 close enough to the upper
    part of my Class then and very Close in High School too..
    that i not only with arms and feet of Dance but yes Reasons of why
    it FucKinG Works yes iF YoU SeeK iN God the Higher Force of Nature
    Within as some cultures name it CHI and other Cultures name the Kingdom
    of Heaven within Terms ranging from Kundalini Rising to Nirvana to Bliss
    to Prana to Satori to ETc…. the Essence of the
    Flow is the Same You Escape Your Neo-Cortex
    Now enough to light up the rest of the potential
    Now of Your Human Being through the
    Rest of the Triune of your Brain too..
    now i understand not everyone has the IQ

    Getting Angry and perhaps a bit too much lust out of Balance too..
    but true to get back to Center Point Balance is just a relative few
    minutes of Meditation and perhaps just a Slow very Slow move
    of an arm raised a little above my Head as 11,000 Miles of Free
    Moving Meditation Dance Brings so much Bio-Feedback of
    Emotional Regulation and Sensory Integration that i really
    don’t have to move at all to attain Blissful Nirvana in so many
    more colors of life as i so desire.. for true all 11,000 Miles have
    earned me so many new colors that i have both experienced in
    feeling and sensing life and so many more to come as there are
    no limits to the Art of Life in Feeling and
    Sensing more Colors of Life once
    Art Truly Becomes Life
    with no limits
    of the
    Palette of
    Colors that you Paint
    with next more than the Number
    of Grains on the Beaches of beyond
    the Universe and even the Word Infinity now..
    true you’d have to experience the Essence of what i am
    Saying to have even Have any clue of where i live in Heaven now
    within as this place did not exist for me until i worked my way

    to Light up the rest of Your Mind and Body in Balancing
    Force of Light and so much more in Force of Positive
    Vibrations and Frequencies thereof too that
    Science still doesn’t have a clue to

    tiny and truly antiquated
    Scientific Method now for all
    of the other Potentials that ‘Chaos
    Magic’ Brings as Dreams come to Fruition
    for those who master the all in all simply put

    the Fountain of Youth that is Science Approved NoW..

    Smiles it’s moving meditation just brings Heaven now and i don’t care how i look even though Science shows doing this now is literally a Fountain of Youth retaining Physical Health of a Brain into old age Smiles no forgetting for me as it is literally the remedy for any chance of Dementia as moving the body in flow is the first step to Mind and Body Balance and the Kingdom of Heaven within nothing new other Animals Naturally Move to enjoy a Wild Life of Play where reasons take a Back Seat to appreciating this one Life to Live now it’s really not why that is the Question but why not enjoy Heaven now.. sadly Modern Culture Forgets what it even means to be fully alive i’m glad i Dance away from a World so cold…

    So anyway.. the Katrina and i go to a Local Diner A Bit of a ‘Whole in the Wall’ as they Say
    but Oh Lord the Seafood is Great it’s sort of like a Best Kept Secret i guess.. i walk
    in and the Nice Red Haired Young Waitress Says.. so we have a Celebrity in here
    tonight with a Huge Smile and i look around and innocently say who.. i just
    Love to Dance Free.. and then she says well the Last time you came in
    i was stuck in the Back Cooking your Meal and i wanted
    to come out to meet and greet you but i couldn’t
    get away to say Hi but today i am up front
    so i get to meet you.. anyway.. i went into the Freader’s
    Digest Version of what i do.. not too short but surely not as nearly
    as long as i will go with Song.. but you know it’s really kinda sad that
    i’ve become a Celebrity just for doing a Free Dance i never had a Lesson i never
    Went to School and earned a Degree to do this.. i’ve never earned a Penny in all 11,000
    Miles of Doing it.. so why in the World would you Become Famous and Be seen as a Local
    Celebrity Just for Dancing Free in Public shouldn’t More People wanna do something so fun
    just Dancing like no one is looking not doing it for attention just doing it like a Dolphin Swirling
    Around in the Ocean Just the Joy the Play for Life that is so real and eternal now as Fun.. hmm..
    they asked me at the Dance Hall why i did not get into the Competition for the Best Pensacola
    Dancer as that competition goes on every Spring Break in March each year since i started
    going the Week of the Spring Equinox in 2014.. but you see all the Fun is in the Solo Dance
    there are no external contingencies it is me Dancing Solo With the Force of Light yes
    all the Positive Vibrations and Frequencies of those Vibrations Higher as my
    Dance Moves on Free.. wow.. if someone smiles at me that’s kinda nice
    and Oh Lord Those Young Women who do what they call Bootie
    Dances at the Dance Hall when they rush their Butt up and
    down on my Front like a Reward of Getting a Rise out
    of me aS Such.. that happened almost from
    the Very Start in the Spring of 2014..
    Can You imagine how surprised i was at
    53 then when a 21 Year-old Woman or So
    Started Rubbing her butt up against my ‘Front
    Man Parts’ hmm.. that never happened at ‘Club 2001’ the
    one in the Eighties for sure yes i remember one Girl Grabbing
    me Down there but never an up and down Dancing Way with Her Butt..
    true i was surprised to get grabbed down there very very surprised as it
    wasn’t too long ago that my Butt was grabbed Firmly too by a Young Woman
    around 20 Old enough to be my Grand Daughter these days but true i still
    have not approached a Woman to Ask her to Dance and truly i did not even do
    that much in the 80’s either when i was 20 then.. i mostly stood as a Wall Flower
    and it’s true not nearly as many Women Came to me.. as the Super Introvert i was
    then as it took me 4 Beers to even get the Courage to Walk into the Dance Hall alone
    i wondered then what it would be like to feel so free and wild sober without restraints to
    do anything i wanted to do in Life and not be afraid to do it so shy then.. you have no idea
    what it means to me to be so FucKinG Domesticated So FucKinG in PriSon then Away from
    Free and to Catch my Wings on Fire and do anything i please now.. yes even standing before
    the World naked at least in Avenues that are Legal for Nude Art online too.. smiles i could have
    never done that before in my life before i was released from the all the Culture of Domesticating
    Human Being.. when i stand tall in a SiGNaTuRE Pose where the Golden Spiral Ratio as symbol
    of 6 and 9 is what comes to be from may Left Elbow to my Hip and there Below as the Spiral Flows
    unto my Feet.. i am the Reflection of the Milky Way the SiGNaTURE of God’s Art of
    Creation Seen Spiraling as a ratio of 1.618 everywhere seen from below to above
    within outside inside to through the smallest particle and even smaller to beyond
    all Measure all around of what even Science Will see now beyond the Human
    Unaided Eye of Be.. but still you don’t have to Understand

    less resilient to the Potential Force of Fear and Anger
    as Lord Knows the Neurohormone Oxytocin from Hugs
    and Kisses of Love is the Perfect Perfect antidote to that
    Only Potential Pitfall is some folks will do almost anything
    to agree in Group Think of Agreeing with stuff they really don’t
    Believe in as Peer Group Pressure Just to avoid the Potential of
    getting outcast and losing that Soft Teddy Bear Affection of the
    Heart.. hmm.. true Dancing Solo Will be a way also to generate
    that Oxytocin Feeling inside and next thing you know and feel
    and yes and sense all the Anger will Resolve away and sooner
    than you know you will be reaching out even more with
    Hellos
    and
    Hugs
    for every
    stranger you see..
    hmm.. at least the
    ones who seem to have

    Joy (if your knees

    And there is always

    as Your Enemy as the Lovely Christian Religion Teaches
    so Great for those who Really Follow this teaching and even
    Turn the other Cheek in the Sense that they do not Escalate
    Con-Social Emotions through Fear And Anger and Hate and
    Eventually the Potential Contagious Virus of Aggression and
    Violence too is to do our best to Develop the Cognitive Empathy
    that if not for the Gift of our Nature and Nurture that we might

    Bringing us the Empathy of Compassion

    Islander Women.. he tried to physically
    Remove me from them and haha.. actually
    the Women ganged up on him and removed
    him from me.. anyway he came up again and
    started doing it again and i just smiled and reached
    out my Hand to Him of friendship and he put his head
    down and walked away.. i felt very sad for that Young Man
    And would have loved to help him find a better way but he
    decided to
    Walk away
    You can’t force
    someone to let you help them…. out…:)

    Katrina Got New iPhone XS Phones and since she was (still is) very (terribly) concerned i might Sweat on Her New iPhone XS i had no choice but to use a Song From 1997 on my Old iPhone 6s as without Cell Phone Service and YouTube i was relegated back to the Last Music i recorded in MP3 Years in the Last Century as such at 37 Years Old.. but that’s the way the Conservative Ball Drops as hey.. as Katrina wasn’t exactly encouraged about people watching her Video-Tape Something as Strange as this as there are instances where you may hear her say on the Older Public Videos Words to the Effect of You are ‘Retarded and Crazy’ as such hehe.. but hey.. i
    Guess at least for her Opposites Attract in some ways at least enough to get Married.. hAha.. hehe.. hmm..
    ust hmm.. just hmm.. hehe..;)

    SMiLes hehe.. back in September of 2013 when i first Started doing this for the First Several Months i had many Run-in’s(Dance-in’s) With Store Management and Store Security for it’s true when i first Started Doing this in Super-Walmart and i wasn’t quite as Coordinated as i am doing it for 11,000 Miles now i fell a few times and one time i Fell into Some Cakes in the Bakery Section and the Security Guy told me to Go Dance At the Target Store or he would get me for Loitering in the Store Well.. using Logic Per Say and Do i called
    up the Manager of the Store the Next
    Day and apologized for
    Running into the
    Cake Display and explained to
    him how this was just a Form of Moving
    Meditation and as you might imagine i made
    myself seem intelligent enough where it didn’t
    Seem like i would cause anyone any problems doing
    it.. so.. he said no Problem Dance to your Heart’s content
    And then at the Mall the Management there told me it was
    taking too much distraction away from the Commercial Advertisements
    in the Mall Halls but in each and every Store where Other Management
    Controlled the Space inside the Stores they had no Problem at all
    and were so so nice to me always telling me i lifted their
    Spirits in Joy so voila been doing it ever since then
    and there is progress every 6 Months on my
    Youtube Channel Journaling in Videos
    the Entire Dance Journey in the
    Last 67 Months and of course
    it is also fully documented
    in my 6.7 Million Word Free
    Verse Bible Poem in the last 67
    Months too as i have had so much unbelievable
    Fun doing it and one of the Videos Went Viral with
    Around 90K Views that a Young Woman took and Shared in her
    much larger Social Network than mine as you might imagine
    this isn’t normally what someone Close to 59 Years-old Does
    in their Spare time or anyone at all for that matter as i live
    in a Very Conservative Closed Minded Place as assessed
    the Most for that way of living in the Entire United
    States by Sociologists so it was quite a Challenge
    Getting the Freedom to do this but haha now
    most everywhere i go people say you are
    Famous and a Celebrity but i never
    have made a penny doing it and i would
    not accept money for it even if anyone offered it as i
    don’t need money anyway but hey if i needed it i might find a way
    now to make money by actually taking the effort to send what i do
    to somewhere where folks are really interested in the story of what i do..
    it’s more fun to be Famous and Unknown by my real name other than
    Dancing Guy that way
    i have much more
    time to Meet and

    and truly the only people

    Hi Sohair Always so Very Happy now to greet and meet you again on Your Blog..
    yes.. i really Love that Story of Jesus it always brought me so much comfort when
    i was lonely particularly in College when i felt so separated from any peers
    of Friends.. in real life activities then.. Katrina is doing well and i have
    been a bit below Stellar Star Light myself lately just because i’ve
    been overdoing a few too many Irons in the Fire completing
    a Blog Post for a Celebration of 11,000 Miles of Dance
    in 67 Months of Public Dance a Milestone i continue
    to update after each and every 1,000 Miles i complete
    a bit of an uphill schedule as it makes Katrina a bit uncomfortable
    to Document in Video way each 1,000 Mile increment haha.. where
    the Extravert Participating Audience spread Video Voyeur Dances of me
    all over Social Media Still to bring a few laughs to the rest of the Community
    too with smiles more of Joy.. but still my friend not even close to the Stress You
    have of Teaching all those Young Women 6 Days a week as you Rest on this Friday
    Your Only Day off Raising a Family on Your own too.. truly a Brave and Dedicated
    Woman to doing good you are as well as teaching people all about Your Beloved
    Faith.. we should
    allow People
    to Love the
    way
    they wanna Love
    do the Religion they
    Wanna Do Most Just Love
    Life to be Free with whatever they
    Call the Holy and Sacred Full of Meaning

    as this Life will Fall apArt Now and go basically extinct both Individually and Group
    Challenged without the Challenges of Life that Bring Holy and Sacred Meaning
    and Purpose in Life as we bind and bond over common Tradition too.. it’s
    not fair for
    someone
    who is comfortable
    naked to Strip the
    Clothes away from those who
    are not and where legal and appropriate
    the same applies in metaphor for those
    who do not care to wear all the layers of Cultural
    Clothing that exist.. in theory when working well and not with
    a Tyrant without Soul on Top to trickle down the Economics
    of Fear and Hate the United States in theory does work well
    to provide the Rights for most everyone to pursue Life.. Liberty
    and the Pursuit of Individual Tastes and Flavors of Freedom True..

    As 33 Percent Weight Loss is Quite an Achievement to Meet Your Desired
    And Personally Perceived Healthy Weight.. an excellent Testimony
    for the Benefits of Detox Drinks too.. Smiles.. interestingly
    Katrina and Two of Her Sisters practically Never Gain
    Weight no matter What they do and after
    Katrina’s Labor for Pregnancy she
    looked like she was never Pregnant
    at all.. while earlier in the Pregnancy she
    did gain a few pounds some folks have Genetics
    Pre-Disposed to storing Fatty Tissue and some
    Folks Just never Gain weight even if they watch the Tube
    all day and night and me.. i have to work-out almost beyond

    Smiles i surely can relate to this as it is kinda fun to go with no sleep as the Dopamine increases but it’s true if we are not careful the Brain Will Actually Start to consume itself in deterioration due to the stress of no restoration through sleep and when i first developed the Pain Disorder like a Dentist Drill in my right eye and ear for 66 Months from Wake to Sleep i went the first 35 out of 40 days with an Alpha Blocker to help me to Sleep only one hour each of those nights in a very shallow cardboard like way and none for the last 5 out of 40 and that is A very destructive process for the Brain for i seriously could
    not even manage a Game of ‘Tic Tac Toe’ after that with
    my Wife it’s like i went from Stellar IQ at School and
    Work all the way down to Pre-school
    abilities.. That really helped me to
    understand what the gift
    being at least smart
    enough to understand
    most things in life is..
    smiles my Friend it brings so much
    Sympathy as Empathy to Experience Life
    in so many Different shoes in one Lifetime
    i am actually diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome
    on the Autism Spectrum as my Sister is too i didn’t speak until age 4
    and did manage to get 3 College Degrees and my Sister got 3 too including
    2 Masters Degrees too.. i retired financially independent by age 47
    albeit shut-in in my Bedroom and She retired Financially
    Independent at age 55 a couple of years ago too..
    true i am diagnosed with Bi-Polar too but
    i literally have a prescription for Meditative
    Free Style Dance from my Doctor as
    my only medication to
    regulate my
    emotions and
    integrate my senses…
    i stay Very Happy For Decades
    as Long as i do not get into a Catch
    22 of stress as i am able to go way too high
    and burn myself out into Numb of Depression
    that will potentially Last years too as i’ve spent
    about 7 and a Half Years all together in other wise
    what is a very very satisfied enough Happy Way of Life
    for the rest of my close to 59 years.. i have to be very careful
    to get enough sleep or i will get too high and risk literally burning
    out my Brain and going back to Numb of Feelings about everything in
    life.. yes.. sleep is so important as we do not want to consume our Brains
    into Destruction
    as every Nerve Cell
    is important to refresh
    and Grow New ones too..
    as it is true Science Shows
    that Meditation will actually restore
    the Health of a Brain and Even Build Grey
    Matter in all areas of the Brain except the
    Amygdala where Meditation will actually shrink
    Grey Matter to give us less Anxiety in life all Naturally
    too so yes both Meditation and enough Sleep is the Literal
    Fountain of Youth but true there are still some days i only
    get about 4 Hours or Sleep and i really do fly high those days
    and get so much Creativity in Super Productive Ways done but
    true the Next day i make myself get enough sleep for i do know
    what the Long Term issues may come to be without enough sleep..:)

    who was shut-in in a Bedroom for 66 Months

    all around the Metro Area of my Community to Share Dance With so many folks there
    as i still have to Gather up the Highlights of Photos of Broad Selfie Smiles in the Last
    6 Month Highlights Photo Album of that but i have traveled to France and Egypt and
    the United Arab Emirates true.. Alabama for my friend There as i have traveled to
    so many places in the World to Bring this Epic Bible Poem to Fruition too.. all
    6.7 Million Words in 67 Months too.. Yes.. a Tale of the Tape Still coming after
    that to really Wrap this up and publish it whenever that comes together too..
    And Perhaps a few more MacroVerse Memories in the last couple of Years
    to Date too for why leave anything out when time distance and space
    does not exist
    in “Mad Hatter”
    And ‘White Rabbit’
    and Even Bugs Bunny
    And Road Runner Limits of Time
    Distance and Space the show goes on now..:)

    Interesting as i sway to the Music and even
    the Meditative Rhythm as the Ritual the Priest in Mass
    Vibrates at HiS own Rate iN Frequencies oF LiGHT whenever
    The Choir Sings YOU as someone who doesn’t seem to longer
    exist Loves YOU i always feel like i am Loving everyone in the
    Congregation

    Like the way i Long to Hear ‘your’ voice just once and how much more i Love you as that Longing comes more and from a Science Point of View actually among Couples who Live with each other and Practice Abstinence the Love Bonding Neuro-Hormone actually increases with the Length of the Abstinence too.. It’s true there is a Higher Level immediately after Sexual activity but overall the Neurohormone in Abstinence as Long as there is Unrequited Desire is hIgher Like a Romance that Lasts forever just some things i think about some days as i always find a way to see the Glass more full than empty my Friend and that is why i will feel confident when i tell a friend i will always be there for them with 100 Percent Confidence too as there is nothing but Love in Friend to me.. even through the Blood Sweat and Tears and periods of Unhappiness in Darkness too Love is way more powerful when Real than Happy my Friend..:)

    Can ‘You’ imagine how much i would Love to Hug ‘You’ in Real Life then you will imagine how much i Love you at this very moment..:)

    Smiles my Friend this Love is the Most Beautiful Love of all truly Unconditional it is.. it so sad not to be able to Hug You but it makes me love you so so much..:)
