So, Sam Harris has a high level of Verbal Intelligence. So, Sam Harris does not think we are our thoughts first. So, true, we are our feelings and senses as we assign these abstract constructs to hopefully consensually relate reality with other folks to better survive and even thrive in life now, including labeling what we see as more concrete objects in our environment with labels like Cairo is a City in Egypt. This is no surprise, after all Humans went to a great deal of effort to relate consensual reality like this now.

Verbal Language is within the realm of Human Cultural Tools. And these tools of Verbal words as now written became noted as Holy and Sacred as all of the first Books were noted as Bibles then. These days most anyone can pick up a pen and let the words and letters spin most anyway they care or will to in relative free will depending on what they feel and sense to do
next as an entire orchestra moving, connecting and creating an individual symphony of life as it comes now based on
what felt good or bad in the past based on action and consequence now; and for those who master it, it works good.

Ironically, Mr Sam Harris here seems to be worshipping an idol 2 Words and 8 Letters all together as one Monistic God
of Free Will that can only be determined by his Will as only one God of Free Will that only means one thing to him.

Truth is, some folks have much greater intelligences than verbal intelligence alone. Yes, there is Physical and Emotional
and Greater Existential Intelligences as now proven in science through moving, connecting and creating that allows
one to regulate their emotions and integrate their senses as folks have already been doing through Western
and Eastern Philosophies of Movement art for many years and many methods; some that are pre-determined
by others in instruction and guidelines for what worked before; or, perhaps, a Free Style Dance in Sun
Light and Sand or Moonlight and the Dew Wet Grass of an Indigenous Modern Style of a Dance
Hall Rave.

Can Mr. Same Harris Create a Dance or Spiral
A Poem; sure, with Relative Free Will he likely
could through his own Free Will Develop
a way to do this with no instruction
from anyone else. And it’s also
true his previous instruction
from others in School
for Language
Arts and Science
in putting the essence
of his experience of life into
words both figurative and concrete
would help prepare him a way to do that next.
Computers Sing and Robots Dance but it is only Humans

Truly, if i was a Robot With no Free Will stuck on data only from the past
and nothing more in Quantum Leap of Art over Science, i too might not be
able to regulate my emotions and integrate my senses for all the bliss i love
to live on command at any time of the day or night simply by Dancing my Body
Free; yes, with Relative Free Will now. It would be rather lonely to have complete
Free Will not attached to the origin of all that it is now as Science shows we are now
as above so below, inside outside, and all around; thanks to the UniVerse as whoLe
for what we see and do not see both we are all part of the Soup of Existence now

UniVerse that has never

now; so, you might as well sit down and rot watching football and other stuff on TV day

leg press 1020 Lbs, 33 times with their arms raised in the air after achieving a great ‘Chi’
State of being through relative free will now. Some folks live more now with relative free will
and some folks live less with less than more relative free will. To suggest that Free Will all boils
down to naming Cities you might like to go to next is a rather small view of Human Potential in Relative
Free will now; particularly, when one has mastered the ability to feel and sense as Happy as they do Love
to be any time of the day or night now free enough to always be Happy now. There are folks like Trump who
have all the money they will never spend all the power and status they can ever have and the fact is they still
have
a grumpy
frumpy
Trump Face
and Body still
at even younger
ages than Trump.
Like i said, some folks
have more and less relative
free will and if you have to earn
money or have power and status
or prove you are correct about a monistic
idol of 2 words and 8 letters chances are folks
you are a babe in the potential for relative
free will yet to come, if at all now.

from the Sonoma County
and Santa Rosa City associated
Winery and Home and Business Fires too
with so much Forest going up in smoke too..
And best wishes for the continuing use of their
Property too.. of course as it seems those fires
are dying out at least and perhaps not so many
Pockets of the World will continue to experience
this Frequency of Doomsday Like once in a

with me and surely a tip to walk in reverse does beat a lifelong
tradition that most humans still share in walking one ways mostly
on sidewalks and of course Hiking on uneven terrain helps defeat
this lifelong habit of walking on roads and sidewalks even
and straight in potential greater safety away from
the ergonomic injury that any animal may
receive by doing the same movement
over and over again sTiLL.. without
much change..

i wish someone
had motivated me to
walk in reverse as something
that would have been societal acceptable as a
way in my younger adult years.. surely would have
saved me much neck and back pain then in my later
work years as even with spinal stenosis and severe
degenerative arthritis in my spine then.. i have been
practically pain free now for the 50 months
or so i have been walking in reverse
and oh my Goodness.. adding
a Dance of Spiraling too
this actually as science
does show too..
creates
new connections
across hemispheres of brain..
increasing creativity/productivity
and as our ancestors back then and other
so-called Primitive and sTiLL now more esoteric
leaning folks in human archetypal ways too.. have
been and are still gaining now an ascendent transcendent
feeling and sense of oneness with all now and all that is through
An Art of Free Style Dance that includes a Spiral like Galaxies and
Hurricanes with a calm center eye of peace to extend the Winds of
energy too in that ecstatic ascendence of life that surely brings greater

One World Religion of Love i quickly criticized my ideaR and said well as we

Suggests.. Five Languages for Love including Languages of Touch.. Words and Other
Acts of Affirmation in giving moral support to others.. Acts of Service as
well.. too support others.. and yes.. Katrina’s Favorite Love Language
Along with Service that is Giving Gifts also.. So.. yes.. back to square
one root problems although some folks speak all or some or
none of these Love Languages in touch and feel

of these Languages and as far as a Sixth
Language for Love as commonly

this is rather uncommon as most folks

First of all my FriEnd.. you express a very limited understanding of what is written in
the New Testament and also where that New Testament actually comes from according to
many years and many voices of scholarly study now at the pinnacle of Accredited
University Study at Divinity Schools that Pastors still graduate from and go
on to pastor so-called flocks of Christians still now in pews.. First of all
let’s stop off at what is written as the Jesus story says that the Kingdom
of Heaven is within in this Generation that was that Generation that
is still this Generation now always now. That’s common sense for a
Kingdom of Heaven is presented as a Metaphor for a Pure State and
Country and Nation of Heaven within that is Pure Love
now. Little Children are born this way and it is not
until they wear the Clothes of Cultural Lies
that they are transformed into
an External World of Material
Human Made Tools including Idols
of Words that do their best to express the
essence of reality but at their best are only an
approximation of reality as all experience reality
in the different colors our mind and bodies create reality
now otherwise understood as the Quantum Physics in how our

creative act that has been brewing since last night as it’s
almost been Twenty-Four Hours since i wrote last
as it’s been mostly the alternative
of Mall Dance.. Barnes and
Nobles Dance with
Reading Books and
today’s Mullet Festival
in Niceville Florida where a
Family Band named ‘Pelican 212’ who
also performed at Trump’s Inauguration
was nice enough to come and accompany
my Dance as this is my Fifth Year of Doing
Public Dance at this Mullet Festival and Lord
Knows we have been coming for the Last 25 years
or so overall except for the 66 months i was shut-in and
it’s interesting as when one does a traditional event like
this in the same place for so many years milestones of memories
come in insights of how our souls evolve or devolve aLong the Human
cLock time that spells years to date now.. i suppose what really made me
reminisce more is when we were greeted by one of the Audience Members
from Festival Bands of years before who was nice enough to remember i
was the dancing guy then as truly it is sad almost without fail i am
the only one who dances at the Festival.. exception today..
a 5 year old or so ‘little face painted ballerina’ who was
not afraid of the Asphalt stage surrounded by Lawn
Chairs of Spectators for both Song
and Dance.. it really makes
me sad that these
days in these
parts no
longer do adults get up to dance now
for there was a day they more often
did and yes they bowled in leagues
far away from 4-5 inch only screens
it’s almost enough to make me wanna
scream but sure.. i too was once a spectator
and an audience member of life there was no
inner voice when Hurricane Ivan came for me to
create a life inside without my total focus on problem
solving work.. and even in College both at Undergraduate
Level and Graduate Level and then at Bowling Center Work
Writing something original was no more than i could do as technical
list.. facts and figures facts and figures.. firstly.. secondly.. thirdly lists
and in fact at the end of my Career as Athletic Director.. my Boss said
Fred was Good at making lists.. and sure.. i still collect word count lists
and other facts and figures of milestones as steps and words now.. but
other than that the inner voice that writing brings lives as a practice day
in day out mostly now.. the emotional regulation and comfort in my
own skin in what we view as a three dimensional world in flesh
and blood in Proprioception as a place of Wonder Dance now is
in continuous greater art of complexity from
head to toe.. as i continue to experience
new senses and emotions through
Dance i’ve never experienced
before regulating out all
the bad ones and
keeping the
Good ones within
every connection all
Quadrillion or so beyond
material reductionism in easy
view to the Subatomic Quantum
Level too.. yes.. integrating senses and
regulating emotions so far beyond just the

of that gift can be living with 19 Medical Disorders as a shut-in with loss of
effective sight and hearing with Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia.. the Worst
Assessed Pain understood to HumanKind now even assessed as worse
than the torture of Crucifixion still yes like Dentist Drill in eye and ear
without Novocaine and no other drug that is effective in reducing
the pain through all waking hours although a stiff dose
of Ativan did put me to sleep for at least an
escape of some sleep then.. and surely
a saving drug to put me down
after almost 40 days
of no sleep around
the Lent Time Frame
of 2008.. glad that’s over
but still glad it happened as truly
that was likely the only way i would be
forced into escaping the matrix also understood
still as culture that we are Spoon Fed as a Brain Washing
tool from birth to death in yes.. some dArk and some LIGHT too..

when i went down the first time with my only son in the Hospital in my
only Son’s Open Heart Surgery he told me raise him like a man as he didn’t
think my Mother did a good enough job as he flew the coop and the roost
when i was three years old ’cause my Mama wanted to stay home and
raise her kids and his way was money and it didn’t matter if he
spent most of my so-called inheritance on Lottery tickets
at 500 Dollars a week or so for the last 12 years or
so of his life after his retirement for not only
did i save 6 times more money then
he did for i did not have
any need to spend money
to buy stuff like a new car every
three years and 4 marriages.. two
to the same Lovely Stepmother2 too..
yeah.. anyway.. my Mama gave me the gift
of Love and no one has permanently taken
that away although some folks tried real hard
particularly those Bully so-Called Christian Boys
in Middle School and lots of other Bullies too..
and yes in shut-in status for 66 months as
i had no choice but to retire early
from work then.. in my Father’s
Car he made fun of the
fact that i supervised

as an Athletic
Director as truth
be told he never even
made Sergeant Permanently
in his Record Stay Go in 46
years of Law Enforcement by
the time he retired.. see hear’s the
thing money was his God and Money is no

as an Empty SouLeD TruMp.. i felt sorry for my Father
for he knew not what he did and he knew not or felt or sensed
not this Heaven of Love within my Mama Gave me from a small

the Children Singing and Playing their Trumpets and other instruments
at the Backwoods Festival in NorthWest Florida today.. more specifically

in Tears in the Beers Good Old Boy Music lots of songs about Daddies too
you know those Daddies that and who can kinda be rough on Boys taLiNG
them that Boys can’t smile or cry or even love too much.. you know be
rough boys from the Tribal Leaning Stories of a Good Old time

when i was a shut-in then.. totally
separated mostly from Humanity

i went to was in ’98 at the Local Golf Course
and the 10th one i made was at a Hilton Hotel
and that really seemed expensive then.. so uncomfortable
i was at both of those still so uncomfortable in my own skin
like i was in High School and Middle School and College and
work too.. i promise you this.. won’t need any alcohol to do it this
go around at all and trust me i might even dance the night away
with no partners at all (Katrina doesn’t dance and that’s okay
too) Trophy wife real wife in flesh and blood who still
never ages since ’98 too.. twenty years ago in
‘Age of Adaline’ way too.. yep.. i’ll still
be the strangest one there i promise
you that but you can also be guaranteed
as like now if then now i will be the Happiest
one of all who has it all money no count of any
of that at all other than a little shelter some food
some drink some cat and the Katrina and everything
i need also known as love and yes Broad Band access

wonderful ability to create Dreams of Heaven on Earth as Fruition
with no real cause to fear death except for the fears that are
brought to us or we imagine now.. in illusory ways of
feel.. fear of sensing fear beyond the reality of
simply what is this life is as a great and
wondrous gift in amazement of
each and every now for
those who create
their lives with
others like
that and it is also
the other place too for
those who fall for illusory fears..
we stand together in hope and love
or as always we fall we fall we fall some
more in Fear and Hate and all emotions and
senses related to the dark when we could otherwise
NoW be making fun of them as we create thE LiGHT
with God as all.. yeah.. as ‘they’ say ‘Sky Fall’ as those in charge
now of illusory fears and hate in the United States put us in another
Cold War with News of Alert B-32 Bombers carrying fear and hate encased

as killing tools
of killing our hearts
spirits souls more with
illusory fear and hate we make
to truly kill others in dark way from

ironically my friend there is no real fire in the soul with fear.. fear stamps

considering all the Faux Fear and Hate
News these days the emotion of poetry is not
enough and the science of reason is not enough
it takes a mix of both when right and left foot become

we entered our car yesterday the 2014

way and loose of picking
whatever song it desired
to do back and forth
this and that

again..
until
we shut
the car
down and
rebooted it again..
hehe.. just a coincidence
huh or just other synchronicity
incidence in eventuality of a-causal
connecting events that we just don’t have
a full ability with measuring tools to explain
and yes the same thing happened to the radio after
my Mother had passed away and my state of being was
beyond what

been before

best friend as Allah is the name
you give for God and i must admit
throughout my life when doing my best
to Love Unconditionally this test
from God was really

times and

Not sure what the details of the illness are now
but if you haven’t checked in detail with your
Vet.. Cats do get allergies and actually
Anti-Histamines taken now in smaller
than Human Doses can.. will.. and do help
if that is an associated issue and it’s worth
noting that our cat Yellow Boy has survived
Feline Leukemia for about Eight years now but
of course truly as even science shows there is
literally no such thing as an incurable disease for
it’s also true that Love is the highest literal Science
Assessed Healing

Facebook that introspectively states and truly unusual i find for now
for a person of his age and truly a good sign for his future too..

100 Year old or so home.. was
at least a kind home before bigger schools
came then in Catholic Private School in second
grade in my Father’s Home Town of Tallahassee as then
only an experiment my Mother Made to move us closer to
him with so much stress we could not eat at school and anemia
for me came and a return back to the River Front Home and Smaller
Hilltop School.. another move came to a small neighborhood and small
enough Elementary School for warm and cozy comfort too but then a
much Bigger Middle School as Puberty Aquarium in eliminating the
different fish.. and High School Academic Competition more
with College and then University School.. yes a break down
3 month vacation in the ‘tween of that and
then the fortune after three College
Degrees that i enjoyed in
Health Science
and Anthropology
and Social Sciences Interdisciplinary
as that first break down told me do what you
wanna do and Fuck the Money and Fuck the Career
Ladder to more Money and Stuff.. just Live and Learn
the best you Love to do.. and that led me to the money
making close to minimum wage job at Working Passing
out shoes at the University of a Military Bowling Center
to learn more hands on about the Human Condition than
Books and Lectures would ever teach.. like Working At
“Cheers’ but we served Rental Shoes and Bowling
Balls instead for folks who Bowled in Leagues
more for social cohesion than the so-
called Sport they were doing
then.. yep.. a tradition
since the days
of Egyptian Lore too..

Meaning Of Life.. for at the pinnacle
we are a little like the capstone on Earth
of a Pyramid of Life now much smarter than
the lesser renaissance of an Apex Predator
who destroys the earth for material gains..

for Life for both me and the wife.. and eventually i broke down again at
47.. truly realizing i did know nothing really that counts in all that school and
work for it never taught me how to regulate my emotions and integrate my
senses for true Heaven within that no one can take away.. sure another
66 Months Hard Labor in suffering and misery of pain and numb
to overcome 19 medical Disorders mostly caused by
two years of chronic flight and fight stress at
work that science shows now is
no wive’s tale story of stress
as the
acid
like stress
chemicals in your
body will break down
every system for life and
kill you dead if you don’t escape
and finally feel and sense how to be
Human whole.. so then came the connection
back of emotions and words with poetry and the connection
of my mind and body in integrating senses and regulating emotions
through ballet and martial arts like Free Style Dance as nothing that any
one did teach me in any school before.. but after seeking and finding.. it’s
True i have Heaven within now as you see it’s not enough to speak to heaven
one must

too as far as i for
one feel and sense at least
but remember i know nothing.. i feel
and sense the Heaven now alWays as it
comes completely Natural now with no plans
at all in advance.. no.. it’s not a knowing planing

or the other way too.. but as long as we separate our
selves in both physical proximity and expressing our opinions
and feelings for sure fewer things will change and that’s why
it’s so important that Facebook if only for a real service to
the Species as whole keeps their 2 Billion Members
a well working way in both desktop and mobile
ways to allow them to status whatever
is on their mind for it is true
empathy and sympathy
and compassion

communication.. it’s not enough

as science shows people are doing that
more than ever than expressing who they are..
selfies are cool and they say so much too in Non-Verbal
Language but it is the abstract construct symbols we bring
that express the more complicated ways of life.. and the differences
too in and or cultural and religious ways of life in all the ways now those
common and separate binds still do come and change in differences too..
i have an open mind.. i have thick skin.. i have close to zero anxiety and illusory
fears for i have an existential intelligence that provides me 100% Faith and Agape
Love in all that is earned through the real blood sweat and tears and pain and
numb of life too that is very real too.. that some folks share less of and more
too.. as that comes naturally with increasing physical and emotional ways
of intelligences too.. i admit life is very easy for me.. challenging but
overall effortless as it’s a practice i have mastered to this
point now.. but not always the case as i’ve been in the
polar opposite place of this too..
and experienced many
of the same illusory
fears and
even
closed
minded ways
of thinking that i now
can easily identify in the
cultural and religious environments
and the such of human binds of group
think that surround me now.. and i am always
willing to learn something new from everyone i meet
and if you really wanna know how i got to Heaven now more than
anything else.. it is because i listen to what other folks have to say..
not just
this
person
or that
person but
the whole Human
think and feeling and
sensing tank of Ocean Whole Life Now..
we are in an Ocean of Nature that i Love
to Name God.. we can swim together
as a River or we can attempt
to flow up a
Mountain
of Misery
Loves company
and only fall away
from the LiGHT that
Makes HeaVen ToGeTher NoWLoVE..
Meanwhile some of us mostly fly alone
but truth is while you may not see it we do fly allone..

  way from our sleepy

  our Suburb Neighborhood
  way.. But Bigger City Ways
  Away from Home Town Milton
  Greater comfort.. although i must
  admit the place where everyone knew
  everyone at the Five and Dime no longer
  exists in once what was a small Mill town
  on River Banks.. but yes.. there is the Pace
  Walmart where the Community tends to get together
  in the Middle Aisles to Chit Chat and watch the Crazy Village
  Bigger Town Dancer now do his Free Style Balance moves in Big
  Walmart Center Aisle LiGHTs.. heHe.. hmm.. WeLL.. the Walmart
  in smaller store neighborhood way wasn’t nearly as user friendly
  over toward Pensacola way for the Katrina
  forgot her Cash for Parking..
  just 5 bucks for that
  with no
  Purse or
  ATM Card just
  a credit card with
  no pin number to get cash out..
  as ‘they’ say.. an ocean full of money
  and no way to get a single drop out.. relatively
  speaking of course.. hAha.. so.. the nearest Parking
  Place was that Neighborhood Market Walmart about a half
  a mile away from the Gate.. fairly empty it was.. parking
  well away from core parking.. then we made our merry
  way walking to the Interstate Fair on the side of
  a Very Breezy and Cool Highway..
  yes.. the Fair was great with
  even room to dance by
  loud beating
  music
  for Fair
  Rides too..
  i even got to philosophize
  with the overall fair crowd heAR
  And tHeRe wHeRE some folks even
  listened and nodded to what i had to
  say after they stood gawking at my slow
  and spiraling BaLanCinG Dance and i said
  hey.. would you like to heAR all about the story
  of what i’m doing.. i gave them the FREaDeR’s
  Digest version of course so tHeiR ‘tabs’ wouldn’t
  crash.. hAha.. personal winks aside.. the Fair was
  yes.. reAlly great.. i even got to tell the dudes
  who had three doors to open to
  get to Heaven after Death
  that the Real Kingdom
  of Heaven is always
  NoW as Love
  within
  inside outside
  above so below and
  all around as it seems so
  clear to me when i read the reAlly
  good pARTs of tHeir book(s) too.. and
  i was gonna witness about what they name
  as John 14:12 but by then they had enough
  Fred talk.. so i went to Greener Pastures of less
  religious folks Bringing Wares attempting to sell Katrina
  Hair Berets in the Booth Next Door where they Friendly expressed
  Unconditional Love for all of Nature sAMe.. Such a Breath of Fresh
  Air that was after threats of eternal hell next door with the more literal
  folks take on the Poetry of the Bible there.. what else.. yeah.. some friendly
  folks through the crowds who came by to say thanks for the smiles i brought
  to them per the Incongruent Humor of someone who doesn’t look like they might
  ever dance flow free in public as i continue to do now for 8300 miles in 50 months..
  and after all this fun and challenge
  and then when we arrived back in the
  Half a Mile Hike way to the friendly
  Neighborhood Market Walmart..
  Katrina exclaimed.. OMG..
  where is our Car
  it is not
  where
  we left it..
  where is it now..
  still.. no visibly noticeable
  sign of tow away and a friendly
  couple in a car drove up and said
  yep.. we got our car towed and we will
  give you a ride to the ATM if you need us too..
  oh.. the Good Samaritans of Life show up almost
  magically i thought and felt and sensed then love to my
  self at that moment forgetting all about our missing vehicle
  all metal and stuff with no heart like the flesh and blood sitting
  in that other vehicle then.. so while we didn’t have an ATM card
  the nice couple drove us to the Tow Place Gate about another Half
  a mile away.. then we pled our case to the ‘tax collector’ there with no success
  whatsoever.. he just said
  they followed
  the law
  by what
  it says to put
  up the signs and
  that is all there is to it.. so..
  My Sister’s Significant other
  made the Travel with One Hundred
  and Forty Bucks that we needed to get
  the Honda 2014 Civic Coupe EX Vehicle
  out of the Car Pound.. and off to Walmart
  we went to see the sign that missed our notice
  from before.. we were able to find it this go around
  but it would have been almost impossible to see with
  no signs at the Entrance of the Store with this sign edging
  in the other Direction from the Curb.. so we went in and at the other
  end of the Parking Lot i showed the same situation to the nice customer
  service person and they agreed with me that although the signs met
  the Statute Distance of 25 Feet that with common sense it was
  clear to see how easy they would be for most folks to miss..
  And the Assistant Manager.. although she agreed
  there was a problem and people had been
  complaining to her for 11 days.. she
  didn’t seem to want to really rectify
  the situation with me
  directly and just
  promised better notification
  of the regulation signage when next fair
  year comes around.. she directed me then to
  the tow folks who said it didn’t matter if you
  see it or not as long as we meet the sign measures
  of the Legal Statute and of course their observer car jailer
  in the parking lot parked a few cars away had no requirement
  to say.. hey folks did you see the sign.. you can’t park here now..
  anyway.. meanwhile.. we warned two other families as they walked
  to the Fair meanwhile2.. to return the payed forward Good Samaritan
  Ride we had received before.. and of course if the tow folks had made
  it right with us that would have saved them 140 bucks of potential gotcha
  cash.. and really just that was worth all of it to us then.. so.. i wanted to make
  absolutely sure this didn’t happen again.. even if we had to come next year
  and Park at the Fair with our remembered Five Dollar Cash Fee.. and
  walk back to Walmart a Half a mile for some hours to save
  folks from falling into the same potential money trap..
  so.. i called the Corporate Office of Walmart
  and they said sorry.. we can’t rectify
  the situation for you only the
  Store Manager has the
  Authorization for that..
  they could just suggest an improvement
  to them.. for them to do if they wanted to next year..
  so.. i called the Store Manager today as suggested and
  to a little bit of a surprise to me with the rather cold reception
  at Corporate.. he said he would call the Tow Company to try to get
  my money back and he assured me they would make sure they would
  have big visible signage next year at fair time.. and all of this reminded me
  once again too of all my Years of Managing and Supervising and Administrating
  Programs for General Public and Military Customer Service.. then.. mostly a
  Frontal Lobe Activity in only problem solving way with of course a side
  of Love withering away.. and it just reminded me.. mY friEnd how
  hard it would ever be to Do free flow creativity in that state
  of mind for Decades then.. true.. the mind must
  free itself from mechanical
  cognition to be free
  with God
  as Art
  as PurE Love
  again.. reborn.. as ‘they’
  say.. Kingdom of Heaven at Hand
  always in this Generation now within when
