I am a very polite and kind person in real life.
But my entire life people have taken that kindness for weakness.
But truly most of them have no idea how strong i am,
either in the spirit of love or the spirit of strength.
Walking into middle school the first day in 6th grade,
homophobic so-called real boys call me the F word
and not the Fred word, for smiling generously,
at everyone I meet in the hall.
Nah, they never see what
I am capable of in strength,
until i challenge the biggest football player
to a game of arm wrestling, me at skin and bones,
and him extremely muscled for a 13 year-old,
at that time, in 8th grade.
I put him down
in less than a second,
and he says, oh sh**, Fred is STRONG.
After all, my middle is Arthur and that means
strong.
WELL, i’m not skin and bones anymore,
and i’m still nice and i’m still strong,
and never does anyone ever
bother me again,
about being nice in the real world.
And if I see them giggling behind my back,
when I do ballet in either the club
where I dance
or in the general public,
I do one of two things.
In the club where I dance with all the
pretty girls,
I show ’em a quick display
of my lightening quick
martial arts kicks,
getting less

an inch
from any
target I desire.
And in public, now, I show ’em my 930LB leg press video of me doing it slowly and surely 14 times, with my hands in the air. And then I tell ’em, if they do ballet/martial style dance for 3200 miles, in 18 months, they too, can be ‘Superman’ too…..in words to that affect AND EFFECT..;)
I have to prove people wrong in their assumptions about me, almost my entire life; but finally now, I have nothing to prove anymore, as it is ALL ONLINE, HA!HA!
AND WHEN I DIE, EVERY LOVING AND STRONG FEAT OF FRED WILL CONTINUE TO LIVE, AS LONG AS SERVERS SERVE, MY LOVE AND STRENGTH.

I think that kindness…like humility…like acknowledging our own failings…can be seen as weakness…though that is sad and often reflects the nature of the other person more than any failing on our part….it challenges the belief in how people define strength…

I feel badly for those who think strength is only in “manly” things, beating someone up, playing football, hunting…and that smiles, tears, compassion are weak. We just hve to continue on with that different strength and heart.

HOWEVER, THE MOST IMPORTANT thing to understand for human well being in balance with the rest of NATURE PER WHAT I AND MANY PEOPLE INCLUDING the Gnostic reports of Jesus name as a similar metaphor for the living GOD of ALL THAT IS a continual moving and changing force, as an Interdependent RELATIONSHIP FOR ALL THE ‘DETAILS’ OR ‘TREES’ INVOLVED..
YES, TRULY IN THE CASE of human beings the most important part of that for basic survival, as a human being is the AFFECT PART OR MORE SPECIFICALLY EMOTIONAL AND SENSORY EMPATHY.
SADLY ENOUGH, as is the case, as a stereotype perhaps, is that most scientists are stuck in a specialized mechanical cognition area of mind, and literally do not more fully experience the emotional and sensory areas of life, simply, as ironically, the same science, overall, shows that a mind stuck in mechanical cognition represses those CONNECTING areas of the experience of human being with the rest of nature; most importantly HUMAN BEINGS.
I’VE Never met an ’empath’, who didn’t believe in the connecting force of this three letter metaphor for the Interdependent Relationship of ALL things.
However, I’ve met plenty of ‘psychopathic’, clergy type folks, who base their life on money, power, and control of other human beings in dominance FROM notching checks in belt loops for having sex with women as objects with no empathic connection to raking in cash from the congregation to buy a bigger house.
People who are successfully connected with other humans and nature, generally speaking, do not need material THINGS and subjugating power over other HUMANS to simply be content.
The greatest emptiness in life is not feeling a genuine oxytocin connection to other humans, and the proprioception sense that is now considered by some scientists as the 6th sense of humans that is sorely undeveloped in modern humans from A LIFE SPENT AS sedentary, IN NOT MORE FULLY CONNECTING to rest of the environment in ACTUALLY FEELING IT AND NOT JUST ‘SEEING’ IT WITH THE OTHER 5 SENSES.
There is a spectrum of human connection to other humans and animals ranging from the archetypal ‘psychopath’ or ‘cold hearted devil’ that tortures small animals and sets fires just to see the damage, to the ‘angel’ or human ’empath’ WHO HAS SO MUCH LOVING connection to humans and animals that they cannot bear to look at those sad animal commercials, and cannot separate the feelings of others from their feelings.
I for one, live in the second area of life.
However, I for one, have the ‘privilege’ of moving to the first part that is truly what I understand as literal human hell now, with the loss of that connection precipitated by catastrophic multiple illness.
The first thing I noticed is my cat noticed, when I could no longer feel that oxytocin feeling when I petted him.
He could sense it and recoiled from my touch with his ears peeling back toward his head, in discomfort of the ‘psychopathic’ touch, of a human with no soul.
Yes, that connection to the rest of humans; that oxytocin/mirror neuron connection that I was blessed with extremely strong where my connections to people, INCLUDING TOTAL STRANGERS, IS like a never ending romance of love THAT was suddenly gone, with extreme and chronic illness taking it all away.
And in addition, my sensory connections to the rest of nature that were exquisite for me from birth, left my life experience as well.
And then I finally understood, what it was when people talk about not having heart, SOUL, and spirit, as I never realized it was possible to LOSE WHAT I HAD THAT WAS A REAL AND EMPIRICALLY MEASURED HUMAN PHENOMENON.
NO ONE IN SCHOOL, EXPLAINS HOW IN TECHNICAL TERMS ONE CAN LOSE WHAT IS UNDERSTOOD AS THE HUMANITY THAT KEEPS HUMANS CONNECTED, AND motivated strongly to socially connect as it is simply a feeling of bliss to connect with oxytocin and mirror neurons FULLY IN TOW.
BUT there is the other thing, and that is feeling comfortable in one’s own skin, per the environment that skin lives and moves in that I never really had.
And now with the exercise of physical intelligence by way of ballet and martial arts style TOTALLY CREATIVE INNATE INSTINCTUAL, INTUITIVE MOVEMENT, I FEEL ONE WITH MY ENVIRONMENT, TOTALLY INTEGRATED IN SENSORY WAY AND ADDITIONALLY WITH MASTERY over my emotions in regulation experienced with control by me, instead of others.
I am impervious to the affect of a manipulating psychopathic-like mind now.
I literally float on land, in balance, as characterized by the onlookers who watch me move.
And truly that is like the mythological Ninjas or the primitive folks who can manage to stay invisible in rain forests that includes both humans and bonobos.
Yes, humans, overall, have forgotten and are increasingly forgetting the most important types of human intelligence, and that is simply connecting in a most blissful way to the rest of humans and nature that truly is PART OF the Interdependent Relationship of ALL of Nature, also known as GOD.
When one doesn’t feel it, it simply does not exist in practical terms.
And I’ve been to both the Heaven of CONNECTING MORE FULLY TO THE GOD OF Nature or the absence of the FEELING CONNECTIon with IT, in the literal hell of no connection with Nature AKA GOD.
And after experiencing both, it is clear to me, why some folks here, will never ever experience the real GOD of Nature, more fully, particularly like our so-called ‘ignorant savage ancestors and primitive peoples’, WHO still do with never the need for a book of empty words, with no heart, soul, or spirit, inherently living AND NATURALLY LOVING IN THOSE WORDS.
‘THE WORD’ IS NEVER HOLY, UNLESS THERE IS A REAL HUMAN HEART, SOUL, AND SPIRIT WHO LIVES UNDERNEATH THOSE WORDS.
AND TRULY, COLD HEARTED, SOULED, AND SPIRITED PEOPLE WILL NEVER EVER CONNECT TO GOD LIKE THIS, until by WORK AND practice or BY real life miracle they are reborn again, AS SIMPLY A FULL HUMAN BEING, AS IS THE CASE OF WHAT HAPPENED TO ME IN REAL LIFE THAT I have been able to empirically document and measure.
The “Phoenix” is a human being more fully realized in metaphor, and not a myth at core, as many other MYTHOLOGICAL analogies for human ARE AT CORE.
AND THEN THERE’S the pressing 930LBS with my legs, REGAINING THE INNATE STRENGTH OF MY PRIMATE COUSINS, the dancing ‘miracles’ that generally speaking thrills my metro area, and the way ‘all the YOUNG women’ seem to ‘love’ me now, with complete women strangers telling me that to my face, for no other reason, than being impressed by my humanity as A male EXTREMELY EXPRESSED FREELY AS SUCH IN VISIBLE MOVEMENT IN BOTH FEMININE AND MASCULINE BALANCE.
I JUST REMEMBERED NATURE BY WAY OF HARD WORK AND PRACTICE, DRIVEN BY RELATIVE HUMAN FREE WILL, with the real life EMPOWERING EMOTIONAL elements of faith, hope, and belief in me GAINING TRUST IN THE REST OF NATURE AKA GOD ALONG THE WAY, WHERE NOW IT IS AT 100%.
AND yes, there are mystical elements that no words can FULLY describe, PER A level of human ecstasy that no words CAN ADEQUATELY EXPRESS, AND where there are folks who do not experience IT that it is almost just as well THAT IT is not discussed, as it is a totally different dimension of experiencing life in a bliss that goes a thousand times, at least, above, what folks describes as a human orgasm.
I can live there forever, now, If I like; however, I work to help others, on the more elementary parts of connecting to Nature AKA the Interdependent Connection FEELING PART OF IT, WITH SUCCESS, AT least in real life, as my spirit in connecting FORCE IS LITERALLY TOO POWERFUL FOR MOST PEOPLE TO MISS, when they FEEL IT EMANATING FROM ME IN REAL LIFE.
AND YES, THIS IS REAL, AS EVEN SCIENCE SHOWS THAT THE OXYTOCIN, AND MIRROR NEURON EXPERIENCE IS A TWO-WAY FORCE OF HUMAN CONNECTION.
AND truly, as science shows, THIS IS WHAT IS OFTEN BUT OBVIOUSLY NOT ALWAYS MISSING ON THE SPECTRUM THAT IS AS DIVERSE AS ANY OTHER GROUP OF HUMANS ‘in the wild’.
But it never fails, and I am not directing this at you personally, as I think you feel it, AS you just DON’T NAME IT GOD LIKE I, AND THE PRIMITIVE FOLKS DO IN OTHER WORDS, LIKE GREAT SPIRIT OR WHATEVER BUT PEOPLE who do not feel it can rarely believe in it, as It is real when felt.
WELL, IT IS A GREAT SPIRIT, IN THE SENSES AND EMOTIONS MORE FULLY CONNECTED WITH IT, LITERALLY AS SUCH.
BUT THE KEY IS, IT IS NOT A NOUN, IT IS A CONNECTING FORCE ONE ACTUALLY EXPERIENCES AND FEELS BY WAY OF EMOTIONS, AND SENSES, AND NEVER EVER empty skeletons of words, alone.
Words are nothing, COMPARED TO THIS GOD I AM TALKING ABOUT, IN REAL LIFE BLISS OF CONNECTION, ALL AROUND, INSIDE OUT, ABOVE SO BELOW.
AND YEAH, SAME STUFF THAT THE GNOSTIC JESUS, is ‘talking’ about, WHOEVER THAT IS WRITTEN BY IN THE LINK BELOW.
IT’S A UNIVERSAL HUMAN THINGY, for healthy balanced folks.
And hell no, it doesn’t require any frigging human instruction for it, just human flesh and blood that more fully works.
I sensed it looking over the river at age 3, like I had been here forever, before I could even speak.

I rarely see a person who personally attacks another person OR ANIMAL, who REALLY believes AND CONNECTS TO ‘GOD’.
And from a scientific perspective, per how I analyze GOD here, in systemizing ‘old’, general definition, of science way..
THAT MAKES almost PERFECT, RATIONAL SENSE.
I can sense someone doesn’t believe in GOD before they tell me, about 99% percent of the time, per my mental PHOTOGRAPHIC MEMORY LIKE notes, when I experiment with this REAL LIFE GOD PHENOMENON.
AND I HAVE EXPERIMENTED WITH LITERALLY ALMOST 100 THOUSAND FOLKS.
AND MY EXPERIMENT goes on, both for EXPERIENCING ME, and OBSERVING OTHERS, with or without THIS CONNECTION, PER ‘GOD’.
SOME PEOPLE EXPERIENCE ‘THE FORCE’ STRONGLY AND ARE EVEN missed when their physical presence is not felt.
SOME PEOPLE EXPERIENCE ‘THE FORCE’ WEAKLY AND EVEN CATS RECOIL FROM THEIR TOUCH.
Truly, GOD IS NOT ‘ROCKET SCIENCE’.
GOD IS ‘COMMON
SENSE’.

During my work career, dealing with literally tens of thousands of people over three decades, I was too tired to do anything but workout, play a video game, and vegetate in front of a T.V.; and then do the chores of home and wife maintenance on the weekends, and start the rat treadmill again, in an endless circle of stress and less and less recreative recovery.
Yeah, that almost ended in death.
LESSON LEARNED.
TV S***S, AS ANY activity that is MORE fully input and not interactively expressed output to grow a mind and body in balance STRONG INSTEAD OF UNFEELING, NON-ENGAGED, NOODLE, IN both affect and EFFECT.
I ENJOY theater, and DVD’s with fuller emotion, and ethical meanings to analyze and FEEL, AS more effort is put into THAT TO SELL SOMETHING THAT MAKES HUMANS FEEL, AS that is what drives folks, moreover to the theater, of course with the sensory excitement of special effects that some folks thrive on stronger to come alive.
But truly the worst part of all, is anything that stunts human physical intelligence that drives emotional regulation, integration of senses, and cognitive executive functioning by way of focus and short term working memory; and anything that STILLS HUMAN BEING TO SITTING STILL, IS a true ‘CANCER’ for THAT along with real life chronic stress not resolved by burning stress chemicals off through movement eventually resulting in potential depression, illness, and even premature death.
TV should come with a warning..
TV can kill, over the long term, of sedentary life in A horrible imbalance of mind and body, WITH the REAL potential for a premature death.
But nah, ‘too much common sense’ in THAT mixed with the negating variable of COMMERCIAL profit.
And the human misery and suffering goes on, for those who do not even understand and practice more fully, what human nature is classically evolved to be.
And IT dam sure ain’t sitting still (for most people, anyway) focusing on just one point of distance and space anywhere, whatever that entails for a human zoo or prison, come alive in an illusory hell of TV OR OTHER screen reality.
To me, it’s much more fun interactively entertaining in real life, AS the Director, Producer AND ACTOR OF MY OWN DIRECTED, PRODUCED AND ACTED PLAY of LIFE!..;)
SPECTATOR IS NOT A LIFE FOR ME, as far as I see, for now!.:)

Interesting.. over here in the U.S. ..as boys are becoming more distant from girls and girls are becoming more distant from boys.. where there is an ‘epidemic’ of sorts.. of girls coupling up with girls who have given up on boys.. and boys who can no longer express emotions stuck in video games and the such.. they wonder why.. oh why.. don’t girls wanna be with they.. they should.. but they can’t ‘FEEL’ ..why.. as a self fulfilling prophecy of a gender that increasingly can no longer express heArt of love….

Truly, the power of human creativity and emotion is fascinating AND POWERFUL, as when I was in middle school, I had a spark of creativity that came from somewhere I had never been before, in my mind. There was a Christmas story contest in 8th grade, and in the midst of feeling like an outcast where other kids told me in no uncertain terms I did not deserve to exist, as I was very strange looking and acting, deep emotions started flowing through my heart and I wrote a Christmas Story that won first place among 80 students in two homeroom classes.
After that I wrote a short play, in the same grade level, and played the song Jesus Christ Superstar, so overwhelmed with emotion in the talent show I was in that year too that I left the piano not able to walk straight, with the audience erupting in laughter, over my clumsiness.
It was’t funny at all to me then, after only hearing criticism that I did not deserve to exist for so long. I was the quintessential, 99LB wimp looking kid, at 5 foot 10, and 120 LBS, with long hair, and mistaken for a girl at McDonalds, by the cashier there.
IN fact, here is a picture of me, at age 13 in front of a ‘trial’ of my peers, stumbling through speech, stuttering while the other kids hold back snickering.
I didn’t give up on life, and kept fighting and fighting to be strong enough to be accepted, and to look and act normal enough to be accepted. I lost my creativity, and did not get it back until a philosophy class in college, writing a few philosophical creative papers about what I understood then to be GOD that were lauded by the teacher, as unique and insightful.
I played the piano from the time I was twelve and improvised a little on guidelines of sheet music in front of me but never truly created my own music until age 47, in 2007 that I recorded on a cheap dictation device, and later copied that to You Tube in 2013, as carpal tunnel syndrome ended my piano ‘career’.
Overall, I had a dry period of no creativity for 40 years, from the time I was 13 to age 53, truly taken away by the repression and oppression of a patriarchal, fundamentalist, religious leaning local ‘red state’ culture, along with subjugating illusory fears over what it means to be a man.
Truly this one act of recording what I had done in 2007, in creating piano music, was the first spark of creativity that has led to an avalanche of creativity for me, now, for two years, in dance walking a martial arts/ballet style of dance for 3200 miles, in 18 months, documented at 3000 miles here:

And I have danced a free style rave type of dance now for 50 weeks coming up on Thursday night, at one of the top 100 dance clubs, in the U.S., documented at this link, with a video of me dancing in the body of the linked post, illustrating some of the folks I danced with this last year, me at age 54 now, and most all of them in their early twenties.
And after being a shut-in for 5 long years, from 2008 to 2013, early retiring on disability, as a Federal Civil Service Athletic Director from a military installation, in a quarter of a century career there, I suffered 19 medical disorders, including what is described as the suicide disease, type two Trigeminal Neuralgia that is like someone drilling one’s teeth without novocaine, except the pain was in my right eye and ear, during all waking hours that five years, making effective use of my eyes and ears, impossible without excruciating pain.
And truly, me ever becoming Athletic Director of anything, is the last thing the kids in school would have predicted of the last kid picked on sport teams; however, I was promoted to the job for my computer skills, as I still had no skills in team sports that I became responsible for at the Military Installation.
I was also diagnosed with Dysautonomia, where my nervous system would not synch my heart rate with blood pressure, causing me to almost pass out when even raising my arms after eating a meal or walking around the neighborhood block one time.
And the two other major disorders were Fibromyalgia and Sjogren’s Syndrome, where my eyes stopped making tears, adding to eye pain, like swimming in salt water with eyes wide open.
Back to that piano song, something about listening to the recording on Youtube, started bringing back the creative spark, and I started writing free verse poetry, making an inner journey in a myth of fantasy of total recovery, and the dream came true.
So true the dream is now that now I can leg press 930LBS, 14 times, as evidenced here, just 18 months after recovery.
Before I did this, a ‘little voice’ (my voice) in my head told me I was going to do amazing things, and document them to prove to others what human potential can be.
I don’t know what words to describe that forecast, other than a higher power of what ‘they’ call GOD inside of me.
I have literally written millions of words of free verse poetry, in the last two years, and have become a male nude renaissance self artist in the last 13 months that is not appropriate to link here, of course, per restricted adult blog way, AND it is far out of the social norm for a 54 year old dude to do that as a straight guy but I have literally been compared from the discerning female eye of doing a better job at it, than Michelangelo’s ‘David’ come to life in flesh and blood.
This higher power of GOD thingy is more amazing in what the potential of the human mind can do in a ‘Quantum’ effect and AFFECT THAT BLOWS ANYTHING SCIENCE KNOWS AWAY, if one considers the synergy of what I have been able to do in two years, with the power of relative human free will.
The man Jesus, historically speaking, stated that with a strong enough internal power of faith, hope, and belief, human beings can do anything, and those were also the similar words of the historical man Muhammad, as well as many other folks through human history.
Apparently, these folks and many other folks have tapped into this higher power of GOD, by sitting under a tree, spending time in a cave, taking a 40 day walk in the desert, or in my case suffering through the worst pain known to humankind for 5 long year of literal human hell.
The inner journey and potential of the human being, in art and creativity of human being is where the real power in this world exists.
If I can do this, at age 54, imagine what someone with this higher power can do at age 30 or 25.
It is a ‘Quantum’ effect and affect of human mind, open, and more fully expressed in mind and body balance.
If I haven’t proven that I’ve definitely proven that a REAL LIFE ‘FORREST GUMP’, EXISTS..:)
AND IT IS SO DAM COOL TO BE like FORREST GUMP, AS I DO NOT CARE ABOUT MONEY, and if I was a materialistic person, I probably could have never been free enough in mind and body balance to do any of this, as all my incentive came from within, with a ‘little’ help from
my friends..:)
And eerily enough, I look like the statue in the front row of the FUNERAL CEREMONY, on that Beatles Album cover, AS truly during those 5 long years, I was dead as a stone statue, alive. 🙂
Life is so much stranger than
fiction.
And science truly ain’t got a clue when it comes to the
BIG PICTURE of MOTHER NATURE TRUE AKA GOD, FULLY EXPRESSED IN HUMAN NATURE AS THE higher power of the ‘QUANTUM’ MIND UNLEASHED AND RELEASED, in balanced mind and body.
Anyway, the main thing is, no matter what happened, I refused to ‘let the sun go down on me’..:)
And that was hard, as when I first got the pain disorder, and the Dysautonomia, from March through April of 2008, I could not sleep but one hour of each night for 35 days, with the assistance of a powerful alpha blocker, with only shallow sleep for that one hour each night, and the for the last 5 of 40 days, I could not sleep at all making a last gasp effort to find my way to a bridge to jump off without the strength to get out of the car.
My sister found me at the bottom of the bridge, and drove me home, where I finally went to the hospital, and a heavy injection of Ativan, finally put me to sleep, and the Ativan was my only relief to sleep for the next five years, and I have been drug free from it since July of 2013.
I hope if anyone is listening in the audience who has lost hope in life, this story may give them hope to go another now, as Lord knows during that period of 5 years, I was hoping for someone, anyone, to tell me they survived something worse BUT TRULY, I never found anyone who has experienced the full darkness of my life or the LIGHT NOW, FOR THAT MATTER, DOCUMENTED LIKE THIS.
I CARRY a story for what I understand as the higher power of GOD, to help other people, and if anything before I do die, I just want to be remembered as a humble servant for GOD, as the Inner FORCE of the GOD of NATURE LITERALLY BROUGHT ME BACK TO LIFE, AGAIN OF COURSE, with a ‘little’ help from my friends..:)
I know this is long, and some of it has been repeated on this site but I would not be worthy of recovery, if I did not share it as much as I do.
There is nothing better than 100% trust in what reality is, whether one names it GOD or Mother Nature or whatever label is assigned to what is.
And that is the place i live in now, WITH 100% trust in ALL THAT IS..:)
AND TRULY, even from an empirical view, after all of this, HOW COULD I NOT FEEL THAT ‘GOD IS GOOD’ AND DREAMS AND REAL HUMAN MIRACLES DO COME TRUE..:)
I can only hope and pray the same FOR ALL OTHERS, TOO..:)
