with my friend Lala Rukh also known

Ah.. the mask of the warrior..

this in martial arts way for a defense
that has less opportunity of the need for
offense.. fearless speaks volumes.. and now
truly fearless only comes when one is comfortable
in their own body and secure in their basic ability
to use that body as defense against predator as
invisible like balance in force.. or capture against
prey in the same way.. anyway.. a mask it is and not
necessarily representative of the fearless Unconditional
Loving SpiRiT that lives within.. and yes.. i lEarned early
about this mask.. at the city park.. and at middle school..
as it was a cultural way of patriarchy as well.. for a long
lived religious oriented middle eastern desert way of low
subsistence non-fertile lands.. where the winning tribe
of the fertile lands could make the difference between
life and death.. and so one still sees the height of
patriarchy wherever the need of the warrior
human being needs be.. to secure
and war for subsistence of
the tribe one is raised

we no longer
live in a desert.. we live
as comparison in a land still
of abundant resources and a social
net of giving where we do not have
nearly the starvation in need of
third world countries where
Patriarchy still reigns the
strongest.. for reasons
that are real for survival
still.. it’s hard to be politically
correct in what humans can be
as altruistic.. sharing beings.. when
there is not enough to eat.. and that
is where one still finds the practice of
filicide and infanticide for the same reasons
of survival of what it takes to live on.. in other
words.. walk in the other shoes before one judges
the other.. nah.. i didn’t like it very much in school..
when the middle school bullies and city park ones
same said boys don’t smile in a threatening tone..
took me years and years and decades to understand
why as there were no males in my family to share this
patriarchal tradition with me.. thank God.. as i lEarned
the heARt of hope and love early and evermore still..
through the divine feminine love of a mother over
what can be the fear and hate of patriarchy still..
as his way of living is like an emergency way
of bEinG human for survival but it is
also a way of life out of balance
where there is no Art in heart..

Well.. yeah.. here comes a whole ‘nuther string
of Facebook memories beginning with this one
from three years ago in quotable text.. and yeah..
i know i probably share my own stuff more than
most anyone else on Facebook.. but it’s true i’m kinda
literally a big deal in terms of actual quantity of words written
and steps danced.. both in poetic artistic ways of being..
and considering how controversial my art could be
observed particularly in my very conservative
place of origin.. i never really thought
many folks would want to
associate with me as so-called
Facebook friends.. as speaking an
unadulterated human truth not tainted
by modern religions and cultures of dark..
isn’t exactly a way to win friends of group think..
but anyway.. i figured long ago.. this was an excellent
free storage disk in ways of Facebook for back-up of
writing the longest long form poem ever.. success
on that so sure it’s still all worth it..
as i’m doing this for the very
long term record.. not any
short term likes.. shares..
followers or whatever is the
flavor of the cultural moment.. when
you do something no one else has ever done before..
let’s just say sooner or later it stands on its own merit..
history proves this time and time again now.. even when
the record is as hidden away as Emily’s poems in a drawer
of years ago.. etc.. etc.. etc.. live.. lEarn.. and MAKE THE
DEAL REAL.. AND in my case totally for free..

Anyway.. we have this Christian religion
that professes in fundamentalist ways among
the 2.2 Billion folks who believe that way among
those to the extreme that they are born unworthy
in someway.. so the timid soul is grown in pews of
guilt.. where anything less than Virgin can be unworthy too
like sex soils a female body part and not a male one simply
cause one is in and one is out.. in a book that says it is this way
where actually in primitive cultures the more semen that is added
in the act.. with more prospective sires is seen as self esteem that
the coming child to use a pun too i guess.. will be greater wise for
the contributing

is effective in treating
joint pain..
and speaking
of joint pain the Lovaza
i take for natural high occurring
levels of triglycerides.. which is basically
just concentrated fish oil in fewer capsules
is approved for treating joint pain in pets but
not in humans.. go figure.. the pharmaceutical
industry and all.. but seriously very little to no joint
pain for me through the day.. and the inflammation
associated with Severe Degenerative arthritis is
close to null for all i can feel of it anymore..
i like Natural therapies.. much more

considering that humans have only been on earth

collective intelligence.. and culture
that represses and oppresses
our wild natures for order
of insanely large
human populations
who are only still evolved
to peacefully and successfully
connect to around 150 to 200 sets
of eyes.. and she gives me a look that
says hmm.. interesting.. i never thought
of it that way before.. and as old as i am
at 56.. not sure i’ve ever really literally
asked someone that question before
but there is no doubt that God
is WiLd as that is the
way most all of
the animal
kingdom works
in balance of yes.. even
lust and love among our
closest cousin the Bonobo
that is immensely more civilized
in peaceful nonaggression and
non-violent ways as compared
to domesticated human beings
and all tHeiR Frigging Millions
killed in bloody wars for
territory and subsistence
ways of insanely
large populations
still living in the snow
and desert ways of non-abundance
in natural resources of life STiLL noW2..
and even wolves are much more peaceful
in the wild than when domesticated under
human rules.. of all you can eat wolf food
where the pack no longer has
its social
roles
for Loving
balance.. of sure..
wolf cub love and
lust balance too..
so sure.. when we heArT
the call of the wild and our
voice becomes free verse poetry
with or without pen and ink in digital
way.. when we use our instinct.. innately
with intuition.. to figure out in heARt of what
to do next.. in artful ways of life aS weLL we
get closer to the source that is the Wild God
who lives within us.. who reAlly doesn’t have
to have complicated culture to live in balance
until the quantity of humans becomes insanely
large out of balance.. So anyway.. of course i didn’t
go into quite this much detail in vocal ways.. as my
young Pacific Islander friend.. might have got a Fredache
from that as i so often even give my wife when i go into Fredetails
with her too.. in eXtreme ways like this.. wHere someone can
just stop reading if it becomes a little too much instead
of the increasing pace and sometimes volume
of my voice when i get hyper focused
face to face..
or on the next
gym machine down
the line of working out..
and then i say.. i bet you that
i am the only male who warms up in
a ballet way of dance in the gym.. to achieve
butterfly balance in mind and body soul way..

he is really weak and full of fear inside of not
being overall enough for the social role expectations
he imagines to be by watching TV or what they boys
on the sports field expect or whatever may be the
flavor of the gender roles of society
at macro or micro level

actually i said ape.. to them.. as i didn’t wanna
seem like i am discriminating against any one
type of monkey.. per se.. but size as
chimpanzees go can be much more
vicious than Gorillas in total

2013.. where i changed from an INTJ personality to
ENFP in the span of a couple of weeks..
went from 44 to 45 on the AQ
Autism Quotient scan down
to an 11.. and went
from a mid 50’s score
on the Emotional Quotient
online test to a 95.. Dr. Jekyll
to Mr. Hyde i went in technically
what can certainly be identified as
Bi-Polar disorder in case study way
down to sleeping 2 hours a night from
then to Nov… some rather hypersexual
activities in some ways too. then in
particular that i had never done
before.. and of course the
intense driven focus
of writing hours
on end still..
and of course
where religiosity
without religion with
a focus on God of nature
without any formal boundaries
became my all encompassing
focus and special interest
per Asperger’s Syndrome
too.. but seriously i
was born this
way.. and
have been
somewhat high
for decades before with
years ‘tween.. of the darkest
lows that continued to get even
lower in cycles yet to come in my
early twenties way back then..
i keep it in check with
a dance of life..
and we went
on a River adventure
and i didn’t get to really
dance for hours today.. for
the first time since i can remember
in probably over a year since i was
sick over a year ago.. so here are all
these words.. as if i am not totally
physically exhausted most all
the time from dance
my brain
does
zoom

zoom..
like a bomb
of mind too..
but i do it with
ease and it is nothing
of the extreme manic feelings
mixed with non-stop adrenaline
that i had during those two years
of fight or flight stress before
i hit the bottom of hell
in 2008.. in a text

syndrome
and total
human exhaustion
from head to toe..
anyway.. back to dance
tomorrow for at least
a half marathon of that
in stores.. ’cause Lord knows
if i skipped more than a few days..
i would explode through space and
stars.. and probably get up over
240LBs too.. as i am back
up to 233LBS now..
but still much
more fit
than i was
this time a year
ago.. as my nude
art doesn’t lie.. haha..
and a great motivation that
is to prove.. epigenetic potential
is real from head to toe.. in vitality
way.. and to stay fit as a practice of
life as the flesh don’t lie from head to
toe.. and when it gets balanced.. at least

for the long run.. so i moved up to the

finally diagnosed the type2 Trigeminal
Neuralgia… as the worst pain known
to mankind.. technically worse than
crucifixion.. my mother sought
to prove me wrong that
what i experience
from wake to
sleep for
66 total
months after
the pain.. yes miraculously
suddenly went away on
July 22nd on or about
that day.. was not nearly
as bad as what my Mother
thought the Jesus went
through.. until
the book
she purchased
on the crucifixion
said yes.. my pain
was worse than that too..
as she handed me the book
before she read it.. and i turned
to the God dam single page that
said that in black and white..
but it didn’t matter
as she still
poohed poohed
my pain as less
and told me other
folks have it worse
and sure they probably
do but never the less
point of fact and
all of that
with

logical
mind still
