   And speaking of that i find
   the Inner UniVerse of HUman
   BeinG in terms of EmoTioNs
   and seNses fascinating and
   how we connect wITh each other
   through the verbal and non-verbal
   expreSsiONs of SpiRit oF HeARt
   FeLt EmoTioNs through both
   our physical verbal
   and non-verbal
   eXpRESSiOns
   aS weLL as SiGn
   Language in all the
   symbols that hUmans
   can abstract design
   iN mind and body BalanCinG SoUL..
   as constructs.. both representing
   metaphors of Golden Calves.. Hawk
   Headed men.. to a three letter word
   named God.. to expReSS more of what
   CAN NOT be measured by empirical means
   alone in discrete observation in meaSuRinG
   ways.. and the height of the weakness in both
   the field of psychiatry.. psychotherapy.. and
   the psychology field as whole.. is what to do
   when a human no longer either FEELS EMPATHY
   AND OR ASSOCIATED NUANCED EMOTIONS.. and now
   for me this IS A case study of mY history
   for sure.. as when undergoing 2 years
   of fLiGht or fIght stress i became
   the textbook version of a person
   who experienced little to
   no eMoTioN along with
   losing the connection
   of Language with EmoTioNs
   to describe how i was feeling
   if anyway at all.. and truly all
   was left of me was panic mode on
   or less on in total adrenaline
   flow.. AND WHAT happens when
   one loses this normal
   innate human
   ability..
   is chaos
   and a complete
   change in how one
   views the world in terms
   of FEELINGS.. and the sickest
   pArt of the whole experience was
   my brain was so damaged by stress as
   yes science proves prolonged stress WILL
   DO TO THE HUMAN BRAIN and all other bodily
   systems.. THAT THE way i viewed pleasure became
   both my pain and the pain of others to wHere when
   i saw a person suffering to my cognitive moral code
   self viewing the unfolding of this new way of view of the
   world.. WHEN i saw my beloved mother choking on a piece of
   bread instead of extreme fear and concern.. i felt a perverse
   pleasure and there was nothing cognitively i could do to change
   that feeling.. and when the psychiatrist asked me to use something
   other than adrenaline to motivate myself.. namely EmoTions.. i had
   no idea what he was talking about at that point.. and no way to generate
   anything other than adrenaline fight or flight hormones.. in fact he said
   my adrenal glands were literally stuck in the on position as this is what
   the body will do.. under constant fight or flight pressure when a job
   gets like that.. and my perseverance to survive in the job
   was of my own goal oriented behavior too.. NOT TO QUIT..
   as i had been with the same Government employment
   for close to 25 years.. close to retirement
   and assurance of lifetime health
   insurance.. for my wife
   who had Epilepsy..
   and for myself
   suffering from
   Severe Anxiety at an
   era where any Mental Disorder
   meant no insurance coverage if you
   lost your insurance and went to another
   coverage or coverage one could not afford..
   so yes.. Golden Handcuffs were around wrists
   as i made those Golden Handcuffs real with the
   contingencies created by my mind as life or death
   action and consequence of life.. in keeping that job..
   wHere the demands were becoming increasingly impossible
   for me to do in a catch 22 situation.. Well at that period
   of my life.. i had no idea a person could lose their emotions
   or that Stress could result in close to 20 disorders all at one
   point in one human being.. as my body and mind finally gave up..
   and i could not sleep for almost 40 days except for 1 hour each
   night for the first 35 days with an alpha blocker to slow
   my heart rate down enough with what then became
   dysautonomia for a nervous system and
   cardiovascular/respiratory system
   damaged beyond immediate
   repair.. and doctors
   can’t do a dam
   thing for
   that as
   only rest and
   relaxation.. sometimes
   years.. to even a decade
   can heal the extent of the
   damage of a synergy of bodily
   destruction from the real deadly
   results of continual Chronic flight
   or fight stress.. ANYWAY.. along with
   the worst pain known to mankind.. type
   two Trigeminal Neuralgia like a dentist
   drill in my right eYe and ear.. WITHOUT
   NOVOCAINE.. Sjogren’s Syndrome wHere
   my Eyes quit making tears..
   Severe Degenerative
   Arthritis in my
   spine and Spinal
   Stenosis precipitated
   early by a Congenitally
   Fused Vertebra in my spine..
   Coat Hanger Pain associated
   with Dysautonomia.. and Fibromyalgia
   for an entire body of pain.. the worst
   of all was losing my Emotions and at the
   end of that 40 day stay with no sleep.. even
   all senses and pain too.. which was the worst
   Hell of all wHere yes.. as mentioned over and
   over in my blogs and here on Facebook too.. a second
   was like a thousand years in a piece of paper existence
   and what felt like total separation from allthatis AKA
   GOD.. yeaH.. so.. i finally figured out that Hell and
   Heaven is here and no where else.. most obviously
   what the folks where talking about in the
   old sacred texts too.. as there is
   no other word for this place
   that i’m sure other folks
   have been to iN a similar
   place of hell
   who experience
   constant fight or flight
   stress in whatever shape
   form or fashion that comes
   in both now and then in the
   human condition as is.. anyway..
   stress is a serious ill of western
   civilization as we base flight or fight
   reaction to external abstract constructs
   as determined by our minds to have life or
   death consequences through our actions of
   either success or failure.. and that is
   truly a catastrophic way of thinking
   in potential catastrophic
   illness.. AND BACK
   TO THE FIELD OF PSYCHOLOGY
   ALL THEY COULD DO WAS OFFER PILLS
   AND THERAPY IN THE WAY OF THOUGHT CONTROL..
   BUT ZERO WAY OR ZERO SUGGESTION IN HOW TO
   GET THOSE EMOTIONS BACK.. no one could help me..
   so i had to find my own back to humanity.. and finally
   i did that with connecting emotions to language through
   poetry in remembering grief in songs and photos of my past
   as copied and pasted in visual blog way.. and in reliving that
   grief it finally sparked my Emotions back like a Tidal wave..
   turning me into a bi-polar state of mind from the darkest
   dark of emotion-less existence to waves of EmoTion
   from a drought of hUman BeinG for 66 months..
   and the first laugh around the beginning of
   August in 2013.. yes.. the first laugh
   in 66 months and the first emotion
   felt smile was a heaven out of
   hell for me then..
   simply coming
   from a joke
   from the
   new person
   we got to cut
   my hair then.. she
   was a savior too.. of my
   heARt.. SpiRit.. and SoUL then
   too.. and the first and only tear
   in that 66 month period was in
   April 2013.. after a beloved
   cat we had to put down
   due to Kitty Aids..
   the son of
   Yellow
   Boy
   named Sunny
   Boy.. and now
   i can bring tears easily
   as i know the value of them..
   as that one tear brought strength
   of emoTions in my body that could still
   muscularly press 500LBS then but
   felt so weak inside
   as EmoTions
   are what
   give uS
   strength..
   not the form
   by itself of strength
   of what we see on the outside
   and this is why my 94 year old
   crippled great aunt Jettie at this point
   in my life at age 47 was infinitely
   stronger than i.. without EmoTions
   as i barely had the energy to
   speak.. exhausted after
   a few words..
   so anyway..
   dance was the next
   step to regulate my new
   found emotions and integrate
   the senses of my new found bodily
   strength.. from head to toe and how
   i radiated this emoTioNal and sensory
   energy to others through outward spiRit
   eXpreSSinG energy in non-verbal ways and
   other ways that science is yet to measure
   that we humans can sense who experience..
   it.. however.. as i know and feel now..
   there are many who cannot as
   both disuse of the emotional
   intelligence of human
   beings.. in physical
   way too.. from head
   to toe.. can wither
   away emotions and empathy
   to almost non-existent.. and of
   course successful first responders..
   surgeons.. law-forcement.. etc.. must
   have excellent control over their
   emotions and senses otherwise
   they will not survive..
   and interestingly modern
   science shows the criminal
   element of psychopathy has
   the ability to feel emotions
   and empathy fully like a faucet that
   can be turned off and on.. but in my
   mind those are not the real full psychopaths
   who can only feel pleasure at someone’s pain..
   as horrifyingly from first hand experience that
   is no longer a part of my life.. it is a real deal
   and beyond horrifying.. both to potential perpetrator
   of all types of crime violent or not.. and or manipulation
   of others who are white collar crime folks who are of the
   higher IQ type of psychopaths with high
   emotional intelligence.. and ability
   to turn the emotions and empathy
   off or on.. by will..
   the moral code is
   what sets folks apart..
   and to pooh pooh the value
   of all religions in modifying
   potential dangerous and criminal
   behavior of human beings.. is a distinct
   and dangerous mistake.. as even science shows
   now that otherwise psychopaths through structural
   disorders in their brain can become successful law
   abiding and folks with moral character if taught
   this from birth with love no different
   than the education of school..
   so yeah.. take the
   good book learning
   away and potential
   harm grows and of course
   even in the clergy.. science
   shows that is one of the top ten
   jobs where psychopathic leaning folks
   land jobs.. and certainly their upbringing
   in church is what kept ’em at least in part
   out of real criminal associated trouble..
   and they are simply fearless and
   smart enough to stand before
   a crowd of folks and
   speak freely
   and coherently..
   the lesson of the
   day as it were and still
   is today.. and what i feel would
   be helpful to both boys and girls in school
   is free style dance in martial arts ways for
   girls to develop their masculine qualities of
   fearless strength and will and ballet-like free style
   dance now for boys.. to both expand their emotional
   feelings of experience throughout a body of motion..
   and to regulate more aggressive associated emoTions
   too.. to limit potential negative action and
   consequences upon both themselves and others..
   sadly.. polarized gender role expectations
   makes this almost impossible
   in heavily influenced
   patriarchal leaning
   red state areas..
   that are of
   course homophobic
   to the max from a
   so-called part of a good
   book that is not good at all
   as that is one of many dark parts
   of religion too.. in ways of hate now
   and illusory fears.. so there is a long
   way up for humanity.. but truly many ways
   to get there for many folks who might not
   otherwise have hope.. if they can just lose
   their fears and get the job done on a path
   that will work for them..

   oh yeah.. and for people who pooh pooh
   the value of selfies that is total bull shit
   as it is just another way of bio-feedback to
   master and regulate human emotion through

   to have problems

   with other folks

   life of human being
   in pro-social ways

   in social cooperation and is

   Hmm.. seeing the date of the Happy Feet
   Penguin movie as noted on Wiki..
   actually i saw the movie
   in 2006.. the fall
   of that year..
   and now i remember
   that the first colors that i could
   not bear with my eYes actually
   started well before that pain
   of feet at the beginning of
   2006.. so yeah.. not
   just 66 months of
   extreme suffering..
   actually over 8 years
   of intense suffering overall..
   and truly the strangest part oF
   aLL was when i could longer stand
   colors.. and no longer stand music..
   and finally not even stand words as spoken
   on the radio.. in around that period of now in
   2006.. before Hell went full blown.. and in an attempt
   to describe how i felt inside.. words will never do it.. but
   visual arts in non-verbal language when a human beinG noW
   has forgotten what a smile is or laugh in terms of FeeLinG And
   or expreSSinG hUman spiRit.. the video “Illusion” as accompanying
   VNV Nation’s Illusion song does the bLack of death in liFe juStice..
   and existence outside of existence real in a place of machine
   pArts begging to regain the flesh and blood of FeeLinG..
   not just breathing.. and pain.. and pain and breathing..
   always now in never ending ground hog.. yes.. Aghogday..
   another ground hog day.. anyway.. the polar opposite
   is my life now.. as i feel energy of EmoTioNs and
   SeNseS in ever cell shining of my Body.. zero
   pain when not sore from a Marathon
   of dance.. and an energy
   that i can actuALLy feel
   radiating from me

   Spirits of Angel
   energy presentations
   that are pure energy without
   form at all.. in liGht of hUman
   BEinG.. anyway.. i celebrate life
   and attempt to expReSS what i’ve
   been through.. so.. someone listening
   somewhere in the future through what i do..
   NoW miGht gain hope that tHeRe iS A way out
   and suicide really isn’t the answer although
   i surely hoped it was.. during the suicide
   disease of that type Two Trigeminal
   Neuralgia from wake to sleep at
   beyond eXXtreme levels
   of pain for 66 months..
   but when it comes to
   empathic FeeLinGs of
   conNecTinG iN MoVinG
   CreaTinG ways.. tHeRe are
   certainly ways to exercise this
   Love Muscle like Insurance for
   another heArt Day noW.. WitH
   spiRit ExpreSSinG A BaLanCinG

   of perseverance on what some

   almost made me F iN reALLy lose mY mind.. way back
   iN ’81.. and they basically just said.. sorry we can’t help
   yA WitH tHeir hands up and said.. Fred there is nothing we
   can do for you.. no different than what the Rheumatologist
   said shortly after he said Fred you are wired different and there
   is nothing more we can do for your pain.. sending me away then with
   a paper highlighting the Dysautonomia.. Fibromyalgia.. Sjogren’s
   Syndrome.. and later diagnosed Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia termed
   noW as Atypical Fascial pain too.. from wake to sleep for 66 months..
   the degenerative arthritis.. Spinal Stenosis.. congenitally fused
   vetebra and all of that2.. yeah.. i know i have already talked
   to thAT in this 671st verse of the longest poem
   in history now.. but it also stands alone in
   this ‘tiny’ micro verse of 671 Verse
   wHoLE.. which is also a symptom
   of Bi-Polar noW aNd yES.. oH..
   God yeS.. Asperger’s syndrome
   intense focus on one thing
   per poeTry and now
   over 5400 miles
   of dance in just
   33 months.. go go..
   everywhere i go noW in
   public.. and yes.. nude

   takes care of ALL THOSE SO-CALLED

   hunter and gather now.. oh yeah.. and Katrina
   is Permanently disabled too.. with complex partial
   seizures.. up to 5 times a week or so.. where she
   cannot hardly function at all after the seizures and
   will now.. some times.. thank God so far.. only fall down
   slowly to the floor and in NOT one hard
   head hurting fall.. and that has only
   happened two times so far with now
   only one Grand Mal Life threatening
   seizure in labor with our son who
   did not make it but for 51 days..
   and yes.. as far as demon looking
   possession goes the literal fAct iN
   art is THAT is what a partial complex
   seizure looks like in terms of facial expressions..
   and the truth is.. both of us back in bible days..
   then would have been strung up and or burned to the burning
   stake for being different.. funny.. how invisible disabilities
   can look until they are expressed or rarely expressed at
   all in terms of outward behavior.. and Jesus F iN Christ..
   i modeled others standing still to the best of my ability
   ‘tiLL i exploded with dance at age 53.. and finaLLy got
   the whole thing balanced enough with SonG and
   DancE iN steps of peace to find mInd and
   Body Balance soUL wELL enough noW as
   what i term Heaven iN noW..

   anyway.. it’s kinda
   kool that my wife and i
   have accomplished what we
   have as basicAlly a couple of
   rejects for what they call society
   today.. but hey.. i know a secret too..
   back in the primitive days.. folks noW

   as they were treasured then.. as the mysteries

    with 100 pages of documentation was approved the

    as efficient after that as i received three forms asking if
    i was still getting workers comp.. when i never received
    that at all.. and kept on having to fill the paper work out..
    somehow with dentist drill in my right eye and ear never
    ending from wake to sleep.. seriously.. i was already
    intent on suicide for the first two years.. as those
    were boot straps that not even JOB could pull
    up then.. and that did just about put me over
    the edge as you say Murphy says..
    but some how i kicked Murphy
    in the ass and he seriously
    has just been wimpy
    for the last
    3 years..
    no matter
    what he attempts
    to do in bits and bytes
    hehe.. he ain’t got no teeth
    no more for me.. i won the battle..
    i won the war.. i AM ALIVE NOW KiCKING..
    yeah.. so i’m at the gym tonight and a twenty
    something muscular black military dude is now
    really kicking ass pumping iron making some
    gorilla sounds like me.. and i say.. man.. i like
    this.. you are really working hard and he turns

    and that dude kept pumping iron
    to age 96.. and only
    a bad case
    of
    pneumonia
    brought him
    to demise..
    and that’s the thing..
    Jesus can you imagine
    how old my cat Arthur was
    at 20 years old in cat years..
    when he could still traverse
    the neighborhood in stern
    alpha cat way..
    that’s the problem
    with modern society..
    sit on your butt
    and eat
    an ice
    cream and yes..
    i have been guilty
    of doing just that when
    my first Love told me you
    are not gonna work out my
    Loving whipped boy
    friend.. you
    will spend
    ALL YOUR
    TIME WITH ME..
    until she broke up
    with me.. i started working
    out again and i said to myself
    Jesus.. Heaven again.. i can finally
    F iN focus in class and do not feel
    like i am swimming in mud mind
    all foggy as such..
    ugh.. exercise
    as science shows
    in one hour fashion
    before an IQ test is proven
    to raise scores around 10 points
    or so.. and Jesus F iN Christ aGain
    that goes to show that hUman potential
    is much more in thInking ways than
    just F iN head deep.. as Lord
    knows for decades i wasn’t
    even comfortable raising
    my hand up to
    wave at someone
    simply as the arm
    swayed little at all
    straight down.. and the
    fingers were most always
    attached to a pencil sloppily
    taking notes in egg head speed..
    And in college in Sociology class
    and the study of aging the outlook
    was bleak with folks my age.. doing
    therapy in warm health pools all pasty
    white and grey haired as such.. flabby
    here and there.. with skin hanging down
    off arms.. but ha.. they did not know
    the secret of either Jack LaLanne
    or Arthur Brown tabby cat.. who
    by the way looked almost
    just like
    the Democratic
    Cat in my Candidate
    ANN channel for debate
    on my dance shirt tonight..
    yes the secret is simple.. move..
    connect and create from birth to dust..
    never ever stop.. and become a vegetable
    or robot walking dude as i used to be too..
    Flow.. don’t be a mechanical angular sidewalk
    dude or dudette.. move like the UniVerse and
    all stuff in Nature away from human
    sidewalk hells do.. iN Golden
