And yeah.. when i was a baby almost everyone thought I was a girl.. my eyes were too blue.. and my eyelashes were simply too long.. no boy could be that pretty.. hehe!..;)

I HAD A LATE PUBERTY IN my 50’s.. haha!

But I dam sure understand this ISSUE ALL TOO WELL….

And she never ages.. people remarking she looks the same as the day we married her at age 19 and me at 29.. twenty-five years ago.. and sure.. that’s kinda nice.. and she doesn’t work out and still has a six pack.. never getting fat.. so yeah.. there’s some testosterone in that ‘butterfly’ somewhere too…:)

And I have the medically accessed testosterone of 277, as low as 75 year old male.. per latest documented test this year.. but that doesn’t stop me from leg pressing 930LBS twelve times…just last night…

HUMAN nature.. strange.. bizarre.. and truly magicKAL.. when human potential is more fully pursued.. and met.. regardless of gender and or sexual orientation… i just don’t have the ability to truly judge and look down on a person who is different.. or look up for that matter either.. i guess i was born that way.. like ‘our’ androgynous friend Lady Gaga.. who is very likely on the broader Autism phenotype too..;)

I need to arrange this mess in my mind. I need to remind myself once again that I should keep walking no matter what.

There was a time when I read Quran with meanings for the first time. I fell in love with the writer. I started relating quranic teachings with events in my everyday life. I’d pray five times and would stay away from everything that Allah forbade me. I started playing according to the rules. Love was the reason.

Talking.. Shh.. wITh GOD2

When i think of GOD i think of life..

all of life.. and all of inanimate life…

When i think of GOD

i experience life in emotion

and senses that connect me to the environment of Nature…

In fact.. i do not have to think of GOD to experience GOD…@ALL.

How fortunate am i to walk so many miles of desolate beaches in youth away

from all of human culture.. just
me and sun.. sand.. waves.. sea oats.. seagulls and emerald green gulf…

And somewhere along the line i no longer need

a rocket scientist or priest

to understand that this GOD that is all around me..

above and so below is inside me and outside me too..

and when i go and when all humans go off this earth..

if that beach or desert or mountain is still here.. or even those stars or even darkness.. GOD still lives in all of that with or without breath.. atoms.. light.. or even darkness….

So whenever I hear folks imagining a dead GOD

that has no being that one can reach out..

touch and feel in the quartz of sand or the breast of woman..

or heat or blizzard winter of night or day.. i only think

of THAT three letter word as idol.. and precisely

what the myth of Jesus and Moses

did not find in the

40 days of

desert

that is the same as beach to me….

i have my 40 days of ‘Lent’.. almost 7 years ago..

starting in the beginning of March

and ending before Easter

when i give myself up for dead

after 40 almost totally sleepless days

and nights with 1 hour of sleep the first 35 of 40

that no sleeping pill will bring and only an alpha blocker

will put me down for that 1 hour of each day sleep..

and then there is the last 5 of 40

with no sleep relief at all..

and the letting go of life

for dead finally..

at the hospital….

Even through

5 long years of

suffering after that..

after coming back to life

at the hospital.. in metaphor

of heavy Ativan injections

that make sleep

a possibility..

as well as life again..

in all the other illness suffering..

to live today.. for me NOW..

is to wonder still..

if i did die

and go

to heaven..

as i can not imagine

any heaven better than now..

just to have the gift of life… AS IS NOW.

i understand why folks try to escape

the real GOD and make an

imaginary IDOL

GOD in their mind…

i understand why folks

who suffer in this world

imagine another life

in another world

of heaven

someday other than now…

But i hope these people one day will just open their ‘eyes’ and ‘see’ the GOD of Mother Nature TRUE above.. so below.. all around.. inside and outside of their being too… and then maybe they too will know and live heaven now… like the myth of Jesus and Moses do…. in their beach of desert.. as well….

But until then.. imagination is real too.. and imagination is better than greater suffering.. any now of now…..

-whatever it takes.. the human motto for survival.. does still apply….always now…..

That was just a play on words and a coincidence that my insomnia happened during the period of Lent for exactly 40 days from the MARCH PERIOD OF 2008 and OH MY GOD my wife and I were counting everyday, minute, and second of that real literal human hell.

There are few tortures worse than THAT MUCH LACK OF SLEEP, if any at all. The record for going without sleep at all is 264 hours or 11 days.

I couldn’t sleep for several reasons. One was Chronic Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia PAIN LIKE A Dentist drilling my right eye and ear during all waking hours; Two was Dysautonomia where my autonomic nervous system was all out of whack to the point where if I fell asleep I would stop breathing; and three was Sjogren’s Syndrome, where my eyes quit making tears almost all the way.

For the first 35 days no sleeping pills would put me down, and the doctor prescribed an Alpha blocker to slow my heart down as my adrenal glands were stuck in the on position, as part of the Dysautonomia, and with the drug I went into only a shallow sleep for less than an hour a day. For the last 5 days of 40, even the Alpha Blocker quit working.

A trip to the emergency room, and a heavy injection of Ativan was the only thing that finally brought relief of sleep, and according to my doctor I was close to having a potential life ending seizure, as that is what CAN AND DOES HAPPEN WHEN FOLKS GO anywhere close to that extreme of no sleep. The state of being at the end was an ice cold body with no perceptible feelings at all except for a burning indescribable pain all over my body worse than fire that increased every second of the last 5 days of no sleep like Dante’s rings of hell, as it was like GOD showing me if you think this is bad just wait for the next second and you will see what REAL PAIN IS….

The PAIN was worse than anything imaginable.. even worse than the Trigeminal Neuralgia pain, burning with real fire, Fibromyalgia that I was already diagnosed with, too, and the feeling of swimming under salt water with one’s eyes wide open, per not having any tears for eyes, where even that gel stuff for dry eyes didn’t help that pain substantially. And no drug ever remediated the cranial nerve pain of Trigeminal Neuralgia.. after that…. until I naturally recovered

WITH THE HELP OF GOD,

IN JULY OF 2013.

FOR the next five years from 2008 to 2013, I had to take Ativan to have any possibility of sleep, and that in itself made me somewhat of a Zombie, after I had lost almost all my emotions to the pain, already.

Now I connect to GOD through a style of martial arts and ballet dance walk that is measured by Nike GPS sports watch at over 3000 miles, approaching 18 months now.

The dance puts me in a state of theta wave mind that is extremely connective to the holy spirit which is another metaphor for altered consciousness and greater connection to the much greater creative potential of the ‘Quantum mind’ UNLEASHED with GOD as a synergistic force, rather than the illusion of separation from GOD for humans who are in a Zoo of prison, per FUNCTIONALLY DISABLED deficits in physical intelligence, emotions, senses and all that combines in synergy to better connect WITH GOD.

Fasting works for some folks, meditation for others, and there are many others ways but ‘TRANCE’ dance is the best way for me to reach this Theta BRAIN wave between dream and awake lucid creative dreaming mind WITH GOD….ALLOWING the subconscious mind to create in an autonomous flowing way.. without the interference of logical planning thoughts…. AKA THE HOLY SPIRIT, Kundalini Awakening, CHI, QI, KI, and all the other cross cultural metaphors for THE NATURAL way of connecting to GOD, the Great Spirit of the American Indians, or whatever metaphor is used to describe the ACTION VERB OF GOD, NON-ANTHROPOMORPHIZED.

People who have not experienced this ALTERED WAY OF ‘QUANTUM MIND’ UNLEASHED TRULY HAVE no idea what they ARE MISSING IN LIFE, as this IS the same way our so-called Primitive ‘uncivilized’ ancestors connect to GOD FREE in sharing spirit with all others and the rest of Nature WITHOUT illusions of separation from GOD promoted by a mechanical cognition leaning robot ‘WESTERNIZED’ way of MATERIALISTIC COLLECTING things in an illusion of what life CAN BE IF PROPERLY PRACTICED without the ‘sin’ of away from GOD.

For those ancestors like the ones who do this now

QUESTION ABOUT

GOD EXISTING

CAUSE WHEN

ONE DOES

THIS GOD IS REAL..

AN ACTION VERB FORCE

AND NO FRIGGING FAIRY TALE.

IT’s JUST ABOUT CONTACT.. that’s all…..WITH ALL…:)

NO WORDS EVEN NECESSARY….. OR SO-CALLED WORD.

And SURE IT’S LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to show this to someone or truly FULLY put it into words as it is an entirely sensory emotional experience that can truly only be approximated through poetic expression

Science can talk about it too, but science and the folks who stay in the ‘left brained’ Universe view.. simply don’t have a CLUE ABOUT WHAT ANY OF THIS IS, as One must EXPERIENCE IT FIRST TO UNDERSTAND IT FULLY, and then THE LIGHTS COME ON, AND ‘THEY’ ‘SAY’.. OH! NOW I GET IT. AHA! 💡 💡 💡

YES.. THE TRUTH AND THE LIGHT AKA ‘THE ALL SEEING EYE’ OR EVEN ILLUMINATI PER THE RECORD OF JESUS’ WORDS ON THE SAME TRUTH AND LIGHT if understood in metaphor instead of literally.

AND ‘then’ ‘some material reductionist’ will come and say that’s just brain chemicals that make you FEEL LIKE YOU are connecting to GOD.

And then some ‘bird’ will come along and say that’s just wings that makes birds fly.

And then some ‘tick’ will come along and say that’s just blood that makes dogs run.

WELL, i’ve ‘GOD’ news for the naysayers.

Blood is not what makes dogs run, alone.

Wings are not what make birds fly, alone.

And brain chemicals are not what make humans connect to GOD, alone.

i mean DUH..

It takes practice.. practice.. practice.. to fly, run, and CONNECT TO GOD.

AND THAT’S just ‘common sense’, a so-called ‘right brain’ attribute..

The stuff other animals can take for granted never ever separated from GOD.

Culture and or Religion, overall, is the virus or the evil or the devil that takes human away from the rest of Mother Nature TRUE, aka GOD.

And that’s just sad for the folks who CAN SEE THIS.

seen all over GOD’s creation, AND the other metaphors for ‘THAT’ per ‘NEO’.

PEOPLE who understand this have been attempting to be ‘THE SHEEPDOG’ THAT BRINGS THE Light and TRUTH to the sheep, but truly that’s the job of JOB.

And it takes a lot of JOBS to get that job DONE, LITERALLY REMEMBERED CORRECTLY, FOR CENTURIES….AS WELL…

So sad it is.. that so often.. the good old days are often only seen tomorrow.. truly these are the best of times as they are the only times that truly exist.. as now… i like to believe the future will be better.. the present is the best.. and the past is something to rarely think of at all.. and it seems to work the best for me.. at least for.. NOW…

Truly space travel is considered the progenitor of modern computers.. and the eventual rebirth of poetry in the blogosphere of digital life.. So to go to space CAN be to live in poetry too…

Yes.. i think there is a caution.. a danger.. in relying and relaying the photos of yesterday to cherish the fanfare of today…

i use technology to assist my human being.. but never ever to allow it to stay still.. a new profile photo on Facebook everyday.. to know there is never a day that is the same.. and there is never a face that is one for me.. alone….

To wonder today.. is to wonder tomorrow.. to keep the crayons of the child of life.. is to paint the photo of today.. in living color of now..

rather than the drab or bright grays of the past….

Ah.. the growing life of human mechanical cognition.. the pathway of the brain to computer human.. robot.. AND THE growing growling ‘Zombie Apocalypse’ made true like ‘Terminator 2’.. in the dying hearts of human in machine and flesh and blood cyborg life….

The NIGHTMARES OF BRAINS that no Zombie can even touch…

and then there are shades of ashes.. gray and clouds of dust and then unto dust human makes dust again….

But there is a bright SIDE NOW.. A COLOR FILLED one i refuse to leave.. for NOW…

Ah.. the big picture of beauty IN heaven now.. lost in the devil of details of illusion of real…

If i can go back and tell myself something in my younger years.. the first thing WiLL be to TURN THE TV OFF…

As the snowman melts.. time.. time.. as distance and space.. travels a river flowing to an ocean of infinity flow.. ebbing and tiding in and out.. in darkness and light.. moving with dance and singing with sound.. the reality of now.. to go with this is to be free.. to look back or forward in dismay.. without courage and brave for the present.. can be time.. an illusion that’s time…

Without time.. almost anything is possible now.. Without time.. is truly reality…

So true.. as i look out my back window and step outside into nature’s ways aWay from the city.. country life comes true.. that forgets all the toils and troubles that real human witches and warlocks cook up to brew.. this illusion.. this human nightmare.. is never true.. whEre Birds fly free.. Squirrels frolic.. and Butterflies and BEES sing.. and float.. wHere i dance step too.. in the sands of MOTHER NATURE TRUE! simply alive and FREE!…

Ah.. trees.. trees. trees.. that beautify oxygen and CO2 IN perfect human breathing balance…

Ah.. humans.. humans.. humans.. who forget about how important breathing is..

And cut them all down…

Hmm.. trees.. trees.. trees.. you are so intellectually smart and leaving free!..

What happened to humans..

and the tree of life….

with razors sharp enough to trim beards…

and remove trees that are too large for those eyes and balded beards to see…

NOW is reality and time is NOW and time never exists as tHere is only NOW.. how much harder it is to maim and kill others over now than time.. as the fear of past and the hope of future.. often clouds the fruit of NOW…

Yes.. there is a time when my future self tells me too.. to save and use all my P’s And Q’s.. in control of living now.. for a future that will not be bright as the now is now.. and then the now gets darkened to a less colorful hue.. and finally the P’s and Q’s make all the dots of i’s in now.. go away to then… and then.. there is no now but then.. and future promises to always change…

So yes.. the past is gone.. and my future self matters not.. as to relish now.. and to live thEre wholly as holy is certain the pickle i will TO be in for NOW!…

Ah.. the Nautilus shell too.. knows nothing of human contrived past.. or future.. or even so-called presents of NOW.. the Nautilus ‘hears’ the call of the Wild Golden Spiral flow of the Universe.. without ever Knowing a history lesson.. or a math equationed mean of 1.618 TO ‘hEar’ this call in action for the Golden Spiral Flow of life….FOR NOW.. as time or even space and distance.. is nothing in the world of NAUTILUS designed SHELLS that still exceed and reflect THE TRUTH OF Universal pattern NOW IN ART past the bone of human knowledge…

Yes.. just when humans begin to think they are larger than the rest of Nature.. Nature often has an answer for that.. not always calm and soothing.. but results that GET THE JOB of balance done.. without the consent and written approval of humans that are not nearly as SMART AS THINKING CAN MAKE THEM THINK they are…

The meek shall inherit the earth.. and no doubt viruses will number that.. with or without human hosts to serve their life….

i believe in hope and positive change.. and we humans are always stronger together when we work together for the greater good.. there is an element of divide and conquer.. that the ‘gray hairs’ do still live.. but there is truly a growing younger culture who connect with the rest of the world in knowing ways of heArt as well.. as greater avenues for creating hope continue to expand for change and truth…

ThEre is no greater power than human love consisting of relative free will.. faith.. hope.. belief.. in living now.. with TRUST in the rest of nature..and tHere is a growing Truth and Wisdom in the power and beauty of life.. and with that comes appreciation of the blessings that CAN BE GRATITUDE FOR LIFE.. that is the contagious power of the Karma of loving coming FULL CIRCLE TO NOW..:)1!

And so sad it is that some still today escape the ravages of human nature unscathed in brilliant light.. while there are so many who live in the war zones of human hate.. and this is earth.. already heaven and hell.. location.. location.. location.. rings for whomever the BELL TOLLS…

Perhaps one day.. there will be Love for all.. and no doubt that price will come with a tag.. that is never seen before…

And so true.. it is only likely the human animal that sits and worries and even meditates about death….

When most all the other animals simply live in existence now forever.. never ever seeing death…

Amazing we will be afraid of something.. we will never see..

And the other animals sing a brave tune of free.. never afraid of a dark they cannot see…

Ah.. the imagination of humans what dreams and nightmares it brings to the illusion of past and future and even the present of now.. in dreams of illusion…come reality for not even now….

Yes.. humans causally and creatively often create the nightmares of life.. the darkness in notes of books paraphrased 3500 years ago.. in lynchings of slaves of different color trying to be free.. and flogging youth to death for sexual orientations expressed not representing the patriarchal norm..

Mean.. while.. the rest of nature flows to no concern of human nightmares except for the end and destruction of life.. that human nightmares can and do bring to that part of nature too….

And as always nature out of balance.. brings misery and pain to those who imbalance..

And please do continue your poetry here.. as i for one.. have the time retired and the bandwidth too.. to comment on most all without ever expecting a comment from another..

That is a blessing that not all share.. as of course we are all unique.. and never just one expression of humanity through the journey of life as is NOW…

There are no chains in the ways of creativity to me…

And yes.. there is the beast of human nature to contend with in balance.. as even the greaTEST DREAMS lived out of human balance can fail with the most positive thoughts driving imbalance.. at least in my case HA! ha!.. and now i just dance and sing.. and write.. and settle for that.. but yeah.. financial independence does help that.. as long as it does not end thIS…

The poetic expression here IN HEaRT reminds me of dreams but truly nightmares of the mechanical mind translated to flowers on Sci-Fi.. spaceships that travel MILLIONS OF miles with only screens of bright lit nature.. without THE emotional and six senses of contagion including proprioception that plant and animal life REALLY LIVING NATURE only brings to LITE A HUMAN heArt as HEART!

WHEN HUMANS BECOME avatars INSTEAD OF HUMANS.. life already ends long ago.. and for some that already happens and they do not even realize the REALITY OF LIVING IN HELL IS the reality as they live it FOR NOW.. then and future more in a hell all lit up.. by stuff other than animal and plant flesh and blood living LOVING life….

And the darkness of not knowing that is beyond terror to me of knowing that darkness and that light OF REAL LIFE TRUTH.. in exercising human being…

Most people will GET excited about a REAL LIFE MIRACLE.. and i am nothing new on that point…as history shows.. as well… AND Science driving technology now allows me to provide irrefutable evidence of what it is NOW…

Yes.. in time distance as space.. faith without positivity is not faith.. to me…

There is truly a day where i write a letter to self.. in future.. in blog at first.. and hopes of recovery from so many ills.. and in that letter i tell myself WELL is to come.. and surely it does.. when dreams in print before.. become reality as real.. when so written becomes SO DONE…

And future dreams become now…

To fret over past or future.. to dream of nightmares then or later.. is certainly not a way for happiness.. but in imagination and creativity the “Quantum” human mind unleashed can make a dream written in the past for future.. become now as reality too…

I’ve been diagnosed with hypomania.. per fearless.. invincibility..

that i logically understand is illusion.. except for that fearless feeling..

AND other stuff here and there that harms no one…for about 18 months

straight now.. but honestly.. i for one am born with hypomania.. it is Culture

that takes that away….

Put me back to work in the 9 to 5 grind.. and bliss will likely disappear again……

Thanks GOD i don’t have to go back to that now.. i’ll keep my so-called hypomania..

On the other hand.. with humans.. one can sit them..

behind a bright lit screen

for hours on end

everyday and feed them

items full of fats and carbohydrates

like Cheetos.. until they succumb to disease..

disorder.. overall imbalance aka chronic stress..

and or eventual suicide in a small percentage

of ‘CASES’.. OF really SMART humans…

And with humans one can also talk

the female demographic

as a way to social acceptance

For any animal to live successfully is to live by instinct and intuition…

And with that comes the peace of mind and body balance that once is an integral part of Human Nature aligned in balance with Mother Nature TRUE aka GOD and still IS FOR THE minority of so-called first world civilized human beings WITH FIRST WORLD so-called

human PROBLEMS.

AND HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN….

PHYSICAL INTELLIGENCE WHEN PRACTICED AS INSTINCTUAL AND INTUITIVE ART.. like our so-called primitive ancestors did by remaining in mind and body balance like ‘your’ cat stalking the prey of a mouse in the backyard.. or not being noticed by a potential predator dog.. in yes, ‘invisible’ mind and body balance like a frigging NINJA IS AN AMAZING AND POSSIBLE WAY OF LIVING LIFE.. LIKE IT ONCE WAS in mind and body BALANCE…

PHYSICAL intelligence this way drives emotional regulation.. per the ability to enhance pro-social emotions and blunt con-social emotions.. otherwise known by the American Indian as feeding one human wolf of emotions over the other in metaphor of myth…

PHYSICAL intelligence this way drives sensory integration..

like the ability for proprioception..

where one can feel their way

around one’s environment

without the other

five so-called regular senses…

Most MODERN SO-CALLED CIVILIZED ‘humans’

rarely tap this type of human intelligence..

and to have it more fully explored

and developed.. as what science

names as the 6th sense now…

Additionally.. science now

shows that PHYSICAL intelligence

drives cognitive executive functioning

including focus and short term working memory effectiveness…

Any of this sounding familiar.. per the symptoms of Autism…

It should.. but even most scientists that study Autism

do not have the common sense to figure

‘that’ out that is plain as the nose on ‘their’ face…

It’s the nature of the beast of the mechanical cognition mind

that is fed a strict diet of mechanical cognition ways of cultural ‘food’ that has lost its INSTINCTUAL AND INTUITIVE ability for the art of social cognition.. per empathy and connecting language with emotion.. and the art of physical intelligence like our so-called primitive ancestors did when foraging from sunrise to sunset.. and dancing around the fire of night wildly.. freely in mind and body balance connecting with other humans this way..

and connecting with Mother Nature True.. this way.. with all six senses of human being operating like a finely tuned

And i for one ‘TRULY SANE’ INDIVIDUAL.. never ever question the existence of either my INSTINCTUAL AND INTUITIVE Nature NOW.. or Mother Nature TRUE NOW AKA GOD OR ALL THAT IS NOW.. like my so-called primitive UNCIVILIZED Sioux and Cherokee ancestors who have REAL COMMON SENSE LIVING IN MIND AND BODY BALANCE WITH GOD THAT IS ALL THAT IS.. when not diluted by cultural INSANITY…

To visual images in one’s mind is the potential to make dreams reality..

AND THAT MY FRIEND.. i CAN PROVE IN CASE STUDY SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE…

AS i DOCUMENTED THE WHOLE DAM THING IN REAL TIME.. WHEN IT HAPPENED IN MY LIFE…

FROM THE TIME i COULD NO LONGER VISUALIZE ANYTHING IN MY MIND BUT TEXT..

TO THE TIME WHEN i PUT IT IN DIGITAL PRINT FIRST FOR DREAMS..

AND IT ALL COMES TRUE IN

so called ‘UNBELIEVABLE’

AMAZING REALITY FOR ME…

And yes.. most of it is still documented here…too….

But the short version is i was totally and permanently assessed as disabled.. both medically and legally.. with absolutely no prognosis for recovery or possibility of cure from doctors for the synergy of 19 medically documented disorders.. including the life threatening suicide disease of type two Trigeminal Neuralgia

during all waking hours.. for five LONG Years that was LIKE HAVING ONE’S EAR AND EYE DRILLED LIKE TEETH WITH NO NOVOCAINE.. making the effective use of eyes and ears impossible for two years and almost impossible for the next three years.. except for a dimlit screen and still incredible pain.. when my only dreams in sleep are slides of text rolling on my mind’s ‘screen’.. in dreams at night…

And additionally.. Sjogren’s syndrome.. where my eyes made close to zero tears.. where attempting to see was like swimming in salt water with eyes wide open..

And Dysautonomia.. where my blood pressure and heart rate are no longer controlled.. in function.. properly.. by my autonomic nervous system in synch.. and walking around the block makes one dizzy about to pass out or even standing up after eating a meal…

And that’s only three.. there was other STuFF like Fibromyalgia.. Alexithymia.. Anhedonia.. PTSD and associated panic attacks and severe generalized anxiety.. depression, etc. etc. etc….

The Autism Spectrum Disorder thingy i was diagnosed with.. was the LEAST OF MY CONCERN.. AS I HAD ALREADY OVERCOME THAT WELL BEFORE IN LIFE.. enough to retire with financial independence with or without early retirement from a quarter of a century of government employment ending at the GS9 to 11 pay grade rate….

‘So let IT BE WRITTEN SO LET IT BE DONE.’

i started with a personal blog for public purview..

EVIDENCED IN MY CASE.. IRREFUTABLY SO..

AS WORKING WHEN THE FLESH

Oh yeah.. and i write free verse poetry too.. LAUDED BY REAL LIFE PUBLISHING POETS.. and i never did anything like that before i got sick…
