are sick and tired of hearing about it, etc., etc. etc. etc…
However, it is often the same dopamine associated focus
that is also related to extreme emotions and
affective empathy, AND CREATIVITY
so the two most definitely CAN go
‘hand in hand’.
Autism is ‘only’ an abstract concept defined by members of the American Psychological Association APA, in the USA.
There are genetic causal factors limited to the more severely impacted, like Fragile X Syndrome, as direct causal factors of the condition of Autism Spectrum Disorder. But that is still about 5 percent of assessed folks with Autism, per previous diagnostic analysis, where only 11 percent are diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome; yes, it is substantial numbers.
There is no ‘One Autism’; and never will be, as it is an abstract concept of shared behavioral deficits with unlimited potentials of genetic and environmental issues associated as potential causal factors.
But anyway; personal attacks are most definitely a barometer
of folks who do have deficits in cognitive and affective empathy.
For the human archetype of ’empath’;

Let me put it to you in clear “layman’s” terms. This is a very personal issue for me; as I as an individual in the past have a very dear Lesbian friend who is going to commit suicide with a loaded revolver; where I have to use this same exact logic; to talk her down away from a loaded revolver to explain WHY her mother is so ignorant not to accept her homosexual behavior; because of something someone writes in a book somewhere thousands of years ago.
Humans will do almost anything for social acceptance with the ‘herd’ of humans they are raised in; yes, including driving their children to commit suicide for the best intentions prescribed to them out of religion. And in my life I find that Gay folks are among the MOST kind and loving folks; they just use different body parts to do stuff and that is all. And in fact, they are often the last folks who will go against their parents; as they often find love nowhere else; suicide can be the only option to escape when no one accepts a person’s nature fully; not even family and parents. That is beyond sad my friend; and beyond sad if you cannot see and FEEL THAT.

I am noted by my metro area audience, as a legend of dance; freely dancing a
unique martial arts and ballet style dance; all created innately instinctually through
intuition of the God of Nature manifest in me; and as obviously you are not shy to do
research; which I commend you; as some folks here are too lazy to do a google search;
you can find the evidence of that with me and over 200 gorgeous young females of college
age, grinning ear to ear, with the muse of dance I bring to them, at one of the Top Hundred
FUN dance clubs in the U.S.; Old Seville Quarter in Pensacola, FL, by Googling ‘God’s Muse
of Dance’ and there is a new one, ‘666 months of dance’, with over a 100, in a couple of
months. I go there once a week. And yes, I also do this dance everywhere I go in public
stores with my shopaholic wife; now for over 3600 miles, in 21 months, as measured
and documented, by Nike Sports Watch.
Now this might not be all that impressive; and I do appreciate you being man enough here
to at least say the 930LBS press is impressive without all these technical details. That’s impressive
enough for this place.
Yes, what makes it truly impressive and PROOF of the benefits of working with
the God of Nature, manifest as human nature is that 22 months ago, I cure myself
of 19 documented medical disorders, all in recovery or remission, including the worst pain
known to mankind, type two Trigeminal Neuralgia, which is like having one’s teeth drilled
without novocaine, except in my case, the pain is in my right eye and ear; making effective
use of hearing and seeing almost impossible without intolerable pain; for five long years.
Other challenges include Dysautonomia, where my blood pressure and heart rate are no longer
properly synched by my central nervous system, in this autonomic nervous system disorder;
Sjogren’s Syndrome, where my eyes quit making tears, like swimming in salt water with one’s
eyes open; Severe Degenerative Arthritis in my neck; Congenitally Fused Vertebra in my
neck precipitating early onset arthritis; Fibromyalgia; Anhedonia, PTSD, Severe Anxiety; yes
the list goes on. But the bottom line is there is no drugs doctors can find to even provide
a relief from the pain of Trigeminal Neuralgia during all waking hours of my life; and nothing
they or modern science can do for my other disorders; so they basically just send me home;
to wait to die.
Well, I didn’t give up; I looked to nature and within my own innate instinctual and intuitive
eyes of Mother Nature aka GOD manifest in me and healed myself.
So now I ask you; what has your ‘GOD of Science done for you lately’.
Science sucks compared to the power of human nature set free as a wolf
or chimp in the wild. I have no limitations friend; as I now know that
limitations can be human killers. And yes, If I believe modern
medical science, instead of the God of Nature that lives in me;
I will still be a ‘Hunch Back of Notre Dame’, in my underwear
and T-Shirt in my bedroom; instead of a dude in the real
Kingdom of Heaven named a Super Hero and Legend of
dance by both male and female onlookers, and dance
partners, per the extremely diverse; yes, variety
laden female type; evidenced in those links.
When You say GOD is not Nature;
you are either foolish or blind

The term Syzygos, is an excellent metaphor for the truth that at least some of us have
access to a higher self that is all peaceful, knowing and FEELING; much higher than
what we consciously assess ourselves as capable of being, doing AND FEELING.
To become integrated with this metaphor of Syzygos, and
what others describe as Christ, the Holy Spirit;
the Holy Guardian Angel; the Kundalini
Energy, CHI, KI, QI, and so

That’s a great analysis showing the necessity of the balance of both sexual energy and pure white love as the source of humanity’s libido and all the creativity that springs forth from humanity as whole.
And even Aleister Crowley’s general focus on so-called ‘sex magic’ is gaining at least some roots in science, in the science of Lust and Love as balance as a great source of human creativity and general productivity in larger life.
I am happily married but I for one as a very sensual individual from early age; not in a dominating way; just sensual way; can map the magnitude of my creativity in a long night of sober but trance inducing sensual dance in rave dance nights on Thursday; as the next day, my creativity in both dance and words always soars as evidence of that yesterday and today; and it will falter off until that next peak experience of sensuality and trance dance of higher mind and body balance comes together again; next Thursday night and after that.
Truly the source of all my creativity is the art of dance and connecting sensuality to other human beings in flesh and blood life; albeit mostly all females as the Patriarchal fundamentalist male crowd in my area are terrified, overall, of a guy who does ballet dance; but fist bumps regularly when I display lightening fast martial arts kicks from less than an inch of touching in target; including humans, in the club where I dance, in the spirit of play of course.
Anyway here’s the documentary on the science of lust. And Love does balance that out; as my marriage is still definitely successful and not compromised through the sensual freedoms in connecting this way with full clothed members of the opposite sex in dance..:)

Well, Ana, as you may remember while I for one; have never gone 40 days with fasting; I did go precisely 40 days with almost no sleep; numbering 1 hour each night of very shallow sleep, for the first 35 of 40, with the aid of a powerful Alpha Blocker to make that even possible; and then absolutely no sleep during the last 5 of 40 days.
The world record for no sleep is 264 hours; precisely 11 days.
I didn’t get the record; but 11 days might have been easier.
This happened, ironically, during the lent season of 2008.
Of course for me it is not something I want; it is
the last thing imaginable anyone will want;
and I’m sure you at least; can trust me on
that.
A cocktail of dysautonomia, where my heart
races to keep the blood going to my head in
a nervous system that no longer coordinates
the autonomic function of heart and blood
pressure, means every time my head hits the
bed I get faint; but before I pass out my heart
races to awake; a constant hell of heart and
blood pressure out of whack that sure is then.
Oh and then there is the Trigeminal Neuralgia,
type two style, where sleep is the ONLY ESCAPE
from novocaine less pain; with the pain in eye
and ear instead of teeth; and yes, that’s bad
enough; but there is a total of 19 medically
diagnosed disorders, including Sjogren’s
Syndrome, threatening loss of eyesight;
no more eye duct tears; like swimming
in salt water with eyes wide open it
feels; and yeah Fibromyalgia pain
all over; Spinal Stenosis; severe
degenerative arthritis in my
neck making any movement
in neck or not; severe pain
all the time, and I’m
running out of
space to
describe the rest;
bad stuff; but this
is the worst part;
EXCEPT; by far the
worst part is losing all
my emotions; becoming
totally disconnected with
the GOD of Nature through
senses too; including the sense
of Proprioception in navigating the
world without eyes and ears; OH MY
GOD I GO TO REAL HELL; WHERE ONE
IS ALMOST TOTALLY SEPARATED FROM
THE GOD OF NATURE; and aha! that is where
the realization comes to me that of course; Yes,
hell yes; GOD is the Interdependent relationship
of all that is; and when one becomes separated
from God like I do then; one lives in hell where the
experience of one second of time is a thousand years
of hell; all there is, is time in hell; In the heaven I live in
now, in the REAL KINGDOM OF HEAVEN of now; there is NO
perception of time; forevermorenow is wHere I am at for Now..:)
I suppose this is why some folks do the fasting thingy; to figure this
stuff out by looking within too; but hopefully one can figure it out with
the help of others, instead of fasting; and no one; no one needs to go without
sleep for 40 days; as if they do anything close to that; they will be praying every
day for death to escape that; and that is all; where death seems like life and death
is life for all practical purposes; to see divine purpose in death is truly life and the
PATH TO FEARLESSNESS as truly anxiety and fear in general ruin a human soul, heart
and potential for positive loving spirit expressed in connecting to other human beings and
the rest of
Nature
aka
GOD..:)
Yes, I sleep okay now;
perhaps not enough at less
than 6 hours some days;
but certainly far from the torture of that past.
I’ve always been a night owl; and I practically sleep my way through school groggy; as I rarely go to bed before 2 or 3 AM, as a night owl; listening to Pink Floyd’s ‘Dog’ song and stuff like that. HeHe!.. amazing I graduate 11 out of a class of 381, ‘asleep’ and rarely studying; but getting my homework done, of course..:)
And if you haven’t heard it; its kind of mystical sounding; ’cause the maker of some of the songs, Syd Barrett, expresses music out of the realm of the music science BOX, in meter and measure.
It’s psychedelic without the drugs. And yes, he eventually goes too far off the edge of abstract; and falls to mental illness; but his Art remains forever as long as YouTube servers keep going.

of John Calhoun in the 60’s, shows a lack of social roles can lead to
extinction, of at least, a society of rats; humans do share much of that
social animal DNA as well. And with rates as high as 50% of college graduates
not gaining jobs a decade after college, still living at home with parents, and many
others underemployed in service jobs, far below their education; this current experiment
of society is not working well for more folks. But alas, the bright side is at least their is still
Social Welfare to provide a safety net for a cultural experiment that is not currently working well.
and not listen to the voices of generations before; some retired
with golden feathered nests; when social roles in work are plentiful; and even early retirement is possible.
I come from the days before; I live in comfort in retirement; but I am not so cold souled and hearted not to
look further to the truth to see that poverty, largely in ways of not finding jobs, is the problem of a culture
that’s experiment produces raising the incomes of those ‘who own the machines’ while relegating the
populace to a life of social roles in work, if any, with little human connection in products that can be
felt and sensed; in a life of both disconnectedness from humans and the rest of feeling
sensing human nature with ‘earthy’ nature ; There is not only a poverty in our modern
cultures in moral failure of providing healthy social roles of work; there is almost
a total apathy of even admitting what the real problem is; where the
fictional movies; the terminator series and matrix series, are more or
less already truth come in flesh and blood
machine reality; where the moral
failure is a poverty of
machines; that
is the cause
of poverty;
period;
overall,
today,
at
least.
And seriously, in many ways
the folks who entertain themselves
including me in someways, are here
simply because there is no social roles
provided for them, in society they can do.
In my work area; when the Info Tech revolution
is just starting in the early 80’s, I am hired in a
before, totally unrelated area of employment
associated with Computer Tech stuff; that
becomes part of employment then; and
my skills are needed; now most everyone
has those skills; I thrived on the rise up;
and now others are paying the price of
the end result of shiny new machines
that multi-task human skills; for
a human who is NOT evolved
to multi-task machine
cognition and
social cognition
activities at one time;
per the smallest example
of the cashier at McDonalds
with service with a cash register
smile. That’s a hard job; and evolution
of human being and science now evidences
why; and why our culture in ways of adequate
social roles is failing greater every day. Now
folks moreover must create their own social roles.
And that is possible for imaginative and creative individuals.
But they are truly the outliers; some folks have difficulty tapping
that potential; for many environmental and innate reasons, for now.
Anyway, it’s a fascinating topic of discussion; and there are many more
reasons and solutions that meet the ‘eye’s of much ‘deeper minds’ with
both the science and art of the human nature of humanity
in mind AND HEART AND SOUL AND SPIRIT OF HUMAN
BEING. It’s much more complicated than either
an economic math equation or
a conservative
Sunday School
Class; for ‘eyes’
‘seeing deeper’.
I think the examples of domesticated Wolves, show that domestication of humans is not all what it’s cut out to be.
But at least in places in the U.S.; we can still be wild and free; but only if we assert that freedom can we do it.
The fact that I have no interest now in reproducing and have no children; does set me apart from
what I am free to do; it’s nice to have children; but lots of individual potentials of human
freedom certainly go with that; as well as any time to even have inclination to do it.
The idea of priests in Catholic Churches not getting married; overall; has some
merit; as communion with the greater forces of nature are certainly
easier to obtain in a world farther away from the responsibilities
of what must be done in everyday life. And on top of that
becoming a structured part of a religion to do that
is highly restricting, as well, per individual
feelings and senses understood
and expressed about
GOD FREELY.
I have a feeling the GOD of Nature
will win out; history shows
this time and time again
to be true; no matter
the experiments that
humans put forth
out of human nature
and Nature in general
balance..:)
I think the greatest thing about technology is it is making people softer, overall.
Bars used to be a scary place to go to, with folks starting fights with folks.
But now truly folks have softened; and while I personally do not see that
as healthy; it does lower testosterone levels in males as fat percentages
go up in body; even at the military gym I go to; the military audience
there is extremely soft; and often punching on a smart phone;
rather than a punching bag; and lifting half as much as folks
did when I am young; Ah, the darkness of life; always
has a silver lining, somewhere; A country of softer
folks means less violence.
And that ironically is growing across the globe,
as machines take the punch
out of human
beings.
I am peaceful and strong;
I can live life strong
without punches;
thank goodness;

And seriously I am the ‘omega’;
male when I am younger and
generally speaking, I am recognized
as the ‘alpha’ male archetype when
I go to bars now. But no; not before;
and it’s fascinating to observe the differences
in that; living in both places in one lifetime.
Alpha, is definitely the best;
particularly, when
it is humbly done.
Usually the old adage is folks get weaker when
they get older; but in my case, I for one can prove
in empirical numbers that I get twice as strong in
9 months, moving from a quarter of a ton of lifting
power in my legs to close to a half a ton, last year.
That does show the incredible potential of human
epigenetics; at even the ‘advanced age’ of
55 next week. And my stimulus
of adaptation, and change
in environment, is
martial arts
and ballet
style dance..:)

The games of thrones
and video games

place of
flesh and blood

plays of life.

Just as note, Boston University has already done a comprehensive peer reviewed study on this very forum, in the ‘hay day’ of the Strident WP Atheist days of Wrong Planet, where spiritual leaning folks are constantly ridiculed for their belief in a gang-up effort by anti-spiritual, material reductionist bullies. Even then, the Boston University study shows that in analyzing the actual posts here, in PPR, overall, instead of just a few opinion threads; only 26% percent of folks here assess and express themselves as actual Atheists.
The issue with higher functioning spiritual leaning folks on the Autism Spectrum is they develop their own sets of spiritual beliefs often not controlled by one religious ideology. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that as each human being views the Universe uniquely in relationship to issues with existential intelligence. And yes, existential intelligence is a very import aspect of human intelligence to feel secure in one’s very existence on a now to now basis.
My ideas of GOD are 100% secure in nature;
there is proof of GOD in all that is to me with absolutely no doubt.
But here’s the thing, I see much further in life than most people do, as a result of many challenges in life that most folks have not faced. When I describe my ideas about philosophy and GOD the folks who see it as gibberish or garbage have simply not been to the places, I for one, have been in, in life in both physical illness and the joy of 54 years of paths in life leading down many roads in real flesh and blood life out of a world of electronic devices, as well as in them too.
Chances are without the intimidating environment for folks with out of the box spiritual ideas, if the Boston University study is done here again; the percentage of atheists will be the similar or less than the so-called NT online control group at 17%.
And true, the percentages of Christians are rather low; but it doesn’t take much intelligence to see through the myths of the OT and the NT of the traditional revised bibles.
But here’s the thing that is the most important part of that. Folks follow truly insane myths and ideologies for the truly sane reason for social acceptance, for basic subsistence and social survival.
And no matter how silly the ideologies are; survival is what counts for any social animal at the end of the day.
And even if it is female genital mutilation that is the social norm for both self-esteem and religious ideology in some countries; the alternative of not participating in the NORM of social cooperation can mean DEATH, IN EVENTUAL POTENTIAL.
Many folks on the Autism Spectrum who already have trouble with reciprocal social communication are outcasts by the time they hit the church pews, knowing what’s going on; so there is not much to lose from seeing deeper truths; escaping church as an outcast already; and finding one’s own path to what one calls and defines GOD, in unique ways.
And that is a great advantage in being an outcast.
As I for one can dance naked in front of the entire world;
on adult restricted nude art blog; all legal of course.
And feel absolutely no shame; ’cause human sensuality aka LUST, is a scientifically all GOD of Nature given proven core of both human creativity and productivity, so I use that to my advantage as a muse both to me and a few other female poets and dancers in the real world, to ENHANCE MY CREATIVITY, big time; AND YES, my wife goes along with it, sort of..;)
And yes, the evidence of that follows me everywhere I go, in terms of
creativity and productivity, for those with ‘eyes’ deep enough and
patient enough to see the full extent of what I do, numbering
around 1.1 million now, on just my Google Plus page for ART.
The outcast as always, can and does win in the END, AND sometimes
always now, in the real kingdom of heaven, as just another mind

that folks who sit on their butts all the time are more likely to get depressed;

And there WILL be NO restraints of
disagreement in the area community;
as it is around 95% or so Christian leaning.
And truly these folks could be in more danger from the folks in the Christian Church than the Muslim church of minority where this Islamic protest is taking place. Mobs rule; the folks who are doing this are truly cowards of freedom of speech; as they will
NEVER EVER do it; where Muslims are the majority; and if they do NOT like Christians they likely would have enough common sense and realize they have small enough ‘balls’; NOT to attempt it at a congregation of literally several thousand folks attending the huge Assembly of GOD church in my locality.
Where I live; a person doesn’t disrespect GOD or Women; if they plan to live comfortably.
While it’s not exactly separation of Church and State; it IS both reality and mob rule; however
one ethically assesses it.
The problem here is; there is a right to freedom of religion; and from an ethical; and perhaps not legal
standard, per 1st and 2nd amendment rights; these folks are just cold hearted assholes.
They don’t even deserve visibility on the news as the weakest of cowards; picking
on a religious minority instead of facing up to the

In fact, the volume and number of compliments
I get from folks in real life like I’m so excited to meet

The issue with Autism is with the higher functioning type; science is finding now it is an issue of epigenetics for many folks and limiting ways of thinking and not increasing physical intelligence that is the cause of much functional disability, including difficulties with emotional regulation; sensory integration; and cognitive executive functioning, including focus and short term working memory.
Movement therapy is now used
to treat theses very symptoms of Autism.
This makes perfect sense, as Eastern philosophies through the martial arts have made men and women into the archetype of ‘Superman’ many times through history. Bruce Lee is of note in recent history. Jack Lalanne is another who exceeds human potential through will of mind and body in balance exceeding limitations for humans assumed before.
And Art therapy is now used as therapy for Autism; however, strict instructions for art will not work; real emotional expressing art focuses on the expressions of unlimited emotions without mechanical cognition restraints, per the metaphor of paint by numbers.
I bring to the table here that more is possible than some of these folks who sit glued to their computer and never leave the proverbial basement of mom and dad’s house may think there is by the idea that Autism is mostly an innate issue rather than a cultural negatively epigenetic produced one of limitations on physical intelligence, which also increases non-verbal intelligence that is the most important type of reciprocal social communication for effective social interaction.
Human beings have the potential for positive Epigenetics in effect and AFFECT in unpacking DNA through environmental challenge, adaptation, and change. Same as the general process of neuroplasticity; however, with epigenetics the results can look like miracles in looking from the outside; instead of understanding the real physical human potential of this in both mind and body balance through neuroplasticity and epigenetics.
Mind and body are the same general ‘thing’;
receptors for memory in intelligence and
emotions are both in body and brain.
To believe that life lives in a computer screen, a lecture, or a book; or a mechanical cognition activity like playing a video game is a cruel way to treat a highly evolved mind and body; when and where finally tuned thrives in the joy of life.
A cat rolling around in the sand in the mid-day sun is ‘happier’ than most people for this very FACT that the cat has mind and body balance and this certainly is NOT LIMITED to Autism; as half the nation in the U.S. is on some kind of pain medication for chronic pain; much of which is somatic in origin, as indirect or direct results of chronic stress; and associated emotional dis-regulation; sensory dis-integration; out of focus; out of short term working memory potential; and out of mind and body balance to put it in layman’s terms.
I know I am incredibly intelligent friend;
and am still assessed with off the chart IQ by professionals
who help me with my 19 medical disorders
during my catastrophic synergy of illness as a shut-in in my home for 5 years.
However, at that time I tell them I am incredibly retarded, because my emotional intelligence is gone, as compared to before my synergy of catastrophic illnesses. I also stumble when I walk, as my physical intelligence becomes retarded, as well. At that point I clearly understand that physical and emotional intelligence are much more important than book learning, my friend. A person with an IQ of 70 is head and shoulders over me then. And yes, I do have a measured standard IQ of well over 130; graduating 11 out of a class of 381; and then going on with a triple major and three college degrees; and successful upper pay grade eventually with government service, at a quarter of a century there; leadership classes with the county; etc. etc. etc., my friend.
Those doctors could not help me; I cured myself by looking within and finding the innate instinctual and intuitive answers in mind and body balance; and through at least some empirical means of measure through the AQ quiz moving from 44 to 45 to 11 on that scan for Autism; the non-science Aspie Quiz from 195 to 92; and the Emotional Intelligence test from mid 50’s to 95 in just the course of a Summer through what even professionals call a religious type miracle; I know this is epigenetics in real time effect and affect; and what the professionals describe as recovery from Autism.
My recovery is in both the art of connecting emotions to language in free verse poetry with no man-made instructions and the physical intelligence of increasing mind and body balance literally to core of abdominal muscles in any direction I walk or dance through ballet and martial arts style dance-walk I make up as I go; now for over 3600 miles measured by Nike GPS Sports Watch, everywhere I go in public, with my gorgeous shopaholic wife.
After recovery, I look to science for similar answers and find that science is now finding these same answers to help many folks stuck out of mind and body balance. One quick book of reference on the cutting edge is by a Medical Doctor titled ‘The Body Keeps Score’.
The difficulty with further scientific study is it is not considered ethical to do large studies on humans like this; so, much of it is limited to case studies; however, the FACT IS it works.
If I did not find these answers;
my life will still be stuck in a bedroom, all closed-in;
Instead, my life I evidence in human potential for others, and provide a way of understanding this through many avenues of communication; the greatest of which is the nonverbal dance itself that inspires hundreds; if not thousands of folks to participate in this type of dance in my local metro area to increase their own mind and body balance;
Albeit, mostly at the bar I attend with young folks where the hundreds of photos of gorgeous women I supply here for proof for the naysayers, smile ear to ear with me, with the muse of dance I bring to them.
But even so, literally hundreds of people throughout my metro area videotape me and share this new art of dance all around the world for potential of others to try it more, on Facebook; and potentially gain greater mind and body balance in simply the bliss I have by doing this everyday of my life.
Sometimes you have to stand on a desk, my friend; per example of the Dead Poet’s Society movie to get people’s attention first before they will notice anything in life. Particularly, in a day and age where science measures the average attention span of human beings as that of a gold fish.
While my hyperbolic style of communication may not be comfortable for some folks here; it is precisely the pill that works for communication for the novelty seeking crowd of a culture that is always looking for the new thing to do.
And the hyperbolic style of dance is what the young folks, in particular, crave; in a culture of Walmart Walkers who are more or less the Zombie Apocalypse come true. A life spent in head of worries; instead of simple animal homeostasis, in mind and body balance.

Oh Lord, the differences and fallacies of the
detail folks vs. folks with BIG PICTURE vision.
As Above so Below, is of the oldest wisdom of human beings
with bigger ‘eyes AND ears than ants’ to observe the natural world around them.
As a culture of Agriculture the idea that humans are formed from dust and clay/dirt
is not that big of a jump of logic when most ever thing one eats is formed from dust and dirt/clay.
And yeah that stuff we eliminate is not too far from what the herd animals have in common with us as well, as domesticated cats and dogs.
Well, the similarities of all stuff comes into purview that humans have this oneness with all of that;
where at least some humans, reflect all of that with the way their minds work too, as they come from all of that;
all together, as is now.
It scares some humans who think they are so special,
as separate from the rest of nature; where they cut foreskins off
to separate themselves from the other HE mammals.
It’s just common sense friend.
Something the GOD of Nature gifts human beings with ‘bigger eyes’ to see.
The scientific method is necessary in modern terms, as it can be the difference between life or death, when it comes time to analyze the dangers and efficacies of modern pharmaceuticals and much more than that.

Well, the scientific method, in its much finer
detailed approach to understanding nature
and the truth of existential reality for humans
just proves that fact more than ever before;
and the idea of a cycle of life in nature
and a seed of reality
exploding into existence

and gaining life again in return from shore is
poetic above so below reality, and JUSTICE, my friend.
And ‘true poetry’, is connecting the dots of stuff in life from abstract mind reality to physical concrete reality and the converse; that the whole enchilada of existence is a living and dying thing and living thing again; and all of reality is a cycle of death and life.
And OH MY GOD, if the worst case scenario comes true and we get just one shot at this thing called life; in regard to infinity; and the death and rebirth and death and rebirth infinitum, does not bring a conscious awareness back ever again, on a personal level;
The greatest gift of our reality is our imagination and our ability to shape our realities with it, in flesh and blood life; as I for one, prove is possible with the documentation of my life.
But alas, this reality of GOD’s Nature does not necessarily have to be fair; although Karma could reckon that out; if that is also real in terms of that above so below thingy too; as one can clearly observe the effect and affect of Karma in just the span of one lifetime, who has ‘eyes’ to see this.
But anyway, if life’s not fair, and you do not have the ability to imagine your reality in life and make it come to fruition in flesh and blood terms, like I do now, everyday of my life, since I attain this highest of human potential, as I prove in my life everyday and document;
I am truly sorry you cannot; and hope there is another life for you, when and where you can, in terms of now; as there is no bliss possible known now, as great as one created by human imagination and creativity in real flesh and blood terms; that can be proven, irrefutably so, like I have done here time and time again.
Perhaps there are the chosen ones in life; and if so

Ah.. but yes.. that Creep song i can relate to perfectly.. in several stages of my life.. in 2nd grade.. moving from little school to big noisy Catholic Private school.. in my father’s hometown in Florida..
to middle school where everyone tells me I do not deserve to exist for my strange looks.. telling me i am too skinny.. have a head that is too big.. etc.. etc.. people can’t understand me when i talk.. and all of that homophobic stuff.. from patriarchal Christians.. when i smile too much…
Then i wish really really hard that i will be special.. and finally i get special enough where the bullies tell me they are proud that i meet their standards finally in high school.. to my surprise.. i mean seriously.. a girl named Gracie actually tells me she is proud of me.. when she sees my transformation to a little more normal looking ‘ET’ Freddy..
And then OMG.. when my first girl friend breaks up with me at 19 years old.. trauma.. i fall apart.. i start losing handfuls of hair.. and i feel like i am disintegrating into nothing.. and i am feeling like the creep that walks the college halls..
and oh gosh.. i wanna be special again.. i keep wishing.. and again.. something magical happens and God changes me into special again.. at age 22.. and the girls start to like me again.. and once again.. i am happy.. for 25 years.. get a job.. get married.. get a home.. and all that stuff..
And ugh.. back to age 47.. and i become a shut-in hunchback.. of Notre Dame.. all pain all the time.. no feelings at all.. literally cold inside my body on 100 degree temperature days.. wearing a tattered jacket in the summer.. with ear plugs and shades ’cause a cricket sounds like a freight train in my ears.. and streetlights at night.. with shades on at 3AM.. walking creepy around my neighborhood block.. looks like Sun with no shades on..
And oh no.. i lose my ability to even hope or wish.. so i just write skeleton words to keep going and going and going.. starting in 2010.. and then eventually God gives me a wish instead of asking for one.. in 2013.. and then i just humbly do what God ‘says’ to do with ‘his hands and feet’ on mine.. and ‘voice’ in me..
and God does finally heal all the disorders.. and to make a much longer story shorter.. now folks in my metro area.. call me hero of dance.. legend of dance.. and so forth and so on.. and yes.. mostly people think my writing is still weird on the Internet.. but 1.1 million people look at it on my Google Plus stuff page.. without commenting.. so it must.. at least be special.. in a creepy way.. haha!

The most important thing I learn about life, in the last two years; that I never really know, before 2013, in terms of innate instinct and intuition; is the fact that humans have the ability to ‘hear’ the call of the wild and act on it; really no different than any other social animal.
The call of the wild is a really important instinct for social animals and truly basically it means connecting with nature, gaining subsistence, reproducing, and maintaining animal homeostasis and conserving energy at all times for maximum potential in gaining all of the above.
While many of us have an all we can eat assortment of sugars, fats, carbohydrates, proteins and plenty of water to drink out of the faucet and or plastic bottle; this is instant gratification, as a way of life, compared to the evolved human animal for periods of time without food, where challenge and adaptation to challenge in PHYSICAL ways is the name of the game for survival.
In my practice of Martial Arts/Ballet-like Dance Walk; now if I want to sneak up on; say a squirrel; to take a photo in my yard; I can do it at a speed slow enough like a cat in balance, not turning a leave (me at 230LBS) and make the picture before the squirrel scurries.
Before, my lumbering robot walk will scare the squirrel away, well before I get close enough for the photo shoot I want close up..:)
Interestingly, in studying wild animal behavior, as compared to World Noted, Asperger’s Expert, Tony Atwood’s ‘Spot the Aspie’ segment that he does in his lectures where he walks with his butt sticking out, and head tilted down toward the floor a few feet ahead; is well, yes, the way I walk before; to much ridicule by others, in life; discomfort even standing still; and truly having to copy my wife walking in total comfort or whomever else is with me in stores, before I turn 53, to even frigging be comfortable in my own skin, part of the way.
And truly this is a major source of human anxiety; NOT TO feel comfortable in one’s own skin.
But the issue is, for me at least; is it an innate issue or an environmental issue, from all those gold star academic awards sitting still in lectures; being too timid to play team sports to get all around the field, and yes, after two years I can say with certainty now that other humans are amazed, in empirical terms by what they describe as excellent posture and graceful terrestrial like butterfly walk, where in a way I walk right out of a cocoon of discomfort fostered by a truly insane culture focusing on head thinking, rather than body thinking in feelings and emotions; at least in my case. Yes; Ha! some folks suggest I grow taller, who have not seen me for over a decade; but that’s what good posture looks like; taller..:)
And oh, yeah; emotions everywhere, never controlled by me, and a dizzy boy who cannot walk straight with integrated senses before 2013; with mind and body balance now, through the actual practice of Dance Walking a martial arts/ ballet style for 3629 miles, in 21 months, in most all public area stores, by measure of Nike GPS sports watch; all that is under control with the practice of human relative free will; not unlike eastern philosophies that pursue martial arts as a way of life.
But here’s the other thing and it is extremely important. The ancestry of human being encoded in our DNA for innate instinct and intuition is the necessity of defending ourselves from physical threats from human beings and other animals. Now of course, walking ‘invisibly’ helps to escape the predator of other animals; but that just will not work with the predator who is human, as humans stick together and are hard to escape.
So the choice in that is fight or flight. But the thing is, if one never develops skills to defend themselves physically; other than weapons, the only choice is flight, which is an anxious thingy by instinct that one lives with all the time around other folks, if they never learn now to defend themselves comfortable in their own skin, doing it, as well.
And then there is the instinct for reproduction, and for females it is not as strong after bonding for a family as far as sampling what’s out there out of the ‘cave’; but males, overall, are another story, and to repress that drive has consequences of natural penalties by nature, in ways of deficits in hormones, and strength to get that instinctual job done.
So what to do; play with it; and while that can be taken literally; that’s not quite the full hormonal effect of being
around flesh and blood T and A. And it’s truly amazing, as when I start going back to the dance clubs to dance, last spring; I am kinda, a little bit like ‘Free Willy’, before he escapes his water prison.
I am just not as virile, nearly as virile, as I used to be in my 20’s, overall, and not just talking about sex; the whole
male package from head to toe in confidence, is more what I am speaking to here. And now after a year of dancing with all the young women; ALL THAT CHANGES, for me, now, big time..:)
But yeah, married and all, in my 30’s, back then, now with me fixing to turn 55, there is just too much stress then, with work and all, to even worry about basic animal innate, instinctual, and intuitive call of the wild stuff.
Go to work, go home, watch TV, play a video game, go to bed, get up, for five days; get all the housework related subsistence gathering stuff done on the weekend, and then the rat race continues on for decades, in a maze of culture far removed from the call of the wild, as experienced before marriage, mortgages, and all the complicated stuff of life spent in a head of mechanical cognition; instead of much greater potential physical intelligence to basically be more undomesticated again in mind and body balance with emotions regulated, senses integrated, and much
better cognitive executive functioning
by way of focus and short term
working memory for REAL SUCCESS!..:)
What I am saying here, is; at least for human beings who go back to nature; even having the opportunity to hear the call of the wild, and act on it; is amazing human potential that can be gained, if one really listens to their inner free warrior and survivor, and makes life an imaginative and creative physical potential, instead of just stuck in a mechanical cognition mindset of work, and the rest of day to day life.
And the greatest thing of all about becoming proficient with a unique style of dance, is one does not have to go to the female dancers; they come on their own, as most all females love nothing better in the bar life than a man who can shake his groove thing. Over 200 photos documented in my blogs tell the tale on that with smiling ear to ear women, with me and the muse of dance I bring.
Now to be clear; not every middle aged guy is cut out to do this stuff; including the leg pressing 930LB thingy with my arms raised in the air slowly and surely on a parallel leg press machine; BUT, FOR all practical intents and purposes, as the last kid picked on sports teams, even behind girls in school; I do not seem to be cut out for it either.
But here is where the real KICKER (930LBS OR SO), comes into play. Epigenetic potential through challenge and adaptation to created environmental challenge is what makes most all this stuff possible for me.
I show photos of me as a teenager here,
and I am much more of a weak looking teenager,
than most of what I see in the photos of males here.
A major issue on this Internet site freely discussed here is disdain for alpha males; and the sadness that comes with being a weaker male, in terms of reproductive success, acceptance, and success in the work place.
Trust me after being the human archetype
of omega male and alpha male;
Alpha male is much more fun.
And yeah, even in the wild; the omega male can adapt and does move
to the top, as well, with proper physical intelligence challenges.
So what this means is; fuller success in life, in what really
counts; and don’t ‘fool oneself’; I’ve been around the block
too many times to fool myself, to Know I am just another
male social animal; with all the potential pitfalls
and successes that comes with that; physical
challenge, adaptation, and growing stronger
in success of male social animal
or moving down the
totem pole
of
the call
of the wild
IS a Real Deal.
Being wild and being able to control it,
to keep a wife, and all of that
through human relative
free will, is the
secret
to what I can
do, epigenetically speaking;
that I have evidenced on this

let other folks know, they do not
have to spend life with their ‘tales’
between their legs, shuffling along
in robot walk, looking at the floor
instead of standing tall, with head
faced forward, ready to meet,
any instinctual challenge that
comes in terms of physical

it really comes or not;

this; if you get a
‘leg up’ on it early;
the way folks are
becoming softer and
softer; YOU WILL have
a huge advantage over
others in success in life.

I have the CHI, The Christos, and oh yeah, ‘the FORCE FROM Star Wars’ mighty strong in me; and when people do call me Legend in real life, and Hero of Dance; it is because of precisely this.
So what have your endorphins done for you lately, in terms of empirical results, in actually doing something with your body that impresses another person, in real flesh and blood connecting life that you can prove.
CHI makes stuff happen baby; it ain’t nothing new; but no one, and I do mean no one, leg presses 930 LBS the way I do, in the entire YouTube world of steroid heads; CHI, is all natural all the time; all amazing Force and Christos metaphor of energy too; and there are scores of other metaphors for this much greater all innate, instinctual, and intuitive human potential power found within human being and practiced across cultures.

Ah, you’ve already answered your question by the art of the human that creates reality rather than being ruled by the order of science, in systemizing scientific method that attempts to make a human being that is art in nature, logic instead, by this tool of science.
That’s already failed. The little bitty scientific method is good at observing the same things over and over again. But that my friend is the very definition of human being based insanity, per the words of Einstein.

The human mind and body in balance in ways of imagination and creativity in greater physical intelligence, incorporating the emotions and regulating them along with integrating senses that do exist in the corporeal body are real. There is no ‘logical’ reason to believe that human soul is any more than a balance of mind and body that feels nuanced emotions as heArt fully; and has the much fuller ability to fully express emotions and senses through Spirit to connect to other human beings and the rest of nature.
This is all flowery talk; sure; but you see, humans are all flowery communicating social animals; when properly mind and body balancing; feeling a full range of emotions and senses, without repressing some emotions through the emotion of fear; and fully letting go, and flowing, just like that Ice Princess from ‘Frozen’; letting go all the negative
con-social emotions; and connecting in flow of spirit as emotions and senses in all arts of expression from verbal language, non verbal language, and internal nuanced emotions and senses with the rest of humans and nature aka as the interdependently connecting relationship FORCE of all EXISTENCE, both animate and inanimate;
and to be clear inanimate is only a relative term, as even in rocks,
electrons are spinning around nucleuses same as human being.
The bottom line is GOD exists now.
The three letter term God is just an abstract construct.
To understand God is to define God properly.
God is the Interdependent relationship of all stuff seen and unseen
that is connecting force as yes, as Ana says, energy.
Energy takes many forms but the bottom line is

Some people house God in little bitty words, and anthropomorphic ways of thinking.

all around us. I mean duh, God is everything seen and unseen now. Jesus cannot get folks

God MIN is representative of the fertility aspect of the
Nature of GOD, as manifest in human being.
Fertility is a big deal, when humans must
reproduce to make enough folks to make
a village big enough to make subsistence
a working solution to live, per the sweat of the brow;
and the work of the night; otherwise known as having sex.
Stuff gets more complicated after that; and generally speaking
that starts with a prehensile thumb; some sticks and sand;
copying connections of nature including imaginary connections
between stars of skies; and to be clear not dreams; just imaging
connections in lines between actual stars to make ‘sacred’ geometrical
shapes that will one day become buildings as well; and stuff like that.
And yes; that stuff eventually becomes a sanskrit alphabet, written
language, collective intelligence, and religion/culture in attempts
to share stuff to help make folks lives better in making subsistence
a reality for overall survival. Then eventually folks get ‘fat’ and happy;
and then there are folks who wanna sit on their butt and let stronger
folks do all the work; and yeah wives still love the ‘construction, firemen,
and garden workers’, then; so ya gotta put a stop to that; by keeping the
wives all in order by suggesting that lust is a bad thing; instead of A
now scientifically understood originator of human creativity

their innate instinctual and intuitive ‘eyes’ of GOD aka Nature,

Never the less, the only innate intellect humans are born with, as far as communication, is verbal and non-verbal language; none of this written down collective intelligence stuff that makes most everyone all uptight and anxious about life.
Nature as God is still widely practiced in all forms of pantheism, and in pantheism the Universe is GOD; in other forms, God is the seen and unseen; but never the less, God is the ‘WHOLE ENCHILDA’, including a grain of sand manifest as the same GOD of all that is.
And yes; the Gnostic Gospel of Jesus definitely indicates he is a pantheist; not really different than Spinoza and Einstein, in broad and narrower terms, per just one example of foreskin is provided by God and humans take it away falsely as a product of religious out-of-whack beliefs, and such as that.
If the real Gnostic Jesus Dude really lives back then, he has amazing street (Nature) smarts for a ‘semi-rabbi’ dude, with just a little satire added in there, with all due respect to my ‘many’ Jewish friends..:)

The God of Nature exists well before humans come onto the scene, so obviously to use Art as metaphor for the creation activity that is the ongoing reality of Nature aka GOD now is metaphor, and Art ironically enough, in itself.
I’m sure your standard IQ is stellar; but that does not measure the social cognition aspect of mind that allows a human being to feel and sense God as Nature. Whether or not you can do that in flesh and blood life is beyond the purview of the words here; but never the less, 3d tech art is not a part of that, specifically my friend. And i like it that way.. as thinking about anything associated
with dance like how am i performing takes the NATURAL
Mosts Atheists in real life, just talk about it, if asked, with a simple answer of I don’t believe in God. And yeah, considering how Abrahamic religions describe and define God that is the majority religious voice in the U.S.A. that’s totally reasonable.
However what’s not reasonable is not understanding the value of what the human social animal naturally does to bond in social ways over common goals and purpose, whether those goals or purposes are of dark or light nature.
Sometimes it’s female genital mutilation and sometimes it’s an Emperor of Rome named Constantine and his Roman Catholic Cohorts who promote a oral tradition of a Yogi and Naturist leaning dude into a Soldier GOD/King of the Universe, as so-called Jesus.
And yes; that too is understandable as human beings have been using hyperbolic statements flared with emotion, then and now, to sell a product whether it is religion or pantyhose that makes a person look like a Super Model.
It’s just human nature.
To suggest human nature
is ignorant or stupid
is the height of
innate ignorance
and stupidity itself.
Well, I fully recognize that
great historical philosophies;
whether they come from the Buddha, Gnostic Jesus,
Lao Tzu, Krishna myth, or American Indian Great Spirit tradition;
all recognize GOD as the force of Nature, including that force AS experienced and expressed as human being inside, outside, above so below, and all around as one force of Interdependent Relationship of All Stuff seen and unseen, as a beautiful tapestry of Art that is all the Universe and beyond, seen and unseen, now and then, and for all infinity to come for now.
God IS ALL, per whatever metaphor is used to replace ALL or GOD is the same stuff of reality experienced by humans in common sense, when not blinded by illusions of abstract language, collective intelligence, or complex cultural blinds of lies; that suggest humans are somehow superior or separated from the rest of social animal nature and nature in general, by removing some foreskin and covering the skin that connects to nature with clothes, which is kinda sad too, as any true naturist like Yogi-leaning Jesus in the Gnostic Gospel of Thomas promotes in verse 37, which says to know GOD is to strip naked, tread on one’s clothes and not be ashamed of one’s nakedness, which truly is the metaphor that we are just another animal of God; nothing special really; but the really great thing is we are connected, all the same together as one beautiful tapestry of all that is for now.
I am so glad that I am not
separate from the rest of Nature
and science does show now that we are all connected too,
by the ‘God’ of Nature,
as illustrated nicely by
a philosopher-like scientist
known as Carl Sagan and friends.
And it doesn’t take a genius, truly,
to understand if one
replaces the three letter word God
with the seven word Nature, in this video;
that the same passion and exuberance expressed
by these scientists over the Nature of
all the connection of the
Interdependent relationship of all that is;
is no less mysterious, beautiful, or wonderful than the
mystery, beauty, and passion folks express over the
three letter smaller word describing
something called God,
which more less is the same dam thing.
Problem is, folks get attached to material idols, which truly are all the tools of modern culture from language, to collective intelligence, to culture; and frigging forget that the essence is the truth and not the semantic differences in abstract symbols; whether they are words or a golden calf or the word Nature to express the same essence of truth that we ARE ALL
CONNECTED.
Anyway,
science shows,
general speaking;
there are two types of folks;
those who are closed minded to new experience,
and those who are more liberal in considering and experiencing new stuff.
I hang with Fundamentalist Christians, as well as Militant Atheists, as well as Liberal minded folks.
And truly the only thing, in general that separates a closed minded Atheist from a closed minded Fundamentalist Christian, is the word GOD. The general closed minded attitudes are the same. And it is a fascinating phenomena to experience as a participant observer Anthropologist on ‘this site’,
where Militant Atheists
are not afraid
to let their
true personalities
that are often
as non-empathic
as the fundamentalist
Christian folks in my area.
They are often closed minded and cold hearted
in terms of thinking their world is the only one that exists.
Nothing could be further from the truth. We ARE all connected; but each human is a ‘galaxy’ unto itself, in perception of a
Universe that is unique in emotions and senses; both experienced and expressed in non-verbal and verbal language.
So yeah, in a nutshell, Militant Atheists and Fundamentalist Christians are the same basic animal; one with science with an extremely limiting tool of the scientific method that has no consistent method to measure the internal experiences of emotions and senses in human mind and body in balance.
And the other that does precisely the same thing with biblical text
that is limited by words as idols, rather than a scientific method of observation and repeatable experiment. Humans, once again, are as unique as galaxies and non-repeatable experiments, neither understood fully by the scientific method tool or the bible tool, literally as such.
The humans experience is almost all metaphor of emotions and senses. That is out of the pay grade of science and truly more in the pay grade of even a 3500 year old book, and the new testament that includes both myth for hyperbolic PR, and truth for living and prospering alive, as free.
In the Catholic Church I attend regularly
many of the ‘science’ (systemizing)
structured traditions and routines I tolerate and do not accept as truth.
However, when the priest clearly states that the teacher Jesus comes to extinguish the instruction guide of 613 Jewish commandments to just one Rule of Love; that is human truth as a socially cooperating mammal for survival; in both science and New Testament truth.
In the Fundamentalist Southern Baptist churches, I visit with friends of that way of thinking, all the talk is about Jesus the GOD and hell fire brimstone eternity of torture, and a mythological devil.
So in other words, overall, my Catholic Church Priest equals truth.
And the fundamentalist ways of both non-empathic militant atheists and Christians equals false;
when the REAL TRUTH of human nature and Unconditional Tough Love for Survival makes the grade.
It’s fascinating; the dude Jesus who some folks do equate as King of the Universe, and the famous
Occultist named as the wickedest man in the world last century, Aleister Crowley, both promote
the same Universal Law of Love as any other philosopher with common sense.
And truly that truth neither requires a degree or a clerical collar. All it requires is social human
animal nature expressed as Unconditional Tough Love, as innately evolved.
I mean, duh, why do folks get so mad over differences of semantics.
Well, haha!, again, science shows that some folks are more closed
minded and some folks are more open minded, so that part
is here to stay; there will always be disagreement
between the closed minded folks who live a
life of caution verse the wild and free
open minded folks who live the
life of
a free bird
with wings,
or an
Angel, haha!..;)
Communities, in general, vary in size and are identified by name both online and off.
Now defunct, out of lack of interest, at one point, The ‘Wrong Planet Strident Atheists’ who identify by this communal label do exist here.
And, overall, a cheerful lot, they are NOT then, with only ‘sick joy’ expressed in making fun of religion.
More or less this will be considered anti-social behavior by real life flesh and blood society, and quickly squashed by majority rule in workplace politics, etc…
At least, in the US, religion still rules the reality of social life, overall, behind closed doors; seperation of church of state or not.
Generally speaking; don’t ask; don’t tell; applies for overall social success and survival, in flesh and blood life, unless one makes a living at it, like ‘Dawkins’ and a handful of other outliers…
People are wired for religion in terms of social bonding.
And yes, on a micro online level,
the ‘wrong planet strident atheists’
ironically meet the definition of religious practice,
as religion can range from football to book clubs,
depending in social bonding human needs
met by religious type activity.

Humans experience emotions and senses and that is all that is truly REAL about human being.

It’s truly interesting to see folks go to extreme measures
to objectify reality as separate from their human experience AKA frigging LIFE.
And in doing so, they never truly learn to master their emotions; senses; focus; short term working memory; and so much more that is truly necessary to even enjoy one moment of life fully without senses and emotions associated with human existential angst also known as general anxiety and related general depression.
You know my friend, I have zero anxiety;
I have bliss all the time; and it is actually observed
as such by professional clinical analysis.
In fact there is a term for it named as hypomania;
but in my case this bliss is totally controlled
and measured by diagnosing professionals as consistent for almost 2 years now.
But here’s the thing; this bliss is an going work of human mastery over emotions, senses, focus, and short term working memory in the present of now. Now is all that exists in human reality; correct.. well it can be, as truly now is reality and all that is same as GOD; however, most folks through neocortical brain, live in an abstract constructed illusion with ‘thought balloons’; that keeps them out of the present; that most animals without this level of neocortical placement in the past and future, in a manufactured reality of literal hell, do not have to spend most of their life in a state of constant anxiety and fear over, and associated depression; never even living one moment with true peace of mind, as is the case with many human beings, by their own admission.
And the more complex society gets with more variables to worry about, the tourniquet of chronic stress gets tighter and tighter, until it leads to an ultimate early demise of human life, as science shows now, as fact, as well.
If I rely on the prognosis of medical doctors that I will never get well from a catastrophic synergy mix of 19 life threatening illnesses, and agree with them that there is nothing that can be done for me to improve my life, as is, by terms of medical science, then my fate is sealed friend, for the rest of my life in tortuous constant waking painful illness, beyond most people’s imagination, specifically, per the type two Trigeminal Neuralgia I am ‘blessed’ with for over 5 years.
And Ha! when I am much younger and if
I believe the prognosis of peers that I will never be strong,
be a ‘man’, find love or be financially successful in life;
that will be the fate I seal for myself, as well.
The power of human faith, hope and belief in the synergy of these human emotions as human relative free will is mighty powerful stuff, my friend, when utilized to become a real life ‘superman’.
I learned along time ago; that the answers lie within our innate instinctual and intuitive minds of emotions and senses; without the interference of the naysayers of life; who heard it through the grapevine; or medical doctors that tell me I am basically screwed.
I thrive, ’cause I learn to master my human emotions, senses, focus, and short term memory that allows me to excel in all things associated with cognitive executive functioning, and overall physical functioning in life.
And that my friend is what life is all about.
Thriving in the moment is what is important;
not some silly argument over who gets
the correct crystalized intelligence fact,
as slightly more correct or less correct.
When a person focuses within and
develops the relative free will
to master life on a moment to
moment practice of bliss;
that’s where reality truly tells the truth or lies
for human being in this thing called human being life.
Most all headaches are caused by tension of a mind and body out of balance, where emotional distress in the body becomes tightening of muscles rather than balance of emotions.
The answer to most headaches, stomach aches, and all other chronic somatic pain that most people take over the counter or prescription drugs for, rising to around 50 percent of the population in the U.S., is truly a simple one; and that is the one of mastering human relative free will in mind and body balance through much greater potential physical intelligence.
It is also recognized by science as possible to control one’s body temperature and brain waves through bio-feedback and I do the same, with greater potential physical intelligence, where I am more wild than domesticated now in animal homeostasis, my friend.
Eastern philosophies understand this practice
of greater human intelligence through the physical intelligence
of mind and body in balance for thousands of years.
The reason most disease is illusion, is most disease is chronic stress related, and with a practice of the physical intelligence of mind and body balance in regulating emotions, senses, focus, short term working memory, brain waves, temperature regulation, and overall human happiness with the power of the mind and body in balance, this same majority of potential human causal factors for disease, as chronic stress, is almost completely conquerable with greater physical intelligence in mind and body balance.
So medical science doesn’t have an answer why I am fearless; happy all the time; dance walk 3596 miles in 21 months; have incredible strength as evidenced here time and time again, leg pressing 930 LBS, easily, 14 times; why I easily connect to the opposite sex with women decades younger than me to the tune of hundreds, as evidenced here time and time again; why I wear shorts in 18 degree weather; and all the other stuff that makes me into a real life metaphor of ‘Superman’, in terms of the ‘new age’ definition of that by ‘Nietzsche’ and others.
But guess what, I have both the answers and the documented evidence, on a case-study basis of course; as truly I am the only person recognized to do much of the stuff I do in ‘real life’ now.
I am a non-repeatable experiment friend.
And that means that only I can explain the reality of the life that is me.
If I did not do it; there is no way it could be done by scientists, alone.
But I believe that I am just a human being; and anyone else who strives the
way I do to have an amazing life, with human relative free will can do the same.
That’s the good news for the believers my friend.
But for the folks here who wanna stay in depressed and anxiety land;
that is the choice they make with their own relative free will; with
or without the positive or negative assistance from others.
This place is a little like ‘hell’, as far as the inhabitants own
reports go. And yes, in terms of human life
hell is truly the ‘Wrong Planet’
and not a normal
part
of animal life
in simple homeostasis.
People spend all day arguing over negative
crap and never even truly live a moment
of what LIFE REALLY can be,
if they just set their
mind and body
balance to
Just DO It,
my friend.
And that is the saddest of all
realities I recognize in the faces
at Super-Walmart, and all the
emotionless and uninspiring
words here in ‘Hell’ aka
the ‘Wrong Planet’,
in metaphor
of course.
And yes,
this is perhaps
the most challenging
place in the world to help
folks who insist they do not
need their own help to get over
their issues in life, as it can be
miles and miles better
on the ‘right planet’
as is for just
right
now.
No human controls my life
but me. There are literally
thousands of people here
who believe that other
folks are the cause
of their problems.
That too, can be a
self-fulfilling prophecy
for sure, as I for one can
get along with almost anyone
in ‘real life’ now. It is only ever
an illusion before that I cannot.
And truly no reason, why it may not
be the same answer for many folks here,
to have an amazing life all the time now,
as amazingly well human being with the
PRESENT Life
of now.
That’s so wonderful, that your medical doctors where ‘you’ live suggest practices of mindfulness as a cure for illness. And truly you must live in a much more advanced medical culture than we do here in the U.S, in terms of human well being.
A visit to a general practitioner here in the U.S.,
with a complaint of chronic headaches
will usually result in the prescription, of a choice,
in a laundry list of psychotropic drugs to attempt to treat symptoms, instead of addressing the causal issue of the number one killer that is chronic human stress, per almost constant fight or flight anxiety about so many imagined possibilities of bad stuff happening in either the past or future; along with impossible demands of a creature that is
NOT evolved to multi-task social cognition activities with mechanical cognition activities, per example as ‘simple’, as the McDonalds Cashier operating a cash register expected to give human connecting customer service with a great big smile.
An additional problem though, is, many folks ‘think’ that mind and body balance in mindful awareness is sitting still saying a prescribed mantra, or specific lessons of movement in
TAI CHI to achieve a state of mindfulness in mind and body balance. While it will eventually work when folks actually STOP thinking about what they are doing in practice, an even better and quicker way to achieve mind and body balance is to do it all innately, instinctually, and intuitively.
Problem tHere is, folks believe that everything in life must come with a prescription of lessons, guidelines, and instructions, as that is the way they are led to believe in a life of spoon fed culture, in instructions.
To learn how to be human is to do it by innate instinct and intuition; same as other animals not trapped under the guise of abstract complex written language, collective recorded intelligence, and the STRICT sidewalks of walking, in straight lines culture.
To look above is to see the truth, so below. And with science we have the ability to see the Golden Spiral PHI Flow in galaxies, as well as nautilus shells, orbits of planets around respective suns, sun flowers, fetuses, and the curled cat resting in bliss for 16 hours or so a day.
To move like a galaxy in golden spiral flow, is the natural way humans are evolved to move, like other mammals to capture prey and escape predator. To do it in public today, can be considered delightful or insane.
But trust me, I do not do drugs and neither does ‘Tove Lo’, as stunning visual artistic representation of this Universal truth of human being in golden spiral flow of ‘invisible’ movement in total mind and body balance awareness in proprioception, emotional regulation, sensory integration; and greater focus and short term working memory, to make real supermen and superwomen of the ancestors of our past come truth again.
The old age is the new age way of human bliss.
The truth is only forgotten.
And modern humans devolve negatively epigenetically,
who become guised with blinds of culture to miss
the truth of what it even means to be human being.
Chronic negative stress is the illusion of culture.
The same heaven in now; nirvana and bliss; that the real historical Gnostic Jesus, Buddha, Lao Tzu, and mythological Krishna speak to as the Holy Spirit, CHI, KI, TAO, DAO, QI, Atman, and American Indian Great Spirit are the same basic animal truth of homeostasis, and true power as unconditional love’, for survival, as mind and body balancing human being living in harmony and peace with other human beings and the rest of Nature aka GOD.
And to be clear, unconditional love is tough love too, as nature (GOD) dictates time and time again.

Religions attempt to confine GOD as a word;
an abstract term, without a clear definition.
And by very definition something that
exceeds the purview of human being cannot be
adequately defined or described with abstract written language, alone.
So in other Words God MUST be incomplete as viewed by human. Fortunately we now have the eyes of science to show us just how little we do know of the Universe from small to large that God encompasses more fully than human eyes and ears can see and hear alone.
It’s not surprising that someone living in an arid desert has a limited view of God as an anthropomorphic being, when there are few mountains, and human is seen most often as the biggest thing on the landscape.
Truly, if telescopes are available then; Abrahamic religions will likely never get off the ground; particularly in a paradise like the Florida Gulf Coast where I live with sugar sand beaches, emerald green gulf, sea oats waving in golden spiral flow with waves; and seagulls ‘following’ along in golden spiral flight around the Sun.
It’s easy to see God for those with larger eyes
than words as human alone in REAL paradise
I do NOT NEED Faith to see God,
as God is inside me, outside me, above so below, all around me.
It’s sad when people limit God to human skins and skeletons of forms of a three letter word, or big black book, when God is SO much more than what most humans see of God with text eyes only and human skin in terms of just a three letter word.
And honestly, for someone who lives with life out of a desert of both environment and soul, heart, and spirit in terms of what these human attributes are in all REAL Natural life; it’s not hard to ‘see’ that God is the Interdependent Relationship of All That IS that we all depend on; cannot escape in life; and with the purview of Infinity looming; perhaps not in death, as well. THAT is beyond the pay grades of all humans, scientists or not, forevermore now.
To live in balance with other humans as socially cooperative animals and the rest of Nature is to thrive and prosper.
In terms of what is really real, per evolved human being; anything else from math to science is pure abstract nonsense, and insanity as well; literally speaking, too.
Humans who become machines by living a live of mechanical cognition are truly no different than folks who value material success and riches over being human.
In “Layman’s” terms; per heart, soul, and spirit; ‘they’ most definitely can literally lose their mindful awareness in mind and body balance aka Soul, ‘tHeir’ broad rich nuanced emotional life aka HeArt; and the ability to express themselves in reciprocal social communication with both cognitive empathy and affective emotional empathy fully in tow and expression; both verbally and non-verbally in flesh and blood connecting life with both humans and the rest of Nature, aka GOD aka Spirit.
Honestly, all this, is just human common sense 101; a faculty of human gifted to ‘us’ from birth from the God of Nature; for those of us who find a way back to Nature and God, one and same.
OMG, ‘human beings’ make life so much more complicated, stressful, ignorant, and truly repetitively insane, than it can be, when simply understood of what life really is, per balance with Human being Nature and General Nature aka God.
Forage, eat, drink, reproduce, and as importantly, ‘dance’ Life in ART aka GOD.
And yes, by all means do sleep a restful day or night in peace.
A move away from mechanical cognition is human being.

The same behaviors here and limitations of open minded folks verses closed minded folks are alike everywhere I go on the Internet and flesh and blood ‘real’ life, and even in the International Poetry circle I hang in, which shouldn’t be unexpected as many poets are extreme introverts who use the medium of poetry to express emotions that are repressed in real flesh and blood life, as I did at first, before I am able to connect language and emotions in both verbal and non verbal ways in flesh and blood life.
For me I use poetry as a stepping stone out of text; and obviously some folks only live their emotional lives in real life in their arts, whether that is writing, poetry, painting, dance, singing, martial arts, theater, and a thousand more arts that people escape the flesh and blood world to find a soul, heart, and spirit as expressed in art.
My cousin is a 33 year veteran of the Rock And Roll world, as a noted local musician who sings, drums, guitars, and does most everything with music on a stage. However, he is an extreme introvert and likely on the Autism Spectrum as my sister and I are diagnosed in mid-life with the same characteristics among identical twin brothers who sire us all; and of note, one who passes away, my father, last year on this day, for my personal recognition of that personable fact.
My cousin tells me even though he can do everything he can on stage, he feels invisible when he walks in Walmart, which is certainly indicative of a mind and body out of balance, as when one does have mind and body balance ONE with the rest of nature aka GOD, one never feels invisible or alone, as one is connected to Nature always, never separated or alone.
Some folks call my poetry unique and extremely creative, rich in meaning like old adages come anew, and some folks never can even find it, who call themselves poets, as well, who would love to limit the poetry and art of others to reflect their own Universe as limited as that may be; as of course all our Universes are limited to our innate potentials and what we adapt in challenge to in life, as experience, to grow in mind and body balance or not in the metaphors of soul, heart, and spirit, for this real life internal and external expressed human stuff.
But anyway, you say it better than I do, according to my narrower minded Poet friends who love brevity over breadth, and according to me you said it just as good as I did, in two lines, rather than the 100 I do that some folks think should be eliminated from their Universe, just ’cause it exists in mine, and not theirs, sadly and strangely enough to me, as I live in a different Universe too..:)
So with ALL that said I will quote what you say for truth, as well, again:

Breathing is a physical manifestation of all mammal life.
Some humans are serial killers and some unconditionally love.
There are a synergy of innate and environmental factors that lead to both.
Numbers are much more than chemical/biological/physical processes of the brain.
You seem to be missing the environmental boat here; there is no chance that Algebra
happens in just one life; without human abstract language, collective intelligence and
complex cultures. That’s a huge boat compared to innate physiological processes, alone.
It takes a village to produce numbers; and a very big village and environment of collective
abstract written language to ever get there. And the issue truly from the get go is, are numbers
even important to truly living life. Numbers; the obsession with them in mechanical cognition;
can drive almost any truly sane human being, insane; if they escape the condition of human being.
There are many examples of that through history; and chances are if it isn’t for the numbers and school;
those folks will just be enjoying life in animal homeostasis, otherwise known as the heaven of now; as a freely
associating socially cooperative mammal. Sometimes the stuff we think is the most important is what is killing
us now, slowly surely, as suicide of human being. The spiritual life of human emotions in self awareness in mind
and body balance of soul, and heart of feeling, and expressing feelings and senses through cognitive and affective
empathy is real. Numbers are more or less cardboard boxes of labyrinths straight to human hell; with stops in
illusions of what is real. To view them as tools is great; to view them as real, as human socially cooperative life
CAN be death of human being; if too much time is spent there in mechanical cognition land; and yes, science
shows this as truth as well now, as a life spent in mechanical cognition represses social cognition, and is
a leading cause of the death in metaphor of human being social cognition being in mind and body
balance; including the loss of physical intelligence that science also is beginning to show
regulates emotions, integrates senses, and enhances cognitive executive functioning
through greater focus and short term working memory. Numbers and all other
ways of mechanical cognition are far removed from naturally evolving human
being. Moreover, these cultural processes are human death rather than
true human spiritual nature alive and well in emotions, senses, and
mind and body balance. Eastern Philosophies have all naturally

Humans cannot be reduced to MRI’s, or other medical scanning equipment of modern medical science.
The simple reason is epigenetics and neuroplasticity; humans are not science projects they
are ongoing works of art who do flow with the environment both upstream
and downstream in just one lifetime, depending on both innate

collective human intelligence, and centuries of hard work

again, very likely a byproduct of brain processes in visually
remembering the symbol; not unlike what a flower looks like.
The only innate parts of culture for humans are verbal language
and non-verbal language; the rest is culturally derived, and math
is a rather complicated part of culture that much interdependent
work of centuries, once again, going IN work to make what we
know today in collective intelligence even possible as we ‘see’
in modern
culture.
Put a human naked, as a child out in the woods; before school;
and ‘you’ just have another wild naked animal; that does have the
potential of getting stronger; than the humans I do ‘business’ with
everyday; if they survive; which is very unlikely, as most other animals
out resource humans, in potential to survive in the wild, without complex
culture. Humans are connecting social animals who do the wild thing a whole
lot to survive. Other than that; there is extremely complex culture that is the
tool that makes humans the apex of stupidity, in living out of balance with the
rest of nature. Once again, humans are not the virus strangling the earth;
but manufactured tools of human culture, most definitely are, including
numbers that also lead to nuclear tools of potential mass destruction.
Humans create their reality as they go;
as clearly indicated in science; and that’s
a fact my friend;
that ‘you’ may not be aware of;
but never the less, it IS Scientific
method derived FACT. Perhaps, you have some reading to do.

And then comes writing; first strictly logic
and mechanical cognition starting in 2010;
then emotions start to flow;
then finally in 2013;
I ‘knOw’ longer have to think to express
the energy of writing Art;
and the writing becomes Free verse poetry instead of
‘mathematical’ writing
with ‘Queen Victoria’ as such.
Ah, and eyesight is restored; the smartphone
is a perfect companion to cherish the moment in the Art of photography,
capturing synchronicity flow wherever I go; making visual poetry a reality in new technology.
And then the words ‘tell me’ to dance; so I dance and the dance becomes Art; without a thought; as the creativity in dance guides me through every step; and move of body Art, until my mind and body becomes balanced as one force; with emotions regulated, senses integrated; and focus increasing, along with short term memory enhanced for streaming cognitive executive functioning, as one human force in tune, as living life.
And then comes Martial Arts to offset
the divine feminine ballet-like flow, in Sacred Warrior Spirit;
Oh, and there is always singing, as with the synergy of all these Arts the words in song
do start to flow higher and higher to reach the ‘Temple’
top of Catholic Church with ‘Choirs of Angels’ in Unison.
For me, the point of Art is to for Now,
literAlly become the metaphor of Art, as human being.
For me,
Art is the creative force
of the God of Nature; and inherent potential in most of humankind, just waiting to be awakened and enlightened, as human Chi Force energy; what the Christians call Holy Spirit; or what ‘Anakin Skywalker’ calls the Dark and Light Force of the Universe; Yes, Art can be Dark and Light too, and all shades of colors and hues of grey, as well. Science can ‘talk’ about ’em; but the scientific method has no reliable method to measure the internal and connecting human emotional and sensory force of being in consistent quantitative way.

This is the problem with Science; believing that science exists by itself, and is more than a frigging tool.
Humans exist. And ‘spirit’ is just a metaphor created in biblical times to express the reality of the internal and connecting force of human emotional and sensory regulated and integrated forces of being.
And Oh my God; if science still cannot get a handle on it, more than throwing some psychotropic drugs at it with little more efficacy than the placebo effect; the biblical folks did not do such a bad job of ‘metaphoring’ the emotional life of human being into stuff like the SOUL for self awareness in mind and body balance; the HEART for the emotional experience of human being; and the SPIRIT for the emotional and sensory connecting force of human being in expressing this all encompassing human spirit, if it lives much at all, in human beings with other human being, as socially cooperative little bitty mammals; not unlike cats and dogs; or raccoons; or bears..etc….
The height of all human ignorance is the illusion that human being does not exist.

brew of hopes of life..
sometimes the flowers of girls live..
in hopes of young men’s dreams..
but the drink goes on.. as long as 2am.. comes again..:)
Yes.. the earth is a human dream.. of i am and zam of i dreams..
when 2 am.. comes delivering as earth.. where dreams of human..
are never the

90% of school is truly a personal waste of time..
a cultural product to keep the whole of society
running automatically with same as robot humans..
to get in the know truly.. is to eventually escape
the know of school.. and cultural byproducts of time now..

understanding.. that all changes.. and nothing.. not
