I am a very polite and kind person in real life. But my entire life people have taken that kindness for weakness.
But truly most of them have no idea how strong i am, either in the spirit of love or the spirit of strength.
Walking into middle school the first day in 6th grade, homophobic so-called real boys call me the F word and not the Fred word, for smiling generously, at everyone I meet in the hall.
Nah, they never see what I am capable of in strength, until i challenge the biggest football player to a game of arm wrestling, me at skin and bones, and him extremely muscled for a 13 year-old, at that time, in 8th grade. I put him down in less than a second, and he says, oh sh**, Fred is STRONG.
WELL, i’m not skin and bones anymore, and i’m still nice and i’m still strong, and never does anyone ever bother me again, about being nice in the real world. And if I see them giggling behind my back, when I do ballet in either the club where I dance or in the general public, I do one of two things.
In the club where I dance with all the pretty girls, I show ’em a quick display of my lighting quick martial arts kicks, getting less than an inch from any target I desire.
And in public, now, I show ’em my 930LB leg press video of me doing it slowly and surely 14 times, with my hands in the air. And then I tell ’em, if they do ballet/martial style dance for 3200 miles, in 18 months, they too, can be ‘Superman’ too…..in words to that affect AND EFFECT..;)
I have to prove people wrong in their assumptions about me, almost my entire life; but finally now, I have nothing to prove anymore, as it is ALL ONLINE, HA!HA!
AND WHEN I DIE, EVERY LOVING AND STRONG FEAT OF FRED WILL CONTINUE TO LIVE, AS LONG AS SERVERS SERVE, MY LOVE AND STRENGTH.
SO FITTING it is, when my friend Ariel (like the name of the angel) takes a video of me at the gym, lifting that weight, and the song by Rihanna, Paul McCartney, and Kanye West, “Four Five Seconds” comes on, with the words “you take my kindness for weakness” and i’m “four five seconds to wildin”.
Yes, I am wild, I am Free, And I am still a kind and smiling child of GOD AKA Mother Nature TRUE who CAN LITERALLy kick A**, with a half-a-ton of power, if it’s the last resort for survival.
Fortunately, as always, as no one has ever dared lay a hand or a foot, on me, yet, in a serious threat of fight, all I have to do is show ’em what i’m capable of.
And truly, I am capable of almost anything and everything, if properly focused and motivated, with due ethics, in tow, of course.
A person can tug on “Superman’s Cape”, until they take it off, and find out I’m neither “Big bad Jim” or “Slim” OR EVEN ‘SUPERMAN’; someone AND SOMETHING entirely new that they likely have never ever encountered before……

If a person can regulate their emotions, integrate their senses, increase their focus and short term working memory through the art of physical intelligence and bio-feedback; even controlling their brain waves, neurochemicals, and neurohormones they have affected and effected the ART OF HUMAN RELATIVE FREE WILL.
THE KEY HERE IS, IT IS A NUANCED ART THAT IS NOT VERBALLY achievable, alone, as a truly lasting state of mastery of mind and body balance.
THAT simply blows some folks away, as they do not even know what the hell directing their mind and body balance is without verbal instruction.
I am free as hell, and can do whatever I like, fearlessly that most people literally cannot imagine being fearless enough to do, and yeah, it’s FULLY DOCUMENTED TOO, FOR IRREFUTABLE PROOF.
AND THE ONLY REASON I can do it, IS, I have mastered the ART OF HUMAN RELATIVE FREE WILL.
THE STUFF THAT SCHOOL, AND SCIENCE, OVERALL, DOESN’T HAVE A CLUE FOR, except for studies of Yogi Monks in the Mountains who can steam heat off of robes in icy pools of water, and who CAN UNDER EEG BRAIN MEASURE, PER SCIENTIFIC METHOD, CONTROL THEIR BRAIN WAVES.
The ONLY REAL difference between me and them is, I do not have be atop an isolated mountain retreat to do it.
“I come down from the MOUNTAIN”, AND IN MY CASE IT IS my shut-in bedroom for 5 long years, of literal human hell.
I can do IT NOW, in front of 200 people, dancing like a professional athlete at age 54, simply CAUSE, I WILL TO DO IT, WITH RELATIVE HUMAN FREE WILL AKA MASTERY OF MY MIND and body in balance, WITH THE i that underlies the I of ME.
And sure it takes me 53 years, to stay there now, for a little over 18 months but sweet success in TRUE HUMAN AWAKENING AND ENLIGHTENMENT IN MIND AND BODY BALANCE, HAS NO EQUAL IN THE MATERIAL WORLD OF REWARDS.
AND THIS IS precisely what the so-called Gurus, including the MYSTIC REPORTS OF JESUS ARE TALKING ABOUT, AS HUMAN ENLIGHTENMENT IN THE WISDOM OF TRUTH THAT IS MOSTLY ART, WITH A LITTLE SCIENCE, MIXED IN, if one cares to do that too.
But nah, science or school, are NEVER REQUIRED TOOLS, for those who seek within, and find the answers with an open human mind and body in balance, AKA ANIMAL HOMEOSTASIS.
MOST ALL HUMAN DISEASE AND DISORDER IS ORIGINATED BY STRESS.
I HAVE NO NEGATIVE STRESS; THEREFORE, THE 19 MEDICAL disorders I AM diagnosed with FOR 5 LONG YEARS that doctors and science say, could never be recovered from for HEALTH AND WELL BEING, no longer exist, for me, as true healing is mastery of the human mind and body in balance, FOR THOSE WHO ACHIEVE THIS.
But the issue is, there is never any TRUE LASTING freedom in mind without mind AND BODY BALANCE, AND THAT WILL NEVER EVER COME FROM SITTING STILL ALONE, AS LIFE REQUIRES MOVEMENT, AND TO BE IN THIS STATE OF MIND ALWAYS, REQUIRES A PRACTICE OF ART IN MOVEMENT TO ACHIEVE THIS state of mastery over mind and body, all the time now.
The fact of the matter is, some people have high levels of relative human free will, and some people have very low levels.
The ones that don’t, have no reference point for even the existence of IT.
It’s like being color blind, or blind, period.
No one, and I do mean, no one, lives in a perception of a same Universe.
Anyone who believes they do, is TRULY living a myth.
But I can prove it, in documented and irrefutable evidence in my case, with never ever REAL refutation from anyone else.
And that’s a pretty nice achievement, relatively speaking, on the Internet, where myths usually rule and REAL HUMAN FACTS, OR EVEN present day FACES, ARE RARELY PRESENTED IN THE LAND OF FEAR, INSTEAD OF true FLESH AND BLOOD FEARLESSNESS THAT can only come from mastery over mind and body, in balance.

Making Jesus into a GOD, instead of just another powerful but humble prophet, is a major source of HEARTBURN for Muslim folks, as it both disrespects REAL REPORTED Jesus, and the GOD of NATURE THAT IS MUCH, MUCH, LARGER AND COMPLEX, THAN one little or BIG MAN, whatever the case was that allowed Jesus to be Alpha enough to walk in on some money changers and turn their tables over, like ‘CHUCK NORRIS’.

Duh.
Apparently, you do not have the most rudimentary knowledge, skills, and or ability to catch sarcasm, and considering the source that’s not surprising and okay too, of course, as it IS understandable, as after ALL IS SAID AND DONE, this is a site FOR FOLKS, clinically speaking, who often do NOT get sarcasm, and other forms of metaphor.
And yes, metaphor of ALL KINDS in discussing philosophy, POLITICS, AND RELIGION, is an effective way of getting a POINT ACROSS FOR those who have the knowledge, skills AND abilities to more FULLY understand metaphor.
THIS IS AN open discussion area for Philosophy, Politics, and Religion, and all three are FILLED WITH HISTORICAL EXAMPLES of parables, sarcasm, satire, and all forms of metaphorical speak at core of how they manifest in reciprocal social communication in the REAL WORLD.
To not to be able to understand parables, satire, and all forms of metaphorical speak, is quite literally a serious handicap to understand all three elements of this particular sub forum, as in reality, TRUE REALITY; NOT ‘GRADE SCHOOL ALONE’; METAPHOR/EMOTIONALISM IN HUMAN LANGUAGE IS CORE of all three ELEMENTS OF THIS SUB-FORUM that drive whatever logic remains, when all is said and done.
IN FACT, IN THE SCIENCE OF LINGUISTICS, LINGUISTICS EXPERTS SUGGEST ALL HUMAN LANGUAGE IS METAPHOR.

I find it fascinating, and fortunately my Hyperlexic form of Autism includes extreme abilities in KSA’s for understanding metaphor in human languages to do JUST THAT.
AND THAT IS why in the real world of poetry, I am considered an enigma of sorts; yes, that’s documented for evidence, if necessary; as I can retort poetry to almost anything anyone says, in words, as I for one, am considered a master of metaphor, IN PUBLISHED POET CIRCLES.
And truly some folks diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome are, as one of my bosses from my work career has a grandson diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome who IS A Nebraska STATE CHAMPION OF POETRY, PER CONTEST, AS SUCH, AT HIS GRADE LEVEL.
As discussed earlier with you, folks with symptoms of non-verbal learning disorder who are diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome are often extremely pedantic, as science shows SOME DO HAVE lesions on the right hemisphere of the brain that is responsible for the interpretation of language rather than the left brain that is more responsible for the output of speech.
Speech and writing have always been my RELATIVE weakness AS output; input and understanding all the symbols of life, including problem solving of abstract issues, is my forte, as a Hyperlexic leaning person on the spectrum.
So yeah, I often throw out innovative metaphor, as THAT IS WHAT I DO BEST, AND I AM NOT GOING TO CURB MY STRENGTHS HERE, WHEN I CAN CLARIFY AND VALIDATE MY COMMUNICATION IN excruciating DETAIL, JUST LIKE THIS, with no problems, as again, that is what I do best, SOLVE PROBLEMS, whether people like my style of doing that or have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to decipher what I do.
Freedom of expression means different ways of approaching life and problems.

That part of life never changes until folks BREAK THROUGH, IN AN INTERNAL MYSTICAL ‘QUANTUM’ LIKE JOURNEY TO THE GREATEST UNIVERSE THAT TRULY EXISTS, WHICH IS THE HUMAN MIND and body in balance, MORE FULLY EXPLORED, FIRST HAND, with no lesson or instruction from other human beings.
And those words often do mean gibberish to folks who do not experience this but a smile as wide as the Universe of human mind, for many of those folks who do. It’s overall a common experience repeated in words of metaphor similar to these, from the beginning of written recorded history, about the FULLER HUMAN CONDITION.
AND THAT MY FRIEND, IS WHAT RELIGION AND PHILOSOPHY, AT CORE, IS TRULY ABOUT.
Politics is like a soap opera; boring and stagnant.
I CATCH up, every 6 months or so. Or the two or three times anything of real new interest comes up in this forum during the span of about a half-a-year.
And remember, if you care to; I speak to the entire reading audience here, folks who are not posting included, in mind OR NOT.
The darkness or light that comes in the wake of my monologues is always for inspiration for me no matter how dark or light it is intended or not to be.
IN other WORDS, I AM NOT LOOKING FOR AFFIRMATION HERE, I GET THAT from crowds of people more than I am comfortable with everyday when I dance the real life of dance in REAL FLESH AND BLOOD LIFE.
Honestly, sometimes YOUNG WOMEN, almost throw their bras at me, and truly even worst than that PER SEXUALITY AND SENSUALITY EXPRESSED, as they come and rub their butt up against my front, with a man who wears his wedding ring, in what the ‘new agers’ refer to as bootie dances, IN THE CLUB, I do my exhibition of dance, every week that by the way is rated as one of the top 100 dance clubs, over here in great big America, named Seville Quarter, in Pensacola, FL.
SERIOUSLY dude, there are NO emotional buttons to press here, for me. Try as you may, when you do that, I just giggle and sometimes I ‘almost pee on myself a little bit’..;) And to be crystal clear that is PRECISELY WHAT I MEAN WHEN I STATE ‘YOU ARE FUN, A DIFFERENT NAME’.
Yes, I am already stamped with approval, from head to toe, in what really counts, AS flesh and blood life, more than I can almost tolerate.
Matter of fact, not being liked here is kind of a countering and refreshing balance to all that attention wanted or not, I get in real life, every frigging day, I entertain, my metro area, to inspire them to develop and attain, mind and body balance, through creative interpretative dance, as well.
And yeah, from the feedback of the general audience, it’s working.
