So yeah.. perhaps sneezes and itchy
eyes are a minor annoyance in the scales
of eyes in human suffering.. overall.. i guess..:)

Ah.. yes.. the stone grey eyes of the bullies of life..
inspire me too.. to fly higher and higher in the free air of life..
first there is darkness and then there is light.. then there is dance or movement..
that inspires sound or song.. to FIRE the standing 8 of infinity continuing now..
and then there is the hate of 8.. that like the darkness at the beginning
and the end.. keeps life going for those who live in dark and light..
ah.. but the light place is a joy that the hate will never know now..
And the now of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

can be no better or worse

Yes.. the ingredients of poetry are one and same
as what makes life worth living in death
or life in life or death..
in love or loss as loss in loving love…
And then there is the flow.. that comes from deep..
never knowing any of the ingredients in thoughts alone..
the truest fires of imagination and creativity
know no ingredients but free…:)

Ah.. the wild and free cat with senses and emotions..
sparked to jump.. at the slightest moves for survival..
knows no fog alone in feeling and sensing the differences..
that can hide moves more invisible.. from the prey of mice…
or the predator of dog.. in a circle that only knows life..
in fog or not..:)

And truly the reality is.. we too are the eye of the eagle..
take away the abstract written language.. culture and religion
and we too are children of the God of Nature honed in for survival
and cooperation with the eye of the eagle and tiger…
always ready for the challenge of now…
that is survival for life…

How far we have come
and how far we are lost…

Oh so true.. the testimony of nature needs no book..
the truth is all out there.. for those who sense and feel..

Ah yes..

the quiet moments of harmony of emotions and senses

that come with a mind and body in balance in the most wonderful animal present of now..

And we humans are so truly distracted now.. by a full platter served up now.. almost from birth.. of cultural noise and images that keep us in the plays of someone else’s directed life instead of creating our own..

ADDITIONALLY..

as life is recorded in associations with the past through material goods and other cognitive symbols of the mind AS well as constant worry over what can be multiplied by all the illusory fears we feed our minds.. for an illusory mind of the future

THAT IS often steeped in FEAR…

For me the practice of dance and creativity in all ‘free verse’ forms takes me into the peace of present but truly to escape mind distractions are easiest for me with free flowing dance..

where emotions.. senses.. become regulated.. and integrated.. as a ‘wholistic’ human animal rather than a life spent in head with a disconnect of the body that is mind too..:)

Ah.. ‘thanks’ for ‘sharing’ all ‘these’ beautiful ‘photos

of South America’ and the ‘natives there’ are certainly as beautiful as the ‘landscape’..

as the indigenous wild spirit of life can be so alive in these lands farthest away from the ‘start’.. as the nomads with ‘wilder’ genes among us travel farther to gain the greatest fruits of life…

But anyway.. my dream is always to marry a woman like ‘that’ so the Pacific Islander part of that still remains true for me.. as there is nothing more beautiful to me than the exotic wild of indigenous beauty

I love ‘your’ honesty.. and particularly in the world of online poetry that is certainly inhabited by the more conservative aspect of the introverted style of life.. which is naturally greater spent in introspective mind than body..

where rarely one travels to a place where one can even see the bright eye souls of what precedes words of free verse stream of creative conscious beauty or a science of words with intent of beauty…

I can honestly say.. the times in my life where I feel.. and yes.. look at myself as the oldest are in college in a life of straight A perfectionist way of books.. instead of flesh and blood life as a ‘normal’ human being..

for me as a natural extrovert…

And then again.. decades later as a government administrator..

manager.. supervisor.. fine pencil pusher.. behind a computer..

with no mistakes allowed for survival…

And yes.. I am and can be

somewhat bluntly honest too..

and hold nothing back of

the beauty that can be

a life spent

in positive emotion

in mind and body balance

that creates the greatest human potential

of what humans are overall evolved to be..

AS socially cooperative feeling flesh and blood animals who innately

instinctually and intuitively communicate with non-verbal flesh and blood language..

particularly innate reproductive attractions that are built into our genes for the stronger protector and the more voluptuous hips and fresh faced skin…

However again.. emotional animals are we.. and to repress or lose those pro-social emotions is to become the beast.. no matter gender or age..

natural human being that lives

to connect with others

as caution is certainly an attribute required

for survival and my wife who never ages

is certainly an introvert..

like the new movie.. the ‘Age of Adaline’.. where my wife never hesitates to report her age.. to folks who ask her.. if she’s out of college yet..:)

Ah, only

if it is

that simple;

and perhaps at

one time it is easier;

but automation and globalization

decreases the choices, at least in the U.S.

Anyone who lives more than four decades

and keeps their eye on many occupations,

can usually see the clear common sense of this.

Specialists are now replaced by multi-taskers, and of course the greatest multi-taskers are computers, as human beings, generally speaking, are not evolved as multi-taskers; in fact, productivity falls off for humans when multi-tasking, while obviously, this IS WHAT computers excel over human beings, per multi-tasking, in cheaper and faster ways.

And one reason for misery and suffering in measure of human health is ergonomics and the fact that humans are not evolved to sit in fixed seated or standing positions, all day, every day, to operate a machine at the Ford or Chevrolet manufacturing site that is now been replaced more by automated machines;

OR sitting behind a computer fixed in one position for 8 or more hours a day. The result of that IS ERGONOMIC INJURY, in measures ranging from neck and back pain, to cardiovascular disease,

AND a potential eventual SHORTER LIFE.

And this particularly applies to beyond work, in so-called play, as people now, generally speaking, are physical slaves to Entertainment based ‘activity’ on a couch or chair, and an electronic device, of some kind.

There are multiple synergistic ramifications of a human being attempting to operate more like a machine than human, and a machine replacing much of the workforce by the simple math of computer does the work of 100 employees and ‘humans no longer need apply’.

That’s truly simple math, for folks who understand math.

And the bottom line is, the social welfare state, per who gets a freer ride, will either have to grow or anarchy will be the result, as the selfish folks who are making money off of machines vs human beings will not change, as selfish people are part of human nature, as well, for folks who can never get ‘filled-up’,

by positive emotions; through cold hearts not loved by a mother or father too busy working, social abuse, or whatever else drives folks to things rather than people and the rest of ‘nature’.

Yes, we have poverty in this country.

A growing poverty of cold hearts that are becoming more machine-like through practicing mechanical/problem solving cognition over social/empathic cognition,

where people value money, things, and power more than their human nature, and others, INCLUDING THE REST OF NATURE AKA GOD,

PER human connection.

And truly, if anything is insane in our world; that truly is insane, AS mechanical cognition, which includes mind and body balance, per sitting or standing still doing anything, is doing the same thing over and over,

in terms of Einstein’s definition of insanity,

who sticks HIS tongue out

at TRULY INSANE

culture, too,

like Miley Cyrus.

Humans

are evolved

to continuously move

and change to environmental

challenges

and connect to other human beings

and the rest of ‘nature’, in flesh and blood ways.

And that poverty is measured easily,

in statistics ranging from school age children

assessed at numbers as high as one-third now with type two pre-diabetes;

TO CLOSE to half the adult population taking some kind of pain killer associated with chronic stress, which IS DIRECTLY RELATED to sitting or standing still all day with stress STUCK BEHIND a computer, not being able to move to burn off the stress related hormones in the blood stream, which science shows NOW, IS A ‘KILLER’;

TO SKYROCKETING rates of psychotropic drugs for depression and anxiety; AND somatic pain related disorders, which is caused by the similar issues of chronic stress and ergonomic injury related disorders.

Yeah, we sure have poverty in the U.S.; poverty of well being measured easily by science; from poverty of emotions that drive human action and happiness, to the poverty of health that is a direct and indirect result of the same; in terms of human stress, suffering and misery.

More POWER GOES TO THE FOLKS WHO survive no matter how they do it. YES, the MEEK CAN, DO, AND WILL INHERIT THE EARTH, IN TERMS OF THE SIMPLE MATH OF JUST DOING IT AND REPRODUCING.

And for folks who are on welfare and survive that’s all that counts in the long run; and the 5 or 6 children OR MORE, they stay home taking care of, instead of being taken care of by someone who doesn’t fully care for them,

INCLUDING ELECTRONIC DEVICES, to nurture their humanity, to even be what they are evolved to be, as a mind and body balanced FLESH AND BLOOD CONNECTING human being.

And nah, people have lost the skills to do that; often even in that scenario, as electronic devices have become the nurturer of mechanical cognition leaning activities over what even makes humans, per mind and body balance and cooperating in flesh and blood ways.

And honestly, OMG, ALL OF THIS IS JUST COMMON sense for anyone who has lived long enough and paid attention to the human world and the rest of nature, around them.

But sometimes, where there is little common sense; only facts will do, and here are those facts as well,
PER HUMANS NEED NOT APPLY:

At my workplace what is once an administrative office with 50 administrative employees paid in full time positions eventually becomes me and three other people with the real work horse of the

computer network that allows US to multi-task machines and attempt to manage and supervise people in flesh and blood with ‘one hand on the keyboard’.

And that is a sure recipe to human illness in a shorter potential life, as well as quality of life, in mind and body balanced well being.

People, overall, are better off, when foraging and farming, as at least they get to move around a little bit in more than just one position, and connect to other human beings and the rest of organic and inorganic nature.

But truly until one has experienced the kind of excellent health that puts them in command of mind and body balance to live in the same kind of bliss that the TRULY GREAT philosophers are talking about for thousands of years;

the point can get totally missed by the DEMOGRAPHIC of the population who believes life’s a ‘b****’, and then ya die; or go to heaven or hell or whatever,

AFTER LIFE, where THIS LIFE is just misery,

and doesn’t really count; HAHA!.

The truth is, life can be a ‘beach’, and ‘heaven is now’,

at least for me, ‘those’ philosophers, and other folks, who

GET WHAT BEING HUMAN EVEN IS, PER WHAT HUMANS AND

other socially cooperative mammals are

EVEN CLASSICALLY EVOLVED TO BE, in terms of mind and body balance AND connecting to other human beings animals,

AND THE REST OF ‘NATURE’ AKA GOD, as innately instinctually AND intuitively IS, per evolved to be, as is for NOW, as Now is all that exists, as is, NOW.

Recording devices, ranging from clocks, to TV’s, to all other ‘record’ ‘players’ brings the illusion of what many folks call ‘hell’ now on earth, in terms of illusions of past and future, where some folks really never live in life, NOW, as is, AND OMG;

YES, THAT is REAL POVERTY;

Poverty of health AND emotional heart, soul and spirit;

otherwise known as POTENTIAL MIND AND BODY BALANCE,

PER HEALTH AND WELL BEING.

And nah, at least in the U.S. THAT real part of life, is rarely taught
or practiced in school or work; and that’s even more insane, as that’s what truly
counts in life; everything else is a cog in a machine, more or less, like ‘this’, nicely
illustrated below; as music and human arts of heArt, gets it better than school or work,
overall, for sure.

I choose human; and if others want, they can choose machine; that risk is totally owned by them;
AND the folks who convince ’em that is real human life, evolved mechanically, as it is now, through machines;

IN just one generation of life through negative
epigenetic environmental effect
AND AFFECT, in terms of LIFE, per
ALL THAT TRULY
COUNTS;

THE ‘WALL’ OR LIFE;
A CHOICE OR
NOT.

Politics and religion; and YES, EVEN SPORTS;

are part of human nature and THAT is A part oF

socially cooperating for survival that comes

in as many colors as finger prints,

if given enough

time and human being

DIRECTION BY GROUP THINK.

If the shoe fits well enough for social acceptance and survival people will happily wear it, NO MATTER HOW MUCH

AND truly, common sense is found in Nature, and folks ranging from the real Buddha sitting under a tree, to the real Jesus in the desert, to the real Muhammad sitting in a cave all find their

truths of THE GOD OF Nature, away from the illusory rules of culture, politics, religions; BUT Sports, PER GENERAL CULTURE, does NOT play as large a role then, by far.

And the greatest thing about sports is it doesn’t make rules for living that are life and death the way that philosophy, religions, politics, and culture in general, alone, most definitely can do.

Same as the Road Runner and Wiley the Coyote; and all the other plays of life that are not bloody like religion, politics, and culture in the way real life can certainly be, in

taking humans away from their natural propensity of better human health and well being when balanced as NATURE,

Dancing with THE STAR wars cast

well..

i guess it’s DANCING

with THE STAR WARS CAST

this week starting with the Wookiee for

Earth Day.. progressing to one of my favorites.. YODA..

of all time.. anywhere.. with still the Storm Trooper

and Darth Vader T-shirts to go by Saturday.. if wife Katrina gets them fresh out of the wash and dryer by tomorrow.. hmm.. choice.. which shirt will go over better in Catholic Church on Sunday morning.. to make the children smile.. and giggle.. when I go up to get my wine and wafer at communion.. at this point i’m thinking Storm Trooper.. but it’s closer to a tie i guess.. to be broken tomorrow..

OH.. I Kinda get LOST IN THE FLOW OF WORDS..

To be the water for Bruce Lee..
to be the air for me..

For others the death can be constant in life.. as worry is

LOVING Mother Earth DAY

Yes.. today is Earth Day.. April 22nd.. and i seriously do not think that human is God’s favorite animal.. considering how many species no longer live here now.. as a direct result of human cultural byproducts…

In fact.. when re-entering the atmosphere.. when coming back from space.. those cultural by-products.. from a distance.. do look like.. a cancer upon the earth…

If humans are not careful.. to live balance with GOD given Nature.. as they used to in hunter and gatherer days.. as foragers and sharers.. rather than laying claim and ownership.. in rule over Earth and GOD too..

God may place an iron fist.. in a place.. that is not very comfortable for humans.. at all…

But alas.. i am human too.. so if i do not become the change i want to be.. i too.. am
just as guilty.. as the other species killers.. of cultural byproduct way…

On that note.. in a brighter.. lighter way.. Love ya..:)

And hope one enjoys humans.. for the rest of the day..:)

For me, NOW IS better than ever before;

however, I have a huge advantage; and THAT is financial independence
with never a worry on how I am going to gain and retain subsistence.

Living in this world, intelligent enough to navigate the positive and negative aspects of it, retaining and continuing to develop fuller body and mind balance with ever growing physical intelligence, life is amazing fun to me, and never better, NOW.

I honestly feel healthier, stronger, and more passionate ABOUT life, THAN I EVER HAVE; simply, AS I have got the ‘LIFE, LIBERTY AND HAPPINESS’ PART OF THE ‘DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE’, FIGURED OUT ON MY OWN; and yeah,

with the help of SOME of ‘my friends’.

To be clear, what I mean by some of my friends is,

I seek the truth and light from all sources; light AND DARK.

MASLOW’S hierarchy OF NEEDS move from Physiological; to Safety; to Love/Belonging; to Esteem; to Self-Actualization; to Transcendence, a 6th level of altruistically sharing to help others as the ultimate expression of human being beyond what is required for self-actualization in gaining fuller human potential.

Maslow, suggests that one cannot move farther up the LADDER OF HUMAN POTENTIAL,
UNLESS THE SO-CALLED LOWER RUNGS ARE SATISFIED AND MAINTAINED FIRST.

AND truly his insights ring true for me, as I’ve moved from the top to the bottom and back in life, several times, depending on environmental circumstances.

The last bottom part, per chronic stress, not allowing me to stay and get past level one, almost literally kills me.

And truly, most people, these days, live in an environmentally produced ‘level one’, ‘teetering’ existence
in chronic STRESS, and that IS sad, and even more unfortunate, is that it CAN BE,
almost impossible to avoid in the prison that can be school, work,
and even ‘home life’, NOW.

The BIGGEST PROBEM, IS THE TOOLS OF HUMAN BEINGS; THAT AT FIRST MAKE LIFE EASIER FOR CREATURE COMFORTS, ARE NOW BECOMING THE MACHINE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION BEFORE THAT; THAT IS MAKING FINDING basic subsistence generating activities

in LEVEL ONE PHYSICAL EXISTENCE ALMOST

impossible for some folks in a world where:

‘HUMANS NEED NOT APPLY’;

AS THE SOCIAL ROLES ARE NOW RELEGATED TO MACHINES,
MOREOVER, AS TIME GOES BY THAN THE HUMANS WHO USED TO RULE THE ‘ROOST’.

Historically speaking, ThERE are many metaphors of WARNING FOR THE HUMAN RACE in literary, theater, and even religious ARTS, from the ‘APPLE OF THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE’ TO THE ‘TERMINATOR’ AND ‘MATRIX’ SERIES OF MOVIES;

BUT THE TRUTH IS:

‘1984’, IS here now for many folks,

and much of that is the microcosm ‘we’ have ‘here’

more fully related by those who do live in

‘1984’.

I am free, to transcend NOW, in the ‘6th hierarchy’ of human existence,

as I am innately instinctually and intuitively ‘smart’ enough in mind and

body balance, and fortunate enough in environmental experience to get

here NOW. But truly, for more people who live on ‘this’ InterwebZ

A way ‘HOME’

to even get the most

basic of physiological human needs met. So yes; that is a major part of why there
are sky-rocketing rates of Autism and other human disorders, like a third of all school
age children assessed now, as pre-type-2-diabetic; around 50-percent, or so, of adults on
types of pain medication for chronic stress related pain; AND sky rocketing rates of psycho-
tropic drugs for mental disorders, as an indirect and direct result of a culture where ‘humans

NEED NOT APPLY’.

Yes, I most definitely agree with one about music, as a language without words; and if one likes, one will ‘see’ above that the music I compose from my heart and soul, some 7 to 8 years ago, in expressing spirit, is in emotional flow, as well as what I do in flow of creating free verse poetry, in ‘free writing’, wHere I do not consciously think about the words;

they just flow off of my finger-tips same as the music of ebony and ivory keys and even the so-called ‘mistakes’ that make a pattern of what is the heart and soul of me expressed as spirit then, through a keyboard of notes, instead of letters.

It is all ‘sign language’ for and from the human heArt and soul more fully expressed to others, as well as the dance I do now, everywhere I go, now, 3444 miles in 20 months that people remark they have never seen before, as a mix of ballet and martial arts-like free style that leads me with no verbal thought in direction from me, as ‘BE water’ to Quote a hero as ‘large as REAL HISTORICAL FLESH AND BLOOD Jesus’, if he really lives, to me, as BRUCE LEE.

Human innate instinct and intuition is art and truly never equation and or science, AND in truly feeling and not just knowing THAT one truly knows the ‘face of GOD’ as a fractal expression, ‘face to face with GOD’, of what ‘we’ too, can express as ‘children of the GOD of Nature’, just as is, NOW that continues to evolve with us, every now of every now, when we move from robot mind to the mind of Unconditional Love that is synonymous with the mind of FLOW IN CREATIVITY FREE, AS TRUly HUMANS, WHO are unadulterated by culture and religion WILL DO NATURALLY WHEN letting ‘IT go’;

Honestly, PERHAPS the saddest thing of all, IN REAL LIFE,

is folks who come to believe they have no control over theIR life,

as random globs of ‘crap’ from the Universe, as is.

Trust me, if you ever become a shut-in with 19 documented disorders, and cannot raise your arms over your head without almost passing out, for five long years; additionally, with the worst documented pain known to mankind that is like someone drilling your teeth without novocaine, except it is in your eye and ear, and find the free will inside to cure all of that; and to do what other folks ‘in the know’, describe as amazing accomplishments of actual physical feats

that so-called science say are not possible for a disabled human being, like in my case, leg pressing 930LBS on a parallel leg press machine, which is much harder, per the laws of physics to do, than a vertical leg press machine, 14 times, slowly with your arms raised in the air, growling like a gorilla that no one else currently evidences doing anywhere on YouTube, like this, other than me at age 54,

come back and tell me you don’t believe in free will.

And not only that I have done an art of dance walk in MIXED martial arts and ballet-like style, documented by way of Nike GPS sports watch over 3400 miles now in 20 months, wherever I go in the general public, as well as documenting, now, well over 200 gorgeous girls grinning ear to ear from the muse of dance I bring to them, in one of the top 100 dance clubs in America, as well as being assessed as the literal “MVP of dance” there, by the general dancing, and spectating audience.

A random glob of bullsH** didn’t create that friend;

RELATIVE HUMAN FREE WILL JUST DID IT, and does IT, AS IS.

SOME FOLKS HAVE IT; AND SADLY ENOUGH SOME FOLKS DON’T BELIEVE THEY HAVE IT, AND PAY THE CONSEQUENCES, ACCORDINGLY WITH THEIR LACK OF FAITH, HOPE, AND BELIEF IN THEMSELVES in much greater ways of flesh and blood HUMAN POTENTIAL life OF REALLY MORE FULLY LIVING, in what truly counts in life, in connections to other flesh and blood human beings, as nature and evolution ‘dictates’,

per Mother Nature TRUTH AND LIGHT AKA GOD.

THE TRUTH AND LIGHT BIT, BY THE WAY,

IS SIMPLY A METAPHOR FOR WHAT WORKS, BY A WAY.

To be strong and love, is to have human relative free will.

Anything less, is a self imposed prison of a ‘robot mind’.

And truly the lack of relative human free will, is the illusion,
and apparently at least in SOME situations, a place where a
get of jail free card, is as close as relative
human free WILL IS.

So yeah, I know a ‘little’ about Quantum Physics too;

But I know a whole BUNCH more about human relative FREE WILL,
when the flesh and blood hits the challenges of the real
highways of life, than it appears exists in your universe,
@ALL, at this time; but the GOOD NEWS is CHANGE IS
ALMOST ALWAYS POSSIBLE FOR THE BETTER WITH
RELATIVE HUMAN FREE WILL AND ACCOMPANYING
GREATER POTENTIAL PHYSICAL INTELLIGENCE;
regulating emotions, integrating senses, increasing
and enhancing cognitive executive functioning, through
greater focus and short term working memory; that obviously
also is one potential cure for the disabling aspects of Autism
as noted in the clinical environment. Truly, a systemizing mind
without the emoting powers of emotions and senses in mind and
body balance, lacks a great deal of human relative free will; as truly
it is disabling not to exercise relative human free will, in all the ways
that can just happen, when a person just does it, instead of talking about
what they cannot do, anathema to what humans are evolved as, per creatures
that overcome amazing challenges of life, as all free animals do not imprisoned by
false illusions of ‘HUMAN ZOO LIFE’ through abstract language, cultures, and religions that
do JUST THAT; THAT TRULY AT CORE OF HUMAN NATURE IS NOT ‘JUST’ AT ALL FOR WHAT
IS POSSIBLE IN HUMAN POTENTIAL WITH RELATIVE FREE WILL, WITH THE METAPHOR OF THE
QUANTUM HUMAN MIND unleashed, WHETHER OR NOT THAT HAS ‘SQUAT’ TO DO WITH REAL
QUANTUM PHYSICS. The Fact is, IN AT LEAST MY CASE, HUMAN RELATIVE FREE WILL HAS EMPIRICAL
RESULTS THAT I CAN CLEARLY ILLUSTRATE WITH JUST A YOUTUBE LINK, WHEREVER THESE LEGS OF

And OH GOD.. if i have a dollar for every time a WTF open mouth dazed and or drinking dancer or and spectator..

asks me what drugs i am on.. to accomplish all of this.. and if i they can have some.. i will certainly be able to feed several homeless veterans on the side of city roads..

WHEN used for ‘WELL’, the Placebo effect AND AFFECT, is a scientifically studied effect and affect that works.

And so is the NOCEBO effect and affect, as nicely illustrated, below in the video that shows that what one thinks and feels about something can be significantly dangerous, as well as beneficial, per the placebo effect and affect.

And if one ever looks to studies for psychotropic drugs,

one usually finds that the drugs are only significantly better than

THE PLACEBO affect and effect, by a relatively small number of percentage points.

The bottom line IS, the power of the emotion of human belief, IS a REAL deal in emoting positive and negative outcomes, depending on the skills in generating positive or negative belief, among those who innately and environmentally CAN and WILL TO DEVELOP THOSE SKILLS TO MAKE REAL LIFE NATURAL MIRACLES, OCCUR IN LIFE.

IF, I READ A PERSON either a horoscope or fortune cookie message that says you are going to feel better than yesterday, and they use that ABSTRACT SYMBOL AS A ‘TOTEM’ FOR THE EMOTION OF BELIEF THERE IS THE MORE LIKELY CHANCE THAT THEY ARE GOING TO ALL NATURALLY IMPROVE HOW THEY LIVE, in ACTION BY ‘JUST’ DOING IT,

with their own inner emoting emotion of belief.

So, hell yeah; that’s empirical evidence of how

acupuncture, astrology, herbal medicine,

and even religious belief works.

IT’S all about the

REAL POTENTIAL

POWER OF HUMAN

emoting EMOTION of BELIEF

TO MAKE HUMAN NIGHTMARES OR DREAMS COME TRUE;

RELATIVELY speaking of course, per relative human free will;

THAT utilizes the REAL POTENTIAL HEALING POWER OF THE

emoting emotions of faith, hope and belief,

and the EMOTION OF relative human free will;

THAT no matter what symbol of ‘totem’

of abstract words or a stack of rocks,

or WTF, ELSE, serves AS ABSTRACT SYMBOL,

to associate that powerful healing emotion to make positive or

NEGATIVE change a reality, in all natural miraculous flow OR NIGHTMARE OF WISHING,

AND HAVING FAITH WITH HOPE AND BELIEF IN WHAT one REALLY does or does NOT WANT, IN TERMS OF change.

BUT HERE’S THE OTHER THING; some studies suggest that only a third of the overall general population benefit from Placebo, and some studies suggest that this same power of belief is not as strong with literal, black and white thinkers like what is a commonly occurring clinical trait of so-called Autism.

And duh, I MEAN DUH, FOR FOLKS WHO DO NOT EXPERIENCE STRONG EMOTIONS OF FAITH, HOPE, AND BELIEF,

along with the inability through deficits of creative and imaginative physical intelligence to regulate emotions, and integrate senses, along with the all natural human higher power of focus, and greater short term working memory;

THAT EVEN SCIENCE is starting to show

is a real empirical testable thingy;

There is no ‘GOD’ like this in the so-called

‘HIGHER POWER OF GOD’, IN THE LIFE EXPERIENCE of these folks.

No placebo effect/affect in practical terms in the natural occurring potential of human life experience equals little to NO all natural so-called miracles, and perhaps LITTLE TO no relative experience of the three letter symbol known as GOD.

But it bears remembering; that folks who are not subject to the placebo effect and affect are also not subject to the NOCEBO EFFECT AND AFFECT; SO WITH THE CHANCE OF ‘HEAVEN’, IN METAPHOR OF COURSE, COMES AN EQUAL CHANCE FOR ‘HELL’ AS WELL;

THE PLACE ONE GOES TO, WITH THE REAL EMOTING POWERS OF THE EMOTIONS OF FAITH, HOPE, AND BELIEF, CAN BE REGULATED, INTEGRATED, AND BALANCED THROUGH THE EMOTING EMOTIONAL POWER OF HUMAN RELATIVE FREE WILL.

And additionally, studies show there is some real effect AND AFFECT of precognition when highly emotionally charged images of sex are used instead of the old images of symbols without emotions attached.

And OMG, of course, that makes sense, as even science now shows that the general phenomenon of human lust generates emotions, imagination, creativity, and even frigging productivity.

This is all frigging common sense; and the type of stuff that Eastern Philosophies are tuned into;

WITH AGE-OLD abstract symbols OF HUMAN WRITTEN LANGUAGE, used to describe IT ranging from chakras, QI, CHI, DAO, TAO, the middle way of ZEN Buddhism, and so many other symbols that all have the same essence of truth and

POSITIVE LIGHT IN EMOTIONS OF

potential EVENTUAL human animal MAMMAL homeostasis balance,

IN emotional regulation and sensory integration for greater cognitive executive functioning, in focus and short term working memory generated by expanding one’s all natural imaginative, creative levels of physical intelligence;

THAT IS best earned ALL NATURALLY by moving baby, moving; yes, moving like our ancestors naturally do in balance to become ‘invisible’, per quiet, IN REGULATING EMOTIONS AND SENSES,

enough, on terrestrial ground, to go unnoticed by predators and prey

I never worry.

IT takes me 53 years to figure out;

THAT pArt is totally up to me; IF, I learn
how to regulate the emotion of worry,
through greater imaginative and
creative physical intelligence;

And I jUST do THAT

all the time

Well.. i suppose we are ‘thinking’ together in some way.. as ‘a little birdie’ named intuition tells me to come here.. while i am in the midst of writing some words in a blog post about A ‘MagicK VAN of TRUE Will and LOVE’.

I have the ‘Rafiah feeling’ in my Spirit.. truly I do… AND THAT also is to
generate a smile.. as i believe in FULL DISCLOSURE.. as well..;)

Honesty; full honesty; is most always the best policy;
fully exposed.

Two things i know for sure are:

THere is no TRUE WILL OF freedom in money, material wealth; and power over others that often goes along with that.

ThEre is no TRUE WILL of freedom without innate instinctual and intuitive physical intelligence exercised in imaginative and creative ways of mind and body balance.

Human health and loving unconditional connections with other humans and the rest of nature
are always the TRUE WILL WAY OF LIFE, FOR most healthy human beings.. always now..:)

Truly, for thousands of years in human evolution and history, the human ways of being ARE ART moreover than SCIENCE and that includes all things in regard to human emotions and senses.

The mechanical cognition mind solves problems but truly this computer/robot mind never
lives free alone, with anything resembling the gift of TRUE WILL working WITH ALLAH OF
ALL AS ONE BLANKET OF LIVING LOVING LIGHT.

And I feel for you dear.. as starting at age 5, when i first go to Catholic PRE-K school,
is my first nightmare of the devil spearing my throat, and the beginning of a life
long obsession in perfection, to never ever make a mistake to do less than
“STRAIGHT A’s”.

The world, overall, from shore to shore to east to west..

Obviously there is no absolute human free will,
as ‘we’ do not have total conscious verbal, emotional,
and other sensory ways of controlling autonomic function; however, there most definitely is relative human free will, where a person can innately, instinctually, and intuitively seek, find, employ, utilize, develop and practice greater ways of imaginative and creative natural physical intelligence to greater regulate emotions, integrate senses; and increase cognitive executive functioning by way of focus and short term working memory.

There is not a fixed ability for any one, or more than one humans, as a group, to exercise this potential in real flesh and blood life; there is a whole spectrum of potential, and actual abilities that humans can achieve to reach higher levels of relative free will AKA as the Higher Power of GOD, in some cultural and or religious circles.

Never the LESS, IT IS REAL, AND IT IS the emoting EMOTIONAL FORCE, OF RELATIVE HUMAN FREE WILL.

IN EXERCISING THIS MUCH GREATER HUMAN POTENTIAL, I have no problem regulating my emotions, integrating my senses, to a level of ONENESS WITH THE REST OF NATURE AKA GOD; WHERE EVERY NOW IS BLISS.

Direct empirically measured benefits for me are leg pressing 930 LBS slowly and surely 14 times, with my hands raised in the air on a parallel leg press machine that is much more difficult than a vertical leg press machine; dancing in the snow in 20 degree or so weather, scantily clad and barefoot; dance walking a style of martial arts and ballet style dance now over 3400 miles everywhere I go, in the general public, over the course of 20 months, now.

AND NAH, FOR A PERSON WHO CANNOT DEFEAT THE INNER DEMONS OF STRESS; FEAR, DOUBT, HATE AND ALL THE OTHER CON-SOCIAL HUMAN EMOTIONS THAT CAN BE THE DEATH STAR OF THE HUMAN HEART/SOUL

EXPRESSED AS SPIRIT OF EMOTIONS AND SENSES;

relative free will is weak, as in the force in ‘STAR WARS’

FOR WHAT THE FORCE FRIGGING IS, TO BEGIN WITH.

IN METAphor, the FORCE IS Human Relative FREE WILL, and IT IS a directing FORCE of emotions and senses that makes
life incredibly cool, when just one now, lasts forever in bliss; compared to a life where relative human free can be ‘wimpy’ even in 6 foot 6 muscular dudes, who have little RELATIVE HUMAN FREE WILL control over mind and body balance.

Truly, most human suffering is a result of

a life of chronic stress where external

factors control the human mind and
body, often out of balance.

There is little free associated with being a slave to culture, in metaphor.

Western Cultures, overall, do not value relative human free will.

This much greater human potential

is sacrificed for a life spent in one’s head,
out of mind and body balance,
and in illusory future dreams of gaining material items,
and selfish power, for many folks.

There is no doubt at all that there are many folks speaking in this general
forum and almost everywhere one looks in a world where tools of humankind
have become the relative virtual reality, and human being as evolved is rarely in
the kind of balance in mind and body that is definitely required to survive as a flesh
and blood human being, through the long primate history that humans are just a relatively
tiny part of, in differentiation. And truly most animals have more free will than humans as truly
it is abstract complex written language, culture, and religion that can block the potential in life of

DEVELOPING RELATIVE HUMAN FREE WILL.

There is nothing IN life that is totally FREE.

Relative human FREE WILL developed,

as a higher human potential requires

continual hard work in blood, sweat,

and potentially

tears of eyes,

and flesh

and blood

too…:)

THROUGH GREATER HUMAN IMAGINATIVE
CREATIVE PHYSICAL INTELLIGENCE EXERCISED
TO REGULATE EMOTIONS, INTEGRATE SENSES, ENHANCE
COGNITIVE EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING THROUGH INCREASING
FOCUS AND SHORT TERM WORKING MEMORY;

‘1984’ is here already,
and for all practical
intents and purposes,

the ‘Zombie Apocalypse and or Tsunami’ has already washed

human relative free will, away in life, of many human beings.

I see it everywhere I go, ‘JUST’ LIKE ‘NEO’, LESS AND more..

BUT AT least, in my case I enjoy relative human free will

all the time now, in the bliss of the heaven of now,

as I for one have THAT KIND OF CONTROL

It is likely that one day some ‘scientist(S)’ are going
to say ‘they’ prove that human free will does not exist;
and in that case, will be ‘their’ own foolish, self fulfilling
prophecy come true, by spending ‘their’ life in an illusory
head way of mechanical cognition thinking, and never truly
living at all,

human being
is evolved
to live,
as is

NOW.

And Speaking of relative human free will fully expressed in Spirit;

for human social cooperation

IS ALL THAT IS REAL..

AND TRULY

IN MOST ALL

PHILOSOPHY AND RELIGION..

AT CORE

THAT

IS THE MESSAGE TOO…

THE TAX OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE..

IS A TAX OF GREAT GOD GIVEN INTRINSIC REWARD…

BUT NAH.. SADLY some folks cannot

FEEL

THAT INTRINSIC REWARD

AND WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND THE

THE INNATE INSTINCTUAL AND INTUITIVE

MECHANISM

THAT UNDERLIES ALTRUISM

THAT EVEN OTHER SO-CALLED LESSER

ANIMALS DO IN THEIR SOCIAL COOPERATIVE EFFORTS.

Sadly though.. additionally..

there are some who try to define some altruistic efforts as good and evil..

Established on actual selfish rather than altruistic unconditional loving ways

of being…

There is a selfish gene that can be the illusion of human being that tales

COOPERATIVE ANIMAL
