Well.. Himali..
when i wake up this morning and see this kind poetic expression
and sweet prayer from you i am stunned because it a most beautiful
re-breath of the Golden rule common to all Religions of Love
that i ever hear.. and just imagine.. you write it to me..
and even if you copy it from someone else it deserves
to be re-blogged both online and in flesh and blood
as a GOLD-standard for a personal Golden rule when two people
greet each other.. in fact i think.. if someone is trying to pick a fist fight
with me in a bar.. as sometimes they do.. in the past.. but not anymore..
i can repeat this prayer to them.. and they might just smile instead of
having a red face.. and additionally.. ‘they’.. whomever they are.. should
bend the rules for not adding stuff to the Christian Bible
and add this as the last verse of Love and Peace..:)!

is THE TRUEST
weapon for a greater world..

Hi.. S.. When i first have a glimpse of connecting emotions again.. of the oxytocin kind.. from the death of a cat.. journaling in the blog above.. cementing and multiplying the AFFECT of that brief experience of a tear in connection back to connecting with others..

Yes.. in practice it doesn’t matter how much one is Loved.. the NOfeeling of numb erases all of that.. and chronic stress is
certainly just the BLACK pill that can take all of it away.. particularly insomnia.. as that breaks all systems down eventually…

And we have oxytocin receptors on the bottom of our feet.. most of us anyway.. and that was a part of my body
that through extreme tactile sensitivities never saw light out of socks.. but now i overcome that and spend
time barefoot in sand just aimlessly twirling around.. letting my body and emotions go where they
want to go.. hearing them and finding the biofeedback to enhance.. regulate and diminish
those emotions when need be.. or Love goes.. i cannot even talk my wife
into doing it.. and she definitely is too emotional sometimes
and has difficulty regulating that from tears
to anger.. it is a personal thing..
but i share anyway.. with
that hope thingy..

helps bring to me
again.. now almost
two and a half years ago…
One thing for sure is
human beings
have incredible
potential
but it
is finding
the keys and
escape from
chronic stress
that are the requirements
to truly move to a different
place inside..

for about 4 decades or so..

So yes.. i know and feel all too well the dry spells of life away

from moving.. connecting.. and creating as well as severe physical illness

where the only Savior is GOD and a wait of NOW for GOD

to save me.. at GOD’s discretion where GOD

gives me signs and ways of healing eventually through

GOD given gifts of human innate instinct.. and intuition..

So yes.. as much as i wish i could look into your flesh and blood eyes..

and give you this spark.. this gift of GOD that lives within me so deep now..

IN expresSING.. Creativity that i feel you long so much for as your post

says ‘here’ from May.. i know and feel THAT Truth and Light that is

between GOD and you.. and no matter how much you are

loved by family and friends like me..

Only you and GOD have scale iNow of Feeling and Knowing..

to bring you the gifts of life.. that i am sure do still LIVE and LOVE..

deep within you just waiting to flower again.. like they do in the Summer of 2013..

on.. and Lala the Food and Clothes girl.. becomes an Enlightened Philosopher.. Writer..

and Poetry Person.. overnight.. like me.. almost overnight.. with eyes lit up with Moon and Stars…

This is how GOD works through grace of human gifts.. it is magic.. no doubt.. as it comes and goes on GOD’s scale of intent.. meaning.. and purpose NOW.. when NOW comes.. through GOD’s eyes and ears manifest in human..

So anyway.. this is my tribute to Lala Rukh..

a girl I think of often.. who i always pray for the greaTest Gifts of Life..

for happiness.. peace.. and Love to COME FOR HER AGAIN.. AND AGAIN..

and this Spirit of creativity expressed that means so much to her will always

Live and Live again.. in the written word here or however else

she chooses to express IT..

But again.. GOD is magic..

and so are we.. even when we lose all emotions.. including faith.. hope..

and belief.. this spirit of GOD is just welling up inside us manifest as us.. coming to explode.. in emotions and senses IN Will of survival and all stuff associated with Love..

But anyway.. as you must know and feel by now.. i am different.. there are no limits or expectations of Love for me.. and perhaps folks like Katy Perry in her song ET.. and Lady Gaga in her song Born This Way.. are new age prophets.. taling a story of future.. NOW.. wHere people like US will RAIN a New Unconditional Love in AND ON the World.. that is one of old.. come new again.. before

‘THE APPLE’.. fall away from THE ALL innate.. instinctual and intuitive Spirit of GOD who lives naked and free in US.. and the fall of human to material stuff.. where BEFORE AGAIN NOW.. no one is afraid to dance naked as GOD’s children..

NO regrets.. no shame.. no sins.. all forgiven.. Naked and Free…

Well X.. unlike S.. i’ll share a short story.. her name S.. for Sonia too.. lights up the Son in me.. and takes it away.. and the path after that is mostly darkness.. but eventually i go on a vision quest and the rest is history.. and although this kind of past is common.. somewhat.. among young college adult males.. really sad you are asked to leave the church.. i avoid ‘those’ kind of churches like the plague by the way.. and now no one has the ‘balls’ to tale me to leave.. haha!.. at least not in brick and mortar churches.. hehe.. but yes.. excellent job of sharing this desperation and pain of life..in poetic aesthetic expression.. that does often mix with suicidal thoughts as well.. but thank GOD those didn’t come to me.. then.. until i actually experienced the literal suicide disease with a guarantee of those thoughts in medical literature.. per Trigeminal Neuralgia.. but it was worth it to relate better to others who live or have lived in that boat that sinks to the ocean floor.. and yes.. regarding Sonia.. it took me about three years to forget enough to move on

and really enjoy life for the quarter of a century or so

after until darkness comes again.. LIGHT UP NOW..

And hmm.. puts on spectacles and shrink hat.. and raises left Spock eyebrow.. could those ‘other’ girls be an expression of that first girl.. including this ‘S’.. hmm…. i didn’t get full closure until i actually contacted Sonia.. last year.. through her daughter.. and truly i needed to do that.. although.. i couldn’t admit it until brave enough to do it.. and i never dream about her anymore.. as i honestly I did.. somewhat disturbingly so.. until i closed that book shut completely.. about a year ago.. just a thought…. and a rhetorical question.. no need to answer.. smiles.. i had blocked the pain of that experience out of my life for decades revisiting me in dreams.. and forcing myself to remember it when i lost my emotions is part of what helped me to gain back my emotions.. i contacted her and thanked her for the pain.. as that’s just another dark savior in my life.. that eventually literally helps saves my soul.. again the dark and light mix.. too many people discount the power of

X2.. yes.. inspiring.. i spend some time under the Interstate 10 bridge Gulf loop boardwalk at the Casinos in Biloxi.. last year.. talking to some combat veteran wandering Jesus’ who were currently living under the bridge.. there was no doubt they had fully escaped culture.. i could relate to everything these Jesus’ said.. and then there was no doubt that i finally had fully arrived.. smiles.. i never pass a Jesus on the side of the road.. without giving him at least a dollar for a beer or whatever.. after all HE earned it…:)

great strength of courage.. survival..

Love of life and others.. in the eyes of homeless folks on the side of the

to be their friend in the flesh and blood.. is proof that i am finAlly

a Loving Soul.. and i wish more of the people i know from the

‘BIG CHURCH’ of life could bring

this to fruition in their life as well..

Ah.. new friend Zee.. human roads.. sidewalks..

are all roadblocks and dark clouds to human happiness as

human happiness is not lined.. it flows in balance as two feet as one..

emotions and senses fully expressed.. regulating and integrating..

Well.. when i look for answers that work.. i look to Nature

For hundreds of thousands of years our ancestors are foragers.. a mix of hunters and gatherers who survive by moving invisibly in escaping predator and capturing prey.. and what that means is left and right feet must be balanced as one.. to move quietly.. as quietly as not moving leaves of a Yogi Monk’s rice paper in TAI CHI like way… if you will… or if that does not bring a picture to mind.. imagine walking on thin paper and not tearing it with your feet…

WE LIVE a life these days mostly stuck in thoughts of our heads..

and all the major philosophies that are written in the world mostly

focus on ideals and thinking rather than moving imaginatively

and creatively as a first natural step to human animal happiness..

Move.. Connect.. Create.. sums up three

natural ways as one to human happiness..

For me.. free style dance and martial arts works best..

as it allows me the feedback through my body to regulate emotions..

and integrate senses.. and increase the nuance of emotions.. and senses.. as our vagal nerve carries our feeling

s from brain to gut.. spreading all around our body..

in an almost infinite number

of true chakras as neurons connect throughout our bodies..

but the 7 chakra metaphor is a basic picture of what’s going on when mind becomes balancing with body.. as regulated and integrated force of human being…

But sitting still meditation is not the way of a forager human animal..

to move is to survive with innate instinct and intuition..

and until we can become comfortable in our own

animals skins.. anxiety often reigns.. destroying

any possibility for true human bliss in contentment of being

WHAT we are naturally still evolving to be as forager for survival and a socially cooperative animal who reciprocates communication.. mostly non-verbal.. and creates to share naturally instead of collecting tools and becoming the tools ourselves.. losing our humanity in human flesh and blood moving.. connecting.. and creating..

We’ve lost touch with our humanity overall..

And again.. for me it’s dance.. i’m more emotionally regulated

and sensory integrated with enhanced focus and short term working memory than ever before.. and after being diagnosed with what is named Asperger’s Syndrome.. in middle age.. where this cultural meme is similarly expressed on the Big Bang TV show.. as a group of ‘egg heads’ stuck in a head of thinking do so well as actors in expressing the socially awkward difficulties of being out of balance with

our human animal instincts and intuitions..

in moving and connecting to each other freely..

and creatively with ease.. with a mind and

body in all natural moving.. connecting and creating balance..

Well.. I for one cure what ‘they’ say is impossible to cure.. on my own.. for me in creative way..

and although i may not look like i will break out in 4000 miles of joyous dance in the last 2 years in public.. i just do it.. and have documented the whole joyous experience..

FinAlly.. at age 21.. after sitting in class

and cleaning up buildings solo

as a Janitor since i’m 16..

on a rat wheel of confinement..

until i can no longer even connect

to find new friends.. the WANDER LUST speaks

in spiRit from my heArt once again.. and my soUl starts

to balance and GROW AGAIN!..

and IT draws me to the beach..

and i just start walking that early September day of 1981..

and i feel the connections of my ancestors and the people

i respect so much from stories of all religions i hear

AND FEEL.. and i keep repeating

to my self i need nothing..

i want nothing.. i just am.. i am moving.. i am feeling

babies cry in mothers arms.. i am seeing FEELING

smiles of other beach combers too.. the breeze feels

so good on skin.. the salt air splashes fresh on face..

the waves and diamond white sand.. swaying sea oats.. become me..

and i am BEACH ONE human with the rest of ALL of IT.. IT is now..

and NOW IS ALL that counts.. and i keep moving.. connecting

and creating a new path for me…

And i take a three month break

from school.. and work..

and go amazing places just INSPIRING

from my intuitive feelings and senses and i enjoy it so much..

until one day the reality of the world and culture comes again.. i go back

to school.. have no idea what i wanna do.. and that is good.. because what comes

next after three college degrees.. is totally unexpected.. and NOT planned.. working in a Military Bowling Center for almost two decades.. then.. Community Activities Director.. and finally Athletic Director of a Military Installation.. and although the environment does not change.. much..

i come to connect to nearly 100 thousand people during those years.. and by GOD each of those humans is another Universe to explore.. so i am thrilled to be alive.. NOW!.. UNTIL the end when computers come and trap me behind a desk.. for five years..

and THAT almost kills me.. but i escape from that

illness after 66 more months..

and at the end of July of 2013..

wander LUST COMES AGAIN..!

AND I FOLLOW

LUST TO WANDER..

starting at the beach AGAIN!..

and now my destination is

and a full load of school.. for three degrees..

have to continue to go up against..
to retain my artistic strength..
to just be me.. as silly as that may be..
in a place of sharing.. art.. instead of what is becoming
more like the law enforcement atmosphere in the strident
military environment i work in for 25 years or so..

truly there is no rule to read all of anything..

it’s a buffet.. eat a little.. or a lot.. or none..

and truly the words of Einstein to me.. are worth all this effort if someone gets the opportunity to know a great philosopher they never read.. and yes.. this is epic free verse poetry.. and there are no limits to that but humans.. smiles.. i did this in about one day.. can anyone else do that.. maybe not.. but that doesn’t mean that anyone shouldn’t.. i think.. so yes… that too.. is worth the effort dear.. with smiles..:)

But as always now and before.. no of course i do not expect anyone to either read it or reciprocate.. at least not this year.. smiles.. but you just a left a comment.. so that’s a plus.. but the biggest plus for me is the journey and the art.. and the opportunity to share it with folks who can tolerate.. accept it.. and even like it as evidenced above.. although i literally have to go to Egypt to get that like.. smiles.. and if it encouraged or inspired just one person.. that is more than worth all this effort to me..

And truly even if there are discouraging words that come…

and no yours are not discouraging as i appreciate your honesty..

that just gives me MORE fuel to write..

And we are now at about 10K words LAST time Microsoft Word’s tool measured it for me.. smiles.. and oh no.. i will say see you later before this comment turns into another one of my longest single comments which is on record still at about 9800 words or so.. where Word Press formatting breaks down..

and it’s just one solid page of text.. ha.. i wonder if i am the first person to see that glitch.. smiles.. probably so.. but it will not be by far the first time i did something that no one else is evidenced to do in the world.. in just the last 2 years.. and that might be a grandiose statement if I didn’t still have the full color objective evidence of it all..

You see my friend.. i am both artist and scientist in the exploration of the inner space of human potential and how that relates to all avenues of human art and science.. so that means.. sure there will be more to come..

if i stayed with the herd.. as is always the historical case from the first time mankind moved out of caves.. i will still be in the cultural cage of cave.. and for me at least.. that is not the place i live.. but i do not begrudge those who do.. as long as they let me live where i do.. to at least live tHere.. unhampered..:)

But anyway.. Love to you my friend.. Mary.. i continue to appreciate the opportunity to share here and all you and others do.. as volunteer effort.. with dVerse.. and have to deal with too.. with the outliers of human like me.. so Kudos to you too.. sincerely on that too.. friend..:)

and truly there is more for me to capture that i continue to capture

when the writing is over.. THAT is always the way it is when i write…

as i let the creativity flow and attempt to leave the reasoning analytical

mind of control as far behind as possible.. and see what my creative brain

Close to 4 Billion humans on this earth have something in common.. they are of the Abrahamic Religion traditions of Christianity… and Islam that comes next.. where most all these folks believe that Jesus IS an anointed Messiah and great prophet.. albeit Muslims do not agree to the Emperor Constantine driven effort to make Jesus into a Soldier God as an only one part of a Trinity of GOD…

Separating one into three and attempting to put that back together again.. like Humpty Dumpty.. for an obvious power play to make Jesus into the Mythological Man GOD of the Mithra Religion then..who adhere to the idea of a Sun God that is close enough for comfort to get everyone in the ‘regional area’ on board with the idea of Jesus as a Soldier Sun God with a halo representing the rays of the sun as well..

And Roman Emperor Constantine at the same time.. around 4 A.D… climbing aboard the Sun God King Bandwagon and erecting a monolithic statue of himself as Son GOD.. yes ‘Donald Trump’ as metaphor lives then.. and in metaphor Constantine is resurrected again in this truly “Anti-Christ’ metaphor of Jesus too.. but no.. of course no real mythological Devil that also portrays the darker human archetypes as metaphor…

If the Jesus I Know and Love and find still in the much revised version of the New Testament that gives me faith.. belief.. and hope.. that those humans perceived as the lesser.. as i was then.. deserve to not only live but flourish..

NEVER EXISTS FOR ME.. IN ANY BOOK..

my life will be much darker..

and these myths although

obviously not literally

the truth and light of fact of life..

are the housing that provides the vehicles and vessels

of his core teaching of Unconditional Passionate Tough Love to Live on

AND MAKE A REAL

DIFFERENCE

IN THE WORLD..

and if I do not LOVE this message

of a man that scholars say

only reflects perhaps

18 percent of what

the real flesh and blood man says..

i will not go to all the EFFORT I GO TO.. TODAY..

but you see the truth is Jesus is not carried up on a chariot

of bliss to heaven to live forever as the myth still supports.. NO..

like so many true super heroes of the human race.. he dies almost

an entirely solitary suffering death at the hands of people who truly

cannot not understand his message.. and did not really know

what they are doing when they put him

to death.. as his message

of Love can only make their lives much better if they only truly t

ake the time and effort.. to listen and understand it more fully.. then…

But this is how culture works.. culture is for order for a human race that is not evolved to live in huge towns and cities.. And religion.. as when we domesticate our cats and dogs for what we see as proper obedience in the home.. takes much of our innate.. instinctual.. intuitive freedoms away..

I mean.. my GOD.. look at a clan of monkeys.. naked.. furry.. hugging each other in supportive Love through the day.. as i capture here in video evidence.. from National Geographic.. have we really advanced so much to live in cubicles of screens in screams away from our inherent instinctual need for the human touch of feeling each others skin in hugs and love of eyes..

No.. we truly live in an overall insane way for naturally evolving human socially cooperative beings.. particularly those of us.. who become isolated and separated like Jesus and become outcasts without strong family units of our own to fall back on.. where in the past the village and the tribe of human beings saw most everyone as Aunties and Uncles raising the children for love no matter who the father and mother is.. or what class of physical or intelligence morphological features they come in as slightly different this way or the other..

Monkeys of the

Bonobo type..

Love.. they do not

discriminate like humans

with different clothes on..

and we call them dirty savages..

at least some of us.. for

the Love and Peace

they generate through the living

touch of sensual Loving Life..

Anyway to get to my ultimate point.. if Jesus truly

comes back today.. and sees what has

become of his teachings..

how he is promoted to a

GOD Man when he insists then

he is ONLY a humble teacher where

much greater will come after him..

and

HOW HE IS EVEN FRIGGING

NEUTERED AS A MAN..

TO TAKE a huge part of his virtual humanity away..

and how humans now causally disrespect each other and the rest of GOD

AS Nature killing all of it in a slow tortuous death.. he will most certainly shed this kind of tear illustrated here..

And perhaps
escape into
the Jungle

AND FIND THE BONOBOS
AND HAVE LIFE WITH THEM…

no less than the so-called
prostitutes he HANGS
AROUND THEN..

Using Microsoft Word to copy all the comment section words.. ‘here’.. for measure in word count… the comments sections ‘here’ before this comment is 18, 292 words.. and when I write Epic Free Verse Poetry/Prose in this new style of multimedia writing.. including photos and videos.. the comments section is also part of the whole of effort.. so you just perused.. albeit with much difficulty.. 18,292 words of comments.. plus 6,408 words of the main body of this work of ART that makes a grand total of 24,700 words…

which is the longest piece of free verse reality poetry/prose..

i have accomplished in one blog post yet..

So yes.. this is like browsing a Novella for sure.. approaching full Novel size at 40,000 words.. in what is about a 24 hour effort for me… with the words here in the comments section.. perhaps becoming my greatest main body effort as well.. as the record for that is around 14.3K words.. so far too..

as ‘this’ comments section is going to be transformed tonight

into a blog post titled LOVE sMiLES.. and yes..

it will be several MiLES long.. or so.. with

photos.. videos.. and words.. for metaphor..

Anyway.. i never plan the length.. or size of what i do.. it’s just a journey.. of what comes will come.. unless of course i face prompt restrictions where my smallest effort so far.. is about 13 words for one poetic effort.. and when i sing and dance the range is like that too.. from low bass reaching close heights of soprano.. to the ballet free style dance i do.. 4000 miles now in the last two years everywhere i go in public.. transformed into a martial arts free style too..

i see and hear no limits my friend.. and what comes from

that is this.. and sadly technology has not yet

caught up with this human being..

particularly with the word

press version of my blogs..

as it is kinda clunky with multi-media heavy posts..

but as mentioned to a friend above.. when people ask for

an accommodation for slow hardware and Internet connections..

that really hinders access to what i do here.. i provide an alternate trimmed down..

blogger blog that loads much faster without

the jumping around that can happen..

with slower computers and Internet connections

via this Word Press Version..

It makes me giggle when people tale me.. i must be lucky not to work.. HA! WTF do they think writing 20K words in a day.. is.. dancing a martial arts free style ballet like dance.. everywhere in public 4000 miles.. in just two years.. and getting 400 or so selfies done.. with 400 or so Gorgeous twenty year something year old girls.. 74 weeks now.. in dancing Thursday Nights.. for 3 or 4 hours straight without a break..

Oh.. yeah.. and then there are somewhere around 80K or so photos in two years too.. and hell no that’s not all.. the thing is I haven’t earned a frigging penny.. so some real fool will suggest ’cause i didn’t get a penny i am a lazy bum.. while i got news for that fool… Jesus was a fool.. just about like me..

And most of the time.. it’s some fundamentalist Christian that will say stuff like this behind my back.. as hell no.. no one has the gonads to stay stuff like that to my face.. as yeah.. there’s that extra effort of

LEG pressing half a ton… 25 times.. now.. maxing most all the other weights on the Nautilus side at the military gym.. i never miss in the last two years.. either.. where i can kick any target in a 360 degree radius.. with THAT power of a half ton.. behind my feet.. yeah.. i’m A lazy SUPER LAZY BUM.. smiles.. and that’s just for any haters that happen to be in the audience.. winks..;)

and these fables in the bible do reflect reality.. this IS A story for all superheroes.. similar.. that number in untold numbers of servants/soldiers only known to GOD.. unfortunately.. literally thinking folks have assigned this Truth and Light to ONLY ONE PERSON.. AND RESTRICTED IT AS SUCH… instead of remembering the hidden meaning.. that this IS A path that is a common GOD GIVEN human archetype.. to helping other human beings.. OUT OF MISERY AND SUFFERING.. and sadly it takes away from the path.. when one only says onE person has been there done it.. and that is precisely what Jesus IS speaking TO.. too.. when he says the Kingdom of Heaven IS NOW all around us for those with GOD eyes and ears to see and hear it AND many will come after him wHo will do greater Will and Deeds with Faith.. 2nd Cousin Monica and best friend..

during the middle years of college

during a very trying time.. and then a partying time..

after that at Club 2001 where Disco Days of late 70’s

and Madonna days of early 80’s rule after that..

and our common ancestor my maternal

Grandmother coming next..

born in 1903.. on September 13th.. as reminding here today that

September 13th is grandparents day.. anyway.. Monica.. an X bikini wet

T-shirt contest winner at the big club contests that rule in ‘the day’..

is interestingly looking more like my Grandmother as we both age

into our 50’s now.. me at 55 and her at 52.. and back then she really

looks like Stevie Nicks.. and even does a stint as a stripper..

a magazine spread.. in OUI..

and now proudly practices black magic..

and white magic.. as somewhat of a self-proclaimed ‘witch’..

but she is not shy.. and not afraid of her past.. and just lives how

she lives.. and that’s okay.. she and i come from a place that has no mold..

i get molded into something else.. but now.. again.. i too.. am wild and free..

with a taste of crazy that i for one.. control just fine.. and ha! the only magic I am into..

is most definitely white magic.. i try to convince her that black magic.. is a not positive way.. but i do not walk in her shoes.. so i cannot judge her any way.. in a personal manner.. as we all have unique shoes to walk in that we can hope to relate and understand but hope is all it is.. and i always hope for good things.. for a friend of cousin.. that in many ways.. saves my emotions.. in heart.. spirit.. and soul.. back in the day.. when there is more black inside than the white that lives me now..:)

And then from above.. is my Grandmother close to age 80..

and at about age 65.. she starts to paint from visual memories..

after her father at age 94 dies..  to express her grief.. and she also paints visual images created in her mind as such.. and i have some hanging around my home.. in a work-out room that needs some re-arranging to get real use again.. added above as well..

Oh yeah… and my Grandmother then..

is kind of psychic as she does automatic

writings in a kind of trance

where she does not even look at what she’s doing..

and interestingly.. some of her predictions come true then..

eventually after that.. some of which.. she does not live to see..

She carries the Cherokee ancestry in her blood and her husband.. who becomes a wanderer and is kinda the black sheep of the family.. carries the Sioux Indian ancestry with his grandfather.. a full-blooded Sioux Indian.. and yes.. as per last note.. Both Monica and i.. have a little ‘crazy horse’ in us.. for sure.. to tame it.. like some of my family does.. can be an artFUL WAY OF LIFE.. for sure..:)

And finally here’s my father… back in 1995.. age 62.. still barely any gray hair.. looking like he always does since he is 33.. as photos show in my recent blog post titled.. “KAT Tales and Parabells’.. a real fan of NASCAR my father is.. selling the die cast replicas at the Tallahasee Flea Market.. all the way until his last weekend living at age 81.. since he retires from his 46 year stint in Law Enforcement work.. at age 69… life is long and great as long as one Loves what they do.. and to find that passion no matter what it is.. is a source of a great life too..:)

Yes.. Life is Fun.. Magic.. and very mysterious.. to take any of those elements out.. IS just plain boring.. and not the way humans are evolved to be.. curiosity.. imagination.. and creativity.. AND UNCONDITIONAL TOUGH AND PASSIONATE LOVE.. are GOD’s ways FOR US.. and as we who have GOD’s eYes and ears know and feel GOD in us works in very mysterious ways.. as well as all of what connects US As the human RACE..:)

Well i for one will tell you now in no Uncertain terms THAT place is AS real AS anything I know and feel GETS IN LIFE.. and while Led Zeppelin.. The Beatles.. and many other groups use the assistance of psychedelic drugs to go TO that place..

AND EXPRESS THIS PLACE IN THE POWER OF MUSIC AND LYRICS TOO.. i for one.. have developed an ALL NATURAL HUMAN POTENTIAL AND ability through a trance of almost constant dance for hours on end.. TO come to THIS PLACE.. and after that comes a focus of MIND.. senses and emotions IN SPIRIT EXPRESSING HEART OF MIND AND BODY BALANCED SOUL..

i do not feel invincible without practice.. and yes.. logically i know

i am not bullet proof.. but feeling comfortable enough in one’s

own skin is dam sure the next best thing.. where feet can

kick the butt of any target in a 360 degree radius..

and yes.. that takes literally thousands

of hours of practice.. and guess what..

no expensive martial arts

lessons at all..

as when our innate..

instinct and intuition flow

in real physical education from within..

that imagination and creativity can make Bruce Lee’s

out of all of us.. and yes.. if you ever see two feral cats fight..

they play by no civilized rules.. they are after the win.. whatever

it takes.. but ugh.. they will try to bite the testicles off another male cat..

A mazing is that my wife approaching 26 years of marriage..

at age 45 rarely gets guessed as an age any older than 26 if not

and in the dark dancing.. people have no idea i am 55..

but yeah.. i always fess up and share a photo of my

wife with girl FRIENDS dancing.. and simply

say there is no one more beautiful than her..

and yes.. i prove it.. as those Facebook photos

come in handy.. with smart phones while one

is rave dancing sober like me.. and no..

my wife neither dances or does bars..

she is super shy and yes of course..

That’s a fascinating take on it Mary,
and of course I play by no rules of
poetry so i don’t really have a ‘dog
in the fight’, per se, but personally
i’m a very visually thinking person
so the more adjectives and adverbs
the more I enjoy poetry as i am not
out to judge anything but experience
the beauty of life.. and visual images
are precious to me.. particularly after
losing effective use of my sight for five
years.. but admittingly before that my
perception of poetry is a total waste
of time.. but the difference now and
then is I can feel it now.. emotionally
and sensory in full meaningful way
and i was simply ‘retarded’ about
poetry before.. i can
appreciate it all
now.. as a challenge

True story..

when i am young my hips

are rather large for a boy..

so people tell me walk like a man..

then as a man people tell me i cannot

walk straight.. so i run.. and people tell me i run like a foal with legs

kicking out everywhere.. and now i am too old to run.. so i dance..

I am just dreaming about cats playing with snakes.. The snake bites the cat and the cat forgives the coral snake who is extremely poisonous with a kiss of Love and I guess this is a metaphor for God’s Love as humans are still overpopulating and destroying the planet.. understand time relative to GOD.. as that seems

beyond our ‘pay grade’ as human beings.. those of us who

experience time differently through the course of life can attempt

to provide metaphors for that in Human Language and in my

personal experience in experiencing a wide range

of subjective experiences of time..

understand as excellent metaphors

for one who gains mastery over mind.. body..

and soul balance including heart

and expression of emotion

of heart through ways of human spirit..

and how that can be regulated in life.. through practice of it…

I have experienced what i can only relate as human hell on earth

where a second feels like a thousand years.. and now.. there is no

perception for me of time.. age.. or pain.. when i am fully mindfully

aware of my existence.. but that takes will.. and practice..

it is no free ride as the gentleman says one

must worship GOD continuously

in practice to attain it.. so yes..

when i first wake up..

sometimes i feel

pain.. but

then GOD

provides the spirit in me..

to become timeless.. ageless.. and painless once again..

And as one practices this grace of GOD’s gifts.. they become

stronger and in someways they spread like a virus of GOD’s Love

in metaphor as well..

But for those who do not believe.. their fate is sealed..

for those who do not seek.. find and practice this worship

and Covenant with GOD.. they never enter these gates of heaven now..

so yes.. hell or heaven.. can be a self-fulfilling prophecy.. where when one

works against GOD.. the path is to potential literal human hell in the here

after now.. that lasts always now.. or the path can be to a potential literal

human heaven in the here after now.. always now.. that is no

perception of time.. age.. or pain.. where life is Bliss..

If i do not experience this myself.. i might doubt it..

but there is no longer any doubt.. fear.. feelings

of pride.. jealousy or envy.. and nothing i desire

but the Love of GOD and to be clear i can also be the

actor GOD wants me to be.. to fulfill GOD’s will for me..

which means i can do anything and everything GOD wills for me..

as a humble servant.. who is not in a place to question GOD’s Judgement for me..

And as far as I can see my friend.. this is a personal relationship between each human being and GOD that only GOD can judge and no one else.. It makes sense to me now.. but admittingly it takes 53 years or so to get there..

As the gentleman suggests in this video.. it is not an easy practice.. not many ever attain it.. and sometimes the path to it.. is a street that passes through literal hell..

some folks survive and thrive and others.. fall away from fertile soils.. and disintegrate into nothingness.. and that nothingness again i see.. where one second is literally a thousand years in hell.. where one will wish for death..

but not be spared this state of hell… that can eventually

fire a soul free and bright white.. as a practice of Life with GOD..:)

And thanks so much for all your visits to my blog.. i don’t find many people in

the states that enjoy my philosophies.. but i appreciate the people i meet

online in different countries like India.. Pakistsan.. and other places

where other people seem to like it better.. and i hope one day more people

will understand it.. and find some benefit from reading a point of view

A majestic oak.. tree that grounds me at night with spotlights
in respite of decades toil and trouble at work.. a few moments..
a quiet relationship with branches and leaves and stalwart trunk..

Social Roles are a biggest factor it seems.. we are social
animals after all.. and that explains why people blindly
follow so much bullstuff and do so many harmful

Yes.. X.. the context of insanity is surely relative..

and my attending psychiatrist who helps me survive 66 months of the Suicide Disease..

in my case named Type two or Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia during all waking hours..

stops his practice this month and I get all my records from those 66 months.. plus 2 years..

as he continues to monitor me during my recovery from devastating anhedonia for those

months of pain.. i am Fin ecstatic to be alive after recovering from THAT pain.. happy..

blissful.. GRATEFUL dancing all the time.. zero internal anxiety.. but i have so much

energy and truly fearlessness other than the common ones of heights and really loud

noises.. that i get my Bipolar diagnosis per hypomania of what he sees of me now.. AND THE SEVERE ANHEDONIC DEPRESSION BEFORE..

And in his notes.. he suggests that i am resistant to medication to make me less happy..

and perhaps talk slower without as much volume as full human freedom will bring A

strength of vocal chords that are not worn out by chronic stress..

but i am pursuing human potential.. and truly my life

is a miracle.. NOW compared to BeFORE..

and yes.. i am Hyper-God connected

without the religion..

hyper-happy..

hyper-glad

to be alive every now..

and perhaps if he experiences what i do..

i’m sure he will be a different person too..

when he comes out of human hell.. and enters into human heaven..

So many labels.. the Asperger’s.. the Congenitally Fused Vetebrae in my neck.. Spinal Stenosis.. Severe Degenerative Arthritis in my neck.. the Fibromyalgia.. Dysautonomia.. Sjogren’s Syndrome.. and so much more.. so many dam labels for who i am.. and none of it makes a dam bit of difference to the happy sharing giving person i am all the time now..

And no my Psychiatrist does not suggest i am insane.. in fact.. he says i inspire him and he is gonna teach TAI CHI as a therapy in a Medical Teaching school he is going to next… but the sad fact remains that the establishment says that someone as happy.. fearless.. open minded and bodied.. and energetic as me.. AND totally calm inside.. deserves a pill to come down lower.. USING less of my human potential..

And all i can think of AND FEEL is..

surely IF Buddha.. Jesus..

Lao Tzu.. AND

innumerable other folks

who move into a brighter place in life..

live today.. they will have folks on their

HEALs trying to bring them down

with drugs and so much more..

About a month ago

I received a month long ban here at the Wrong Planet that has expired and at that time I promised myself to let this place go, as it has gotten to the point where my freedom of expression has been limited to a place that I cannot comfortably discuss all the ins and outs of philosophy that are myriad in context and nuance.

While I will no longer post here in the forums

I will continue to read in hopes

of finding someone else here

besides you who can truly

think outside of the

box of K-12 and University School Terms.

I was enjoying that thread about magic you are in,

and I watched that video through you provide and the core

truth of that video is if one does not believe in more than

what school teaches is human potential it does not exist

AND THAT IS as simple as THAT and if one believes, pursues, and finds answers in greater Light and Truth in Life, one will not be able to ignore the Truth and Light that MORE is possible in human potential than school or so-called scientific method science will ever find for human potential in its MUCH FULLER ways.

There is no doubt in my mind that much of the

problem with so-called

higher functioning autism

of the higher standard IQ type,

without some damage to the right

hemisphere of the brain, is an

environmentally produced phenomenon of

simply not using more of our mind and body in balance, in

regulating emotions and integrating senses, as well as increasing cognitive executive functioning in focus and short term working memory through the imagination and creativity of much greater physical intelligence that guides the bio-feedback of much greater emotional and sensory intelligence.

My psychiatrist agrees and before he leaves his practice this Summer he is so convinced that he is going to include movement therapy in his teaching practice in his next step in his career for folks with higher functioning autism and other mind/body imbalances of emotions/language verbal and nonverbal; and sensory imbalances of the human condition.

Anyway, one thing I learned well in my other online travels around the so-called Autism Community along the way, is no one really pays attention unless there is a social media drama going on, so yeah, I DID YELL, smiles, as much as I can, and used all kinds of emotional antics; but all of that was a Trojan Horse to get through to the listeners in the reading audience; as Lord knows, folks like Walrus, Fnord, and others, are simply a LOST CAUSE as they are in a room with NO windows to VIEW it at all, I am afraid for them, yes, sadly enough.

BUT anyway, mission accomplished on my part as long as I could worm my way through the fish hook and stay online here.

And I will continue to check back here reading for more folks like you, who are not afraid to fish outside the box of life, for the really good catch of life that is Nirvana/Bliss/Heaven NOW.

It is the place I live ALWAYS NOW, and all the frigging Standard IQ intelligence I develop at the top of my high school class and through three college degrees is nothing compared to what I FEEL all the time now; totally integrated and balanced in control of my mind and body thinking and feeling, with true relative free will.

There was a time when my mind and body are a machine, a robot, and a Zombie that is almost foreign to me; and this life friend is another one, truly a reborn one from the decades past.

But no, I feel that one must move through it

and experience something like this,

to get a real lesson from it.

But yeah, the first step is to move.

Yes, I did notice, and obviously to me

Walrus locked the magic thread ’cause he

didn’t understand your post, and he didn’t

understand how it applied to the topic at hand.

And he was too weak, to do it in the open,

as he does not have the kind of intelligence

to understand you, and subconsciously

he is probably intimidated by that.

What you are saying in the thread makes perfect sense to me and is directly on topic; but I come from a long history of being a watcher instead of a talker, paying more attention to the deeper stuff of life, well before I can express any of it, in words of speech or written way.

And if I do not lose effective use of my eyesight and hearing,

I will likely never develop whatever skills in written communication I have now,

and now I explore that as Art instead of just dead robot language; yeah, as you mentioned one time before I do my best to make language organic now; and that’s kinda ironic as the word becomes flesh; instead of the old time religion way of flesh becoming word, smiles..:)

and that is pretty amazing as

that the average person with any inclination to get interested in

all of me already will not likely be able to finish me online in one lifetime, haha!

And that’s kind of a funny metaphor and literally the truth too, as literally 11 million words flow off these fingers, in total, since November 26th, 2010, when I first start writing here to escape the pain of Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia during all waking hours for what will become a total of 66 months, ending in July of 2013.

I didn’t see any real specific directed ad hominem personal attack against Fnord by you in that ORIGINAL thread; you kept it, rather, as a general opinion in reference to ‘you’; but not necessarily ‘you’, specific to Fnord.

I think he was just expressing his usual sarcasm to pick at YOU, in the administrative forum. That’s the only he seems to gain pleasure in life, by being cynical and sarcastic AGAINST OTHERS as tool of Hate instead of tools of pro-social emotions associated with LOVE.

I learned lots of pointers on doing that from him,

in the World of writing poetry i think we can say with confidence that we all share and write about how we see life.. as far as how we feel life that perhaps is not a Universal as some people experience a condition named Alexithymia that can be partially innate and or environmental where a person does not have or loses the ability to connect emotions and language..

I have no idea this was even possible until it happened to me in conjunction with severe chronic work related stress for several years.. and a synergy of severe illnesses that were definitely associated with the chronic stress…

And interestingly.. while this condition is developing.. and i am losing my ability slowly.. not only to connect the language with emotions but the depth of emotions too.. AFTER a lifetime of playing piano music with only sheet music..

creativity in composition of my own notes begins spontaneously like a gift.. but the truth is.. it is like a defense mechanism where one can posit that my heart as emotion and my spirit… as the ability to express that emotion in a

mind and body balanced soul.. where emotions are properly regulated through literal moving the physical body in balance and connecting language to emotion is breaking down..

And when ‘they’ talk about chronic stress and what they call a nervous and emotional breakdown.. science understands now.. these are more than metaphors.. they actually describe the physical process of the chronic human damage

associated with chronic stress.. where emotions

do break down in the sense of feeling them

and expressing them with verbal language

and non-verbal expression..

as well as the physical damage

of long term exposure to

stress hormones in the blood stream that

eventually damage the actual nervous system..

destroying myelin sheaths of nerves..

the vascular system of the cardiovascular system..

and the ability for proper respiration as well..

and other bodily organ systems damage..

STRESS IS INDEED SCARY STUFF..

‘they’ try to teach ways to avoid this in church..

but it is very vague and what Jesus

talked about in the

kingdom of heaven of now..

finding this inside is simply the process

of regulating emotions and integrating senses..

and more than likely he did it through some kind of still meditation or moving meditation like TAI CHI.. and achieved what folks call Nirvana which is simply mastery in regulating one’s own emotions and integrating one’s own sense where in doing so one also enhances their cognitive executive functioning

through greater focus and short term working memory naturally as a human process of simply living day to day.. as our foraging ancestors have no choice to do to remain invisible to escape predator and capture prey in moving in balance and soft quiet on the earth.. in agility.. to basically survive life for hundreds of thousands of years..

Modern Psychiatry misses an important element of a

cure for this.. cognitive behavioral therapy attempts

to redress negative thoughts with positive ones..

and psychotropic drugs attempt to redress chemical imbalances..

but where most psychiatry and psychology fails is in the basic human instinct and need to move in balance to attain simple mind and body balance in regulating emotions and integrating senses.. a literal work around that all naturally works..

Eastern philosophies in terms of the moving meditation

of TAI-CHI-ike exercises incorporating with Martial Arts like

Kung FU have the long term solution for not only

physical health but mental health too..

in mind and body balance.. as movement naturally

regulates emotions and integrates senses..

as well as.. burning off

stress hormones..

and raising mood..

but here’s the thing..

where i go one step

further than this..

i truly believe this kind of

balanced movement is in our

innate instinct and intuition..

and sadly the lessons make it more

of a mechanical cognition activity

that tends to take us away from the

social cognition mind

that includes the regulation of

emotions and integration

of senses through strict and rigid lessons..

IT is my belief THAT RIGID INSTRUCTION.. overall..

hinders the process of emotional healing but unfortunately

most people are afraid to MOVE OUT on a free style..

free verse way of life.. as we are instituted in a

life of instruction by the way others have done life instead of

pure human imagination and creativity that is fostered by

innate instinct and intuition and

not someone else’s instruction

of how they do life or

the folks who lived before..

It is a major paradigm change to break

out of this human made box..

and truly this information is priceless but you will not or will

rarely find it in any books as our culture is designed around quick

external fixes and

not one that explores the internal innate.. instinctual and intuitive life

of human beings.. as is the case of human nature

for hundreds of thousands of years..

and they way other animals live life without the functional disabling

aspects of a culture that spoon feeds us life instead of achieving it internally and

expressing that freedom of being externally by way of dancing.. singing.. or whatever ART allows one to balance mind and body..

but without the movement over 50% of the equation of human WELL BEING is lost.. and this will never be achieved sitting still or behind a computer or a notebook of writing alone for those challenged like this.. as i once was..

And truly I’ve never fully explained the significance of the piano song I do compose then.. named Challenging Alexithymia here.. but it was the road that started me back on human art.. writing poetry.. and connecting emotions with language in 2013.. and the final piece of the puzzle to FIND and PRACTICE human nirvana..

bliss.. and the Kingdom of Heaven Now found internally that Jesus speaks to in what remains in the bible of his words.. but sadly how he actually did it in detail is missing.. anyway this is one way that history proves in eastern philosophies works to attain human nirvana.. bliss.. also known as the kingdom of heaven now..

and when they say don’t drink the Kool Aid.. the Kool Aid of Dancing a ballet/TAI CHI way of dance mixed in with martial arts ALL free style dance is a REAL PILL PROVEN TO WORK TO ATTAIN THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN NOW…

IT’S NO FAIRY TALE AFTER LIFE.. IT’S REAL NOW..

BUT YEAH.. WESTERN CULTURES

ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR THE QUICK FIX

I finally do watch Avatar in 2013.. and Love it too.. and i dream about my wife being the Indian Princess swinging through the trees and yes.. she is athletic.. very athletic for her gender as those stereotypes go..

in fact.. when i put my science glasses on i will better estimate that they are losing their basic humanity in even being able to do the ‘first two steps’ in literally artfully MOVING and CONNECTING to each other in flesh and blood verbal AND NON-VERBAL WAYS.. of joining hands.. instead of looking down..

a screen is not freedom.. alone..

a tool for communication and art..

and yes imagination and creativity too..

but the flesh and blood will

always need to connect
and without that ability
to have
community
in connection
there is nothing
in life but
true
loneliness
and that certainly
plays out now in
Japan where
young folks
are losing
interest in even
having physical
relationships with
other folks.. robotic
dogs are replacing
flesh and blood
dogs who
are wearing
diapers and
using strollers
where even dogs
no longer move..
and then there
is the cleanup
crews that take
care of the ending
elders who have no
human connections in
flesh and blood life to
care enough if they die
in their home to get concerned..
like they are never on the face of
the earth to begin with in human way…
i was headed that way.. certainly where
life is work and work is life.. but TG now
i am my own actor.. producer and director
of my own play of life.. which means i can
connect to others as long as i keep my
relative free will and Love of
doing just THAT
IN THE ART
OF
DANCE..
IT’S WORTH THE CONNECTION
OVER ANY POTENTIAL HUMILIATION

True Myrna.. in a Twitter world brevity is almost a requirement to communicate.. but trUE too.. i find that as kinda sad.. in a way.. as Twitter styles of communication have replaced the oral tradition of

SHOOTING THE BREEZE.. around living room couches and dining room tables for hours on end.. without any electronic devices at all..

‘THAT’ is what OUR elders do for literally hundreds of thousands of years..

HOURS ON END.. in either verbalLY EMOTIONALLY INSPIRED

POETIC EXPRESSION AND PROSE ORALLY

or non-verbal dance way

AS A FORAGING WAY OF LIFE..:)

i plan AND AM.. keeping THAT alive..

in some unique form online for years to come.. it is like thE movie

‘The Giver’.. where i only expect a few people to actually listen

to the epic forms of my free verse poetry..

and who knows perhaps only ‘THE ONE’..

in ‘Neo’ terms of speaking.. smiles..

i no longer am part of the Twitter Matrix..
but short lines of condensed poetry are a
mighty cool abstract form in TOOL.. of communicating more..

AND sometimes.. if you haven’t noticed.. I do that 50 times or so.. in my epic free verse poetry.. and obviously most working people WILL NOT have the time or effort to do that.. OR READ THAT.. as i sure WILL NOT.. WHEN i am in the working world for ‘big bucks’ or any bucks at all..

THere will be no way.. THEN.. OR TME FOR WHEN..

i can either read or write on the Internet..

or even communicate with my wife IN A

SOCIALLY RECIPROCATING WAY…

the MATRIX CAN

BE ALL ENCOMPASSING

AND ‘THAT movie’ IS THE TRUTH AND

all the
hidden
codes in
the numbers
and letters of
connected words
in magazine pop-culture
FALSE.. but the Truth
and LIGHT IS..
IN most ALL
human conditions
there are elements
of Truth and
Lies along
with the
delusions
and illusions..
The and A Key IS
discernment but
only ‘REAL Fools’
throw the baby
out with
a little
or a substantial
amount of dirty
water..
smiles..
and with
Science
the biggest
Baby thrown
out is often GOD..
as people lose ‘those’
‘eyes and ears’ to even ‘see and FEEL’
