IT’S a pretty amazing thing to be born

more intelligent than most folks..

but..with that comes

many

drawbacks..

Emotions are a vital component of forming

memories..

and many highly intelligent abstract thinking folks..

also have a great deal of emotional contagion for others..

in fact..

it can be overwhelming..and even disabling among

some folks diagnosed on the

Autism Spectrum with the Asperger’s flavor of it..

like me..and relatively few others

in life..

Here’s the thing..as human beings ..we are evolved for

about 150 to 200 human social relationships..

But many of us ..particularly those who

live in big cities..

are awash

human beings..tens of thousands of faces..

names..emotions..and in general

flavors of personalities..

visited through the course of a lifetime..

and of course thousands more experienced vicariously

through

the mirror neuron system..

on TV

and other media sources…

What often gets lost..IS self awareness…

One most often..

becomes the actor

of everyone else’s play..

And when most everyone is an actor

of someone else’s play

it is very difficult

to attain self

actualization

ever…

Growing up i find it uncomfortable ..walking in big crowds in

stores like Super Walmart ..escaping to the

bathroom to see myself in the

mirror to

ground myself

in something..other

than the extreme discomfort..

of feeling the emotional contagion..

of hundreds of stressed out humans…

Music..from iphones..and ipods..

IS therapeutic for me

to escape thIS NOW..

and stay in the NOW

BLISS

NOW

along with my

TAI CHI..SACRED Belly Dance..

style of Reverse

DANCE

Walking

everywhere i move…

over 150 miles

a month…

But the zen art of SELFIE

finAlly BRINGS a sense..

of what i am as an emotionally expressive

human being…

i am caught up in everyone else’s expressions..non-verbal language..

in body postures..and facial movements..

having little to no idea..what mine looked like..

when i attempted to express myself noN-verbally…

NOW

I can match the feelings with the non-verbal

expressions..moreover thanks!

to the

zen art of SELFIES!

In my opinion..ZEN IS AN ART..

TO ESCAPE ABSTRACT LANGUAGE..RESULTING

FROM HUMAN COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE..

AND THE HUGE ILLUSION OF CULTURE

THAT SURROUNDS AND CAN

AND DOES GENERALLY

CONTROL

FOLKS…

MUSIC..AND MY DANCE WALKING DOES THAT FOR ME..

As i cannot sit still and meditate..that is against my nature..

But.. i find the

zen art of Selfies..

relaxing..and YES

challenging at the same time..2..

maintaining postures..facial expressions..

and attempting to get the photograph focused..

as still as same…

Publishing these photos in various blogs..is feedback for me

and a motivation..to increase the efficacy of the art..in sharing

it with anyone who cares to share it..

anywhere in the world…

My biggest problem in life..IS a separation of mind and body

and emotions..

The focus on movement and non-verbal expressions..

IS making me

a more fully human being..as

time goes on..

And i do think..our language..collective intelligence..

and cultural illusion..

can be a source of great suffering..

if there is not a way to take a break from it..

In whatever ZEN art one creates for themselves..

to escape it

and achieve the flow..

otherwise known..as SACRED

LOVE

in the LOVE

that needs no name..

words..collective intelligence..

CULTURE..

THE CORE OF ALL LIFE..

CORE OF creativity

What i find as truest IN all of creativity..

the OPEN Second Chakra..

IS the CORE OF CREATIVITY..

EMOTIONS..

INTUITION..

AND ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED

FOR MIND AND BODY

BALANCE..

AND GENERALLY SPEAKING..

THE ABILITY TO FEEL

COMFORTABLE IN ONE’S

OWN

SKIN..

WELL..IF ya been following my blog lately…

there is likely no doubt that i am comfortable

in my own skin..

a quick Google search on the

YES! I AM COMFORTABLE IN MY OWN SKIN

as a person with the Asperger’s flavor of Autism..

i was never comfortable in my own skin..ergo a HUGE

ISSUE WITH A CLOSED UP

SECOND CHAKRA..

ZERO TO LITTLE CREATIVITY..

I WAS BASICALLY

A FRIGGIN WALKIN TALKIN

COMPUTER..

AND yes i had to watch my wife to walk

in Super Walmart..to keep moving in a straight line…

Well ..HELL NO..AS MENTIONED BEFORE AS WELL..

NO MORE STRAIGHT LINES

ATTEMPTED ON

SIDEWALKS!

i do my reverse..TAI CHI..Sacred Chakra Belly DAnce..

WALK..

everywhere i go NOW ..sometimes almost imperceptibly slow..

and yes..sometimes captured with my Nike GPS sports watch..

at 12 miles per hour…

And i’ve been experimenting with different frequencies of music..that

are assigned as such to the 7 human chakras..

and what i find is

some music is much better than others

to OPEN UP

THE CORE OF CREATIVITY

IN THAT LOWER ABDOMINAL AND HIP

AREA

CHAKRA..#2..

AND WELL..SYCHRONICITICallY

AS IT MAY BE

SHAKIRA..

SOUNDS ALOT LIKE CHAKRA..

HIPS NEVER LIE

IN her CORE

CREATIVITY..

TAI CHI dancing in my yard today..

listening to her music…

brought an incredible swelling warmth

in my #2 chakra area..

and no it was general incredible swelling

warmth..not an ‘organ’ specific one..

if ya will..

But anyway.. i thought i would experiment to see what

would happen in capturing my chakra

non-verbal physically visible

energy flow..

in spanish..which is a very romantic..

language anyway overall..

and a tool for greater creativity

and yes in the hertz of her voice and music..

it resonates..

in that

area

Don’t even need to watch her hips..and abdominal

gyrations..to get

that 2nd chakra open for more

WELL..I KNOW IN NOW..most people are not likely going to have

an opened enough 2nd chakra to do this in public..

We are free

to share the energy of our chakra #2 with the whole

world if need be…

so here is my effort today..

BUT HERE PERHAPS IS THE MOST AMAZING THING OF ALL…

Approximately seven months ago..when i made my first efforts..

to reverse walk..to reduce numbness in my legs when walking..

..that was successful..

I am positive now…that not only did this activity..

help my back..but it most definitely finally

opened up my second chakra..as after that..

my creativity exploded and even autism spectrum

reciprocal communication deficits..

almost magically went away..

i went from extreme introvert to extreme

extrovert…

in several weeks..of walking in reverse..

and as i remember i had a compelling desire to run in

reverse in my running days..when i was 21..and a similar

thing happened to me then..

that i match with today..

as real

and EFFECTIVE..LOGICALLY NOW..

AS A POTENTIAL CURE

FOR MANY HUMAN

MALADIES..

PER REAL LIFE

REMEDY..

TO MAKE LIFE BETTER..

OVERALL FOR FOLKS..

Don’t believe me please..

but if ya can and if ya will..

try walking in reverse..starting slowly

and maybe

OR WALKING IN REVERSE..

MOST ANYONE CAN WALK IN REVERSE..

BUTT..THE belly dancing is more complicated..

than that..

as well as TAI CHI ..overall.. when taking lessons..

but no lessons for me

i’m a free versin/lancin everything..

these days..

Sorry for all the caps..but this means

a whole lot to me..

as ya may see..

after being a shut in for over 60 months..

and finally getting to really move around again..

starting last July 22nd..

My whole life as change moreover than

any thing else..is that i float like

a butterfly over land..

Ya see..as an autistic person..of the

Asperger’s variety..with a language delay..

my motor coordination was seriously

out of whack..

i had to watch my wife walk in

Super Walmart still..when i am

47 just getting comfortable

walking in a

straight

line..

My biggest problem was pain..

and Severe Degenerative Arthritis..Spinal Stenosis..

Sjorgren’s Syndrome..Fibromyalgia..

type two Trigeminal Neuralgia..

and generally speaking..

all that ‘fun’ stuff that can happen..

when one

approaches middle age…

Well at 53 now..instead of 48 in

the most incredible pain overall that most

people could imagine..

i am pain free now..and drug free too..

This ain’t no magic formula except

for one incredible thing..

i move ALL AROUND..YES

ALL AROUND ALL THE TIME..

BACKWARDS..FORWARDS..SIDEWAYS..

WITH MY ARMS TOO..IN ALL DIRECTIONS..

LIKE A BALLET DANCER..TAI CHI DANCER..

MARTIAL ARTS DANCER..SACRED CHAKRA

BELLY DANCER..

ALL

ONE..

AND here’s the greatest thing of all..

i never did a lesson..

it all came naturally to me..

the further and further away..

the pain becomes..

the closer

bliss

NOW

one

with

ONE

And yes it is extremely spiritual as well..

i am one with the Universe almost all the time..with

this ART of SACRED MOVEMENT..

MOSTly TOO..INSPIRED BY

ALL TYPES OF RESONANT

CHAKRA MUSIC..

FROM EVERY SOURCE..

POPULAR CULTURE..OR WHATEVER..

THE SPIRITUAL NOTES..

HAVE NO SINGLE

OWNER..

WELL YEAH..I COULD

TELL YA ALL These WORDS

AND YA MIGHT say SO WHAT

IT’S JUST MOVEMENT..

BUT I’M GONNA SHOW IT TO

YA AS WELL..

And while this is sensual..it’s not about sex..

but sure it’s related as all sensual things are..

It is about a totally free human being..

i am completely unashamed of my body..

and hell no..i hated parts of it..

almost all my life

In my opinion..if any aspect of human nature

is repressed..that my friends..

is the main cause of human suffering..

Whether it is restricting one’s path to a straight line..

or a body never fully feeling

the

sun..

the saddest human condition..

truly see of all…

But any way.. these are the results at age

53 after close to 700 miles logged on my Nike

GPS sports watch and many more miles not logged since..

July 22nd..

Every movement for me..is

sacred..and my body is completely balanced..

in every sacred step and movement in general..

The mindful awareness that exists with this..

as one with the Universe is nothing less than

INCREDIBLE..

THERE ARE NO RULES TO MOVEMENT..

IF ANYTHING IS RESTRICTED OR TAUGHT..

THAT CAN BE REPRESSION..

THE FLOW

GOD IS inappropriate

Well..in my opinion..

after some deep thought..in portraying

and displaying..this as such..in

non-verbal language.. in the photo above..

God.. the TRUE nature of GOD would more than likely be described as

inappropriate by the cultural artifacts of humans including language…

So no doubt truth ain’t fair either…:)

IN ONLY my opinion…;)

But the human mind has incredible potential

to make lemonade out of

lemons..

or crap out of..

sugar.

I choose only lemonade..
with WILL..

And no that is a choice 2..
some folks have little will….

and end up with mostly…
crap..
even if they live in sugar.

But again.. truth and all of that…

Humans are evolved for adversity..as
well as all other social animals..

Which more specifically includes intermittent
reinforcement..

Not the instant gratification…that can lead to the human hell..

of what is NOW for so many people’s..reality in NOW

I choose adversity as a friend…
and leave most of the sugar…
to other folks..

Who MAY choose the human
hell..THAT IS NO PLACE
i choose to be….
KNOWnow:)

And in an attempt .. not to confuse here..
part of my path of adversity..
includes a rather complicated..
free verse poetic style of communication..

which makes life a little more challenging..
for me and anyone who chooses through will..
to read me….and figure it out….

But again..that is my path to bliss..
And it works..
That’s all that matters..
what works….
I LIVE IN BLISS..
THAT PART IS DEFINITELY TRUE..
MY STRAWBERRY FIELDS ARE REAL..
NO MIRAGE HERE..
FOR ME..
I WORK FOR IT..EVERY MICROSECOND..
OF NOW..
IT AIN’T EASY..
BUT AGAIN..
IT WORKS..
MY MAGICK IS SIMPLE..
ADVERSITY..

AND IT IS truly amazing..how simple
my life is now..as compared to
how IT IS usually viewed in real life..
IT simply flows now..while most everyone..
else is waiting for me to trip
and fall down…

And yes.. i am literAlly speaking of movement..
My life is a tight wire act of ballet..belly dance..
TAI CHI..Walk dancing..in reverse..spinning.. everywhere i go..every microsecond..
of art in movement..that makes every part of every move..
sacred
and complex..
and simple flow
at the same time..
without any ‘KNOW’..

losing the hell of ego..
in that complex looking simple flow….

Yup..GOD IS inappropriate..
and so
AM I AM
i

But..

i guess if i remain on the sidewalk

of life

my body

remains..
