I tend to dance a bit, you know. I seriously have some form of ADHD, bacause I can not be still. Mine is a bit of a bounce like tigger. Lol. It is sad what humans can do putting their hands to spirituality and religeon, twisting it to our needs/desires until it no longer looks as it was intended. Abuse of women, of other cultures. It turns my stomach. Especially abuse of the powerless. I cant watch it without getting fired up and well probably in trouble. Ha. Bystanders are just as guilty you know. But God will sort it al out in the end. Let Him have the judgement seat.
Corn Rows of Love
Yeah.. i am officially diagnosed with ADHD.. and from birth it IS just called hyperactivity nicely manifest as me turning circles ’round and ’round in my crib on my right toe.. hmm.. i do that when i dance now too.. smiles.. and my mother taking her eyes off me for a split second when we live In a trailer about a half a football field from Davis Highway in Pensacola in the wee years of the 60’s and me ending up in the middle of the road with a stranger stopping his car.. TG.. carrying me back to mother with eyes of disgust of her being a bad mother.. and i dO NOT get far from the apron strings after that..haha!…
Yeah.. sometimes the stuff that is said and done in my Catholic Church pisses me off too.. particularly stuff about single women not worthy to raise children and evil acts of homosexuals in the same boat as Hurricanes.. wHere Hurricanes are a force of nature to balance the heat of the earth so more species will survive.. where humans simply pay the price of staying close to the water when high winds and floods come.. building stuff that is encroaching on the environment that God’s Mother Nature from Hurricanes to Meteors and just the winds of NOW.. will eventually take away..
But never the less the Love part of the Catholic Church and the singing with the ‘Holy Creative Spirit’ is what keeps me coming back.. not missing a Sunday after going back in September of 2013.. after a 23 year hiatus.. during work and marriage..
Love rules humans when human wellbeing is balancing mind and body…
Dancing free style and not restricting where Spirit leads the body no matter what it looks like on the outside balances the mind and body.. and increases natural ‘LOVE’ neurohormones like Oxytocin and potentially event the empathy neurochemical.. naturally occurring DMT.. the stuff of the Love Drug ‘Molly’.. and to be clear oxytocin the Human LOVE bonding neurohormone.. not that other thing that sounds kinda like it that is a powerful opiate pain killer that leads to great suffering with human addictions…
And dance also regulates human emotions and senses through biofeedback..
and increases cognitive executive functioning by
enhancing focus and short term working memory..
So yeah..
Dance equals Love equals God equals US

Anyway.. it boils my blood when i see women abused.. it boils
my blood when i see homosexuals abused.. and it boils my blood
when i see blacks abused.. and sometimes a fleeting thought of
KICKING BUTT COMES TO MIND.. i wanna go ever there and
settle the score wherever the hate lives.. but yeah.. then..
i will be part of the same dam problem too.. so i dance
and sometimes when i go to a check-out
aisle at the Dollar Tree store and
a young black woman
with beautiful
corn rows
as her
hair spiraling about
on head like the golden
mean spiral of the Universe
one views in galaxies.. fetuses..
sunflowers.. hurricanes.. and
the nautilus shell of
greaTest ART..
i look her
square in
eyes with
my shades on..
with a bright smile
and say the design
of your hair is beautiful..
it matches the eyes
of GOD.. a signature
of design that
is patterned
in the Universe
and what we artfully
do in song.. in dance
and paint of hair
when we too..
are freest
children
of
GOD..
and then i will
dance for her..
and show her
my appreciation
for expressing
her human freedom

Love is the Drug
and sword

SPIRITS AND SOULS..
AND IT TAKES JUST DOING
