Quite honestly, I personally would be insane not to believe in GOD.. as I experience real life miracles almost everyday.. that can never be explained by science alone…
And yes.. I’ve done science as a REAL LIFE profession.. so I know what the hell I’M talking about…
God to me is the Force of ALL THAT IS.. per Mother Nature TRUE allowing human Relative Free Will to absolutely do REAL LIFE MAGICK.. PER THE DIRECTOR.. producer.. and actor of one’s own play with Relative Free WILL…

NAH.. some folks most definitely can control their feelings with the real scientifically acknowledge power of emotional regulation.
And it’s been done in Eastern Philosophies for literally eons across human history, and before the traps of complex language, collective intelligence, complex cultures and mechanical cognition leaning thinking overwhelms the physical intelligence that does most definitely drive emotional regulation.
Unfortunately, it is a creative power in human relative free will that takes practice, practice, practice, per power within through physical intelligence free form movement that science does show regulates emotions, as well as providing sensory integration, and executive functioning prowess through the glue of memories and greater focus.
IN other words, there is no ‘john 3:16’ to get there, as metaphor only please, like a magic incantation or a little crystalized knowledge out of a science text book.
PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE.. HAS ALWAYs BEEN The KUNG FU way of regulating emotions for simple balanced bliss in the moment of knowing NOW.
Perhaps the greatest healing force of mankind IS the true PRACTICE AND POWER OF EMOTIONAL REGULATION THROUGH Relative Free Will, as emotions out of control, are usually a train headed for human misery, sooner or later ULTIMATELY IN DISEASE AND OR DISORDER OF THE physical kind measured by doctors.
I used to be diagnosed with 19 medical disorders, including a substantial challenge with life threatening ones, including AN emotional life compromised by Alexithymia.
I cured THEM ALL WITH MIND OVER MATTER, AND RELATIVE HUMAN FREE WILL, THROUGH THE REAL HUMAN EMOTING FORCE OF BELIEF, HOPE, FAITH, AND WILL IN ME AND ALL THAT IS AKA GOD OR Mother Nature TRUE, and yes THROUGH THE REAL SCIENTIFICALLY NOW MEASURED HIGHER POWER of physical intelligence through the free flow of movement otherwise known as interpretive dance that does regulate human emotion, enhance sensory integration and executive functioning, including memory, FOCUS, and EVEN STANDARD INTELLIGENCE, AS science shows even structured exercise as little as one hour long before a Standard IQ test can raise IQ points by 10 points.
BUT IF I was STILL stuck, like a stick in the mud, in mechanical cognition and a book OR Computer screen, instead of PURSUING THE ART OF HUMAN BEING, INSTEAD OF THE SYSTEMIZING SCIENCE PART ALONE, I would have never ever traveled and live like I do know in the real KINGDOM OF HEAVEN that can be now, for those who master life as Is NOW WITH MOTHER NATURE TRUE AKA GOD2! 🙂

Science shows that human beings at core are only evolved to connect to around 150 to 200 sets of eyes.
The problems start when human social group units grow larger than this.
Humans can no longer rely on each other for historical evolved social cooperation that was required for basic subsistence, as the extended family units from a place of subsistence that stays consistent is now more of a nomadic style of living but instead of with a tribe, in much smaller nuclear families, which is perhaps the most challenging of across full life spans existences, overall, per everyday chronic stress, for any social animal lifestyle, anywhere in the historical world of social animals, or even possibly the animals that are not social in instinct.
It is incredibly counter-productive to human animal health to stay in a state of semi-fight or flight mode, chronically, as is the case in ‘our’ modern westernized ways of life, overall.
I cannot speak to where you live in India, if I am assuming the correct place you live.
At the end of my work career before I fell ill from this CHRONIC STATE OF HUMAN STRESS, which led to 19 assessed medical disorders, including the suicide disease aka type two Trigeminal Neuralgia during all waking hours for five years, per a ‘novocaine-less drill’ in my right eye and ear, changing me from productive government administrator to shut-in invalid, I was completely at the will of culture PER all my reality about life.
The pain left no choice but to escape culture as I could not even watch T.V. or listen to a music video. The pain was beyond words. The novocaine-less drill metaphor doesn’t even give it full justice for potential human misery.
However, the gift of that pain for five years was an escape from culture and the realized potential to rebuild myself from the inside out instead of the outside in, as the cogs of the machine of society that humans are trained to be from a very early age to simply ensure society keeps working well enough to work.
It’s almost impossible to see the full effect and AFFECT of this looking from the outside to within, and human beings are born more and more with a FULL CULTURAL PLATE served of what culture wants of human beings.
So yes, that pain was the greatest gift that of course I COULD NOT IMAGINE then, when it was occurring.
But now after building myself UP within with relative free will in controlling my own human bliss, as I think most animals do, per their level of relative sentience, I would not trade the entire 53 years of my life to do over, the same way, even though I was relatively happy then overall, FOR just one now of now, in truly what is RELATIVE FREE WILL, NO LONGER controlled by culture.
The illusion of determinism is created by culture alone.
And the only way to find relative free will is to escape culture.
However, I have no illusion that it will ever be a Universal phenomenon, as truly it is like the biggest camel going through the smallest needle that I can imagine from my own personal perspective.
If I could find a formula to take people to where I am now, I would be a billionaire and give every penny of it away, as I know AND FEEL NOW THE truth that materialism and collecting things for a living is just a necessity for an evolved animal gone relatively insane, by way of life they are simply not evolved for innately through instinct.
Culture has become the virus but no, not humans, per still innate potential, if given the ‘right’ circumstances to escape the illusions of culture.
I certainly hope there are better ways than the worst pain known to mankind, and I aim to do the best I can to find them and share them as I live life now. 🙂
And please do not be concerned, as I am a real talker, as you can see, and will not be back to regularly overtake your blog; however, whenever I see the question posed by someone who is open-minded enough to read my blog, I share this story, for sparks and potentials, as I cannot provide a way that works alone for anyone else, as far as I know now. 🙂
But one thing I know for sure is there is always hope for one who never ever loses the will to survive, even if they can feel nothing of the hope at their time of struggle.
I wish someone could have given me words that could convince me of this, at my lowest points in life but there was not even one person online who could even relate to type two trigeminal neuralgia, in all my online travels, per the same experience, and the other 18 other medical disorders, in total.
So yeah, I hope it’s worth the effort of the words I bring, for now. 🙂
