IT’S a pretty amazing thing to be born
more intelligent than most folks..
but..with that comes
many
drawbacks..
Emotions are a vital component of forming
memories..
and many highly intelligent abstract thinking folks..
also have a great deal of emotional contagion for others..
in fact..
it can be overwhelming..and even disabling among
some folks diagnosed on the
Autism Spectrum with the Asperger’s flavor of it..
like me..and relatively few others
in life..
Here’s the thing..as human beings ..we are evolved for
about 150 to 200 human social relationships..
But many of us ..particularly those who
live in big cities..
are awash
in
human beings..tens of thousands of faces..
names..emotions..and in general
flavors of personalities..
visited through the course of a lifetime..
and of course thousands more experienced vicariously
through
the mirror neuron system..
on TV
and other media sources…
What often gets lost..IS self awareness…
One most often..
becomes the actor
of everyone else’s play..
And when most everyone is an actor
of someone else’s play
it is very difficult
to attain self
actualization
if
ever…
Growing up i find it uncomfortable ..walking in big crowds in
stores like Super Walmart ..escaping to the
bathroom to see myself in the
mirror to
ground myself
in something..other
than the extreme discomfort..
of feeling the emotional contagion..
of hundreds of stressed out humans…
Music..from iphones..and ipods..
IS therapeutic for me
to escape thIS NOW..
and stay in the NOW
of
BLISS
NOW
along with my
TAI CHI..SACRED Belly Dance..
style of Reverse
DANCE
Walking
everywhere i move…
over 150 miles
a month…
But the zen art of SELFIE
finAlly BRINGS a sense..
of what i am as an emotionally expressive
human being…
i am caught up in everyone else’s expressions..non-verbal language..
in body postures..and facial movements..
having little to no idea..what mine looked like..
when i attempted to express myself noN-verbally…
NOW
I can match the feelings with the non-verbal
expressions..moreover thanks!
to the
zen art of SELFIES!
In my opinion..ZEN IS AN ART..
TO ESCAPE ABSTRACT LANGUAGE..RESULTING
FROM HUMAN COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE..
AND THE HUGE ILLUSION OF CULTURE
THAT SURROUNDS AND CAN
AND DOES GENERALLY
CONTROL
FOLKS…
MUSIC..AND MY DANCE WALKING DOES THAT FOR ME..
As i cannot sit still and meditate..that is against my nature..
But.. i find the
zen art of Selfies..
relaxing..and YES
challenging at the same time..2..
maintaining postures..facial expressions..
and attempting to get the photograph focused..
as still as same…
Publishing these photos in various blogs..is feedback for me
and a motivation..to increase the efficacy of the art..in sharing
it with anyone who cares to share it..
anywhere in the world…
My biggest problem in life..IS a separation of mind and body
and emotions..
The focus on movement and non-verbal expressions..
IS making me
a more fully human being..as
time goes on..
And i do think..our language..collective intelligence..
and cultural illusion..
can be a source of great suffering..
if there is not a way to take a break from it..
In whatever ZEN art one creates for themselves..
to escape it
and achieve the flow..
otherwise known..as SACRED
LOVE
in the LOVE
that needs no name..
words..collective intelligence..
or
CULTURE..
THE CORE OF ALL LIFE..
SACRED
LOVE
IS
ALLITIS
!
But anyway.. i encourage any ‘self conscious’ person..
to explore the zen art of Selfies..
to explore the Uni
verse..
each person IS
as a
Temple of GOD…!
tHere will never be enough time..
in my life to perfect..any art of ZEN
and that is what makes it

Hey man.. yes i can understand that … the myriad of faces.. what a situation… and there are days when seing myself is too much.. zen-art of selfies.. that’s a good one.
It’s interesting..i’m not sure if it is the form of Autism i am diagnosed with..or the fact that i was raised with all women..but since i got my iphone5..last March..and starting taking some selfies to see what my expressions are in real time..it’s seriously the first time i fully recognized myself as a male..per non-verbal communication..
But of course for 5 years..i could not effectively see myself..so there was going to be some therapy there ..to rebuild my humanity..no matter the condition before..
And with a little ingenuity..technology can do amazing things for folks..with that out of the box thinking..therapy ways of doing things..
I try to help autistic folks..get the self awareness..as it can be a little hairy..getting through…without much of a non-verbally expressed personality..but it’s hard to see that..if a person..never experiences..the full experience of nonverbal communication…:)so two smiles to that2..2 🙂
its easy to get lost in the sea of faces…so many people…it is good to have those connections with a few that really mean something in our lives…they are what make life worth it to me…sacred love being the love that needs no name
It sure is and up until the time i fell ill back in 2008..i did have thousands of connections that actually did mean something..even at work..working with the public…
But yes…overall it was a bit overwhelming at times..particularly when folks were not happy..and it was my responsibility to make ’em happy..
Nice getting back to that state of being..in real life too..as I have to connect to feel a full human being..there is no connection to me like the full expression of humanity..flesh and blood humanity..feeling that person..even if it doesn’t feel good..:)

THANKS SCRBWLY..i guess it all started with Facebook..but i do think..even for folks unlike me that don’t need the therapeutic medical benefits.;)..that IT (SELFIE) IS an excuse to play and be silly like a little child actor in the big play of life..not to take it too seriously..is a way..of life and laugh..YES! THE ZEN ART OF LAUGH..A GREATEST WAY TO LIVE!2;):)

Hi Adrianna ..that is perhaps the best compliment possible for my effort here..i spent close to 53 years..extracting quite frankly ‘the biggest stick’ ever out of my you ‘know’ what..and well now i finally float like a butterfly on land..rather than a millstone in the ocean..
If one finds a way any way to escape all the complexities..and illusions of human language..collective intelligence..and cultural illusions..
The result can be the biggest smiles of all..
Really no different than the smile on a Budhha’s face..

The sound of water…
as SACRED LOVE
I use the sound of my vocal chords..throat and sinus area..in general..
in and during workout sessions with Nautilus Machines..and find that
gravity almost disappears..as there is not enough weight on the machines
to offer resistance..
I’ve been looking for logic to explain this ..and these two videos do most definitely
provide evidence for the reality of the TRUE POWER OF SOUND..AND HOW IT CONVERTS TO
WHAT CAN BE DESCRIBED AS FREE ENERGY..NOT MUSCULAR OR ADRENALINE POWERED ENERGY ALONE…:)
THERE are more mysteries to solve in our existence…than science can even
imagine..;)
And of course this is nothing new..martial artists have been using sound ..human sound..FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS..to make incredible feats..of human potential..REALLY HAPPEN..:)
